We were all inclusive and the food was great big salad bar lots of Spanish things like Fideua and Sobre Sada/Chorizo.

Myself and my fiancée have just returned from a week all inclusive holiday.

but plenty to choose from , we went all inclusive and i would recommend doing this to any1 going in the future.

Overall a small selection of spirits and cocktails were available all inclusive as well as soft drinks and slush.

As with all All Inclusive hotels there were good and not so great bits and I would say that’s personal preference.

It seems like everything you do costs extra money which for all inclusive isn’t the best.

Food was OK, the usual all inclusive stuff.

If you’re a family with children looking for a clean, safe, friendly and good quality all-inclusive hotel with a range of entertainment, I highly recommend Globales Maioris.

They were allowed to stay and use all inclusive facilities, which was a real help to us.

Safe's are also available to hire, both not cheap when you have already paid to be all inclusive.

You have the bear in mind it is still all inclusive at the end of the day so it will never be phenomenal!

This is a lovely decent all inclusive hotel on a budget.

The food I have no complaints about, if you are used to doing all Inclusive holidays then there will be no issues.

Went all inclusive with my mum as a belated 40th birthday trip for me.

All-inclusive drinks were pretty good too - the one lager beer was perfectly nice, as were the wines and sangria on tap.

We stayed here in May 23 for 7 nights all inclusive.

Local busses operate outside the hotel, tickets easily purchased online and it’s quick to get to the water park, S’Arenal & Palma.

however; once they factor in pick ups/drop offs to other hotels in Palma & Arenal it was 1hr30!

One thing I will say is on the bus they will take you to the local beach playa de Palma or S’Arenal.

We used the free hotel bus to go into Arenal and Palma and the local bus just outside the hotel to go to the water park, all really easy to use.

Bus stop 2min walk that will take you to water park and onto Palma through S Arenal.

The hotel staff are really friendly, the activities all day every day are great, there was always something to do, the staff were always cleaning.

We went as a family of 4,  and feel that there weren’t many positives about the hotel except that house keeping came every day and they were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is clean and was cleaned regularly, staff were super friendly & helpful, from the receptionist, to the cleaner, bar & restaurant staff and even the cooks everyone was welcoming and had a smile on their face.

Cocktails - Only 4 cocktails included in All Inclusive.

Snack food was poor, hot dogs with no buns!

Whenever the toddler cried or did something ‘undesirable’ the mother would scream at the poor kid who otherwise got zero attention.

but doesn’t deserve the 4 stars, the rooms are great that’s definitely the good thing, but the food, the poor all inclusive, the entertainment doesn’t deserve 4 stars, also there is nothing to do outside of the hotel, so just an average hotel with 2,5 stars

The food was cold every night and had to be warmed in the microwave even if you went in as soon as the Restraunt  opened the food was also very repetitive there  were no hot drinks available in the Restraunt other than breakfast time and the soft drinks Pepsi / Pepsi max and 7up had run out more often than not.on our last night even the white wine ran out which is poor for an all inclusive.

why the staff didn’t know that as soon as I mentioned it seemed a bit poor and would have saved me getting annoyed about it.

Adults fighting, filthy rooms, lack of English language, poor food we lived off rice & salad and had to eat out and even go to the supermarket been an awful experience not enough letters to let me leave full review.

The entertainment team work really hard organising the usual variety of poolside games during the day but obviously have budget constraints as the evenings entertainment was poor and mainly consisted of them doing sketches or more games/quizes/karaoke.

The children’s game room is also quite poor, we won a prize on the ‘Stacker’ machine

but the hotel provides free buses to Arenal and Palma 
My only complaint is the local spirits because they are poor.

Some of the nighttime entertainment we saw was karaoke, kids disco, halloween show and they decorated the hotel for halloween and did a scary maze through the hotel one night.

Florence used the kids club a few times which was great.

The entertainment was really good, different each night, loved the magic show :).

The entertainment certainly wasn’t upto much though.

There are big pillars that make it difficult to find a seat to be able to see the stage.

There was a very good snack bar that was open all day, daily and evening entertainment

They did a fantastic job especially Borja who did the aqua dancing in the morning!

Entertainment was good and slides were good and customer service was fab

The kids disco 8:30pm then having to wait around till 10pm.

In the evenings the summer team (Brilliant team btw) put on different entertaining shows for adult and kids in the disco room.

Overall we all had a nice stay, staff were helpful when we had questions.

Staff were able to answer all our questions and were so helpful in helping us arrange days out.

The fresh peachy colour of the building, combined with white paint and dark woods in the interior, makes everything pop in just the right way.

My only gripe was the second floor room we had was a little dark due to it being so close to the next door property.Other than that the stay was flawless.

but asked to be moved as this room is on the ground floor so was quite dark being overshadowed by another tall building in a passageway plus it had beams in the room.

Rooms are immaculately clean our room 202  was a little dark for me

On entering the room it was very dark so I opened the nets only to find steps coming up from the ground floor to a door on the first floor, right under our window - so we never had the nets opened because people could literatlly look straight in, this was the  first disappointment - the bedroom was a good size and a great bathroom.

but room smaller, dark and on the ground floor facing the hotel's lobby entrance. Disappointing.

though room spacious only one window so too dark.

The only improvements we felt were the bathroom had to have the blind down permanently for privacy which made the room dark.

When we arrived we were shown to a smaller, dark room with the air conditioning off and found out that the dinner reservations we had requested were not made after we had exchanged 5 different emails.

I was initially given a room on the ground floor and asked to change as I found it a bit dark.

Often ‘Boutique’ means small, dark, and impractically designed.

The people who work in this hotel really make the difference with the extremely friendly service, everyone was very nice and eager to help and make our stay unforgettable!

This is a lovely hotel in the heart of Palma de Mallorca's old town, in an historic and sympathetically decorated building.

Gorgeous stay at this beautifully stylish Mallorca Hotel.

Ahead of our visit, they could not have done more to help with enquiries and they sorted out a two day car hire (with parking close by) to enable us to explore a bit more of the island of Mallorca.

My husband and I visited Majorca in April and stayed in a beautiful room in this exquisite hotel.

It is truly a hidden gem with real Mallorca character.

We've just returned from a twelve day holiday in Majorca and the first five were spent at this beautiful property in Palma.

Efficient, kind and extremely helpful from arranging a delicious cake to helping us plan our time in Mallorca with great recommendations.

We had dinner and breakfast both at the hotel and the food was the best we had in Mallorca (we were in country six nights).

I cannot recommend the Posada Terra Santa hotel in Palma, Mallorca enough, from the moment of booking and mentioning a few dietary requirements, they were fantastic.

I can’t wait to go back here the next time I’m in Mallorca.

After a two-day flight to Mallorca from LA, I was very happy with my choice.

Our stay at Posada Terra Santa was absolutely wonderful and a perfect way to begin our honeymoon in Mallorca!

The cellar hides a spa (containing a small bath, a sauna, chairs and a shower).

but not a problem although a mirror over the small console table would have been useful rather than just the one in the bathroom.

There was a large mirror projected from the corner, about 8" above the small bathroom sink countertop, so there wasn't enough room for 2 small toiletry bags.

If there is one watch out : spa is small and pool is a small basin.

Our only gripe was that the bathroom was too small such that the sink unit was actually in the bedroom.

Only complaint about the room would be very small bathroom area.

so what's wrong?..well, superior room has small bathroom with no bath and no shelve to put toothbrush etc.

We have traveled all over the world and this place will live long in the memory, absolutely gorgeous boutique hotel with the friendliest staff, centrally located with its own bookable private spa facilities, rooftop terrace, and excellent food.

Spa was also an excellent option and a delight.

We used the spa wellness room which was lovely and our rooms were very comfortable.

The hotel has two pools - the indoor pool is bookable with the sauna.

The food was brilliant and our massages were sublime.

The hotel is in a beautifully adapted historic building with plush rooms, unique touches, superb rooftop pool, spa and relaxation area.

The private spa (sauna, plunge pool and treatment rooms) located in the former grain store can be booked for sole use.

One highlight is the private sauna and plunge pool.

They have a sauna and indoor pool that is open 24 hours.

In particular loved the breakfasts, the sauna, and the rooftop space.

and the spa & sauna space is a worthwhile experience for a bit of calm during your break if you can fit it in.

One of us did book a deep massage and came out with a new neck, so they do know what they are doing.

Roof plunge pool and basement plunge plus sauna and spa treatments.

The room was very comfortable, the breakfast delicious, the spa a real treat.

Taking the advice of other travellers we ate dinner one evening in the hotel (gorgeous, fresh, tasty), tried a massage and booked the sauna one morning.

The hotel offers complimentary sauna and plunge pool (needs to be booked ahead).

We experienced the spa which was very relaxing and the roof top views are spectacular.

Also customer service was excellent, super helpful in recommendations for what to do & restaurants.

The staff on reception could not have been more welcoming and it was a delight to get to know them a little better during our stay.

Staff were very attentive and helpful and wanted to make our stay pleasant and relaxing.

So the question remains: would we go back? Haha!

But what you don´t see and what really makes the difference is the staff.

She is such an asset to the hotel as was literally every person at the front desk, like Joseph.

Plus there is a wonderful roof terrace to relax on, where you can watch time go by. .

- a great roof terrace, with lots of sunbeds and loungers and tables and chairs, enough for everyone, never crowded up there, you can always find your own little hideaway.

but there is a beautiful roof terrace with plunge pool when you need a little ‘chill out’ time - and excellent bar service up there when required.

We enjoyed the roof terrace and the dipping pool and our stay was great.

We had half board so I can't comment much on the all-inclusive food or lunch.

Some Ice creams and lollies included in AI.

Staying all inclusive the food was good with plenty of choice, and good quality.

We went all inclusive as we do most places we visit and id say this was well worth it, especially with the 'specials' option for lunch which you will find by the pool alongside the pool bar, this was lovely freshly cooked food which changed daily so was nice to have a different variety of food there too just in case you didn't fancy going to the restaurant this was a nice option to have.

The food was exactly what you would expect from an all inclusive resort!

We were all inclusive and we found the food to be good.

Probably the best all inclusive food buffet I've been to.

Food - lots of options for the all inclusive buffet  especially Veggie/vegan options.

I have one concern regarding the hotels food we were all inclusive and the majority of food is delicious with a wide variety to suit all.

Almost get your All Inclusive drink thrown at you.

We would highly recommend this hotel and the AI package.

Variety of food is brilliant and lots of drinks available as part of the all inclusive including slushes and icecreams which haven’t had at other hotels.

but lots of people on all inclusive deal.

but upgraded to all inclusive the next day.

All inclusive finishes at 11pm which is convenient considering it’s a family hotel.

Prices were reasonable round the pool if you weren’t all inclusive, lunch was also nice.
