On the positive side: good breakfast, good location, and friendly staff,

Soundproofing is not good, you will listen people walking thru the corridors and other room´s noises, people chattering.

Also, the hotel was noisy - the thin walls allowed us to hear all noises from the hallway and neighbors.

The parking is not always available so you have to park your car in the street.

The staff is very kind and they really try to solve you any inconvenient you can have.

The hotel is well located, is clean, the service is efficient (receptionist speaks very good english and is helpful), the rooms have good size and features.

The stand out features of this hotel are the memory foam beds and fantastic staff.

Breakfast is good and the people in staff are kind, very professional, well traind and helpful.

Rooms are confortable, clean with warm/cold air conditioner, excellent light and a desk for using a computer.

Clean, efficient rooms with a nice breakfast.

The other issue is that there is no elevator so you have to schlep your bags up the stairs.

Very well received by the helpful staff, and also by the friendly resident dogs, Polly and Pepin, which certainly give the hotel a distinctive character.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful and seemed to understand my very poor Spanish.

The staff can make a reservation for you.

but helpful staff who reacted to two complaints of noise outside at night and got the police to move the youths on.

The only eason I did not give 5 stars is that the wifi did not work in my room,

15 minutes later we entered this older hotel with a nice receptionist who spoke good hotel English.

A small scale hotel with very friendly staff and owner.

The shower hot water would cut off periodically, you just need to be able to move quick and wait for it to come back again after a few seconds.

If you want a hair dryer or remote control for the television, you need to borrow it from the front desk.
