 - the hotel manager only tell me they cant find out why.
 - And the management came by in the early evening most days to assess our happiness.
 - Imagine my horror when, the day before our departure for Paris, we heard from Suzanne [-] , Guest Experience Manager, that there would be only one bed in the accessible room and as compensation they offered us two blankets!!!!
 - I was told this is an issue for all the rooms and that management would address it in a renovation (didn't sound like anytime soon).
