Well, before I begin, it's important to clarify that I've been on 7 All Inclusive 4* holidays since April 2022, and this is my 5th time in the canaries and third in Tenerife!

Rooms ok,food ok,drinks ok,nothing special at all,it was cheap for 10 days all inclusive.

Last year we did an all inclusive in Lanzarote and I think on reflection we were probably spoiled there.

A lovely hotel, friendly staff and very clean, plenty of choice for food and drink, would advice the 'all inclusive' option.

Really enjoyable stay,very clean rooms,great choice of food and quality in restaurant.The pool areas are ideal and no problems getting beds at anytime.The all inclusive drinks were basic

If I could add a suggestion that I think could improve the hotel would be a better facility for late arrival all inclusive guests.

Food available all day aswell for All Inclusive.

A great all inclusive hotel, plenty going on for families and the pools are lovely.

We stayed all inclusive, the only snack bar in the day was rubbish.

but what all inclusive is, lots of variety every day, different themes each night.

We visited as a family myself my wife and 2 year old daughter for 10 Days All Inclusive and this was our first visit to Costa Adeje having been to Tenerife loads of Time. Room.

Pleased we were not all inclusive as food is just ok. You can swap lunch and dinner around to suit you if on half board.

but that’s something you often get at an all inclusive hotel.

but as most AI food got a little repetitive but always found something to eat.

would recommend for families with children, all inclusive recommended as drinks and food are on the pricey side.

Upon arrival everything was ready and waiting and it was a simple case of getting straight to our room and dumping our luggage before hitting the terrace where the all inclusive bar awaited.

We were all inclusive - which doesn’t actually mean what you think.

We had opted for the all inclusive option and had entry to Siam park included.

We were all inclusive and ate in the restaurant everyday, there was a good selection that changed with the theme each night and the usual  buffet things available every day.

The downsides for me were that the food was poor, majority of it was cold and for me the meat looked undercooked.

Just a really poor offer of food in general.

The family room we had was not very spacious for a family of four and the air con was poor.

but they are all justified, food is poor, rooms ain't cleaned, reception staff not very helpful and people kept pooing in the pool so there was always pools closed I would not return

Negatives 

Air conditioning in bedroom and communal areas poor.

Entertainment very poor and we went out to find better shows,  food is not the best and very repetitive unfortunately.

but just think its really poor you cannot get at least water when you've already paid so much.

The food was disgusting and very poor quality, all I ate was chips and bread for my evening meal the entire holiday (my family had the same opinion).

Food was quite poor, disgusting bacon dripping in fat, eggs slimy, very samey everyday food everyday, seemed liked what they didn’t use one day was made into something else the next day.

but I found most of the food to be poor quality certainly not what you would expect from a 4 star.

Staff friendly enough and you can’t fault that at all, the entertainment very poor and very limited again we ended up going out most nights because we were bored.

Restaurant queses are frustrating, no consistency to evening entertainment and poor at best.

Overall experience is very poor, poor service, poor value for money, never a 4star experience.

Evening entertainment was extremely poor.

Food quality was poor with no seafood other than hake fish.

The animation team during the day are extremely poor.

Sound proofing TERRIBLE, could hear next rooms snores.

Paper thin walls so can hear everything going on.

The few negatives I find is in the evening the Piano Bar is very noisy with echoes due to its layout, wooden floors, pool table & when the entertainment is on, resulting in if there is only 2 of you, which was the case with us, a conversation is very difficult.

You can hear a pin drop don't expect privacy.

However the rooms were not sound proof and we were very aware of noise in rooms either side of us and doors slamming which shook the whole room.

There was a constant filter noise at night from one of the upstairs pools.

but the hotel echos so bad that You will hear when somebody sneezes in another room.

..the walls in the room are paper thin be aware you can hear everything.

Hotel was very noisy with very thin walls at all times during the day.

The walls are thin and we could hear the family next door.

Tip:  if you don't like noise in the evening ask for a room that is not facing the entertainment area outside.

We were robbed of 2000 pounds on arrival, then evicted for my partner speaking too loudly on his phone to our holiday rep!

Toilet area around the poolside was not great and the smell was horrendous.

Rooms were good very little late night noise, disappointed that spirits are only 25% in the bars, 1 lift not working all week from 9th floor and some blood drops not cleaned up all week on 9th floor, very good 3* hotel in a good location, pools were good.

The only bad thing about the hotel is the noise in the hotelroom.

We were close to the lobby and it was a bit noisy when people got up early, I'd recommend a pool view in block D or F for sun in the afternoon.

Rooms are clean, they get cleaned daily, and are also really quiet,

The pools are clean and our rooms were spotless every day .

Good hotel, nice and clean rooms, friendly staff.

Rooms clean and has basics of hairdryer, kettle and mini fridge (we found to wedge the fridge cupborad door open as this cooled the fridge better) and free to use safe, room cleaned daily.

Rooms are clean and very spacious, much bigger than any other family rooms we had while on holiday!

Our room was clean and housekeeping were in almost every day.

I really appreciate the cleaners as our room was always spotless when we came back.

The maid came in our room each day and had a tidy round.

The rooms were clean, spacious and came with a stocked fridge which was a nice touch.

The mini disco was good for the kids and they had different acts most nights.

Staff work really hard, food's amazing, and international animation team was one of the best we have ever seen on our journeys, especially the choreographer Rita, Dario, Mike and chief animator Giorgio!

Giorgio, chief of animation is amazing, super captivating with all guest, bringing brightness soul to the place.

The best thing about this Hotel was for us the complete dedication of all the staff, Reception, Entertainment, Restaurant staff and cleaners and all the dedicated cleaners.

Entertainment, piano room different singers each night.

Amaizing animation with  Giorgio, Dario, Rita, Capucine, Amine, Javi.

but if you can’t beat em join em.. Entertainment for kids better for the younger ones.

Alpiclub team animation were absolutely excellent , they all worked very hard and were all amazing

The Hotel entertainment team were Brilliant and Funny aswell.

but did the evening entertainment every night and enjoyed it .

The entertainment at night was good, the usual mini disco for the children, followed by something more for adults

The Animation team and all the staff are fabulous.

The animation team are great, and the kids club was a big hit for my 7 year old.

The staff are so kind and lovely.The food,pools and shows are absolutely brilliant.

The hotel's animation team are very nice, friendly and made an effort with our young children.

Best things about hotel is it’s very central, so many places to visit nearby ie restaurants bars and shops and bus stop to siam park across the road.

And a train that takes you around Costa Adeja.

We booked with Jet2 and paid for the unlimited Siam Park Tickets with our stay which was brilliant for adults and children.

Siam park is a couple of miles away and costs 8 euros to go in a taxi or you can take the free bus.

Siam Park is a great place to go for the day, it is expensive to get in and we added fast track passes which were definitely worth it.

but family rooms is just 2 pull out beds and 1 double bed no seprate rooms 
Also no floats are balls are allowed in pools 
So not really good for kids good that u get Siam park with jet 2 but kids love swimming to and old people got annoyed coz kids were in pool there is 70% over 70 in this hotel that think they have the right over family’s thinking they have the right to not wait in ques 
Entertainment staff there the best for hotel lots of energy and good vibes 
Kids loved the mock tails 
But wine and vodka was like paint stripper better off paying the extra €1 and getting brands which is good 
Snack bar was good pizza chip meat and fruit kept stocked up regular

With a just a 5 min walk away from the beach, a few minute walk away from loads of restaurants/ bars and a 10 min drive from Siam Park, the location is excellent!

You will also find there a free siam park and mall bus stop.

We had booked a pass for Siam Park during our stay.

Just further down from the shops there is a Siam Park and Siam Mall bus stop which is handy too, and the beach is maybe 5 minutes away.

The hotel is in an excellent location just a short walk to the beach and a ten minute taxi ride to Siam Park (10 euros each way).

The staff were brilliant especially the animation team. We have the holiday blues now :( 

Highly recommend Siam park and Loro park is worth the Journey :)

The beach was just a short walk away and Siam Park is a walkable distance too if the free bus is full.

Kids loved Siam park which we had included in deal.

We had unlimited access to Siam park and the free bus leaves from just opposite the hotel.

We had the Siam park pass so went there 3 of the days .

Also note to management to improve welcome food for late arrivals as stale sandwiches weren’t good when arriving tired and hungry.

They stink of rotten eggs at times and the kids ones don't seem to have any chlorine in them!

It rendered the pool area unusable unless you wanted to burn to a crisp.

The cocktails come from a tap and are nasty, for a slightly better cocktail you have to pay extra, the minibar is also not stocked.

The receptionist wouldn't do anything about the smells inside because they didn't know where it was coming from!

The sun beds are filthy you can write your name in the dirt on the sides of them and the seats are badly stained.

Guests freely reserve sun loungers, and vape (and smoke) in communal areas around the pool and in the bars.

The bath was filthy and we experienced a few nights with cockroaches.

The toilet downstairs near table tennis smelt throughout the day.

The hotel on arrival looks great, unfortunately the rest of the hotel is not so great , tiling in bathroom very poor with signs of damp, pool had

but as a smoker it was very annoying , especially at night when you are sat outside with a gross drink and you can’t smoke.

There is no need to be breathing down my neck whilst I get my food!

but my gosh the food is disgusting, it’s the only holiday I’ve ever been on and lost weight.

We went half board,  the breakfast is like free for all and very disappointing,
We went to dinner twice, once to eat, the 2nd time we just walked straight back out,  the food is disgusting, very bland and tasteless,  mainly pasta, or food in thick sauces, that looks like it's been made out of leftovers, children running about, picking the food up and sniffing it, then putting it back.

Definitely upgrade to a Pool view room, otherwise you run the risk of being opposite a main road and smell of sewage!

At the jacaranda they put our family in a room that smelt of sewage and we had to argue that it was making the children feel sick before we were moved.

We had a great holiday in Paradise Park staff were so friendly couldn't do enough for you food was amazing entertainment was good it was good that they have adults only floor it gives you the choice to have some quiet time will definately book again .

first holiday with mates of 40yrs,good choice only negative only one lift working for the10 day duration,the rooms were a good size(twin for single use)no tea making facilities,the automatic blinds were great,very clean,card entry was problomatic.The staff were all fantastic,location exelent,close enough to the action,but a quite location.more of an adult hotel

Quiet area for adults on the roof of the hotel.

Adult only pools allow a little bit of peace and the pools across the path have so well manicured gardens throughout all of the complexes.

The staff are amazing,they are so friendly.the food was great,plenty if it and lots of choices.we were told we could  use the pool just across from the adult pool and what an hidden gem,it's absolutely brilliant, plenty of beds and pool was lovely.

the hotel has five swimming pools some adult only.

We spent our days on the adults only terrace and pool.

Highly recommend the adults only rooftop pool and bar.

The hotel restaurant had a different theme every night and the food was appetising.The pools were all different and some were family orientated and some were adults only.I would recommend this hotel to anyone as there are no negatives I could say.

We have booked all inclusive and food has been delicious with a wide range of choices for all 3 meal times (children also catered for) 
Rooftop adult s only made some well deserved time out while kids were in club.

We were 4 adults and had the advantage of using the 2 adult pools which includes the rooftop,

Pools: 
During our stay we didn't use the adult pools or the main pool, we headed over to the other pool across the path, we always found beds.

We were a family of 3 adults and 3 kids 14/13 and 8
And we were very pleased with this hotel and surprised as it was one of the cheapest we could book in august.

The evening entertainment for adults is great and varied.

Three family pools and an adult only roof top pool and bar.

We were more than happy to make use of the adults only area on the rooftop so the sunbed issue wasn't a problem at all for us.

We spent our days in the adults section as our youngest is 16 year old which is fine.

but if you upgraded to ultra inclusive it’s a lot better.

we were all inclusive and the restaurant had plenty of choice.

We went all inclusive great selection of food and drinks available.

Instead the roof terrace is open to all and most drinks have to be paid for even if you are All Inclusive.

In fact I was able to keep my all inclusive band on until I left.

Always plenty to eat for us all including the baby, always lots of fresh fruit and veg to choose from too, we were all inclusive, you can upgrade drinks to branded ones for a small fee, I think I paid €1.80 for a disaronno and coke.

but isn’t that same for most All Inclusive.

Food:
We were all inclusive, there was plenty to chose from.

The food was what you expect from a all inclusive with a good variety each day.

Our two weeks were spent with the all inclusive package and food was available all through the afternoon till about 4pm then our evening meal slot was 6.30.

but the ones included on all inclusive were great!

All inclusive alcohol is only available until 11pm.

We upgraded from half board to all inclusive the price is €20.10 per day per person, with that you have access to the the snack bars, from 10:30 till 7
They have, burgers, hotdogs, chips, wedges, salad ice cream buns, as well as tea & coffee 
There’s an adults pool on the roof, it’s nice to go up & chill out & admire the glorious views.

We went all inclusive and the wine with dinner was better than the wine in the bars from the machines.

Despite being AI, we like to wander and there are some nice bars nearby eg Casey;s for a chill and football, Manhattan for sports, The Clansman and the Vault for Chocolate milkshakes and several others between them that are worth a sit down and chill.

And you need to shell out €50 extra for the all inclusive beyond 12pm on check out day!!!

We were all inclusive and definitely thought it was worth the money we paid!

No matter what time we went to main pool we always got a sunbed , I never witnessed any queues by the pool, we would usually go on way to breakfast which was about 9;30am

Taxis to aqualand, Siam park, jungle park were around €8-10 each way

I personally felt there was no need to keep the room on, we weren't getting picked up until 7:15pm and checkout was 12pm.

We did witness people queuing at the main pool, and I can understand why when they have younger children who maybe can't swim or aren't as confident.

but one gets very busy and I have had to queue for a sunbed to get round the pool which has the entertainment going on.

We have just visited this hotel for our family holiday 
The rooms were lovely the maids came in every day to change towels and make beds etc

I loved the adult only areas as we have a teenage daughter who didn’t want to be around children in the pool 
We laughed every morning at the sunbed rush this would only be a problem if you wanted the pool where the children were allowed people queued from 7.30 for the pool to open at 9 they threw towels to get their preferred sunbed and then the elbows were out !!

although we did see people queing, (which i understand if you have small kids) we did not have to queue once and always got a sunbed.

Unless you feel like queueing from 8am and then making a mad dash for a vacant bed then you’re very unlikely to get one!

With the volume of guests, I also feel that the pool bar should open of an evening as the queues to get a drink in the main bar were often very long.

Amenities are stretched beyond belief; enough Sun loungers for approx 15% of people there, queues every morning followed by mad scramble to get a bed for the day, if you don’t queue you don’t get one.

We always found beds over on the pool on the other side, and we really enjoy that pool… yes, sometimes at peak times at dinner/breakfast there were small queues for the food,

The joke around the pool starts around 8am when people queue to start running literally running around the pool at 9am when a horn sounds to announce the release of sunbeds.

There was usually some beds in all pools available throughout the day - so the people waiting i think either wanted the same beds each day or had big groups so they could be together.

We still ended up queuing to get in this one as it didn’t open until 10am and by about 10:15 all beds were taken.

I was worried coming to this hotel after I’d seen the TikTok video of people queuing and running for sunbeds

When it came to 9'o'clock everyone would start charging and running around to try and get sunbeds, people who were at the back of the que would race forward, nearly pushing people out the way who had been waiting for a sunbed.

There are sunbed queues and races for the family pools.The hotel does ask people not to reserve the sun beds

Felt sorry for families - People were queuing daily for the family/main pool to open where, come 9am opening, it was a race to reserve sunbeds (have never understood why you need to reserve an entire bed per small child who will likely spend all day in the pool though!!).

No need to queue up and reserve unless you insist on sitting on the same sunbed all week.

I can highly reccomend this hotel for it's excellent choice of food, efficient service , immaculately clean rooms and amazing  bar and waiting staff.

Our room is clean always, it is a twin with pool view,  as we could not get a Suite this time.

Rooms were clean and maids everyday, we did find a couple of cockroaches in the bathroom

The rooms are cleaned every day and overall the hotel is clean.

Upon arrival we were made very welcome and we were looked after all our stay the room was clean and had everything we needed a juniper suit in the annex are Varys spaciousness for two people and very comfortable the food was great pleanty of choice and the restaurant was never crowded.

The room was clean, had a comfortable bed and a good shower so it ticked all the boxes.

In short, if an active family holiday is what you are looking for with lovely staff, great location and clean rooms I would highly recommend booking.

Rooms were very clean and spacious with daily visits from cleaners leaving the rooms spotless.

Rooms are clean and nice and there are decent views of the sea, mountains or pool (we had all three).

Entertainment last night was a Lady Ga Ga tribute, we have also seen Elton John plus others.

Evening entertainment, it's certainly changed from when we came before, in 2018 and a lot more has changed.

Evening entertainment very good at two different locations.

Entertainment was good and a choice of 2, pool across the path was freezing.
