I estimate the breakfast room accommodates a total of 7 guests.

Lovely tiny breakfast room down stairs, with yoghurt, cereal, croissants, jams, etc.

but the first day around 7:40am went “downstairs” to the breakfast room it’s very tiny with three tiny tables which were all occupied.

The breakfast room below the ground floor is  bit small with only 3 tables,

At first glance, we were surprised at how small everything was at the Hotel; the lobby, the breakfast room, our room.

The breakfast room is very small though, so it may be difficult to get a seat some mornings.

but it looked like a typical continental breakfast but the room sat only 2-3 tiny tables, so we opted for a small cafe down the street.

They do serve breakfast in your room if you want it

Breakfast room was a cute small room down the steps from the entrance with lots of  cold choices.

There are not enough superlatives for this lovely hotel: the staff was amazingly helpful and friendly; the room was cozy and comfortable; Ecole Militaire metro stop is about 50 yards away; it is on Rue Cler; it is a very short walk to the Tour Eiffel.

Second, the location is convenient to about 4 different bus lines (28, 82, 69,80), the Ecole Militaire Metro line # 8 and the vibrant neighborhood street Rue Cler.

Its not far from the Ecole Militaire stop, so not a bad walk using the metro.

It’s right by the Ecole Militaire metro stop, so easy to get anywhere in Paris.

The hotel is very close to the Ecole Militaire metro stop and is at the beginning of Rue Cler a great open market street.

This little hotel is just steps from the Metro - Ecole Militaire and is right around the corner from rue Cler with all its shops and restaurants.

The elevator is not noisy, so we heard no dings, bings or even door openings while we stayed here.

but I was expecting it, air condition worked, elevator really small, but in all honesty, you can't expect a 10 person elevator for a 16 Room Hotel?

Rode the world's tiniest elevator to the third floor and when the doors opened, the door to our room was literally RIGHT THERE.

Only one of us could ride the elevator with our 2 suitcases!

I had 201, a back room near the elevator which posed no problem.

It was our introduction to small showers and elevators

The front desk stagf are amazing so welcoming and ready to help any way .. love the decor of the rooms and the location is great being on the corner of rue cler and walking distance to many populair site , market, restaurant , cafes and metro.

You can find also a Carrefour Market and a Aldi store in case you need it.

Hotel Motte Picquet is in a great location, right around the corner is the Rue Cler market that offers a bunch of places to eat and a nice place to take a stroll.

The location was probably the best thing - right around the corner from the Rue Cler, a market street, and just a few blocks from the Champs de Mars area and Eiffel Tower!

Excellent location - next to a beautiful cobblestone street filled with cafes, restaurants, bakeries, etc.

The location was amazing, next to Rue Cler with shops and restaurants, near the metro and just a short walk to the Eiffel Tower.

There are many good restaurants within walking distance, a grocery, & 2 pharmacies, metro stop & bus stop.

They went out of their way to explain the sites, offer restaurant recommendations and just being helpful with our questions or letting us know details we never thought about.

A small, family owned property, it is exceptionally well situated 1/2 block from the side of the Invalides, walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and Rodin Museum, close to the metro and numerous busses.

My family enjoyed our brief stay near the Eiffel Tower.

Then you have the eiffel tower that's also within walking distance and I am not talking about walking to the park where it's at.

Good location with good restaurants nearby walking distance  Would highly recommend if want to stay in a hotel near Eiffel tower.

It is a small, quaint hotel with a very tiny elevator (fits 2 people) or you can take their narrow, spiral staircase.

The only thing bad about 6 floor, is the small elevator only goes up 5 floors.

Elevator only went to the 5th floor and we had to walk to the 6th floor to our room.

Our Room 63, was accessed by lift to floor 5 and a short, very manageable flight of stairs to floor 6.

You need to take the elevator to 5 and then ascend a spiral staircase to the 6th floor.

The elevator went out and she gave us the choice of a room on a lower floor (we had chosen a room on the 5th floor) and breakfast included until the elevator was repaired.

Some reviews have mentioned the small elevator.

The elevator was out of service for our entire trip.

Elevator wasn't working when we stayed and with a 4th floor room that wasn't real great.

The walls are thin.The elevator is extremely small, after The first use I decided to use stairs only.

When no using the elevator, one has to go through the breakfast area to gain access to the room.

Also to note a small lift available for upper floors which we only used with luggage

but the elevator stops at floor five so expect one last flight of stairs.

The only detractor was when the elevator was broken for two days.

My husband & I enjoyed our 5 night stay at Hotel Muget as its in a wonderful location, so close to Rue Cler and all the wonderful cafes.

We walked in large circle around Paris, eating and sightseeing, and averaging 20 km per day.

This hotel is very well kept and tucked in away from traffic so it's quiet, yet very close to so much (stores, cafes, etc) including the Metro and walking distance through a beautiful park to the Eiffel Tower.
