11/26/2021 - They arrange transportation at the airport and secured all our dinner reservations which we picked from an extensive list of recommendations that were all within walking distance of the hotel.

12/31/2019 - After 3 nights of waking up drenched in my own sweat and having considered all options (virus, aircon, stress, etc) I finally checked the bed and realised Novotel, a 4 star hotel, uses plastified matrass covers right under the bed sheet.

07/19/2019 - Our shower cubicle and the ceiling was thick with mold, the carpet was covered in stains and the bedhead was so filthy that the management had to pin sheets over it so we could go to bed.

12/23/2021 - Hot and soft drinks + lovely cakes were available in the evenings in the communal area too.

12/13/2021 - Try it out when you visit Paris and you won’t be disappointed, they even offer tea,coffee, soft drinks and cakes in the fantastic breakfast/ lounge area for absolutely free.

08/23/2021 - Only minor problem was the room doors that slammed quite a lot.

08/10/2021 - There are two sets of doors, both tripled glazed onto the street, so when closed both I heard nothing.

01/24/2020 - This led to the point where someone randomly entered our room whilst we were napping because the door was not functioning properly.
