a clean bathroom with hot water and good shower, a comfortable bed, a desk to work at and a TV for distractions.

I stayed here for a couple of nights and everything was as you would expect from a Premier Inn: Clean, comfy bed and friendly staff.

The bed and pillows were so comfortable and the room and bathroom were very clean.

The beds are comfortable and everything was clean.

Probably my favourite hotel at Heathrow, I had room 680 which had an amazing runway view :) The bed was comfy and clean with no issues at all.

The room is good for what you pay, the bed is comfortable.

Room on the 5th floor accessed by decent lifts ( very good view across to runways & also bonus of Concorde parked up close by.

We even saw Concorde outside the BA hangar so really pleased.

The staff were very helpful and attentive and to top it all our room provided a nice view of Concorde!

This airport hotel was a excellent place to stay before an early morning flight.

Have stayed here a few times before an early morning flight out of Heathrow the following morning,

The room was everything we needed for a good nights sleep and a quick shower/coffee in the morning before our early flight to Qatar.

If you have a late or early flight then a short walk with a trolley to this hotelTerminal 4 is all that is required.

Excellent hotel for a overnight stay If you have a early morning flight and only a brisk walk to terminal 4 and from the car park.

It took all the stress out of catching an early flight out of Heathrow Airport.

The room was clean, comfortable and quiet,the staff friendly and helpful, and the walkway to Terminal 4 made arriving in time for an early flight simple and stress-free.

This hotel was a breeze for our early morning flight back to australia.

I will certainly be returning here again and would highly recommend it to anyone catching an early flight from Heathrow or simply visiting London (as I was) and enjoy the (off-peak) commute into the city centre.

A great night and meal, started the break on  great note.

Had dinner at the restaurant prior to our flight the next day - fantastic food, excellent service by the staff and special mention to our waiter Sujee, who was extremely friendly and hospitable!

The restaurant at this hotel was sub-standard.

Sujee in the restaurant was very quick with service, friendly and  had a smile on his face.

Food was excellent too - fresh, appealing and varied - everything you'd expect - pancakes, croissants, bagels, poached eggs, black pudding, bacon . .

Our waiter at the restaurant, Dixon, was so obliging and the general attitude is extremely good.

The customer service team were amazing, and SUJEE and the team at the Thyme Restaurant were exceptionally friendly, and despite the time at night, they brought out a celebratory birthday cake on a plate for one of our group.

The team knew it was our son's birthday and gave us a perfect room for plane spotting and left balloons and even a toy plane for him in the room! On the eve of his birthday the restaurant staff (special thanks to Sujee!)

All good, nice coffee area, everything you expect from Premier Inn, all staff very helpful, extra mile from Sujee in the restaurant.

The bar and restaurant staff are so friendly and the food offered and wine choices, while limited are certainly good enough.

The meal(dinner) was delicious - I had cauliflower florets and a veg burger with chips and some hot chocolate.

The room at London Heathrow Terminal 4 was very quiet, with sound-proof windows.

Room at check in was next to the reception, we asked to moved, the new room was given in less than a minute.

Our room was comfortable and clean, we asked for an extra towel, coffee and milk which were duly delivered to our room.

We stayed at this hotel for the second time with a room facing the runway terminal 5.

Premier Inn, please stop giving me interconnecting rooms!

I am from  Los Angeles, CA, I had Great experience In this place, great service, great people especially Tajin, she gave me great welcome and was very helpful.The rooms are very clean and of class for the price.

Our room was very clean and the staff were very helpful.

Am on the 6th floor, room 618 and it is spotless.

All was great friendly staff great food clean rooms great service especial thanks to Tajin always welcomed me at breakfast and showed tables all the other staff were also friendly and welcoming every time I came to restaurant

The size and cleanliness of the rooms is perfect and the rooms themselves are well equipped and, again, fitted out perfectly for the "job" at hand.

I stayed a few evenings, the service in the restaurant was excellent, thanks especially to Sujee and all the breakfast staff, the room was clean and very comfortable and receptionvery welcomingand helpful.

My Father and I have thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the food was enjoyable, breakfast and dinner.

The room was spotlessly clean and nothing was too much trouble.

Despite a slightly chaotic check-in experience with various alarms sounding, staff running around using personal radios and the self-service machines not working, the room was clean, well maintained and ensured a good night sleep.

Dixon was my waiter and couldn't have been more helpful and welcoming.

The staff at this hotel have a great attitude,  nothing is too much trouble and they certainly go the extra mile.

Sujee (I hope I have spelt your name correctly) was welcoming and friendly, and thank you also to the chefs, kitchen and waiting staff.

The people at this hotel go above and beyond really, they seem to be a great team and work well together and are really focused on customer service.

With his very personable manner and his ability to be there just when you needed him.

It's people like Frank that we need more of in this world - helpful, efficient, courteous grafters.

This hotel is very reasonably priced, impeccably clean and has wonderfully friendly staff.

The breakfast was good, Supreet and the other serving staff were friendly and helpful.

Very good to have come to the inn with my family, we are well taken care of by the staff, checking was ok and the breakfast was fabulous.

but it is quite a long walk in the evening - about 10 minutes.

I love Premier Inn because it is very near to Terminal 4, Heathrow Airport where you can just walk.

Good food and meal deal is best,if you are staying for a while level 2 has a coverd walkway to terminal 4 a short walk where there are more bars and restraunts.

Just came to walk in break fast it's was nice restaurant with nice beautiful atmosphere I really happy to visit there and it was nice o chat with tajin she is so nice with her lovely smile she doing great job I am with her service I want to give her all points for her service thank you Tajin and sorry to late review how I can't forget lovely tajin thank you . .

The hotel is perfectly located if you want to jump on the tube and head into town (about an hours journey), or go on long walks around the local area.

Public transport links to the hotel are great or it’s a pleasant walk from Hatton Cross tube station with views of planes landing and taking off at Heathrow.

Or using bus or walk to the terminal 4 its very near to catch the underground.if you have your own car you can par it for free.

but it needs time to warm and two older ladies always feel little bit chilly :) 
We were so busy 8n these wonderful Kvarner area ( long walks near the sea, old medieval times.  )

The airport is served by a walk way directly to terminal 4 (when open).

The hotel is located in Terminal 4, an easy walk of about 5-10 mins along the Terminal.

especially as at the time of this review Heathrow Terminal 4 (5 minutes walk through a connected covered walkway) is currently closed due to reduced flights.

The walk from the airport is long and very hot in summer in the tunnel

Usually I would walk from the tube station at T4,

It is also connected to Heathrow Terming 4 via a walkway (about a 5 minute walk).

It is about a five minute walk to Premier Inn's reception area.

Only a few minutes walk from the terminal makes this so convenient.

Really quick and easy walk from Terminal 4.

The room is nice and you have very good view of the city.

though the hotel is centrally located, it is set back enough that it feels calm and relaxing once you return.Our room was spacious, very clean and had amazing views over the city.

Welcoming staff, knowledgeable concierge that customizes your needs, great hotel amenities such as rooms with excellent city views , beautiful indoor pool, excellent western breakfast buffet with extensive options , lovely rooftop bar with live music and impeccable views, 7-11 convenience store on property , private smoking lounge , nespresso machine in room.

Pros: good sized room, with great views out over the city.

Room and bathroom offers a superb view over the city skyline.

Staff were all very friendly and welcoming, rooms were pretty spacjous for Japan, very clean and had amazing views of the city.

It gives you access to the lounge on floor 35 where you can have a lovely buffet style breakfast ( smoked salmon included) looking out with marvellous views of the city and Mount Fuji.

But Coucagno (French) has a lovely view of the city with great food, and the Sichuan is nice change of pace if you're staying in the city for more than a few days.

Cerulean is a great hotel with an awesome view of the city.

but the bar on the top floor had a spectacular outlook over the city and to Mount Fuji.

We had corner room on 34th floor with amazing view of the city.

We had a beautiful city view, and a sofa to sit and enjoy it.

The rooms all have beautiful views of the city (ask for a room with a high floor) and are extremely clean and spacious.

The view of the city from our room was awesome and we even had an incredible view of the city below us from the bathroom right over the bath which was very cool!

With big literally walk in cabinet, bathroom was spacious as well with Bath tub that can look out at the city skyline.

We had a decent size room on the executive level with great city views.

Book using the Concorde Hotels website and get great rates.

Hint:  try booking through Concorde Hotels website (corporate owner of this property) for the best deal.

The representative I spoke to insisted I adhere to there inability to change anything or help Amex either.This means I’ll likely have to cancel my entire reservation with the Cerulean Tower and find a replacement with no time because of how inconsiderate they are with their own booking policy.

Just something to be mindful of as we stayed six nights and they put $3200 + $500 upfront on my card.

however I ordered a single shot espresso got charged Yen 1579.00 which is equivalent to approx. USD10.00.

Ridiculous charge for the usage of the swimming pool.

Also, any hotel that still charges to use the pool plus charges over $100 a night for a cot isn't worth it.

They would need your credit card to reserve; some busy restaurants would charge you for no show or late cancellation.

They charge a cover charge for non guests so tried to keep those tables free bit cheeky.

Considering a cover charge and just wanting to have a drink while enjoying the view, it’s a bit frustrating considering the price of the hotel.

Purchase a Suica card at the airport and load up Suica card, cost is about JPY 580 to get to the hotel.

but there would be a charge for them to call.

Little did we know that on our bill we would be charged a ridiculous amount for these nuts (£6-7 GBP).

We booked a room for 3 persons and we were a bit disappointed because the room was quite tight for the price of a 3 bedroom that they charged us for.

There are only 2 shirt hangers in the closet, i suppose it's a hint to leave

Gym is small and they have the gall to charge 2200 yen per visit

I certainly wouldn't stay here if i was on holiday and paying myself

but very willing to help with any issues that arose (not that I, myself, experienced any true issues during my stay) 

As one note if, like myself, you only have a debit card make sure you bring cash to pay for your room if you have not already done as such and be prepared to pay for any extra costs (mini bar, laundry etc) when they arise as a 'tab' can only be authorised with a  credit card.

The problem with this scenario is that many brand new chip cards (like mine) are not embossed.

but you can forget about that if you come along to the Cerulean- let’s just say, boot camp is more their style, from the check in staff to the waiters,  to the Bar upstairs( with its exorbitant cover charge - even for guests!!

This had the unfortunate result of locking my card down for the rest of the stay,

Then we find out not only there was a charge,

(Beware the gaijin tax they charge you there.

It should also be noted that there may be a fee charge for using the sports facility if you are not staying at the executive floor.

We could not fault this hotel at all.From them arranging the airport transfer to checking in, all seamless.The hotel room on the executive floor (34) was very good and large with a bathroom that you don’t want to leave.

We stayed on the upper executive floors, the room was spacious, wonderful view, plenty of storage and closet space, and the beds are so comfortable.

The best part of this hotel was the wonderful staff, especially Zacca on the Executive floor - she made sure our stay was perfect!

This, along with the breakfast and laundry vouchers were worth booking on the executive level.

We stayed in a Cnr suite on the executive level for 6 nights and absolutely loved this hotel; If you can afford it, it is worth paying extra to stay on the executive level, the lounge was amazing, great food, great drinks all the staff were friendly, attentive, obliging and spoke excellent English.

The staff provides quality service and follows through to perfection.We selected the Executive Level for our 5-night stay, our room was located on the 33rd floor.

The Corner King on the executive floor was very spacious, spotlessly clean and offered a clear view of the sea of lights of the city and the Tokyo Tower.

Executive level perks were nice.. My fiance and I stayed here for nine days on a vacation to Tokyo.

We stayed in a room on an executive floor for access to the executive lounge for breakfast in the a.m. and a light dinner/hors d’oeuvres/drinks in the evening.

We stayed on the Executive floor, as a couple we enjoyed the perks, and the peace and quiet.

We chose a room on the executive floor that was more of a suite than a room as it contained a super king size bed, a sofa, two chairs, two tables, a footstool and a large tv.

We stayed on the executive floor, which gave us access to the lounge for breakfast (very convenient) and later in the day for refreshments.

If you're staying on the executive floors, the Western-style breakfast and the afternoon happy hour on the 35th floor are amazing.

great views from out junior suite room in the executive floor and the bar was amazing with night views of tokyo like something from a movie.

We had booked an Executive Room so check in was done on the Executive Floor.

The extra cost of the Executive floor was more than made up by the excellent breakfast, and the free drink happy hour at the end of the day in the exclusive lounge.

Certain staff members were friendly and had some nice perks if you're staying in one of the executive floors, like daily breakfast or happy hour in the private lounge with view.

We were also ecstatic when we got a complimentary upgrade to the executive level.

We thought it was worthwhile to choose a room at the executive level, we sincerely enjoyed staying here.

but I couldn't get in by 3 p.m., so I had to wait about 15 minutes.We dined in the lounge while we waited, but it cost 2,500 yen for a forehand sandwich (coffee didn't cost me a refill)。 The view out of the lounge, the sunlight dazzling during the day, the blinds are adjusted down so you can't see much.

It would have been better if they had a duvet option as in less expensive hotels this is an available option.

Con: payment and a room fee is held on your card from checkin.

The breakfast buffet was a tiny bit pricey

Apparently if you don't need it, you can tell the front desk and it only costs a bill.

Breakfast bit of battle if not included in room rate.

It is a 4,100 yen for breakfast I would not even pay 1,500 yen normally.

Room service food was average and quite expensive,

They refused to cancel the first night and said we'd incur the cost as a cancellation fee.

I paid over $900 with tax per night to get 2 basic rooms.

Only downside is that everything you can buy is hilariously expensive.

Check-in was painless, amazing views from the room, everything exactly as I’d hoped from seeing it online.

Rooms were a good size (for Tokyo), staff were exceptionally helpful and the facilities were of a high standard.

Our room was equipped with everything you need including L'Occitane products and even pyjamas.

Our room had a fridge stocked with soft drinks and beers which were included in the room rate (the mini-bar was extra).

I enjoyed a luxurious meal in my hotel room with a night view.We had a Japanese meal for breakfast.

"The spacious rooms overlook the cityscape of Shibuya, making for a particularly nice evening out.

The rooms were spacious and unified with fine furniture and calm hues, which really relaxed me.

Rooms - on the large side, bright, modern, clean and very comfortable Breakfast - While the buffet isn’t as expansive as others I have had, the quality of the food is top notch and well above other hotel buffets.

And the rooms were comfortable and spotless.

The fitness area is small.By Tokyo standards, my room was relatively large with ample space.

Well situated with an amazing view from the rooms, I would highly recommend.
