One night the room door got jammed and the keycard didn't work and the hotel staff acted as if we didn't know how to use the card.

They charge deposit and you will have to communicate with differnet group of teams by email to get it back.

He says that it was just a mistake and the card wasn’t meant for us.

Just imagine they charge for water @6-8 euros for bottle to be provided in the room through housekeeping and room service. Pathetic!

ALSO, before I forget, I was charged an excess of $900 on my credit card despite only having and being charged for about $200 in incidentals.

It’s unacceptable that they can’t provide commercial invoice and we paid almost 2000€

Lifts are operated by your room key which stopped working throughout our visit so we couldn’t use the lift until reception had checked our card

Housekeeping unplugged my travel power-board for charging my devices and removed the plug from the wall which was very annoying.

We finally were relieved that the issue was settled at check-out and we didn't incur any additional room charges.

but when I had asked for some decorations in the room to surprise my wife, they charged me 60 Euros for some flowers, balloons and macaroons.

but I don't expect this at a hotel charging close to $500 per night.

We booked a 2 night stay at the hotel so everything was pre-paid before we arrived, when we came to check in they wanted €906 as a deposit for the room so I had to give them my bank card to take this payment.

And everything wrapped up with us being charged twice for the stay.

They charged the entire amount of the stay (over $1,000) on the credit card right away.

I still don’t know whether that is an Amex issue or a hotel one,

We gave the hotel a second chance and stayed with them on our last night in Paris, they promised to resolve everything that was wrong by way of a credit with ACCOR or discount across the entire accommodation,

Only real negatives where I had to call for towels twice and got charged $5 to rent an ice bucket.

However, nearly 2 months after my stay my Visa card was suddenly charged again for €600.00.

Hotel fabulous location close to the    Eiffel Tower and the toot toot bus stop great for touring Paris.

Sitting outside even on 23rd November was so special - yes it really is that good to see the Eiffel Tower that close.

Our room was the 5th floor with the Eiffel Tower view from the balcony.

The location is next to the Eiffel Tower, plenty of restaurants and shops in the area.

It is amazing to be able to come out front and take pix with the Eiffel Tower.

even though the second room I booked actually costs more (both with Balcony views of Eiffel Tower) they would not let me stay in my current lower cost room and did not issue any kind of refund or offer anything for my trouble.

A couple days at the Pullman was just enough, especially for the million-dollar view of the Eiffel Tower.

We booked through Expedia & paid for a room with a balcony & Eiffel Tower view, it was 100% worth it.

The views from our rooms of the Eiffel Tower were magnificent.

When we arrived we were impressed with proximity of hotel to the Eiffel Tower.

We had a Eiffel Tower view room and we’re upgraded to a suite (104) all I can say is spend the money on a balcony with the tower view.

We booked Pullman Eiffel Tower back in January.

Seems this hotel is more focused  on the location being near the Eiffel Tower, not service and comfort.

My recent stay at this hotel offered a breathtaking view of the Eiffel Tower, which was undoubtedly the highlight of the experience.

You pay over $600 in one night hotel and there is no  security in the lobby.

but quite expensive and the breakfast was overcrowded with people could not move.

the only negative was the slightly confusing room rate and bill.

Secondly, we asked for a wine opener and they said we either take our bottle down to the bar to open, or we pay guest services for one. Imagine!

(However be careful bc they do have lots of hidden fees, for mediocre food when you receive your check.)

The amount did total the security deposit or the cost of the overall stay.

I did feel it was overpriced for what you get, cereal, fruit, eggs, different teas, water.

At  there rates it absolutely was not the experience I was expecting.

but there is little attention paid to the guest experience.

Only marking down a star for the dinner at the restaurant on the first night, the food was below average and very expensive.

but I think a tad overpriced for the overall quality of our room.

Husband booked this as an anniversary surprise, given the price we were extremely disappointed.

They are a  tourist trap complete rip off.

The rooms are not cheap and are around 600 Euro per night or AUD 1,000 which did not include breakfast.

We strongly complained, and finally they said we'd get rooms as soon as they were available, and they 'graciously' allowed us to eat breakfast - which we had already paid for anyway with our reservation!

The hotel just seems to be a commercial money, making building with no sympathy for tourists, putting their time in money into affording their expensive rooms.

Stunning view of the Eiffel towere from our balcony, The room is gorgeous, comfortable and spacious.

The room view is sooooo good, recommend to request high floor to not hearing a noise disturb from the road and any smell of cigaratte from ground floor ( im on second floor so i experienced both of them)

Rooms were flashy and had good comfortable beds.

Breakfast at the Pullman was a good selection room was clean and good standard.

The bathroom was lovely clean and modern, the room and bed comfy and clean.

The room was already waiting for us to checkin.

It was upsetting after spending so much money on the room.

Breakfast was the highlight, came with the room fee.

The breakfast buffet (complementary) is fantastic, rooms were comfortable as was the bed.

But anyway back to the Pullman, my room was a garden view and the balcony was nice.

We did, and had a room on the fourth floor and I couldn’t fault it.

To take 10% off an $800 room is quite insulting.

The rooms are some of the largest and modern in Paris.

The room was a good size given it was in the city.

If you’re looking for a hotel that has everything you need in Paris, luxury and view, this is the one.

Overall, just great location, location, location and a great view.

But the best part was the amazing view from the balcony.

although we have a balcony view of it, it’s not a great hotel.

but they advised if we wanted a better view to come back at 3pm check in time & we could get this.

Sitting 3-4 times a day admiring the tower on my balcony as we have breakfast, watching the light show….spectacular view.

The view from our room was breathtaking especially at night and the breakfast buffet was like nothing we have seen before.

We were a little thrilled also at the thought of having breakfast or a glass of wine on the balcony as we took in the view.

We splurged to get an Eiffel Tower view and so glad we did.

but as we were walked in we were told that we have to order a minimum of two drinks.

When we did the hop on hop off bus stop 8 & 9 is here and lastly we could walk to our river cruise.

It was an easy walk to the ET as well as to the hop on / off bus.

We saw other couples at nearby tables just walk out.

The location was an easy walk to the Eiffel Tower and lots of restaurants just around the corner.

This was returned swiftly upon leaving though

There is a restaurant attached, we ordered once, waited half hour for 2 bottled drinks which never arrived, walked out and didn’t return

But it's right there as soon as you walk out you can't miss it!

Another alternative is to walk behind the hotel and go down the side streets.

The Eiffel Tower is a short walk away and there is a hop on hop off bus stop at the Tower which is convenient.

Literally a 3-5 min walk from the base of the Eiffel Tower.

The area is excellent with lots of food options and close enough to other major tourist attractions that you can walk.

We arrived early in the day and they held our bags so we could begin our site seeing right away, and really all you need to do is walk out the door - it is mere footsteps from the Eiffel Tower.

The staff was amazing, the view of the Eiffel every night and being able to walk everywhere was a nice touch.

I immediately went down and walked in to the Pullman which was sold out at the booking site when I was booking my Paris stays.

Whereas, if you were to stay in a different neighborhood you could walk everywhere.

but there were plenty nearby and it was a short 3-minute walk to the Eiffel tower.

It was convenient walking to attractions and if we taxi or Uber then it was a reasonable cost.

There is a shopping centre a little walk away and a grocery store too.

You can’t get any closer to the Eiffel Tower and everything is a convenient walk

We enjoyed the breakfast in the restaurant every morning with beautiful Eiffel Tower view.

The staff was friendly and upgraded our room to a center view of the Eiffel Tower when our original view was from the side.

The hotel’s proximity was about 20 minutes from the entrance gate of the Eiffel Tower, 10 minutes from the Champ de Mars which is an outdoor public green space perfect for picnics at the foot of the tower itself, and steps away from Rue de Cler which is a wonderful street market full of shops, French bakeries, delicatessens and cafes.

Room was bright and clean and our room( 306) had a great view of the Eiffel Tower.

We had a excellent view of the Bastille Day fireworks at the Eiffel Tower from our balcony on the 4th floor.

We opted for a FRONT FACING view of the Eiffel Tower room, and while the rooms were a “hair” small, we had an absolutely amazing time and view.

We where staying in the room with the front view at the Eiffel Tower.

We stayed in the Deluxe Duchesse Room here for one week (picture with side of building view) and then moved to the prestige Comtesse Room for one week (front view).

The junior suite with Eiffel Tower front view is especially nice and spacious.

We spent 5 nights at La Comtesse in a room with balcony and front view of the Eiffel Tower.

I selected the Junior suite Royale - Eiffel Tower front view and they honored that room even with my late arrival, and it was worth every penny.

We celebrated our anniversary here and chose the hotel for it’s front views of the Eiffel Tower, being away from the crowded tourist areas and it’s walking distance vicinity to most attractions.

We stayed on the fifth floor with a front view, balcony option.

This time we opted for a front facing tower view and we were very happy, last time it was a side view with double balconies.

We got a "front view" room, so we didn't need to go on the balcony or anything like that.

We had the front view of the Eiffel Tower and would get this exact room again.

Paid almost double the standard room rate (~$500) to get a room with a front view of the Eiffel tower for our last night in Paris.

We didn't need the front view, as we were hardly in our room.

but you definitely get what you pay for! I really struggled to decide which room to book (as all rooms have ab Eiffel Tower side view but only a few have the front view, and they come with a heftier price tag!)

I will recommend to stay in another hotel and if you stay in this hotel look for the front view of the tower.

One of the rooms had a balcony and had a beautiful front view of the eiffel tower.

The view from our room, fifth floor with a front view of the tower, was exceptional and a balcony linked the three large fully opening windows.

It is in the Passy district, a quieter area. Many evenings we would return to our room, open the window, and listen to the sounds of the city and look at the Eiffel tower (yes, we could see it from our window!)

Also, they have the perfect location neaby a petit mall, metro stations and the Eiffel tower.

Nice and comfortable boutique hotel within walking distance to Eiffel Tower , Trocadero and restaurants.

The only advantages is that it’s located within walking distance to Eiffel tower (15 minutes) and metro station; bed is comfortable,
