Had a really wonderful time because the staff at the hotel are so professional and nice, the room was quite comfortable and quiet, and the location is really fantastic, which is literally a 10 minutes walk to the Louvre Museum.

You can walk to the Eiffel or take the Metro all at once.

Close to the Tuileries Christmas Market -  15 min walk and same distance or less to the Louvre and many shopping places.

Safe and 10 minute walk to a lot including louvre, Angelina’s, great restaurants and bistros.

After walking many miles in Paris and up and down so many steps, the hotel elevator was a welcome sight.

This area is very safe and we had no worries walking around at night.

The hotel is in a very close to the central of Paris and we could walk to many sightseeing site.

We walked from the local metro (Chatelet Halle) and it was very quick.

Walking or taking the Metro, getting from the Hotel Malte to anywhere is Paris was quick and easy.

From the minute we walked into this lovely hotel we were struck by the excellent service and attention to detail.

I recommend that if you're walking from the Roissy Bus stop to take a taxi to the hotel unless you packed very lightly.

It's well located and just a short walk from all the sights.

It is conveniently located: it's about a 15 minute walk to the Louvre and 25 minutes to Saint Chappelle, for example.

The location is very close to a Metro station, making it easy to get around town, plus some attractions are within walking distance.

Great hotel, great location (three Metro stations nearby, big grocery store just 1 minute walk) and most important of all: wonderful hospitality.

There were some Metro stations very close by (Réaumur – Sébastopol and Strasbourg-Saint-Denis) too, so it was very easy to get around in Paris.

Our complete family absolutely loved the hotel, great area to explore paris from with multiple close by metro station to go anywhere.

The staff were all incredibly helpful in getting us to the correct metro stations and booking an early morning taxi.

Metro station is also a small distance away.

There was little hanging room even for only 3 nights stay and particularly with winter coats etc.

Our room was a bit small (no closet or dresser, there is a clothes hanging rack and shelf),

My only complaint was not enough hanging and storage space so we had to keep a lot in suitcases.

On the negative side, the room was really small with no closets.

The only problem was lack of closet and draw space in The room.

My only real gripe is that there is no storage in the room; we had an open hanging area with about 6 coathangers, and one shelf, between two adults.

First up this hotel had no closet,no dressers and was considered 4+ rating.

Room had a wall mounted TV, ihome clock radio, in-room safe and mini frig with complementary non-alcoholic beverages, or space to put your own F&B (with several min-marts and a supermarket within a 2 block walk.)

Towels were a hit and miss ~ some days no wash clothes, some days no hand towels.

Any longer might have been slightly challenging given the very limited places to hang and put clothes -

Well located, not far from Les Halles - for great shopping - & Pompidou Centre.

The location of the hotel is central not far from Chatelet Les Halles, restaurants located closely and of course metro stations are found near by!

If one doesn’t mind walking, less than half hour to Les Halles, Louvre, Musée d’Orsay.

We have spent 2 nights in this perfectly located hotel, in the vicinity of “Les Halles”, in a vivid neighborhood of Paris.

Just a short walk to the Les Halles shopping/restaurant area and directly over the road from the nearest Metro station.

Closed to Les Halles, Le Marais… The area looks safe.

The hotel is exceptionally well located not far from major train stations (including Les Halles) with easy walking to sites such as Notre Dame, Sainte Chapelle, Conciergere, The Louvre, Paris Opera and so on.

Plus within 5 mins of Les Halles and the shops, restaurants, bars and cafes there too.

This quirky hotel, in the Les Halles area, was recommended by our travel agent.

Hotel was just opposite metrostop Reaumur-Sebastopol and on good walking distance from les halles and Marais.

You can walk to Châtelet Les Halles shopping Centre and Gallérie Lafayette / Printemps.

Perfect location in Le Marais / Les Halles  area, Clever cinema theme,  perfectly appointed rooms, Wonderful staff, great breakfast included in price,  All day snacks in any of the hotel Group around the city, private cinema, gym. .

Walking distance from the Louvre Museum, Metro station (line 3&4) metres away from the hotel.

One point that really helped us was getting our tickets for the Louvre Museum and suggesting the good time frame to go.

For couples that are happy to walk around Paris - the hotel is situated about 20mins from Notre Dame cathedral, 25mins from the Louvre museum & around 45mins/an hour from the Eiffel Tower & The Arc De Triomphe.

Moreover it was very close to Louvre museum, Orsay museum and Nlotre-Dame by walking.

We would unreservedly return to this hotel for another weekend break - it was a pleasant 10-15 minute walk from the hotel to the Louvre museum, so quite central.

The Hotel is very tastefully decorated throughout with a quirky theme of Movie Director s and their Films.

The overarching theme is fun with film props & decor all over the hotel and rooms, including its own cinema.

Clean, well run, fun, movie theater theme boutique hotel 30 minute walk to the Louvre and Gard du Nord.

Such a cool theme of cinema and film, which gives the hotel an unusual and stylish feel.

Without hesitation, I would stay here again on my next visit to Paris.

My kids also loved the movie room where they could watch what they wanted.

123 Sebastopol was a fully unexpected surprise therefore - great value for money, super nice hotel with movie theatre, film and actors as its theme.

Beautiful modern hotel with an adorable cinema theme.

The theme of the hotel is movies, so you see some movie theme in the decor.

We loved the decor and all the French film references.

The hotel was super terrific with the movie set theme, the rooms were most gorgues and had a great view from our windows.

There is also a movie theatre showing free movies.

The icing on the cake is the lovely cinema, which can be  booked out (for free) to watch the film of your choice.

The hotel's main highlight is the cinema - you can rent it just for yourself; a great collection of movies; my mum and I finally watched The Good, the Bad and the Ugly - it seemed appropriate since Morricone wrote the music for the film.

We read about the tiny rooms in Paris and the bedbugs and hence approached the hotel with apprehension.

Rooms are a little small by US standards,

Rooms on the small side and could use some maintenance (drywall putty in bathroom was an eyesore and shelf falling down)

but larger room this time, because the basuc twin room was too small to move around in it.

Super close to EVERYTHING, wonderful comfy bed, delicious breakfast and afternoon snacks, hot strong shower, gym (which I didn’t get to as we were too busy walking around the city

It was close to the Metro and a nice a walk to the main tourist spots,

The location was great with metro stations within a few minutes  walk in either direction.

We were simply hoping to drop off our bags and take a walk.

but with a convenient Metro stop only one block south (providing both north-south and east-west lines) and a central location that puts you at the heart of downtown Paris, anything in the city is easily accessible from here). It's the best of both world--you're only minutes' walk from trendy destinations (the Marais, the Louvre, etc.)

Hotel is about 1/2 hour walk from the Louvre.

On our last morning, when we couldn't get a taxi to the airport, the hotel actually sent someone to walk with us to the subway to help with all our luggage.

A wonderful hotel within minutes walk of two different metro lines, making it super convenient.

We would always Uber back at night to be dropped off at the door so we didn’t have to walk in the area.

You are able to walk to all the places and the metro is also close.

The location near Le Marais is great for walks and there is e-scooter parking near by to serve for longer distance

And the pastries throughout the day were amazing after a long plane ride or walk back after dinner.

It's centrally located with a short walk to major sites and great restaurants.

We had a nice stay at Hotel le 123 Sebastopol, beds were comfortable, shower was decent, location was within reasonable walk or a quick metro ride to everywhere we wanted to go and the front desk staff was really helpful and kind and spoke many languages.
