The breakfast was wide and international, for different type of food requests.

A private lounge, dining room (room card access) , soft drinks, wines, snacks all day, breakfast, and delicious tapas in the evening, with drinks.

Breakfast, fantastic choice, plenty tables, pool area and service good, only bug bear idiots that place out towels and leave whilst they go out.

but the check in / check out process remains smooth and the breakfasts remain plentiful in the choice provided - lots of hot and cold food.

We booked a family room with breakfast for €400 and on arrival the lobby and surrounding area looked fantastic!

The breakfast was excellent with lots of choice and with such a spacious restaurant to eat in, you don’t feel pressured to rush.

Breakfast choice was fantastic and the location was good for visiting nearby restaurants and bars, as well as walking along the Marina and getting over to the Old Town (a fair trot in 38+ deg

Very good breakfast with a wide variety of food (spanish too) and drinks.

The breakfast is amazing and has something for everyone,  could not fault the breakfast at all.

At 17:30 cocktail hour started with branded spirits and assorted snacks, mainly sandwiches or filled rolls.

Breakfast was pretty good also with lots of variety, omelets cooked to order and lots of freshly baked to choose from.

Hotel was clean and the breakfasts were great.

Staff were very helpful and breakfast were fabulous.

The breakfast was great , a wide selection of fruit , cereals, cheese , cold meat and cooked items .

When you come for breakfast and see such smiling faces it makes you realise how life can be fun.

The lady lifeguard worked tirelessly to ensure patrons had sun beds - they need a few more during busy times.

Beware it gets busy around 9:30am so you may struggle for a seat.

but certainly not at the height of a busy summer.

When I proceeded to the front desk again to get the issue rectified, the receptionist told me in a patronizing manner he is busy with other guest and to join the queue, again!

The busy road in front of the hotel did not bother us at all and we were able to access the cycle path easily having hired bikes 200 metres down the road.

As it was busy, we waited 30 minutes for an empty space.

though so not cheap, good hot sauna and the pool has some good jets if it's not too busy and you can get to them.

but it’s less busy and better customer service.

Very busy with party goers in peak season.

but you re on a busy street therefor loud!

but on the Saturday which was our  3rd day the afternoon was extremely busy due to a Conference being held at the hotel and the attendees must of had the afternoon off as it was very loud and crowded round the pool.

We found the pool a little small for a hotel of this size, so it was always quite busy.

You are not allowed to take the drinks you are busy on to your room,

We faced the town rather than sea which was fine as Palma was not too busy or noisy in October.

but extremely busy at the weekend.Main issue with breakfast was that the expected hot breakfast items of bacon and beans etc were  served in metal dishes with cumbersome lids which were unusually not heated and thus only cool or warm.

however bear in mind that it is on the sea front, which is a very busy dual carriageway.

Have rated the hotel 4stars as some noise disruption from other guests & an issue with the blue tooth speakers which meant they came on at 3am

but one  that was directly opposite the building works ..I'm sure they could have done better for a returning customer or are conference guests now King?

Check in is confusing as there is a separate check in for Level guests, unfortunately there is no one to direct you to this.

PLEASE do something about this management before there is actually violence, or someone comes in and steals guests’ belongings.

On the con-side, you get some rude staff and rooms that have many annoying flaws which could be avoided if someone took the time to look at everything from the guests' point of view.

For drunk guests who don't have any level its perfect!

Sergio got us in touch with Verónica Soriano (Guest Experience Manager) who could not do enough to solve the problem.

Very poor client service and no information at the check-in desk regarding the breakfast, minibar, pool, extra services etc.

but don’t buy the level up and so on.. even the breakfast is better down at the “normal” guest’s breakfast then at the level up… such a disappointment…

Their policy with cash paying clients is rather harsh (blocking the room, until they pay the minibar consumance. ).

Surely it would have been a good idea to inform clients??? 3.

I have no idea why corporate hotels can't keep this side of their business completely separate from proper paying guests?

I have asked the Hotel numerous questions regarding  Security and Safety of their guests and they will not comment!

but surely there has to be some common sense around the lunchtime period when guests are having lunch.

despite the hotel asking guests NOT to reserve sun loungers with towels and also placing a card on each sun bed asking this rule to be adhered too, every sun bed was taken by 9am with no sign of any guests.

I got a message back saying "Thanks for the feedback-  we cannot help what our guests do"  I believe that legally and morally they are responsible for the conduct and safety of their guests.

The hotel asks guests not to “ reserve” sun beds by putting possessions and towels on them and then heading off for hours.

And worst experience of all, the Guest Experience Manager Guillem was unable to solve problems with Melia Rewards coupons, as hotel did not want to accept the rewards coupons as per the Melia terms.

Although the Guest Experience Manager apologised , no explanation was given as to how guests could have been put in this room, without any inspection beforehand.

The hotel is 2 mins by walk from the main walkway next to the Palma Marina.

Stayed with friends - first time in Palma & would return & stay here again.

This was our 7th stay at the Melia Palma Marina and our first stay for 5 years (previously this hotel was called Sol Melia Palma Atanea) and we had another wonderful stay!

There’s never anything he don’t know or won’t be able to help in Palma.

Palma is such a beautiful city and the hotel was in a good location and had a terrace and pool deck.

We also took the day trip to Port de Soller and Soller by train from Palma - would highly recommend this day trip and we ate lunch at Hotel La Vila in their garden terrace .

Amazing 4 night stay at the Melia Marina Palma, I booked this trip for my mums birthday and from start to finish the staff and level of service was incredible.

Good location for being close to Palma and the beaches

A reasonable walk to the centre of Palma city centre.

although not experiencing the Level (as they don’t have it) I will be very happy if the service is half as good as the service we received at Palma Marina.

Good location and we could walk easily to Santa Catalina area and Palma old town.

We are now looking at staying at another Melia hotel and would happily return to the Melia Palma Marina.

The Melia Palma has reminded us of how great The Level in the The Melia hotels is.

We recently stayed at the Melia Palma Marina, having previously stayed in other Melia hotels and being very impressed.

As things are opening up its even better its close to the city of Palma with lots to do in the area aswell as just lounge at the pool all day.

If you're looking for a hotel in Palma, this one is in a great location.

We used the public transport to get to puerto pollensa, magalluf and palma nova.

(When I complained about this to the hotel, they told me that I should be grateful (in bold font) that this "service" (of having bad enough wifi that someone needs to come to your room and give you a secret password that could not possibly be told over the phone) was provided to me at NO CHARGE.

Instead of proper furniture, ours had an open shelf, kind of like the basic ones from Ikea, no desk, just a table with only one chair and one lounge-style seat, as well as ridiculously small night tables which were already half taken up by a phone and lamps.

Two days and eleven phone calls later we have not been able to action this and instead have been met with the most unhelpful and unconstructive advice as to how to proceed.

The thief also reprogrammed the safe with a different code so when I tried to get into the safe a little later (Approximately 16.45 Hours) I had to call for a Technician.

The amount is small, will cost me more in calls

Check in was a little slow as the staff answered the phone and looked through papers with our name on it.

Clearly there are professionals at work since my bag was right beside me and my iphone immediately turned off by the thieves to unable to trace.

Now converted to a business hotel with continues conferences, business meetings all day, not a good experience by the pool as lots of people in suits continually hovering, and on their mobile phones, (trying hard to look important),  made for an uncomfortable experience for my wife in her swimwear.

Later in the day we had a call in the room from Andrea, the receptionist in The Level.

however the managent did not adjust anything to our bill at the end of the visit which was proved having recorded the amount of noise from inside our room on my mobile phone.

The let down was where to place you phone iPad etc to charge even using the tower there was nowhere to sit it.

no dressing table,no mobile charger point,and when asked at desk whether they had a adapter was told to go next door to the mini market!

There are hardly any electric points - you have a choice between charging your phone or a lit floor lamp.

This meant that we could connect our Iphones to it and play our music in the room.

but if you wanted to be new the old town it's a 20 minute walk, so probably not for the who aren't particularly mobile.

In addition receptionist had to call and confirm if our room is ready (why would I write my arrival time in online checkin then???

but lack of plugs in the bedrooms staff fantastic  but it's our 10th wedding anniversary and my 61st birthday  and in all my 40 odd years of travelling THIS IS THE WORSE HOTEL TO RECOGNISE THAT ..PHONE DIDNT WORK AND THEY HAD SNINGLE BEDS.

Over the 3 days we never got a response to phone calls - always had to walk down to the front desk.

I had to ask for the refund and her response was ‘ madam in our time, this is Palma Majorca Spain our rules.’ ‘I can always call the police’ Whilst I understand a review is personal I would not recommend this hotel to anyone travelling with families.

An easy walk into town (20 minutes) for a vast choice of bars and restaurants.

There is also cocktail hour between 5pm to 7pm when you have access to other alcoholic drinks including Bacardi, Gin, Vodka etc.

you could also have beer, wine and cava throughout the day as much as you'd like.

Loads of choice, loads of space and very tasty.

Pool area was nice, and fantastic food at the restaurant.

We had our anniversary whilst there and the management provided champagne and chocolates along with a great meal.

The hotel doesn’t really provide any information on the hours or locations of the pool, bars, restaurants, gym, etc.

Best Tapas at La Pergola, just a 5 minutes walk away.

The service and the food in the restaurant was not worthy a visit, experience or price.

The meals in the restaurant were really nice quality, we were half board.

Hotel restaurant and bar is quite expensive

Was unable check in due to the room was smelling.

The toilet smelt like someone defecated in it before we got there and did not go away.

The sofa in the living room smells like old socks.

However, considering the price & 4-stars hotel, the room (premium sea-view room) doesn’t live up to expectations, for example mold at the floor of bath, doors in the room squeak loudly, and noise level from corridors is very high.

but unfortunately not this one Melia palma marina,  the hotel is worn, and had a odd smell when you just step in to the hotel.

In addition, since Covid in Spain you are not allowed to smoke in communal areas/in a restaurant/eating areas - and as non smokers my husband and I were loving this throughout our trip.

We arrive and go to the room, beautiful until we see the fruit bowl filled with cherry’s with mold on them… 
At breakfast the dishes still had leftovers from the day before, and when I asked for some new CLEAN glasses they came with dirty ones again… 
I payed extra for the level up room and lounge, which was a huge mistake too… the staff is cold and not friendly!

The spa is rather old, warn out and smelly and available for extra fee only.

Rooms are comfortable with a couple of niggles, namely a slight smell of drains from bathroom

but nobody wipes down their disgusting sweaty machines after use!!

When we arrived in the room it had a stale smell, like the room had not been used for a while.

I probably lost a few pounds in sweat alone lol.

On one occasion, when I had to shower longer in order to was my hair, the entire bath room and the entrance to the room was flooded (blocked drain in other words) 4.

although these didn't impinge much on the completed levels above the 2nd floor, the newly painted areas and new electronic doors still have the lingering smell of paint and glue.

There were also damp patches on our ceiling around what would be the bathroom above our room, suggesting there was also a problem with their bathroom.

It would be nice Without smoking at the balcony  because you Smell it very Much in the room beside and the We dont like the glasswindow in the bathroom and We could not find  Amy place for our  toiletthings.

We had a small issue of our original room smelling of ciagrette smoke,

Our bathroom floor was covered in perfectly nice wood effect laminate spoilt by the  grout stains from the tiling.

The room and the bathroom were clean, large enough and with a great view on the Palma Marina.

We stayed in a “The Level” room with full bay view, which is stunning.

Had standard sea view room which had amazing view of marina and cathedral.

We were upgraded to a sea view room which was stunning and the bed was so comfortable.

Stayed in The Level premium room with sea view.

The establishment was clean, neat and the room was spacious with some sea views.

7th floor room, at back of hotel, which we didn’t really mind as it was quieter than the front rooms facing the sea.

The rooms were very clean with great views of the bay.

The hotel is located about a 30 mins walk or short taxi drive from the city with great views of the port and the marina.

We stayed in a Level room on the 7th floor and had a fab view form our balcony over the Marina

We had a marina view room, stunning both daytime and evening.

We booked a Marina view and was well worth it.

I liked the location of this hotel opposite the marina and there is a lovely view

We had a short 5 days break at this hotel in one of the Level Premium sea View rooms with Solarium.

Lovely hotel along the sea front at the marina approx 30 mins walk to the old town.

The breakfast was one of the best - a good range of hot & cold options, all of excellent quality, and warm & welcoming staff.

The room was comfortable, and the daily breakfast is something I still dream about.

The restaurant offers a wide selection of options for breakfast and we enjoyed our final dinner at the hotel which was superb.

Breakfast is good with a reasonable selection and had a truly delicious evening meal on one night of our stay which was very reasonably priced.

Left bags as early for room and wandered around for a few hours.

We arrived before 11am on a Monday morning, so expected to only be able to leave our bags until later in the day.

As the room wasn’t ready we were able to use their lovely downstairs bathroom to change and freshen up; our bags left and to be found in our room later in the day.

A gem of a hotel, not only is the hotel beautiful and in a great area of Palma, the staff were AMAZING!

The staff was just super friendly and helpful at every step with arranging taxi service, car service,  and dinner reservations, and tips for getting around Palma.

Posada Terra Santa is a truly adorable hideaway in the middle of Palma.

This has to be the best place to stay in Palma.

We stayed 2 nights in this amazing hotel in the heart of Palma.

This has become our 'go to' place to stay when we visit Palma.

This was a great place to stay right in the middle of old town Palma.

If we visit Palma again my wife and I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else.

The hotel is centrally located in the rabbit warren that is Palma old town, loads of places to see and a foodie paradise.

Can’t complain about anything!will come here again, close to everything in Palma.

I have visited Palma 23 times, and stayed in many hotels/apartments…this hotel is THE BEST in Palma in our opinion.

Could do with a mirror closer to the plugs.

Even with ear plugs the noise could be heard.

5) There was no mirror above the vanity table in the room, and no plug near to the mirror in the room, meaning any hair dryers etc needed to be used in the bathroom, which again, was extremely difficult due to the lack of storage.

The location is unbeatable, beautiful streets and lovely restaurants away from the busy main squares.

with helpful & enthusiastic knowledge, booking restaurants for us, arranging a couple of extra things for our room.
