01/06/2022 - Very suitable for families with children with the possibility of sharing the room as they have a sofa bed.

12/31/2019 - After 3 nights of waking up drenched in my own sweat and having considered all options (virus, aircon, stress, etc) I finally checked the bed and realised Novotel, a 4 star hotel, uses plastified matrass covers right under the bed sheet.

02/23/2022 - The location of this hotel is perfect and is a 2 minute walk to the metro.

07/07/2021 - The empty bottle of sparkling water was not removed, and the water bottle by the bed was not changed either.
