Food was just okay and no bacon which i really love. Haha.

The staff went out of their way to make us feel accommodated, from inquiring about my dietary restrictions (I'm vegan) to actually finding us at breakfast to make sure I had enough to eat.

A delicious breakfast is now served in the room and plastic wrap is used to keep the food clean.

The restaurant “ Chowbarn E-SAN SOUL CAFE ” cool interior and delicious food.

The breakfast buffet is nice and has anything you like.

It is very good view, breakfast is fantastic.

Furthermore , this place is also well weather for running for 10 km around the resort

The downside is the pool still not warming up due to a broken heater.

It would be much better if a sauna is available and the fee is included in the room rate.

not okay for the price we paid.we stay here for 2 night.we booked from agoda agent.stay on 8-10/11/2018 room 215. the resort is new But the room very small.

Anyway, you have to pay 50 baht for renting 2 bicycles.

Given the price, I would likely choose another hotel and try.

We had a few mishaps with the rooms regarding the first room being small and we upgraded it to a pool villa.

The first room is very small and we decided to move to the villa, that wonderful room, functional and quality product.

The room is so small if compare with other hotels.

Room was small with barely enough space to walk with our luggage.

We were very greatful the hotel was very understanding and allowed us to move the stay to another weekend without any charges.

Khun Lada is a very helpful staff and would go out of her way to help out the guests in need.

The services from staff was ok.However the thing I love most is the bath amenities, the smell was really good.For the restaurant I would suggest to have more variety on the menu.

Food was great, which is mostly Thai food yet tasted very good.

Loved all the dishes on the restaurant menu especially Esarn style spicy chicken clear soup and Thai hot and sour pork mince soup which are cooked in clayplots and come out with a flame.

The buffet breakfast spread was good with a mix of western spread and Thai spread.

This place definitely punches above its weight with its amazing Thai Food.

There are variety of food to choose, both Thai and continental.

My wife is Thai and she thought the Thai food at breakfast and in the restaurant was the real thing.

Maybe placing an angled net on top might help to prevent dry leaves from falling into the pool.

Peri is just 2 hours away from Bangkok and located in a wonderful land, covered with many mountains and flora and fauna.

You can see the mountains from the hotel.

The view and decoration in the hotel was beautiful.

Love it and the view is nice even we stayed at 2nd fl.

The hotel is located in the very beautiful view with fresh air that very suitable with the people who want to escape the city center.

Location also great as bit secluded and quite along the mountains.

Good service, room is neat and tidy and comfy, nature atmosphere, the hotel has a small walking track with a mountain view for light exercise if you will.

It overlooks the mountains and is scenic.

Dinner at Charn was delicious, and breakfast was delicious as well.

Their breakfast is a la carte and afternoon tea is impressive as shown in the photo.

Dinner: We ate dinner here once and the food was good.

I also think the restaurant is overpriced and you're kind of stuck there -- it's a good drive to any alternatives.

I've rarely seen customer service to the level we received here, they obviously pay lots of attention to the small details.

We stayed at another 5 star hotel which cost double of this

And with just a bit less expensive then 5/5.

The price of the room included a high tea so we decided to go for that first before going to the room.

Only 2 hours drive from Sukhumvit it should cost no more than 3000 BHT to get there.

Highly recommended - the hotel experience is even better than the Khaoyai national park itself :)
The only thing - if you come by car, enjoy yourself, if not, there are no many taxis around, so they are quite pricey.

It's the first time I've been given complimentary coffee/juice/cookies in a take out bag at checkout before being escorted to the car.

The service was very personable and the hotel usher made sure that we were well-taken care of by shielding us from the sun with an umbrella when we were checking in, from the car to the reception counter, as well as when we were checking out.

The other 2 had spider webs and 1 of the 2 rooms had more than 6 small spiders nesting in the corners of the false ceilings in and above shower/toilet areas.

The room not so clean well and bathroom is very bad .

I came to the bathroom and found the shower not function properly.

One thing that I think the resort could improve is to make bathrobe available in every room.

but poor breakfast compare to the room rate, hot water not enough for shower and fullfil bath tub, too small television

but there was no improvement to the water pressure.

That one of the main reason why I booked in Dec-19 and few years back. But ended up cannot use the tub as water is not hot enough and it was time consuming to fill the tub (big tub & weak water pressure)

Biggest complaint is - inconsistent release of hot water and low water pressure.

Bathroom is great, my only complain is the hot water is not hot enough or strong enough, this applies the same for the bathtub on the balcony.

Bathroom has irritating small change of floor level - not enough to call it a step

Infinity pool is out, bar is closed, room air-conditioning is not service and not cool. water pressure like peeing (nightmare!!!!!!!)

It seems that I have to wait about 20mins as the pressure is not going out well.

but it took them about 20min to deliver (was in a hurry to take a shower and meet the driver).

Keep jumping in & out of the water fr the shower rose, with low pressure.

but changed of bath towels on 2nd day shocked us.

3.Water pressure in rooms were very weak hence we had to take much longer time to shower.

but with the low water pressure, it took an hour to fill and no longer warm.

We ended up washing the toilet bowl ourselves with soap and water.

It take up so much space and with the low water pressure, you may need to wait hours to get it fill up to usable depth.

There was no water pressure and no consistent hot water - imagine the water going from scalding hot to ice cold and back and forth, imagine flipping the levers from all hot to hot with cold and then back to all hot.

Generally the room is spacious and comfortable and the only complaint I had is the water pressure of the shower, with slow water flow which made showering very unpleasant.

Would have given 4 stars if 
1) the bulb in the private pool (in the balcony) is spoilt 

2) rain shower head spoilt 

3) water pressure too low when using normal shower head.

Water pressure in the room is strong contrary to some reviews that i've read.

The only gripes I have is the temperature of water in the shower - spots of hot and cold.

However, the water pressure was extremely low and the inconsistent at the bathtub outside.

We got to wait nearly 1 hour to get inside the room
- the water pressure inside the shower is very low and not consistent.

It will be better if the water pressure issue could be further improved.

-foul smell in toilet
-water heater inconsistency-5 to 10 secs of hot water, 5 to 10secs of cold water.

The room, the view, breakfast and all facilities are impressive!

Breakfast spread was great and the restaurant seatings were comfortable and spacious.

The breakfast buffet had a variety from Thai dishes to American breakfast.

Breakfast was very good with a good selection of both Western and Asian foods.

though as we saw that one of the pool was not quite as clean

- The hot water unstable, we put the hot water in the bath tub, then the water gething cold, have to wait more 15-20 minute to boil the hot water.

Also have to keep adjusting the rate of cold and hot water supply.

Please help me to check for this problem about hot water in the room.

Gotta jump in and out of the shower as it was either too cold or too hot.

Only small issue was that the bathtub took a long time to fill and water wasn't hot all the time.

Wifi is a joke, end up using mobile phone and created hot spot for my tablet.

There were some problems with the room’s hot water on our first day, the fixing took longer than expected

They take an age to run and the water is not very hot.

Shower: 2 taps (hot and cold) ..finally found the right setting for good temperature, then it kept fluctuating cold hot (be careful with kids).

Service = superb
Room & facility = quite old and needs maintenance
Breakfast = ok

One disappointment I always face with Botanica is the hot tub in the balcony cannot provide hot water.

Shower pressure alternating between boiling hot water & ice cold water fr the shower.

Before this happened they had reported no hot water in their room and they had workmen in their room all afternoon.

The room was spacious and clean, while the view facing the mountain was serene.

Restaurant is good view, you will feel relaxing in forest.

Great opportunity for relaxing in jungle lifestyle.

We’ve had a lovely relaxing 2 days at Botanica Khao Yai.

Very peaceful, it is a perfect place for weekend getaway from bustling Bangkok.

The hotel is located away from the main road in a serene and tranquil environment, which I truly enjoyed it.

Definitely a relaxing stay for me and my family at the family suite.

It was very a comfortable, relaxing place, and we are glad we chose this hotel.

Service staff are friendly and service is good.
