This is my "go-to" hotel when I'm in the area on business or for pleasure!

There's no doubt that when in the area, I will definitely be revisiting.

Would recommend to anyone needing to stay in the area.

though we already live in the area, it still has always felt like we were actually on vacation somewhere other than our hometown.

We live in Frisco area and watched this location be built.

Very nice hotel and in a very nice area of town.

The connection area between the hotel and the parking garage can use some maintenance upkeep also.

Also pool was very cold and the chemical fumes in the pool area were so strong they burned our eyes and we weren’t able to stay in the room long.

The location to area restaurants was really convenient.

but there was an employee outside near the valet area who just starred at people but didn’t greet anyone.

And as for the Hotel itself , great location, lots of shopping areas close by, breakfast is back Friday -Sunday, yay!!

My husband and I enjoyed the evening reception area as well.

We stay at this property anytime we are in the DFW area.

We would definitely stay here again of we were in the area.

The breakfast was good with limited fruit selections.

Delicious, generous breakfast, everything runs smoothly, and the staff are so pleasant.

Biscuits at breakfast were so soft tasty.

In the morning made to order omelet, it was delicious.

It was clean, had a good breakfast, plenty of parking and an excellent view.

Custom created omelets were a delicious breakfast.

They did a great job getting us the room we requested, and the breakfast was okay—however, they had no beer or whiskey available for complimentary happy hour -only available if you wanted to pay.

We attended the conference and were treated like VIP guests with the complimentary breakfast, shuttle service, and even the friendliness of the cleaning staff.

The breakfast was amazing, the front deak was kind and took care of all our requests.

Breakfast was nice and the property is well maintained.

The breakfast has something for everyone and rooms are huge with space to spread out.

The front desk, housekeeping, breakfast staff and bartenders are awesome.

Breakfast is plentiful and the staff are top notch.

Overall was great: nice clean room, enough towels and soap, super comfortable bed, great bacon cheese burger at the bar, nice environment for a good meal and a couple of drinks after work, guys at the bar were great.

Complimentary breakfast is good for families

Something to note—hotel charges $18/day for parking.

Josh nor an assistant did not reach out to help with the over charged issue

The up charge for some rooms kinda hit me the wrong way.

A few negatives:  bathtub water was lukewarm (although the sink water can get burning hot), expensive parking ($18-$23 daily), and potential $16 internet charge per night.

The hotel lost m y reservation then billed me for 2 rooms after making anther reservation.

last year the parking garage charge was $10 
THIS YEAR  it was $15.

We did not rate a 5 because we paid for parking all week and one night the conference center guests were in the same garage at no charge and we struggled to find parking.

My fiancé gave her his credit card to put on file.

From the booking of the multiple rooms, the credit card authorization process and checking in/out.

The manager comes out to our car when the police is already taking care of us and is still trying to argue saying that he wants to charge us with criminal trespassing.

If you decide to stay at this hotel, you should also be aware that they charge extra for WiFi and parking.

The people at check in don't even understand how Hilton's e- checkin works and tries to charge you for an early check in

He said he could credit me the difference if Josh gave me credit..which he didn't.

It never occurred to me to ask 'are these charges for me or for my husband'?

They have a awesome complementary breakfast and happy hour.

The complementary breakfast is a big bonus.

TIP:  Get to the complimentary breakfasts sooner rather than later.

It has a nice workout facility, and complimentary breakfast.

TIP:  Get free breakfast buffet and free happy hour drink and snacks daily.

Embassy Suites has large rooms and an amazing complimentary breakfast.

I greatly enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and happy hours.

There is onsite parking (included). Breakfast is included and the choice of food was good, it was tasty, with hot dishes made to order (omelette, waffles), cold dishes (fruit, cereal, toast, yogurt, etc.)

I did not understand why she gave me extra vouchers because my accommodations already included breakfast.

The food in the restaurant as well as the complimentary breakfast was superb as well.

Complimentary breakfast was really good(better than any other)!!!

They also provide a full complimentary breakfast which was an unexpected surprise.

All the convenient services were available--complimentary breakfast, business center, etc.

Rooms were nice and free breakfast was a plus for a family of four.

On the plus side, the complimentary breakfast was excellent, and the chef and the dining room staff were very nice and efficient.

The complimentary breakfast was delicious beyond words.

I especially loved the made to order omelets!!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Morning made-to-order omelets and Texas-shaped (and sized!)

They offer fewer services now (no morning made to order omelets) and no housekeeping during your stay.

I had an omelet that was prepared while I waited.

The complementary hot breakfast included cooked to order omelets.

You could order an omelet with all the fixing, in addition to a fruit bar.

They cooked made to   order omelets which  were amazing and very quickly made.

The breakfast and cooked to order omelets were delicious!!!!

We enjoyed the evening reception as well as the great variety of choices at breakfast as well as custom made to order omelets The kids had fun at the pool.

Breakfast is good with a Buffett and made to order omelets.

The breakfast (especially the cooked to order omelets) was wonderful.

There was dried food on the nightstand, and it was disgusting.

Okay so the first room smelled like smoke

Bathrooms are too small and the room had a musky smell to it.

Room smelled so bad we had to change rooms.

The air conditioner did not work properly in our room (323) and never cooled the room off and true room was humid smelled like chlorine.

The room smelt of cigarettes, A/C did not cool, beds are worn out, not comfortable.

May want to bring your own dog poop bags as they were out first thing in the morning.

We had 3 hotel security rush in our room
Saying they smelled marijuana.

Entering the room I was hit with a musty, moldy odor.

Breakfast staff and food choices were pretty typical

The breakfast is the real deal- sausage links, scrambled eggs, potatoes, oatmeal, toast, bagels…it’s delicious!

You'll find a great selection of food items for breakfast.

I found this hotel very clean, comfortable and provided complimentary breakfast.

They serve a great breakfast buffet (even if you arrive five minutes before it closes), and were helpful with other requests such as bottled water, laundry, reservation changes, etc.

Breakfast was very good and well-stocked.

For breakfast, I would say that the food is above average with plenty of seats in the dining area.

The overall facility was wonderful, comfortable and had a really great breakfast.

We are ALL greeted with smiles and continental breakfast every morning, refills on toiletries and linens weekly, happy hour on Wednesday nights and handy maintenance assistance as needed (when you stay at a hotel this long, something is bound to need a tiny tweak)!

The hot breakfast was fresh and tasty, with a great selection.

Buffet breakfast was okay and rooms were clean.

I didn’t partake in the complimentary breakfast

My husband and I travel a lot and lately, in Houston and other hotels in the Dallas area, full housekeeping is in force again as are hot breakfasts and social time in the evenings.

Homewood Suites is a go-to for our family of 5.

Our family lives about 15 miles from Frisco, and Homewood Suites made it possible to travel back and forth with little travel time.

I chose to return because I was confident that my family would experience a safe, comfortable and pleasant stay with incredibly kind and professional staff.

Everyone at Homewood Suites were very understanding, courteous and polite, accommodating and sincere to me and the the rest of my family.

Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

There appeared to be families staying extended stays at this hotel.

We had a block of rooms for the family reserved for a small discount.

Will definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

They treat you like you part of their family, it’s so difficult to find this level of service these days.

I'm from Kingwood Texas and I met up with my family from Wichita Kansas in Frisco Texas to watch my niece's basketball tournament.

I won't hesitate to bring future clients and family to your property.

This is the perfect suite for family use during your Dallas-Frisco, TX stay.

We have family in Frisco and for the past year or so have always stayed at Homewood Suites.

This is my go to hotel when I am visiting family in Frisco.

Would recommend for families and solo travelers.

The Homewood Suites Frisco is a modern, well-maintained property with outstanding facilities and welcoming staff who make each guest feel like a valuable family member.

We had several rooms for our family, the bridal suite, and a block of rooms for guests for my daughter's wedding.

Exceptional for couples, families and corporate travelers.

The rooms are very clean and perfect for family suites also.

The cleanliness of the rooms is top-notch.

Room was clean as well common areas comfortable.

The room was clean and beds very comfortable.

If you are looking for a hotel that has friendly staff, clean rooms, COMFORTABLE beds, full kitchens, spacious rooms, and located near great restaurants and shopping - this is for you!

He was saying he was fed up with being told housekeeping would come clean his room

but I did not have any trouble at this hotel, our room was very clean, very spacious with no strange smells.

The breakfast is excellent and the room is neat and clean.

The location is excellent and good access to The Star and ballpark and many activities.

Stayed here in May during a trip to see the Cowboys stadium and The Star.

I recommend touring The Star when you're there.

Took a tour to The Star stayed at a great place loved everything.Would stay again and plan to return as soon as two months with other family members.

It’s in a great location and the staff is always so nice, it’s always clean, and the breakfast is always good.

Breakfast was excellent compared to similar-class hotels.

But the star of the show was the Breakfast.

Breakfast is fantastic with an egg station.

We stayed for 8 days with our 3 kids, 10 and under and everything was clean, the staff was professional and kind, and the breakfast was great!

Fast check in and check out, nice breakfast spread, rooms are well appointed and everything works.

the room i stayed in had so many plugins, it was clean, there's an indoor pool, and a free breakfast.

The hotel staff was super accommodating, the rooms are clean and the complimentary breakfast was excellent.

The breakfast was good there was an omelette station and the food was good.

The breakfast was also top notch with a large variety of foods and beverages to choose from.

Full service breakfast, bar with food service, attentive staff, daily housekeeping (as other hotels have removed it, here they have returned it), indoor pool and nice small gym.

The only negative is they charge for parking daily ($10).

It is also confusing, and I was charged twice!! They corrected at checkout (I'm glad I caught it)

charged for parking outside  because I wasn’t staying more than 7 nights and told I needed rewards status.

They now charge for parking, no other hotel in the area charges!

Lame that they are charging for parking now.

Only issue we had was being overcharged for parking.

The hotel does not keep track of who is charging and has no way to ask them to unplug.

And as long as hotels charge a $75, $100 or more "pet fee"  they are NOT pet friendly, regardless of what they say.

They also sprung a $10 parking charge, which was annoying.

Poor Cell phone coverage in the premises, no safety lockers, slow elevator and long waiting, no usb ports to charge devices.

I wish I would have known that I would be charged $10 a day to park in a parking lot.

Some genius decided to charge $10 per night just to park.

You should NOT be charging for parking you loons.

The staff was a little underwhelming as well as they were distracted many times when I need to speak with them and I was promised a credit that I did not receive.

Not sure why an additional charge is added for parking.

Elevator was slow and one was being worked on.

1 of 2 Elevators broke and 15 min wait or use stairs.

The hallways and elevators were about 20 degrees hotter, not fun coming and going.

We literally waited almost 10 minutes for the elevator upon checking out.

There was a single elevator and 6 floors.

One elevator was a bit of a pain as there was always a wait.

Finally, there is only one elevator for 6 floors so waits at the elevator can be long, especially with social distancing measures.

Because of Covid, in addition to the hand sanitizer in the lobby, there was a bottle in the elevator as well.

By the elevator there’s a box a tissue for you to use to press the elevator floors and there’s a sanitizer inside the elevator, also the max of people allowed inside the elevator is 4 and is mark with signs on the floor where you stand!

If not for the elevators, it would have been a 5-star review.

The elevator takes awhile to get you around though.

Only gripe was the 1 elevator for entire hotel.

At booking specific request to be away from the very noisy elevators, and of course the room assigned directly next to elevator.

Slow elevators and not enough luggage carts (if I had anything negative to say about this place).

Omelet cook and breakfast was a highlight. Would be nice if the elevator was faster and the room entry was better (may have been just my room.)

The elevators have a loud doorbell-like sound whenever they arrive.

My only problems were the extremely slow elevators and the fact that I couldn't get a paid receipt from the receptionist at the desk.

The free breakfast with the included omelet station was excellent.

Enjoyed the daily breakfast provided (included made-to-order omelets, cereals, meats, fruit - quite a bit offered).

The complimentary breakfast was very good.

Great value with breakfast included, gas station and convenience store right across the street, many shopping/dining options within 1 mile.

Breakfast was included and provided an omlette station that was delish.

The location is good, the rooms are great and the breakfast is far better than most hotels with a breakfast included.

The breakfast that is included is really good with made to order omelets, hot food, oatmeal, cereal etc.

The free breakfast is well done, even had options for folks who choose healthy.

Staff and complementary breakfast were excellent.

The breakfast also included beverages, fruit, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal with lots of toppings, toast/bagels, bacon, sausage, regular eggs.

The staff was friendly and the complimentary breakfast was better than expected.

On the positive side, hotel was clean and had a good location with free parking and free breakfast.

This hotel offered a free breakfast with made to order omelets - go figure!
