We were all inclusive and the food was great big salad bar lots of Spanish things like Fideua and Sobre Sada/Chorizo.

Myself and my fiancée have just returned from a week all inclusive holiday.

but plenty to choose from , we went all inclusive and i would recommend doing this to any1 going in the future.

Overall a small selection of spirits and cocktails were available all inclusive as well as soft drinks and slush.

As with all All Inclusive hotels there were good and not so great bits and I would say that’s personal preference.

Good options of all inclusive drinks (cocktails and vodka slush to keep you cool.

It seems like everything you do costs extra money which for all inclusive isn’t the best.

Food was OK, the usual all inclusive stuff.

If you’re a family with children looking for a clean, safe, friendly and good quality all-inclusive hotel with a range of entertainment, I highly recommend Globales Maioris.

They were allowed to stay and use all inclusive facilities, which was a real help to us.

Safe's are also available to hire, both not cheap when you have already paid to be all inclusive.

You have the bear in mind it is still all inclusive at the end of the day so it will never be phenomenal!

This is a lovely decent all inclusive hotel on a budget.

The food I have no complaints about, if you are used to doing all Inclusive holidays then there will be no issues.

Went all inclusive with my mum as a belated 40th birthday trip for me.

All-inclusive drinks were pretty good too - the one lager beer was perfectly nice, as were the wines and sangria on tap.

We stayed here in May 23 for 7 nights all inclusive.

Local busses operate outside the hotel, tickets easily purchased online and it’s quick to get to the water park, S’Arenal & Palma.

however; once they factor in pick ups/drop offs to other hotels in Palma & Arenal it was 1hr30!

One thing I will say is on the bus they will take you to the local beach playa de Palma or S’Arenal.

We got a bus trip from hotel to palma/arenal.. arenal beach was lovely and picturesc

We used the free hotel bus to go into Arenal and Palma and the local bus just outside the hotel to go to the water park, all really easy to use.

Bus stop 2min walk that will take you to water park and onto Palma through S Arenal.

It’s close to Arenal and Palma with good links by courtesy bus from hotel and local service.

however, the hotel runs a free bus to and from Arenal and Palma on a daily basis if you fancy exploring.

but otherwise it was pretty poor
 
Cocktails - Only 4 cocktails included in All Inclusive.

Snack food was poor, hot dogs with no buns!

Whenever the toddler cried or did something ‘undesirable’ the mother would scream at the poor kid who otherwise got zero attention.

but doesn’t deserve the 4 stars, the rooms are great that’s definitely the good thing, but the food, the poor all inclusive, the entertainment doesn’t deserve 4 stars, also there is nothing to do outside of the hotel, so just an average hotel with 2,5 stars

The food was cold every night and had to be warmed in the microwave even if you went in as soon as the Restraunt  opened the food was also very repetitive there  were no hot drinks available in the Restraunt other than breakfast time and the soft drinks Pepsi / Pepsi max and 7up had run out more often than not.on our last night even the white wine ran out which is poor for an all inclusive.

why the staff didn’t know that as soon as I mentioned it seemed a bit poor and would have saved me getting annoyed about it.

Adults fighting, filthy rooms, lack of English language, poor food we lived off rice & salad and had to eat out and even go to the supermarket been an awful experience not enough letters to let me leave full review.

The entertainment team work really hard organising the usual variety of poolside games during the day but obviously have budget constraints as the evenings entertainment was poor and mainly consisted of them doing sketches or more games/quizes/karaoke.

The children’s game room is also quite poor, we won a prize on the ‘Stacker’ machine

My only complaint is the local spirits because they are poor.

The room was always clean, bed made and towels tidied and clean ones left when needed.

It lived up to the standard of a 4 star hotel, the reception area was clean and the rooms were cleaned regularly too which was great.

Some of the nighttime entertainment we saw was karaoke, kids disco, halloween show and they decorated the hotel for halloween and did a scary maze through the hotel one night.

Florence used the kids club a few times which was great.

The entertainment was really good, different each night, loved the magic show :).

The entertainment certainly wasn’t upto much though.

There are big pillars that make it difficult to find a seat to be able to see the stage.

There was a very good snack bar that was open all day, daily and evening entertainment

They did a fantastic job especially Borja who did the aqua dancing in the morning!

Entertainment was good and slides were good and customer service was fab

The entertainment staff are great

however the entertainment team were always friendly and would speak English, French and Spanish.

The entertainment staff always seemed very enthusiastic and friendly.

The kids disco 8:30pm then having to wait around till 10pm.

Evening entertainment was on too late and not very good - 10pm the entertainment started.

The animation team were loads of fun, the food was lovely.

All the entertainment was for the children and they are mostly French.

In the evenings the summer team (Brilliant team btw) put on different entertaining shows for adult and kids in the disco room.

We had half board so I can't comment much on the all-inclusive food or lunch.

Some Ice creams and lollies included in AI.

Staying all inclusive the food was good with plenty of choice, and good quality.

We went all inclusive as we do most places we visit and id say this was well worth it, especially with the 'specials' option for lunch which you will find by the pool alongside the pool bar, this was lovely freshly cooked food which changed daily so was nice to have a different variety of food there too just in case you didn't fancy going to the restaurant this was a nice option to have.

The food was exactly what you would expect from an all inclusive resort!

We were all inclusive and we found the food to be good.

Probably the best all inclusive food buffet I've been to.

Food - lots of options for the all inclusive buffet  especially Veggie/vegan options.

I have one concern regarding the hotels food we were all inclusive and the majority of food is delicious with a wide variety to suit all.

Almost get your All Inclusive drink thrown at you.

Variety of food is brilliant and lots of drinks available as part of the all inclusive including slushes and icecreams which haven’t had at other hotels.

All inclusive finishes at 11pm which is convenient considering it’s a family hotel.

Prices were reasonable round the pool if you weren’t all inclusive, lunch was also nice.

Palma nova and magaluf are brilliant for night life.

Having been in Majorca many times, this hotel was a perfect place to revisit places with a good bus service to Palma and the free bus to Palma Nova.

We also took advantage of the free coach the hotel provided to Palma Nova which was lovely.

There is a free bus to the beach which is Palma Nova, around 10 mins away and goes till 6.45 in the evening.

Free bus to Palma Nova that left outside the hotel entrance was excellent! No.

We made use of the free shuttle the hotel provided  into palma Nova up to 6.30 in the evening , other times, the hotel kindly  organised a taxi into palma also which was only 15 mins away .

It will take you to palma nova on a daily coach this service is available from 10 am  to 6 pm every day all day this coach has Aircon very comfortable.

The free bus to palma nova is a good addition,

The hotel also provides a free bus to palma nova which is brilliant.

There’s a free bus to Palma Nova and a taxi will cost you around 15 euro.

although there is an excellent courtesy bus that takes you to Palma Nova

although free shuttle bus to palma nova was great and only a 15 min walk to Magaluf from there.

The hotel offers a free courtesy bus to Palma Nova which was a nice touch.

There is a free coach service from right outside the hotel if you fancy a trip to Palma nova which takes less than 15 minutes.

but the area has all you need pubs, eateries, take aways and of course the hotel’s free bus to Palma Nova makes the hotel even better.

but the hotel runs a free bus into Palma Nova serveral times a day.

On the plus side the hotel runs a free bus service from the hotel to Palma Nova at least once an hour from 9.30 in the morning and returns back as well this was a bonus and we enjoyed that feature
All in all we had a lovely relaxing holiday which we hope to repeat again in September
As we are both octogenarians we didn’t avail ourselves of the activities or the entertainment

The all inclusive drinks package is poor.

There were vending machines selling bottled water for €2, which we found really poor for an all inclusive.

Superb hotel massively let down by poor evening entertainment.

The air conditioning was a bit poor, the settings were not quite right, the degrees could not be changed, and in our room it took a long time to cool down, and it was extremely noisy when we turned it on high.

The drinks selection for kids is amazing not so great for adults - local beer, vodka, gin and whiskey which is clearly not full strength, also the cocktails are poor as they come ready mixed out of a machine and are just really sweet, not sure how much alcohol is in them either?

but they didn’t think to cater for us arriving after 11pm which was poor, other than that we would definitely return.

but instead had to walk up and down the hill which is a relatively busy road and with poor pavements where there are even any so having to walk on the road…..not the hotels fault but just to point out.

- Food labelling in restaurant is poor and usually none existent.

but evening meal very poor much less choice ran out of food one night trays empty for quite a while ,people complaining 
And then they brought out hotdogs and burgers which were lunchtime outside bar normally !!!!

but did find this a little poor to what other hotels have shown.

Having read other reviews about poor or undercooked food I was a bit worried.

Service at the main bar was poor with fairly lengthy queues forming.

The entertainment team were tireless and had their work cut out due to some poor weather

You spend about 15-20 mins inside with a guy dressed like an old fashioned bus driver and very poor broken English, which adds to his charm.

Suggestions: more staff at the bar to avoid long queues and maybe slightly heated pool?

The pool bar was very busy and sometimes had to queue to get a drink.

In the outside bar there was normally only one bar tender and would often be 10-15 in the queue and waits could be 10minutes plus.

Only negative that bothered me slightly was queues for drinks at pool bar.

but the only things that let it down are the queues at the poolbar and restaurant which in my opinion are more caused by the greediness of some guests (just because you can get a max of 3 drinks doesn't mean you have to) and not having self service for soft drinks and hot drinks.

PLEASE PUT MORE STAFF ON THE POOL BAR, Queue is far too long.

And secondly, the pool bar queue was definitely too long and slow.

On etching that let's ut down is the time waiting for refreshments (water, coffee or alcohol) the inside bar is not open till 19.00 and when the dining room is closed, I have always had to face a significant queue in the outside pool bar for any type of drink.

Pool snack bar very slow often queuing for half an hour which made me want to give up.

but can be slow at times with ques but not horrendous.

We noticed concerns around waiting times in queues, these tended to last around ten minutes maximum and were usually caused through non-all inclusive holiday makers buying drinks.

Quick service generally, it helped having two pool bars as sometimes the queue when only one bar open could be long -

Only downside, having to wait for drink service at meal times, would rather have self service.

It got a bit tiresome queuing up for water all the time.

The biggest annoyance was that they would only let us take 3 drinks at a time which included water, so when you are queueing for 20 minutes and you want to get 3 wines and 2 waters - we had to get the first bit then go to the back of the queue .

The only set back was that they no longer have the self service section at the bar for soft drinks and coffee, so you have to queue at the main bar for everything.

but all were delicious- only slight disappointment we had was slow service at the main bar one of the evenings, we waited 40 odd mins to be served despite others nearby being served regularly, but this is only a small factor and didn’t at all affect our time there .

We went in May and the queues for a drink at the pool was awful.

The main pool bar was understaffed so long queues at peak times of the day,

One particular tall lady taking orders at the pool snack bar was very rude and always got the orders wrong meaning extra waiting time .

Great for families, good location, friendly staff, lots of pools, great children's entertainment, clean rooms, good food.

Been to this hotel 3 times now 2018,2019 and now2023 the hotel has been totally revamped since the first 2 times to a very good standard, the food is very good and well presented ,the rooms, well the room we had is very clean and modern

The cleaning staff to the entertainment everyone does their bit and they all do it well.

The holiday reps were fabulous constantly chatting and 3 activities spread out throughout each day, they also work extremely hard starting their day at 9am right through to 11pm to serve the evening entertainment.

There is entertainment put on throughout  the day and evening  if you wish to participate and the team were wonderful characters and lively 
If you have a late flight like we had there is a lockable suitcase area and a room for showering and freshening up , towels are provided at reception. .

There was dancing comedy show magic show.

The animation team were very vocal throughout, seeking our guests to engage with activities through the day.

Entertainment was ok , the reps was funny and very engaging.

The shows were okay and we did enjoy a few

however needs to be said for the entertainment team all I can say is wow and Thank you.

We didn’t watch the evening entertainment

The one thing about this hotel was the entertainment crew, they were the best, they made the holiday for me and my partner 100X better, they got us interacting and doing activities with them and i can say we made good friends with them and will hopefully see them again as they were fantastic.

At the hotel itself, the entertainment is let’s say interesting- not to everyone’s taste,

Ideally situated, spotlessly clean, comfortable beds and views over the bay and port that are stunning.

We loved our stay, the hotel is stunning and in a perfect location overlooking the harbour.

Comfortable beds, the place is spotless, the views over the harbour are spectacular, perfect for couples, singles and business people who return frequently because of the handy location and facilities offered.

This hotel is noted for its position with spectacular views over harbour and bay of Palma, it’s service, cleanliness and the original and striking ‘Poetry of the Sea’ theme that runs throughout the hotel.

Beautiful location with marina view and close enough to walk to the centre.

Beds are very comfortable and the balcony overlooking the bay is a delight.The much-needed air con was efficient and not too noisy.

Directly overlooking the marina/harbour with excellent views and the cathedral in the distance too.

It had a balcony with fantastic views of the harbour and marina.

Good location, fabulous view of cathedral and marina (sea view room).

The marina is a hive of activity and great for people watching.

Our room was a Premium Plus so we had a fantastic view of the marina from a spacious balcony.

On a positive note, and worthy of 4* or 5* star review is the situation on the marina, pool/spa/roof terrace, short walk or €7 taxi ride to Old/Historic town.

In a great position overlooking the marina.

My daughter and I had a great room with views over the marina .

It's right by the Marina, so you get a sick view of the sea.

We stayed in a Premium Double room with sea view which was very spacious and we had a lovely view over the marina and the cathedral in the distance.

The hotel is wheelchair accessible and the accessible room we had overlooking the marina was very nice.

A nice walk along the marina with many boats and not far from Palma center makes it a perfect place to stay Also only 5 minuets from the Hardrock Cafe.

The front facing rooms are a must, outstanding views of the entire bay, what a way to wake up, the hotel is brilliantly located opposite the marina, a pleasant 10 minute stroll into Palma.

We love sitting on the balcony with a glass of something and watching the world go by and the view over the marina.
