This is my "go-to" hotel when I'm in the area on business or for pleasure!

There's no doubt that when in the area, I will definitely be revisiting.

Would recommend to anyone needing to stay in the area.

though we already live in the area, it still has always felt like we were actually on vacation somewhere other than our hometown.

We live in Frisco area and watched this location be built.

Very nice hotel and in a very nice area of town.

The connection area between the hotel and the parking garage can use some maintenance upkeep also.

Also pool was very cold and the chemical fumes in the pool area were so strong they burned our eyes and we weren’t able to stay in the room long.

The location to area restaurants was really convenient.

but there was an employee outside near the valet area who just starred at people but didn’t greet anyone.

And as for the Hotel itself , great location, lots of shopping areas close by, breakfast is back Friday -Sunday, yay!!

My husband and I enjoyed the evening reception area as well.

We stay at this property anytime we are in the DFW area.

We would definitely stay here again of we were in the area.

The breakfast was good with limited fruit selections.

Delicious, generous breakfast, everything runs smoothly, and the staff are so pleasant.

Biscuits at breakfast were so soft tasty.

In the morning made to order omelet, it was delicious.

It was clean, had a good breakfast, plenty of parking and an excellent view.

Custom created omelets were a delicious breakfast.

They did a great job getting us the room we requested, and the breakfast was okay—however, they had no beer or whiskey available for complimentary happy hour -only available if you wanted to pay.

We attended the conference and were treated like VIP guests with the complimentary breakfast, shuttle service, and even the friendliness of the cleaning staff.

The breakfast was amazing, the front deak was kind and took care of all our requests.

Breakfast was nice and the property is well maintained.

The breakfast has something for everyone and rooms are huge with space to spread out.

The front desk, housekeeping, breakfast staff and bartenders are awesome.

Breakfast is plentiful and the staff are top notch.

Overall was great: nice clean room, enough towels and soap, super comfortable bed, great bacon cheese burger at the bar, nice environment for a good meal and a couple of drinks after work, guys at the bar were great.

Complimentary breakfast is good for families

It is a clean hotel with nice rooms, friendly helpful staff, in a nice area.

This is a well run, clean Embassy Suites.

Front desk greeted with smile , spacious and clean room.

Though the rooms need an update everything was clean enough.

Just like others, the suites are spacious and clean  and quiet.

The room was clean and we had enough space to get the girls ready.

Stayed here for a staycation weekend for a birthday, the staff was friendly and helpful, room was clean and food and happy hour were perfect for what we needed.

Something to note—hotel charges $18/day for parking.

Josh nor an assistant did not reach out to help with the over charged issue

The up charge for some rooms kinda hit me the wrong way.

A few negatives:  bathtub water was lukewarm (although the sink water can get burning hot), expensive parking ($18-$23 daily), and potential $16 internet charge per night.

The hotel lost m y reservation then billed me for 2 rooms after making anther reservation.

last year the parking garage charge was $10 
THIS YEAR  it was $15.

We did not rate a 5 because we paid for parking all week and one night the conference center guests were in the same garage at no charge and we struggled to find parking.

My fiancé gave her his credit card to put on file.

From the booking of the multiple rooms, the credit card authorization process and checking in/out.

The manager comes out to our car when the police is already taking care of us and is still trying to argue saying that he wants to charge us with criminal trespassing.

If you decide to stay at this hotel, you should also be aware that they charge extra for WiFi and parking.

The people at check in don't even understand how Hilton's e- checkin works and tries to charge you for an early check in

He said he could credit me the difference if Josh gave me credit..which he didn't.

It never occurred to me to ask 'are these charges for me or for my husband'?

They have a awesome complementary breakfast and happy hour.

The complementary breakfast is a big bonus.

TIP:  Get to the complimentary breakfasts sooner rather than later.

It has a nice workout facility, and complimentary breakfast.

TIP:  Get free breakfast buffet and free happy hour drink and snacks daily.

Embassy Suites has large rooms and an amazing complimentary breakfast.

I greatly enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and happy hours.

There is onsite parking (included). Breakfast is included and the choice of food was good, it was tasty, with hot dishes made to order (omelette, waffles), cold dishes (fruit, cereal, toast, yogurt, etc.)

I did not understand why she gave me extra vouchers because my accommodations already included breakfast.

The food in the restaurant as well as the complimentary breakfast was superb as well.

Complimentary breakfast was really good(better than any other)!!!

They also provide a full complimentary breakfast which was an unexpected surprise.

All the convenient services were available--complimentary breakfast, business center, etc.

Rooms were nice and free breakfast was a plus for a family of four.

On the plus side, the complimentary breakfast was excellent, and the chef and the dining room staff were very nice and efficient.

The complimentary breakfast was delicious beyond words.

I especially loved the made to order omelets!!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Morning made-to-order omelets and Texas-shaped (and sized!)

They offer fewer services now (no morning made to order omelets) and no housekeeping during your stay.

I had an omelet that was prepared while I waited.

The complementary hot breakfast included cooked to order omelets.

You could order an omelet with all the fixing, in addition to a fruit bar.

They cooked made to   order omelets which  were amazing and very quickly made.

The breakfast and cooked to order omelets were delicious!!!!

We enjoyed the evening reception as well as the great variety of choices at breakfast as well as custom made to order omelets The kids had fun at the pool.

Breakfast is good with a Buffett and made to order omelets.

This hotel is smack dabb in the heart of Frisco, with plenty of restaurants and activities.

We were a large group and they ran out of beer 3 times in one weekend.

Manager Cocktail reception was very good.

There was almost nothing to eat on location.

It was close to a lot of great shopping and good restaurants.

If you enjoy walking, there's a shopping mall and a couple restaurants across the street

It is also close to the businesses at Dallas Parkway and excellent restaurants and shops at Legacy / Stonebriar Mall.

The location is great near the mall and plenty of close (car distance) restaurants.

If you need help or plan to eat there, I'd skip it.

Conveniently located within walking distance to a mall and good restaurants.

Paid for premium room that was to include snacks and drinks,

We stayed for New Year's Eve and could see fireworks all over the city from our room.

I personally had a room that appeared to have a cricket infestation.

It’s 90+ outside and we want to be able to enjoy a cool room for the night and not have to deal with feeling uncomfortable and muggy inside.

The rooms are all basically the same except for the corner rooms having a balcony

The room was pretty warm and it took quite some time for the A/C to get it cooled down.

She did alert engineering, and the guy was able to let us into our room.

The  rooms are spacious suites with modest furnishings.

Second, this hotel uses a dimming feature on the televisions in the room to help save on energy costs.

Since the room was ready and I was heading to the mall with my luggage, he offered to give me the room early at  no extra charge.

The rooms are spacious - allowing you to wind down at the end of the day.

I paid extra for a corner room and got a view of rooftops.

I had one friend order 1 drink and bill it to her room.

There was dried food on the nightstand, and it was disgusting.

found the both water drinking fountains near check in desk disgustingly dirty.

Okay so the first room smelled like smoke

Bathrooms are too small and the room had a musky smell to it.

Room smelled so bad we had to change rooms.

The air conditioner did not work properly in our room (323) and never cooled the room off and true room was humid smelled like chlorine.

The room smelt of cigarettes, A/C did not cool, beds are worn out, not comfortable.

May want to bring your own dog poop bags as they were out first thing in the morning.

We had 3 hotel security rush in our room
Saying they smelled marijuana.

Entering the room I was hit with a musty, moldy odor.

Evening reception with feee drinks , great bartender.

Every employee we encountered was both welcoming and helpful.

The staff was very friendly, always ready to assist.

The GM Nigel and Josh the FOM were great.

The staff is super friendly and very accommodating.

Very attentive housekeeping that replaced & provided more towels & other services.

I booked it for July 23to 24.Omg my tears just rolled down my cheeks after driving 4 hours from Houston.But that lady in the front desk her name is Hannah Johnson was so very kind to look for a hotel for me to stay that night because Embassy is fully booked.That was a relief.Kudos to Hannah.She is very kind and helpful.An employee that needs a recognition.Thank you.

Breakfast staff and food choices were pretty typical

The breakfast is the real deal- sausage links, scrambled eggs, potatoes, oatmeal, toast, bagels…it’s delicious!

You'll find a great selection of food items for breakfast.

I found this hotel very clean, comfortable and provided complimentary breakfast.

They serve a great breakfast buffet (even if you arrive five minutes before it closes), and were helpful with other requests such as bottled water, laundry, reservation changes, etc.

Breakfast was very good and well-stocked.

For breakfast, I would say that the food is above average with plenty of seats in the dining area.

The overall facility was wonderful, comfortable and had a really great breakfast.

We are ALL greeted with smiles and continental breakfast every morning, refills on toiletries and linens weekly, happy hour on Wednesday nights and handy maintenance assistance as needed (when you stay at a hotel this long, something is bound to need a tiny tweak)!

The hot breakfast was fresh and tasty, with a great selection.

My husband and I travel a lot and lately, in Houston and other hotels in the Dallas area, full housekeeping is in force again as are hot breakfasts and social time in the evenings.

Homewood Suites is a go-to for our family of 5.

Our family lives about 15 miles from Frisco, and Homewood Suites made it possible to travel back and forth with little travel time.

I'm from Kingwood Texas and I met up with my family from Wichita Kansas in Frisco Texas to watch my niece's basketball tournament.

This is the perfect suite for family use during your Dallas-Frisco, TX stay.

We have family in Frisco and for the past year or so have always stayed at Homewood Suites.

This is my go to hotel when I am visiting family in Frisco.

Would recommend for families and solo travelers.

The Homewood Suites Frisco is a modern, well-maintained property with outstanding facilities and welcoming staff who make each guest feel like a valuable family member.

We had several rooms for our family, the bridal suite, and a block of rooms for guests for my daughter's wedding.

Exceptional for couples, families and corporate travelers.

The rooms are very clean and perfect for family suites also.

The staff was helpful finding activities and there's great shopping and dining within walking distance.

The location of this Hilton is awesome; restaurants (the Ranch/Hacienda is a MUST), golf, shopping - all within a few minutes drive.

Nice patio area, with a grill and tv to catch some football.

Selection of 4 cereals, bread, muffins and a three course hot food bar consisting mainly in scrambled eggs, sausages looking like mini burgers and hot potatoes.

They had a good selection appetizers, beer, and decent wine.

Kerry was very kind by spending a considerable amount of time helping me navigate the many restaurants and shops in the area.

What we liked about the area was the proximity to lots of shopping and restaurants.

Front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage servers, maintenance and management all went above and beyond every.single.day.!

My kids LOVED the pool area and I was also impressed with how cozy and cool it looked with the bistro lights, ample seating, and television.

Great location on a tree lined street in a corporate area adjacent to a major mall area with a abundance of restaurants in the immediate area.
