 - I was shocked and found it disgusting that on two mornings I saw that different waiters were cleaning the tables with the same cleaning cloth that they used to wipe the seats of the chairs.

 - Coming from London on the Eurostar, the location was excellent as just a 20 minute walk from Gare du Nord and in the quiet and pleasant 2nd arrondissement.

 - As we do not want to change the rooms during our stay, apparently, after I called the hotel, I happened to talk to Xiao Jing who is in charge of Chinese guests, she and her collegues worked very hard and finally our booking were consolidated.

 - Wonderful place to stay , amazing room with breathtaking view of the Eiffel Tower and service impeccable would definitely recommend staying here also very close to batuex bus which is the only way to travel when in Paris .
 - And surprise: We had an enchanting room close-up view of the top half of the tour that when golden sparkling for 5 minutes on the hour every hour after nightfall until 1:00 a.m. it was a pure instagrammable dream.
 - We received an upgrade from our original booking and were blown away by the room and the service we received.
 - Flowers, Limousines , Restaurants, decoration of the room, violinist, Photographer, We recieved bottle of champaign etc Upgrade to suite !.

 - As Hilton honors gold member we got upgraded to a suite that was big with one of the best bath I’ve seen in Paris.

 - but couldn't sleep with it open since we were on floor 1 and the AC wouldn't work but I guess that's cause it was December but would have been helpful.
 - The room had been cleaned/sanitized for Covid - the remote had a cleaning/protective covering, the coffee units were sealed in plastic packaging.
 - The hotel is either entirely in heat or AC mode.
 - The bathroom was very small, and I think our shower screen might be slightly defective as quite a bit of water got out.
 - but we assumed that it was because the heating was off during summertime and it was a bit rainy and windy during our stay in Paris.
