It is a wonderfull stay .everything is good and well arrange .towels are good and new and room cleaning is super akash and mithun they are super for taking care of stay perfectly.soap is very good quality.

It's start from beginning.when I enter in room I found totally clean room me akash and yesveer did a good job to take care of my stay .room was very clean after used and washroom is very shining and everything is placed as per requirement already .good job housekeeping team

Restaurant manager took special care to ensure the dishes are served hot.

As i take care of Honda Corporate guest booking in worldwide , Definatly would like to share this feedback with Accor .

Why it was not get when guest was inhouse and he share is card detail with duty manager.

On the first night of the stay we were charged RS2400 for three glass of tea the worlds most expensive masala tea and no taste.

Neetu should be charged for  customer harassment.

but take full charge because his system work like that😀😀 even totaling also wrong 😨 they charge me approx double bill from me… GOVT DEPTT SHOULD TAKE ACTION

How is possible 5* hotel can make double charges for the room that was paid 7 hrs ago at the reception?

We were charged for 25.000 INR in advance as a guarantee,

The only issue we had was they served us off wine and then tried to charge us for it

Each time I got a positive response then they sent me an email and hidden in the bottom was a request for my card - and the reservation man was proud that he had cancelled my whole reservation because I didn't reply.

Even for the invoice , they took almost 25 hours to provide .

Our stay here was necessitated as I got hold of a 30%-off Accor stay voucher from a co-branded credit card, and so thought this may be my only opportunity to experience the “new Accor” in India which I wouldn’t otherwise.

My Accor Plus card was not acknowledged at both the restaurants.

This despite my credit card being charged for a preauthorisation.

AND for 2 such sandwiches were charged ₹ 4400/-   My room rent was ₹5000/- !!!

They deactivated our access card after 12pm and yet again we had to go downstairs, explain that our check out time was extended till 8 pm, to get our access card charged.

Very bad check in experience , we had taken guest with us after giving autantcation of credit card for required amount they asked for cash payment for tea bill from my guest, very disappointing, they have no fix rate for binned buffet menu, one person is saying 2800 one is saying 1650 .very disappointed

That is a ridiculous price - I thought they’d made a mistake and charged me for the bottle

After making my non cancellable booking onnthe Accor website, they allowed me to modify the booking at no charge.

but there was no one who could take charge of the situation and guide the team members accordingly.

Years ago I had stayed at the Pullman in Paris, right by the Eiffel Tower and recall having a very nice experience.

The meals and beverages served in executive lounge are apr excellence.

Executive lounge was very impressive with ever so helpful staff , Nitu made us feel very at home and comfortable in each visit.

The executive lounge at the Pullman was exceptional.

Nitu and Gaurav in the Executive Lounge are amazing.

Jai from executive lounge is a great person good host also love to say he makes very good cocktails very nice experience I had with pullman food are very good and also chef Sonaly makes nice dishes specially non veg starters she is also very good chef in terms of making food and nature had good days with pullman

The Executive Lounge at the Pullman has first class business facilities with a family type of feel.

The hotel itself was very comfortable, and we were fortunate to be upgraded to to a club room so had access to the executive lounge, with access to snacks etc with happy hour between 6 and 8 pm.

The service is excellent from the restaurants, executive lounge  to house keeping.

Executive lounge option is very practical.

In the executive lounge on Tuesday morning and  afternoon, (I don’t remember their names) the staff offered me hot tea, any thing I could possibly need, and even offered to find me a Saree because I complimented the beautiful saree the woman working was wearing.

I’m happy with the hospitality given by chef Nikhil , squib and raj from executive lounge.

We had a relaxed time in the executive lounge happy hour and chef Nikhil had a great spread of food to please everyone .

My daughter who is UK based, worked remotely while I enjoyed the ambiance of the Pullman Executive Lounge.

The executives at the Executive Lounge, were warm, kind and always ready to help and serve to their best.

Loved the executive lounge setup with amazing eating options.

The staff in general were rude and the concierge service was quiet poor - when we asked about transport confirmation they gave us reply in such a rude way with unhappy face and in addition provided wrong information regarding events in the city.

A shame the excellent facilities are hidden with the poor service…

Phone response is exceedingly poor and check-in takes an enormous amount of time.

However it all kind of fitted in well with my entire Pullman experience of poor guest - centricity, and the reason I would never recommend this hotel to anybody.

On the whole poor management , poor service , cheating so that they get their banquet expenses as to what they have thought .

The lounge management was quite poor, plates were not removed even after guests left, there was no one to seat you and so new entrants would come and sit at random places, including the one you had earmarked for yourself (but had gone to fetch the food)! 11.

I had some important work and wanted my laundry on very short notice, this poor chap overstayed his duty hours and made sure my laundry was delivered on such a short notice.

After I dressed myself, my partner opened the door to realise that the same room had been allotted to another individual and the poor fellow was only trying to get inside the room he was allotted. 4.

•) The water pressure is extremely poor, leading to many issues for us Indians in the WC.

On top of it it was disappointing to see the poor language skills demonstrated by the reception staff.

Hostility, incompetence and poor service were the hallmarks of my experience at the Pluck.

One big negative, the halls and rooms are decorated in dark colours and the lighting is very poor.

Outside Environment - poor environment due to air pollution.

who seemed to have no idea about where is good food - they sent us to a poor place for dinner without atmosphere.

Went to the buffet lunch at their restaurant Farmer's Basket at Pluck.

The room service and overall experience has been very pleasant.

Last week, we dined at Pluck, the restaurant in their hotel, with friends.

Amazing service with good stay prerna from front desk assistanted me in lobby she was such a humble person to talk thanks for the wonderful services love the food they got good option and variety in there must try

Incredibly clean, very comfy beds and pillows, great location for bars and restaurants too.

It was a great experience, the location, food and the courteous staff specially the concierge service, Mr. Rajeev Jhurani was a great personality and very helpful.

The food from the room service is one of the best paneer curries I’ve ever had in my life.

Very competent service, excellent staff and good restaurants.

This place is very clean and food is awesome.

The Accomdation, food , ambience was excellent.

I stayed with my family in Pullman hotel room number 1502 and the rest of the hotel staff who provided good service to us, we all really liked the spacial thanks to Mr. Roshan from Concierge who told us about the hotel and Mr. Rajeev who is the head of the concierge team, He is a very good team leader and he helped us

So far this resort is the best one we have stayed at compared to - the Grand Moon Palace, Moon Palace, Princess, Ocean Riviera Paradise, Occidental Xcaret, Royalton, Atlantis etc.

butler service really made a huge improvement on everything compared to all other resorts I’ve ever stayed at.

The beach is great, alot of long chairs, no need to reserve early in the morning and tractor passed often to clean the sea weeds which was minimum compared to others.

I also challenged the hotel manager to stay a night at a few of his competitors to see how their beds and service were compared to his.

It was on the Garden View side which was pretty quiet, compared to the rooms facing central pool.

Compared to the elegance of the restaurants, and generally good food, the pool scene is totally out of place.

The loft suite was nice, housekeeping was good, room service was good - the menu was a little limited compared to some places I've been.

We have both had Covid and Covid is nothing compared to what we had here.

The quality & variety lacked compared to other resorts I have been to.

For a 5 star place I would actually give it 1 star because of the price compared to the service and food that was provided..

I love the beach here compared to Yucatan, the sand is softer and more beach area.

We had a loft suite jacuzzi room which was ginormous compared to other hotels in Mexico/around the world we have stayed in.

My experience was night and day compared to Yucatán.

The food was ok, again nothing compared to secrets.

It can be a bit of a louder pool compared to others

butler service is totally different here compared to what we experienced previously.

although the food was good in our opinion it was not Great compared to some other resorts we have been to in Cancun.

Had a wonderful vacation and was really impressed with the resort compared to other places I have stayed in the area.

This is a new hotel compared to the other TRS's a Miami feel.

This is definitely a place I will come back to, compared  to any other trip.

The pools and pool areas were clean and well maintained, staff does a great job at this

We booked a scuba trip through the resort (water activity person at TRS Adult pool) with no issues, we had a great time.

We became good friends with Orlando, Morin, Alan, Istmarie, Marco and Waldo at the members pool.

The drink culture around the pool was like being back in Benidorm.

All the staff greeted us at every time of the day, whether it was at the restaurant, pool or on the beach and always inquired if we needed anything.

The couples massage was amazing, the beach is beautiful, the pool is large with plenty of room for everyone, the food and selection is top notch and the entire property, including our room, was extremely clean and well maintained.

Thank you to Carlos for passing by and making sure we were taken care of while we spent time at the pool everyday with spunk and a great smile!

The swimming pool with the attached pool bar are beautiful and the bartenders know their cocktails.

Everything from the restaurants, the service, the pools, the spa, the bars, the rooms, and all the other amenities were absolutely fantastic!

We really enjoyed the main pool area, had a quiet areas away from the pool area and the waiters were always available to bring whatever u wanted.

Having stayed in the Loft Suite the first time, we opted for a Swin up Room with Main Pool View.

The price was reasonable and included waters at no additional costs.

For a very expensive holiday, we didn’t then expect to be paying out to every staff member for the smallest of things.

Just imagine not being able to wash your hands or being able to shower in your room that you paid several hundreds of dollars for;only to have management have no regards for the inconvenience that you encountered.

Therefor an (expensive) upgrade was not necessary.

but all the  small things add up and take away the luxury you pay for.

The filet mignon tasted like venison the portions terrible all for $179 usd.

Once we got to the lobby, extremely rushed and infuriated, we had to demand that Randy call someone above him to coordinate a new car to pick us up which wasn't a luxury vehicle like we paid for

We would not stay at this "resort" again if you paid the bill for us.

We still paid full price which is not what we expected

but not least - yes it’s all inclusive and yes you pay for All that comes with that but for gods sake bring $30-$50 for tipping per DAY.

but it's a major tourist trap, very loud and busy, and you have to pay for everything there.

I would've honestly paid $500+ for this meal.

The Ambassador suite that we requested and paid for in advance, was HORRIBLE!!

Not a premium feeling for such an expensive resort.

The food on the TRS side is definitely better than the family side

Great food and a great place to spend your vacation!

The food, the staff and the overall atmosphere is worth every penny.

They got considerably wonderful steaks, sides and desserts
The staffs were very kind, especially, Andres served me very well.

The mimosas were flowing and they surprised us with a birthday dessert and sing song with the usual  great craic and fun we've had at helios so far.

The food was so good as well as the drinks and views.
