Your amenities or refrigerator is not having cooling function at all,I have to call to get an ice with glass which is took an hour before it come to me to the room. 3.

Aircondition temperature does not appear to be tied to the temperature control in the room or the gym.

One delta during our last stay when the AC was not working.

- room is cold even after the room air conditioner is turn "off".

but the AC is rather hot at night and the fan makes a little bit sounds.

One suggestion is that they need to consistently maintain the water circulation in the pool, especially in kids pool.

but delicious, of course, it's an Indonesian foods.

I’ve complained so many times with so many ways, from complained directly to hotel and then by email and by phone to accor customer care.

The wifi is horribly slow and the login system they use simply does not work with Apple iPhones, which caused me a great deal of inconvenience.

I have to call the receptionist for 3 times.

* you can hear the street noise if your room is facing the street (like mine) or the call of prayer in the morning.

Bell boys never answered a call during check out at noon, to bring the luggage down from the 10th floor,

There's only one sandals and toiletries in the room for 2 people,we have to call to add more.

Stupid staff, not friendly, no upgrade for platinum member, no welcome drink, no welcome letter, no porter service ( common in indonesia), and poor cleaning.

One staff finally attended my boyfriend looking aloof and after some poor conversation (I think he can't really speak english) he appointed us to a table (we chose to sit outside).

I asked someone from the staff to come to the room and he confirmed the noise and said that it was that way.

Often times breakfast buffet items ran out and were not replenished, and only about half of the time was I asked if I wanted tea or coffee.

But in the middle of my breakfast, my brother who asked for a new key to the front desk called me and said that our room cant be extended.

Was asked to wait at the restaurant at the 3rd floor until the room was ready, to the surprise found the same girl walking up to me after 30min and giving me my room card and check-in details.

I asked for new towel and yet those new towels still have stains despite its fresh scent.

I asked for a baguette and she definitely doesn't know any type of bread cause she looked totally confused and I had to literally explain how baguette looks etc.

I enjoyed a superb in-house massage and I found all of the staff to be very polite and welcoming.

It also has a nice spa and moderate sized swimming pool .

The hotel is equipped with Swimming Pool, Spa, Gym, Restaurant & Bistro Pub.

We stayed for 3 nights.. the check in was very fast, the room was clean.. i love the smell in elevators.. like candies..

i love the breakfast, the kids love the pool n my mom love the spa.. people were nice and friendly with load of smiles..

Excellent experience overall - very quiet despite being in a busy area of Pekanbaru city and provides an above average breakfast.

Restaurant wise, great food choise for breakfast with plenty options to pick and all stuff used good covid protocol so i still feel safe eat during my morning routine.

The breakfast menu is simpler tho compare with before pandemic period.

Readers who on diet or in rush in the morning Well,at the day I checked in,I have told the receptionist and they told me that hotel regulation restrict the breakfast to be taken away after 06.00 am (since the breakfast time ready in the restaurant).For this chained hotel,  with this stiff regulation,I really feel regret choosing this hotel.

Stayed here for the first time with a colleague and was surprised to find such nice (almost) boutique hotel in such a small city.

The location is quite strategies in city center (intersection main road and Sumatra main road).

This mall had many branded store and it's really make me feel like I'm in Jakarta or the other Big City.

This Swissbel is part of a superblock consisting of , hotel and a humongous shopping center in the heart of Sumatera second largest city, Pekanbaru.

Roof top swimming pool is stunning, and has great city view especially in the evening.

but I guess that's not entirely fault of the hotel..

Due to design fault during construction of this property, the flooring in shower is so badly laid out that water does not flow towards the drain and as a result, water remains logged as much as all night or till room is next done up by housekeeping.

But maybe this is not Swiss Belinn fault.

check in time was a bit long and they accidentally kept my credit card with them (i also forget to check on this and partly my fault too).

the room is enough for small family with a kid under 5 years old.

The TV channels are all in Bahasa Indonesian, so no cartoons for the kids.

The hotel's in SKA mall area so its walking distance to go to the mall an the other mall across (LW mall).

The room is spacious for the price, complete with safe, complimentary water, usual amenities and complimentary toiletries
