The breakfast was good with limited fruit selections.

Delicious, generous breakfast, everything runs smoothly, and the staff are so pleasant.

Biscuits at breakfast were so soft tasty.

In the morning made to order omelet, it was delicious.

It was clean, had a good breakfast, plenty of parking and an excellent view.

Custom created omelets were a delicious breakfast.

They did a great job getting us the room we requested, and the breakfast was okay—however, they had no beer or whiskey available for complimentary happy hour -only available if you wanted to pay.

We attended the conference and were treated like VIP guests with the complimentary breakfast, shuttle service, and even the friendliness of the cleaning staff.

The breakfast was amazing, the front deak was kind and took care of all our requests.

Breakfast was nice and the property is well maintained.

The breakfast has something for everyone and rooms are huge with space to spread out.

The front desk, housekeeping, breakfast staff and bartenders are awesome.

Breakfast is plentiful and the staff are top notch.

Overall was great: nice clean room, enough towels and soap, super comfortable bed, great bacon cheese burger at the bar, nice environment for a good meal and a couple of drinks after work, guys at the bar were great.

The up charge for some rooms kinda hit me the wrong way.

A few negatives:  bathtub water was lukewarm (although the sink water can get burning hot), expensive parking ($18-$23 daily), and potential $16 internet charge per night.

The hotel lost m y reservation then billed me for 2 rooms after making anther reservation.

last year the parking garage charge was $10 
THIS YEAR  it was $15.

We did not rate a 5 because we paid for parking all week and one night the conference center guests were in the same garage at no charge and we struggled to find parking.

My fiancé gave her his credit card to put on file.

From the booking of the multiple rooms, the credit card authorization process and checking in/out.

The manager comes out to our car when the police is already taking care of us and is still trying to argue saying that he wants to charge us with criminal trespassing.

If you decide to stay at this hotel, you should also be aware that they charge extra for WiFi and parking.

Okay so the first room smelled like smoke

Bathrooms are too small and the room had a musky smell to it.

Room smelled so bad we had to change rooms.

The air conditioner did not work properly in our room (323) and never cooled the room off and true room was humid smelled like chlorine.

The room smelt of cigarettes, A/C did not cool, beds are worn out, not comfortable.

May want to bring your own dog poop bags as they were out first thing in the morning.

The breakfast is the real deal- sausage links, scrambled eggs, potatoes, oatmeal, toast, bagels…it’s delicious!

You'll find a great selection of food items for breakfast.

I found this hotel very clean, comfortable and provided complimentary breakfast.

They serve a great breakfast buffet (even if you arrive five minutes before it closes), and were helpful with other requests such as bottled water, laundry, reservation changes, etc.

Breakfast was very good and well-stocked.

For breakfast, I would say that the food is above average with plenty of seats in the dining area.

The overall facility was wonderful, comfortable and had a really great breakfast.

We are ALL greeted with smiles and continental breakfast every morning, refills on toiletries and linens weekly, happy hour on Wednesday nights and handy maintenance assistance as needed (when you stay at a hotel this long, something is bound to need a tiny tweak)!

The hot breakfast was fresh and tasty, with a great selection.

Buffet breakfast was okay and rooms were clean.

The breakfast options included freshly made eggs, sausage, potatoes, a custom omelette and much more.

It’s in a great location and the staff is always so nice, it’s always clean, and the breakfast is always good.

Breakfast was excellent compared to similar-class hotels.

But the star of the show was the Breakfast.

Breakfast is fantastic with an egg station.

We stayed for 8 days with our 3 kids, 10 and under and everything was clean, the staff was professional and kind, and the breakfast was great!

Fast check in and check out, nice breakfast spread, rooms are well appointed and everything works.

the room i stayed in had so many plugins, it was clean, there's an indoor pool, and a free breakfast.

The hotel staff was super accommodating, the rooms are clean and the complimentary breakfast was excellent.

The breakfast was good there was an omelette station and the food was good.

The breakfast was also top notch with a large variety of foods and beverages to choose from.

Full service breakfast, bar with food service, attentive staff, daily housekeeping (as other hotels have removed it, here they have returned it), indoor pool and nice small gym.

The only negative is they charge for parking daily ($10).

It is also confusing, and I was charged twice!! They corrected at checkout (I'm glad I caught it)

charged for parking outside  because I wasn’t staying more than 7 nights and told I needed rewards status.

They now charge for parking, no other hotel in the area charges!

Lame that they are charging for parking now.

Only issue we had was being overcharged for parking.

The hotel does not keep track of who is charging and has no way to ask them to unplug.

And as long as hotels charge a $75, $100 or more "pet fee"  they are NOT pet friendly, regardless of what they say.

They also sprung a $10 parking charge, which was annoying.

Poor Cell phone coverage in the premises, no safety lockers, slow elevator and long waiting, no usb ports to charge devices.

I wish I would have known that I would be charged $10 a day to park in a parking lot.

Some genius decided to charge $10 per night just to park.

You should NOT be charging for parking you loons.

The staff was a little underwhelming as well as they were distracted many times when I need to speak with them and I was promised a credit that I did not receive.

Not sure why an additional charge is added for parking.

Elevator was slow and one was being worked on.

1 of 2 Elevators broke and 15 min wait or use stairs.

The hallways and elevators were about 20 degrees hotter, not fun coming and going.

We literally waited almost 10 minutes for the elevator upon checking out.

There was a single elevator and 6 floors.

One elevator was a bit of a pain as there was always a wait.

Finally, there is only one elevator for 6 floors so waits at the elevator can be long, especially with social distancing measures.

Because of Covid, in addition to the hand sanitizer in the lobby, there was a bottle in the elevator as well.

By the elevator there’s a box a tissue for you to use to press the elevator floors and there’s a sanitizer inside the elevator, also the max of people allowed inside the elevator is 4 and is mark with signs on the floor where you stand!

If not for the elevators, it would have been a 5-star review.

The elevator takes awhile to get you around though.

Only gripe was the 1 elevator for entire hotel.

At booking specific request to be away from the very noisy elevators, and of course the room assigned directly next to elevator.

Slow elevators and not enough luggage carts (if I had anything negative to say about this place).

Omelet cook and breakfast was a highlight. Would be nice if the elevator was faster and the room entry was better (may have been just my room.)

The elevators have a loud doorbell-like sound whenever they arrive.

My only problems were the extremely slow elevators and the fact that I couldn't get a paid receipt from the receptionist at the desk.

Other than paying too much for a normal breakfast buffet, it was a good stay.

Three different staff members were asked about the “new” breakfast coupons and got three different answers.

Cook to order hot breakfast ($12.50) was a big plus since there is little dining available nearby.

but with several guest not wearing masks, I didn’t feel comfortable (yet) at a buffet.

The room was great nice and clean the breakfast menu didn’t give you all the items that were available to pick from it didn’t list any meats only omelet meats

Our family who stayed at the hotel could not say enough about the delicious breakfast.

The deciding factor to choose this hotel was that they still serve breakfast, which many other hotels have stopped during the pandemic.

very nice rooms, plenty of common areas for our large family to gather, extremely friendly and accommodating staff and a quality buffet breakfast that had plenty of variety.

Also charge by default for parking fees of $4 even if you do not park a car and will not remove unless you notice and tell them.

The additional charge would bring my bill to nearly $30 for two eggs, a couple of pieces of bacon, cereal, fruit and orange juice - ridiculous.

I was not given my food credit as a diamond member which all members (diamond) are entitled too.

I told the front desk I stayed at a Waldorf and when I had food and beverage credit they allowed me to use it all on one day, so how was I suppose to know it couldn’t all be used at once.

I was overcharged and not given the wedding block rate.

If you opt to have breakfast instead of the bonus points and using the $20 dollar credit per couple, per stay, make sure you use it or if you don't you lose it.

On Monday morning there was a different breakfast lady, no complaints other than she gave us someone else final ticket with their last 4 digits of C. Card And signature, she just need to pay better attention to having to many receipts in her hand.

We were charged $140ish for our last night.

I was also charged extra 4$ on my credit card that we used hotel water that is false we had a full cooler of our own water.

So do the math, the rest is spurious charged to fleece the Hilton customer.

I then asked if she was Tammy, and I didn’t understand why she would charge an ADDITIONAL $92.00 without my authorization.

When requesting to cancel, the Guest Services person never mentioned anything about a late cancellation fee, so they charged my card.

(my $110 room didn't come with Free Hotel breakfast) The waitress then tried to pocket the cash and still charge my room.

This by far was the worse, it smelled moldy in the first two rooms I was given.

When I checked into my room, there were dirty socks on the floor, the room was filthy.

In one room behind the mattress and headboard was a used condom and and the dirty washcloth that was used, very disturbing and disgusting.

The smell of chlorine was stout to say the least and there was a glass wall that showed the exercise equipment room.

This room had a bad odor and despite several complaints to the staff could not be eliminated.

The hot tub water wasn't hot, only lukewarm at most and it was very strong with chlorine so much that it burned my eyes while the jets were on.

After about 2 hours, the room finally cooled down, went to bed at 9:30, woke up at 3am in a sweat.

Unfortunately it was recently painted so an impossible smell.

Moved to Room 112 which smelled like chlorine and fresh paint.

The only issue was a strange odor which hubby felt was cleaning chemicals.

Housekeeping accused us of smoking in rooms, obviously we were not.

The breakfast is great, changes daily, something for anyone, healthy choices, no grease, and fresh.

I could not ask for a better hotel room or breakfast service.

We travel a lot to visit family all over the country and would stay at this Hyatt in a heartbeat.the value was wonderful the breakfast was excellent and filling.

Great service and the breakfast was pretty good.

Would have been nice to have some apples, bananas and other fresh choices.

The breakfasts were excellent, and the staff was very accommodating.

The breakfast had a nice choice of morning juices , meat, fruit and yogurt with a berry topping.

They have two elevators and only one was working, which we waiting long times and it was crowded too.

Only 1 elevator was working and it was the slowest possible elevator in world.

Just 1 elevator was working and it was very very slow.

People constantly waiting for the elevator.

but the receptionist put un on the 2nd floor near the elevator, for the whole week - absolutely thoughtless!

Besides the broken elevator the bar is too close to rooms that were occupied.

Elevator was not working on each day we stayed here.

Elevators have broken down a couple of times during my stay making me go up and down the stairs a few times, which is unacceptable.

One elevator was not working during our week there.

However, not discounting my bill for having to endure the smell from the water seepage into the elevator shafts was unacceptable.

Elevator call bell is so loud it kept us up.

The bell and loud noise from the elevator is an issue and to make it worse the window is above the lobby and you can hear all of the construction and road noise.

The only thing I dislike is that they only had 1 elevator working.

Next morning find out that not all the channels work on the TV and the shower drains very slow causing the water to pool.

After a 12hour day working in a boiler room.

However the housekeepers and breakfast staff were the only thing keeping that place above water!

Carpet at the sink area retains water and contributes to the musty feel / odor in the rooms.

Worst breakfast time ever, works stay in their cellphone all the time, tables were dirty, no coffee, bread or water, chefe was working by himself and no workers helped him at all, there were busy with there cellphones a have pictures to proof!! !😡

The water pressure was a bit disappointment in our room.

The shower door being fixed as it is makes it impossible to not get sprayed with cold water when turning on the shower.

The tv would not change channels, the shower took about 25 minutes to get hot water .

There was evident past water damage to ceiling above bathtub.
