 - Having the spa facilities is a very nice touch too.
 - Great hotel, very well located, room was very comfortable with an attention to details (expresso machine, bathrobe and slippers for the spa, yoga mat).
 - We came as a couple and enjoyed the spa facilities (booking required for a 1 hour slot).
 - The spa and pool area are wonderful.
 - I loved the breakfast buffet and the SPA with a big pool, sauna and hammam.

 - It smelled like food had been left to rot somewhere in the room.
 - Paris unfortunately has a lot of smoking still in their restaurants if you’re not a smoker try and get a table out side.
 - My only complaint is the smoker next door in room 508 on April 30, 2019 left his cigarette

 - The room was small,
 - Our room was tiny
 - The rooms also seem very small (I guess that's typical for an old city centre hotel) and most of them overlook a rather dingey courtyard area, so end up feeling rather dark and uninviting.
 - The rooms are small, I guess boutique means what it says.

 - We had views of the Eiffel Tower which was amazing.
 - The lunch at the Jules Verne restaurant at the Eiffel tower was a great 5 course meal.
 - It had excellent views of the Eiffel Tower, top of Arc de Triomphe, the Basilica Sacre-Coeur, and the surrounding area (almost a 180 degree view from the balcony and views of other 180 degrees from the windows in the room and bathroom).
 - Less than two miles from the Eiffel Tower on a quaint, quiet street!

 - but couldn't sleep with it open since we were on floor 1 and the AC wouldn't work but I guess that's cause it was December but would have been helpful.
 - The room had been cleaned/sanitized for Covid - the remote had a cleaning/protective covering, the coffee units were sealed in plastic packaging.
 - The hotel is either entirely in heat or AC mode.
 - The bathroom was very small, and I think our shower screen might be slightly defective as quite a bit of water got out.
 - but we assumed that it was because the heating was off during summertime and it was a bit rainy and windy during our stay in Paris.

 - We definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a reasonably priced stay in a great location just minutes away from everything (8 min from the Eiffel, according to my Uber rides).
 - The hotel is at the quiet street yet nearby to everything „essential“ (Champs-Elysees, Eiffel, Louvre).

 - I am a Hilton Honors member so I made my choice based on the central location and amenities.

 - It is quite far to reach any of the big attractions, me and partner just rode the scooters that are everywhere to get the eiffel tower and Louvre.
 - We were upgraded into the suite on the ‘secret’ 6th floor along with a chilling bottle of champagne 🥂Spacious and quiet above the rooftops with a view of the Eiffel Tower!
 - Room 604’s WC had an excellent view of the Eiffel Tower!
 - We had a couple of evening drinks served by Victor who was excellent. We would recommend this hotel as a good base to explore Paris - head south to the River (Louvre/ Eiffel Tower, and north to Sacre Coeur / Montmatre)

 - One thing to say is that that steam room had a slightly sewer odour and didnt produce much steam.
 - although the only downside was they did allow people to smoke out there.
 - but more concerning that that was the black mold in the shower.
 - It’s in the basement of the building and it just smelled like a damp sewer -I couldn’t stay in there!
 - The steam room smelt a bit odd so didn't really want to use that,

 - Excellent hotel close to Gare du Nord (12 minutes walk).
 - Within walking distance of the Gare du Nord, in a road appropriately called the 'street of small hotels'!
 - This hotel is close to Gare du Nord train and Metro on walking distance.
 - Within easy walking distance from Gare du Nord we found the hotel in a back street location which left a bit to be desired.

 - In reading through some of the other negative reviews, quite a few call out this room specifically and unfortunately due to this I will not be staying at this hotel again during my regular business visits to Paris.
 - After a long and strenuous trip I had to spend time calling back and forth Agoda helpline located what seemed to be in India.
 - See pic below from my phone.
 - you must call reception to ask them if it is free and then book a slot.
 - This was what they call a distress purchase as the Eurostar was subject to dreadful delays on a boiling hot day and waiting for three hours in a packed Gare du Nord was not attractive.

 - Clean room, bathroom maybe a little too small.
 - Bath room is also small, and is nearly inside the room, only a sliding door separating.
 - The room itself is quite small and the bathroom is right next to the bed, the shower has half a door meaning the floor gets soaked if you’re not careful!
 - The only difficulty was the small showers with poor design which led to a very wet bathroom overall.
 - but had all that we needed; the bathroom was rather tiny but sufficed for a short stay.
