11/26/2021 - They arrange transportation at the airport and secured all our dinner reservations which we picked from an extensive list of recommendations that were all within walking distance of the hotel.

10/28/2021 - The reception staff were SO helpful, and even made last minute dinner reservations for us because we had not planned ahead!

09/13/2021 - They booked restaurants for us , advised on covid testing, provided a kettle and a corkscrew and were just generally lovely people!

12/07/2021 - We were upgraded with our suite award and Titanium status to an amazing suite on the top floor over looking the Christmas Market, Eiffel Tower, Louvre Museum, Jardin des Tuileries, Champs-Elysees, among other landmarks/sights.
