The room was good and very clean, the breakfast was various and tasty.

Great hotel, great location (three Metro stations nearby, big grocery store just 1 minute walk) and most important of all: wonderful hospitality.

There were some Metro stations very close by (Réaumur – Sébastopol and Strasbourg-Saint-Denis) too, so it was very easy to get around in Paris.

Our complete family absolutely loved the hotel, great area to explore paris from with multiple close by metro station to go anywhere.

The staff were all incredibly helpful in getting us to the correct metro stations and booking an early morning taxi.

Metro station is also a small distance away.

There was little hanging room even for only 3 nights stay and particularly with winter coats etc.

Our room was a bit small (no closet or dresser, there is a clothes hanging rack and shelf),

My only complaint was not enough hanging and storage space so we had to keep a lot in suitcases.

On the negative side, the room was really small with no closets.

The only problem was lack of closet and draw space in The room.

My only real gripe is that there is no storage in the room; we had an open hanging area with about 6 coathangers, and one shelf, between two adults.

First up this hotel had no closet,no dressers and was considered 4+ rating.

One thing I would say is that room we had was quite small and there isn't a lot of storage in the room, only a canvass wardrobe

but not large: bed, desk, open style rack/shelves for clothes and bathroom with full size shower. Room had a wall mounted TV, ihome clock radio, in-room safe and mini frig with complementary non-alcoholic beverages, or space to put your own F&B (with several min-marts and a supermarket within a 2 block walk.)

Towels were a hit and miss ~ some days no wash clothes, some days no hand towels.

Any longer might have been slightly challenging given the very limited places to hang and put clothes -

Our only issue was finding enough room to hang up clothes.

Staff is Sympathic, rooms are comfortable and nice decorated, good breakfast with good choices, great service, central location with good connection to Metro and Gare du Nord, in summary excellent choice

While the ordinary rooms are definitely small, which is often the case in Paris, it had excellent service, was very clean, the room was wonderfully quiet, had all the relevant amenities, and the hotel was extremely well placed for Gare du Nord (just 4 Metro stops away), and for all the places we wanted to go to in the 1st, 2nd, 8th and 17th.

Excellent location, close to Gare de l‘Est, Rue Montorgueil, Rue du Faubourg Montmartre and several Metro stations.

Just few minutes from Chatelet/ Gare du Nord and on the main exit way to Charles de Gaulle Airport.

The hotel is a short 20 minute walk from Gare du Nord station, perfect if you are travelling across from London on the Eurostar.

The location was great, within easy access of The Louvre, Norte Dame and a relatively short Uber ride to Gare du Nord, Eiffel Tower etc..

The hotel is very conveniently located between Gare du Nord (if you're taking the Eurostar from London like us) and the Louvre area.

Super clean, excellent breakfast (including gluten-free items, just ask and the staff will happily give to you), convenient location (15' walk to Gare de l'Est and 2 subway lines nearby) and fun rooms.

The Metro station is directly opposite which was a direct line both from Gare du Nord and to the centre of Paris so getting there from the Airport was simple as was getting around.

It's across the street from a metro station and close enough to walk to Gare de l'Est (assuming you're not carrying heavy bags).

Finally, after trying a lot of hotels in Marais quarter I found my place: perfect location close to Gare de l‘est

The 20min walk from Gare du Nord was also extremely handy.

Well located, not far from Les Halles - for great shopping - & Pompidou Centre.

The location of the hotel is central not far from Chatelet Les Halles, restaurants located closely and of course metro stations are found near by!

If one doesn’t mind walking, less than half hour to Les Halles, Louvre, Musée d’Orsay.

We have spent 2 nights in this perfectly located hotel, in the vicinity of “Les Halles”, in a vivid neighborhood of Paris.

Just a short walk to the Les Halles shopping/restaurant area and directly over the road from the nearest Metro station.

Closed to Les Halles, Le Marais… The area looks safe.

The hotel is exceptionally well located not far from major train stations (including Les Halles) with easy walking to sites such as Notre Dame, Sainte Chapelle, Conciergere, The Louvre, Paris Opera and so on.

Plus within 5 mins of Les Halles and the shops, restaurants, bars and cafes there too.

This quirky hotel, in the Les Halles area, was recommended by our travel agent.

Hotel was just opposite metrostop Reaumur-Sebastopol and on good walking distance from les halles and Marais.

You can walk to Châtelet Les Halles shopping Centre and Gallérie Lafayette / Printemps.

Perfect location in Le Marais / Les Halles  area, Clever cinema theme,  perfectly appointed rooms, Wonderful staff, great breakfast included in price,  All day snacks in any of the hotel Group around the city, private cinema, gym. .

Walking distance to G Pompidou, to Le Marais (great shopping area), 20 min by metro from the Champs Elysee, and 20 min to the Gare de Lyon.

The Hotel is very tastefully decorated throughout with a quirky theme of Movie Director s and their Films.

The overarching theme is fun with film props & decor all over the hotel and rooms, including its own cinema.

Clean, well run, fun, movie theater theme boutique hotel 30 minute walk to the Louvre and Gard du Nord.

Such a cool theme of cinema and film, which gives the hotel an unusual and stylish feel.

Liked the afternoon cakes, tea and coffee and the offer of a private cinema screening.

Rather enjoy the playful cinema vibe with a smile 😄

Without hesitation, I would stay here again on my next visit to Paris.

My kids also loved the movie room where they could watch what they wanted.

123 Sebastopol was a fully unexpected surprise therefore - great value for money, super nice hotel with movie theatre, film and actors as its theme.

Beautiful modern hotel with an adorable cinema theme.

The theme of the hotel is movies, so you see some movie theme in the decor.

We loved the decor and all the French film references.

The hotel was super terrific with the movie set theme, the rooms were most gorgues and had a great view from our windows.

There is also a movie theatre showing free movies.

The icing on the cake is the lovely cinema, which can be  booked out (for free) to watch the film of your choice.

The hotel's main highlight is the cinema - you can rent it just for yourself; a great collection of movies; my mum and I finally watched The Good, the Bad and the Ugly - it seemed appropriate since Morricone wrote the music for the film.

My Daughters 21st B/day whilst staying, the staff sent Champagne & Macaroons to our beautiful room for her.So kind & greatly appreciated!

Getting alloted a room on the 1st floor dedicated to Ennio Morricone added to the experience.

The room was perfectly outfitted given the size.

Our room was ready for us when we arrived at 1 pm.

Nice snacks and drinks in the lobby and mini fridge in the room available for free.

Most importantly there was AC in the rooms.

The decor was great, room was super clean.

Very nice and helpful people , room was clean and comfortable, great location for the metro.

I stayed in a single room which was tastefully designed and appropriate for my length of stay.

The rooms and bathrooms were extremely spacious and had fun decor.

We read about the tiny rooms in Paris and the bedbugs and hence approached the hotel with apprehension.

Easy access to Gare St. Lazare, Gare du Nord, and Pont Nuef.

With just a little preplanning and research the buses were very easy to use; I used both google maps and RATP app, which helped with changes and delays (ex took the bus from Gare du Nord to hotel on bus 39 for €2).

Bus took us from train station Gare Du Nord to steps from hotel entrance and same bus  took us to Montparnasse (group of eight - all with checked bags) to another train station.

We took 1 bus from gare du nord and were 50 meters from front door. Excellent.

Easily to reach from Gare Du Nord with bus 39 just under 30 minutes during high traffic.

The location is within walking distance to several popular attractions in Paris and it is only a 10-15 minutes taxi ride to the Gare du Nord.

The Hotel Location is perfect for Shopping and Sightseeing.

The location was near many points of interest.

Can’t beat the location close to the Louvre!

My Aunt and I came to Paris for 3 days while she was visiting my in Lyon from the USA.

The rooms are so quaint, beds are comfortable and the whole ambiance makes you feel like you're in Paris.

The room was amazing and we got an upgrade to our surprise!

but if you want a room with a large room, book a room with a higher grade.)

The staff was amazing, water and other refreshments were always waiting in my room.

Our room was very cool and included a loft room which my daughter loved.

The room furniture is a mixture of traditional and modern style, the mini bar is included in the price.

The staff was delightful, the rooms were exceptionally comfortable, and the amenities provided an extra touch of luxury.

Mentioned our anniversary when I booked and when we returned to the room on the big day we were met with a bottle of champagne on ice and some snacks with a card wishing us a Happy Anniversary.
