Buffet is average and restaurants are quiet.

We had Breakfast option which was superb every morning.

Fantastic breakfast buffet with wide and varied options.

The food (buffet breakfast, Bar Jaima, buffet dinner) was up there with the best I’ve experienced.

We spent a one week holiday in this hotel (not the first time) and, once again, everything was perfect: top coffee in the morning, super buffet for the breakfast as for the dinner, 5 stars service quality, staff availability and helpfulness, pools at good temperature, etc etc.

All members of staff, from breakfast waiters to cleaners greet their guests with a smile and all of them are eager to help.

The buffet for breakfast is truly comprehensive, while the dinner buffet changes nightly with feature themes.

The Buffet was superb with many choices of fare and most dietary needs catered for.

Our 6th visit to this lovely hotel in the heart of Costa Adeje is always unforgettable experience,  satisfaction and most perfect holiday for the family.

Your closest shop is a 24/7 mini market at the bottom of the hill, just along from the GF Costa Adeje Gran.

The hotel is a bit of a trek from the centre of Costa Adeje, I recommend you walk in and get a taxi back as the return trip is mostly uphill, it's around 5 Euros.

A last minute change to our hotel as we were booked into the virus hit H10  Costa Adeje Palace.

Costa Adeje is a quieter, more up market area of Tenerife.

We booked breakfast and generally walked into Costa Adeje/La Caleta for drinks/food in evening.

The hotel is up on a hill which is only a 10 minute walk from the promenade at the quieter end of Costa Adeje.

We have been in several hotels in Costa Adeje earlier and always looked this hotel from the beach.

This is a lovely hotel at the 'posh' end of Costa Adeje - away from the scruffy part of Las Americas!

Our previous experience in such as The Costa Adeje Grand  and The H10 Costa Adeje were excellent and we expected a similar standard here.

Much busier than previous visits, both the hotel and the Costa Adeje area.

Another fabulous week away in what as become our favourite and go to hotel in Costa Adeje.

although there is a walk up the hill from the beach, as it is set back from the main area of Costa Adeje we find it very peaceful and relaxing.

The location isn’t the best as it’s the far end of Costa Adeje and getting to and from the beach during the day and the restaurants at night can get a bit exhausting if you’re walking.

Located at a hill, giving every morning a nice view on the sea side of Costa Adeje .

I will definitely be returning to this hotel on my next visit to Costa Adeje.

The balcony was spacious with a lovely view of Costa Adeje.

It is a peaceful oasis at the quiet end of the busy resort of Costa Adeje near to the Playa del Duque beach.

Great hotel, room quality is great, pool area is great.

The kids club and pool aerobics were most welcome and enjoyed by the children and me.

We were allowed to stay in a garden villa with jacuzzi with a beautiful view.

The pool area is so nice with plenty of sunbeds.

I just love this hotel.

All of the pools were very clean, towels are supplied and readily available.

Nice heated pools and lovely well designed pool area which didn’t feel crowded.

The staff, rooms and heated pools in particular provide a great centrepiece for an enjoyable holiday.

We had our own little garden area and a spa pool and it was all so lovely.

Friendly staff, all the usual services and facilities are available including great swimming pools, restaurants, bar and spa.

It is a very relaxing hotel with 5 pools spread over 3 tiers as well as a spa pool.

The pool areas were spotless and whilst the hotel was busy we were always able to find a bed.

The hotel is gorgeous as anyone can appreciate, we stayed in one of the villas with private jacuzzi.

We spent a large amount of time enjoying the verity of pools.

We had a garden villa which was a delight and included a private Jacuzzi.

Out of the entire hotel staff the pool man Ramon worked is socks off , nothing was too much trouble for this guy .

The gardens and pool areas are beautiful and the services are excellent particularly poolside.

Outside in the main hotel the pool area was very clean quiet and reserved with 4 different pool areas to choose from one at a slightly higher temperature than the others and reserved for adult use .

The pool area looks tired,  I was away with friends, we had 3 rooms and two of the rooms had cockroaches, one being a villa and one in the main hotel.

The pool areas are clean & calm with an enforced no reserving sun bed policy which adds so much to that no stress holiday vibe.

We will be back to the Hotel and I forgot to mention the pool areas were lovely, clean and nice that towels were put onto the beds.

Food and drink available to your sunbed around the pools and you can sit and eat at Jaimi restaurant at pool area.

The pool areas are well maintained and fresh towels are placed on all beds in the morning.

The hotel is in beautiful surroundings, with palm trees and lush greenery around the hotel and pool area.

Our room was very nice and spacious and the pool area was a lovely, clean, chilled oasis with enough sunbeds and good drinks service.

The pool areas were always clean and tidy, with lots of sunbeds always available and most of the pools were heated too.

The pool area if very relaxed, there is always free sunbeds and you can take towels any time without the towel cards.

Breakfast was cold most of the time, we were constantly  waiting for clean plates and fresh trays of warm food to come out, I wanted an omelette and the choice of fillings is poor, you order a drink and by tine they arrive you’ve eaten your breakfast.

The bedrooms were shabby and the cleaning was very poor , toilet and sinks not cleaned every day .

The hotel is good value and most staff are friendly and extremely hard working.Our only negative was that the fish restaurant was disappointing and poor value so we ate in the buffet restaurant each evening.

However, this is something that should be considered if you have poor mobility.

Breakfast buffet is poor, so is the daily poolside entertainment.

The entertainment of a night was poor too, there would be a singer in or someone playing the saxophone and you could barely hear them they were just background music.

Breakfast is very poor quality for a five star hotel more a three star.

We found Reception and the welcome extremely poor, took ages to check us in (they forget how long you have been travelling) eventually got to room and it was OK.

I have a specific food allergy and did find it hard to work out what was in the food as labelling was poor, there was no information about this near food.

although rooms are spacious decor is outdated and you can hear people conversation in the room from rooms next door and above & outside the room -insulation is non existent  first time in 5 star hotel with such poor room quality.

I will be writing to CEO Carlos Calero regarding the very poor management of his hotel le plantacion Costa adeje.

but the food was generally poor quality so we started eating more in the hotel at night.

but it was all poor quality and quite random at times, including vegetables probably from the previous nights meal!

Information on the daytime activities is poor which is a pity as classes are very good.

The service at this level is poor - I would of expected a much more personal level of interaction and would have received it, if the hotel was truly 5 star.

We ate evening buffet twice and found this to also be exceptional both times, I don’t recognise previous reviews of poor selection.

Pool area was also nice with 2 heated and 2 non heated pools plus an outdoor Spa pool (access via spa) Only drawback is poor air conditioning in the rooms which was not a big issue for us as we don’t sleep with it on

however sometimes the poor barman was a little stretched.

The only disappointment was the buffet dining in the evening as the food was bland and poor quality.

Again another fantastic holiday, totally relaxing, good food and lovely friendly staff, all the way from reception staff to the cleaning ladies, to all the staff in the restaurants.

Whilst not an issue in itself, the charm and relaxed nature of the hotel we feel has now been lost.

I particularly enjoyed the “colonial” and peaceful, relaxed style of the property and the facilities in general were very good.

This is a fab place if you are looking for a quiet, relaxing and enjoyable holiday .

We used 3 of the, I think 6 pools, one freezing for when you really need to cool off and refresh, another, warmer for swimming and relaxing and the 3rd, more like a warm bath.

We used the Spa and it was, with treatments, nearly 3 hours of relaxation and enjoyment.

but is just a short walk away, and I think that made it a much more calm, relaxing environment.

Fantastic hotel, we have just had a relaxing week in this hotel.

The adults only pool was much appreciated as it was pleasant to have a peaceful spot in a busy hotel, especially as I am trying to swim regularly following knee surgery.

This is an understated, elegant & high quality hotel which easily succeeds in providing everything you need for a perfect, enjoyable & relaxing stay.

Amazing hotel in a great location for a relaxing stay.

However we like to get out for evening meals.

It has everything you’d hope from a luxury hotel - great rooms, food and facilities.

The walk to the promenade is an easy 10 min stroll downhill and the walk back up is good exercise after all the food consumed!

Although the hotel offered profuse apologies and provided a complimentary lunch without drinks, we became very upset talking to guest relations about this appalling incident which not only ruined a special birthday holiday for us both

The standouts for me were 1. the staff and 2. the food.

The hotel is a long way from any local restaurants and bars.

If you couldn’t find food you liked here then you wouldn’t find it anywhere, lots of choice and plentiful.

Beautiful location,good food and good wines.

They even brought us to a restaurant when there were no taxi's available.

The restaurants are good and the pools are lovely.

Hot tub is a great addition to the villa rooms and beds are very comfy.

The rooms are spacious with great views, as the hotel is on the hill, overlooking the sea.

Our bags were then taken to our room for us.

but come up with the same line that the maid who cleaned your room has been working here for years.

What is there to say about this hotel and staff - this is our 8th visit here, and we are some of the low enders, as our neighbour in the next room has just completed their 33rd visit.

Plush comfortable rooms with all the little extras you expect from a 5 star hotel.

The room was one of the most comfortable I have ever been in.

Great rooms and facilities, really everything we wanted, when we wanted.

Our room was spacious, comfortable, and clean.

*The garden villa room was amazing, with private jacuzzi and plenty of space - perfect for a quiet place to relax away from the pools.

Regrettably, it was later revealed that the occupants in the villa above had been engaging in drug-related activities, significantly affecting our break.

Our whole experience was extremely good, an excellent hotel with very friendly and efficient staff, we would have no hesitation in returning or recommending this hotel.

The breakfasts were very good with a varied selection catering for all tastes.

Food is also excellent, with great buffet choices at every sitting.

We stayed on the Rock Royalty level which was worth it just for the breakfast in the lounge which was sensational.

Especially mention to the staff that made our stay memorable - Veronica and Yasmina who looked after us at breakfast.

even though it’s so hard to choose between them, the buffet is one of the best I’ve seen.

The USP of this resort is the exceptionally good entertainment on offer from morning ‘til night from live Jazz while enjoying a really excellent breakfast buffet to superb cocktails & great DJ on the ‘16th’ rooftop bar watching the sunset by a fire pit or world class singers on stage in the main foyer.

We went AI and would recommend this as the restaurants and buffet were fantastic.

Captivating environment, very kind staff, delicious food and drinks, wonderful view, good atmosphere, maximum comfort, good equipment, perfect relaxation.

Breakfast was always enjoyable especially watching the sunrise.

Only ever ate breakfast and the snacks in the Rock Royalty lounge.

Breakfast won't disapont as there isn't anything you can't get or enjoy and the seating staff are very good at what they do, and so even if there is a line you do get seated very quickly.

We did go to the buffet most nights which did have a range of foods

It is the first breakfast I have ever eaten sweets at!

Buffet style food for breakfast and evening meal both had plenty to choose from.

Everything you could imagine to eat for breakfast is there, help yourself!!

The breakfast at this hotel is an experience in itself.

My daughter absolutely loved the Roxity kids club and could not wait to join each day.

There is a kids club and a teen club, several pools each with their own special touches.

Hotel was a great get away before Christmas - lovely facilities - particularly liked the array of pools from the kids pool to the quiet pool to the larger beach club vibe pool next to the beach cove.

We travelled with our 11 and 13 year old girls who loved the teens club, basket ball court and cool activities they put on such as dj lessons & graffiti art.

The girls in the kids club were all so nice, my little girl loved the kids disco at 6pm.

We only ate at the breakfast buffet and the Beach Club Snack Shack and special Dinning at Montauk Steakhouse (reviewed on Montauk TAdvisor) so can't say what lunch/dinner buffet was like or the other speciality restaurants were like.

"Roxity kids Club" is highly recommend if you have kids.

The mini club is good for children under 8-9 years old, the teen is very entertaining.

The Rock Royalty team were brilliant and Aday at the Beach club and private Jacuzzi areas was elite.

Absolutely loved the pool by the beach club.

Other kids facilities and kids clubs are excellent.

I wanted to write a special thanks to the kids club!

But what made the holiday for us was how happy our boys were in the Teen club.

We had a five day break and the hotel bottom pool was one day closed off to a club circa 18-25s rave.

The staff were brilliant, friendly and normally quite helpful and the set-up for families looked really good, 2 pool areas, clubs and activities to keep children entertained, plus the buffet restaurant was really well set out for kids of all ages to use.

We used the Roxity and Lullaby clubs, and I must say, they were fantastic!

The ambience was very relaxing and at the same time fun, loved all of the the live music, the pool areas are all well laid out, the staff are on the whole very friendly and helpful and efficient and you really feel that the staff want you to have a good holiday especially the staff at the kids club and Teen club ie Eze and Patricia.

We fell in love with the Hardrock hotel 2 years ago and couldn't wait to return with our son.

Caters well for families with children as well as for couples with their over 18 only pool separate from 2 other outdoor pools.

We were fortunate to stay during the children of the 80s parties and it was one of the best nights out we've enjoyed in a long time.

We visited as a family and he was very friendly with us and our boys.

So upset, booked this hotel specifically because it had heated pool, we love swimming and playing in the pool, we have two young children.

I booked this holiday for my 24 year old daughter and I as a break from the UK winter in the run up to the madness of Christmas.

They would both take the time to speak to my baby boy as well.

Something for everyone, kids entertainment plentiful

This is mainly due to my daughter taking a liking to the mini kids club thanks to Daphne, Joaqui, Sire, Karl, Lucia and Saida!
