There is a new swim up bar there as well which is well stocked serving cold drinks all day and a selection of ice creams.

Make sure you meet Ali at the Lagoon bar.

Love love love the beach bar - fantastic chilled out place to enjoy a beer or two as the sun goes down.

Food, bars, entertainment  are excellent .

We’ve tried the Turkish restaurant, the sushi bar and the cook-it-yourself barbecue experience.

Emre at the poolside bar was probably the person we talked to the most as we spent most of the time on the pool.

but as it got colder it was moved inside to the lobby bar.

Hammocks in the gardens, sofa swing seats at the bar by the beach.

ADEM at the gorilla bar was lovely, kind and helpful.

This goes also for the tables in the restaurants and bars.

Two I've just loved were "Sushi Bar" and "Sandal":

1) Sushi made by Baran at "Sushi Bar" were really good!

Drinks a delight, particularly out in the gardens or the beach bar.

I would say that all the staff from the cleaners to the bar and restaurant staff are friendly and always smiling a credit to the management of the hotel.will definitely be back thankyou Lara barut for a wonderful holiday experience

I really liked the beach bar in the evenings, DJ Davut is great!

Slight letdowns were the water slides (aimed at young kids) and the a la cartes (not quite the wow factor) and the mini bar (no snacks)

The beach bar DJ sessions were excellent, we really enjoyed the violin and drums combo.

The pool bar staff delivering drinks to your sun lounger on rollerblades was a fabulous service too!

First time back to Turkey in 7 years (previously stayed at Concorde), and I'm so glad we did.

Because it delivers everything you would want from a holiday and more.

All in all I would like to say a huge thank you for making my holiday one I will never forget, will defiantly be back.

We are part way through our week's holiday here and everything is fabulous.

In the beginning of the holiday we had an issue with a room,

We were well overdue a holiday and this one has really ticked all of the boxes.

This was probably the best vacation we have ever had and I wanted this review to do justice to our experience.

My husband and I have just returned from this hotel, it is first class the staff are great pecan one of the activities staff made our holiday extra special, we also had a great experience at the spa both having 6 treatments each by Zahra and Reni  we could not fault this holiday will definitely be returning.

We have been on many holidays abroad and can safely say this hotel was great for all our needs.

It was honestly my best vacation ever by all means <3 
Especially best November ever!

The room itself was not that big, perfect for two and fine for three (I was with my mum and 10 year old daughter).

A lot of them are real treat for the kids, in case you have any.

We had some positive surprises around the activities for kids, we have a 2 years old and she enjoyed every night the mini disco plus the Cat's house - where she could pet some cats.

Being accomdated on the same day both times by pleasant people - my daughter said they were nice also.

We got beautiful memories with our 6 month old daughter in a nice photo album for forever!!!

I can’t rate highly enough the fantastic entertainment team including Pekcan and Toti who kept the girls and my husband entertained with archery and air gun shooting they really were fantastic!

We were there with our family of 8, including two children.

This time we were joined by our son who enjoyed his 2nd Birthday there.

Our youngest was in heaven and frequently harassed us to get moving because she was missing out on kids club time!

Entertainment for our children was very good.

Activities everywhere for the kids and adults alike.

For younger children you can also stay with them at the kids club so they don’t miss out on the fun.

They even took our 3 kids Go-Karting (a chargeable extra of 20Euros pp).

My daughter only like cucumber from here  and the chef catered to her needs bless Him.

The children enjoyed the slides, kids club and nightly mini disco.

We had the the biggest surprise holiday booked by our children 2 weeks in this fabulous hotel .

Genuinely nice authentic people and a special mention to Sabrina and Totti for keeping my girls entertained.

A beautiful hotel, great hygiene standards, friendly staff and a brilliant choice of places to eat and drink 
My only negative, and it's a small one, the choice cocktails was a bit poor.

I've seen other reviews (unfortunately after our visit) where they complain about poor customer service.

I would like to say that ALL of the staff are a credit to this hotel and we have never experienced any poor service.

Again, being completely fair to the poor chap, I don't think there was any ill thought or rudeness, he most certainly just didn't quite understand what we said or couldn't elaborate too much and went for the safest bet.

The lounge area is rather gloomy and the lighting is poor.

Italian a la Carte was poor and didn’t even really have any options for children at all, no children’s drinks and no ice cream etc even when we asked (I wouldn’t have gone had I known)

The Turkish a la carte was amazing and unfortunately  we only sampled this on the last night otherwise I’d have most definitely visited again.

I disagree with a previous review about staff in the main restaurant having poor English skills - some struggle

but the mattress-free sunbeds slightly uncomfortable, the entertainment for older children was poor (only playstation at certain hours and two ping-pong tables),instead, the playground for the little ones looks very good.

This is where we had our only concern, the service in Tirmis was extremely poor

I would expect linen to be changed daily and their policy about sustainability was a poor excuse, if I had consideration for the environment would I fly here on a quad-engine jet running on fossil fuels?

By the way the food in the Italian was not up to the levels of the others and they seriously need to look at it as it was very poor for a 5 star hotel.

We have experienced very frosty staff and very poor assistance regarding food allergies that our children have and also dangerous inaccurate food labelling.

It took me 20 mins to get a cup of coffee from the coffee machine as they constantly pushed in.The worst dining experience ever tables were piled high with dirty crocs etc the poor waiters were running round like headless chickens they could not cope, clearly a staffing issue Why was this event not announced on there website it would have given people the option to go elsewhere The next day we saw them riding there bikes some in the grounds a few just rode through the main entrance door to get to there rooms.

A big mention to Daria in guest relations, my husband has poor mobility and our first room had quite a bit of walking to and from and he was finding it difficult, it was absolutely no problem to get our room changed to the main building, which she duly did.

but again English was quite poor and couldn’t understand what we were saying most of the time.

The layout is poor with no reception/lounge space.

Once we finally got the bookings at the a la carte, we went to the buffet because the service was poor as well as the food.

The turunc restaurant yet again was amazing.

The cleanliness of the hotel is second to none and the food is delicious.

We was espescially happy with the resturant called «Sandal».

We particularly enjoyed the Sandal Restaurant (one of the many included a la carte restaurants) where Sait gave us a great three course meal!

The food is excellent with plenty of choice in both buffet and a la carte restraunts.

There were too many restaurants to try all of them in seven days

The facilities are brilliant, the room was amazing and the food incredible.

As villa guests, you have access to a private salt water pool and fresh water pool that are both attached to your villa; you get to dine at any of their fine restaurants and even have access to their exclusive villa restaurant!

So many different restaurants to visit we loved them all.

Maids came in every day

Food is as good as its always been, just can't fault it.

The highlights so far are Iro Sushi for dinner and Sandal for fabulous lunches.

Accommodation, food and entertainment first class.

Every a la carte restaurant serves a different offering and we licked our plates clean at all places.

Sandals on a lunchtime was my favourite especially if you like kebab or kepab as it says on the menu.

Tasty food, amazing service — what’s not to like?

The food in all the restaurants was very good and the speciality restaurants were easy to book through the app

Just to mention a few names: 

The animation team (Can, Salih, Peckcan, Martyn and Leyla) they are so kind and make you feel so welcome.

The entertainment was generally very good.

Entertainment team has changed from when we were there 2 years ago.

In just 4 days we’ve experienced so much: Turkish cuisine, an incredible magic show, an absolutely crazy pool party complete with dancers and a bubble cannon… (I’m not done)… drunk steins of beer and played fairground style games at an Oktober Fest-style beer festival, seen a plethora of great live music acts and DJs (particularly loved The Drifters tribute), rode all the exhilarating flumes, tried our hands at archery, 21 (darts), shooting… the list honestly does go on.

Every evening the resort organises externally sourced entertainment and the standard of the performers goes well beyond anything I've experienced at a hotel resort before.

Martin and most of the entertainment crew were really friendly and chatty.

The mini disco and kids club were still running.

The staff were lovely, nothing was too much trouble, if they could help they would and the entertainments team worked very hard.

The food was second to none, amazing, the room was great, very clean indeed, the service was good and the animation team were all GREAT ESPECIALLY MARTIN , SABRINA, ALTAN .

We have seen some great performances like "Il Divo" and a very talented pianist who played very passionate.

Also a big thank you to Susu for entertaining our children so much.

The kids club staff in particular - Sultan, Ebru, Ebi and Susu - are incredible, swapping between five or six languages while making all the children feel welcome and cared for.

but very friendly and welcoming staff and nothing is too much trouble for them.the pools and grounds are maintained daily and are beautiful.All the bars are equally well run with a fantastic choice of beers and spirits with all the top brands.the entertainment team are so friendly and seem to remember everyone in the hotel by name they really are a great team always looking to chat and make you laugh.

The staff are very friendly and the manager remembered us from previous years and was thoroughly delightful.

It is evident that the staff work tirelessly to make sure your stay is something you will not forget.

Every single member of staff could not be more happy to help or bd more efficient with whatever you may need.

The staff are friendly and helpful especially Tugba and guest relations team.

The staff at Tirmis were really helpful too.

Tugba our Personal Assistant on WhatsApp was so helpful and if we couldn’t get a booking via the app would organise something for us.

The staff really couldn't make you anymore welcome, nothing was too much trouble.

The staff were very welcoming and went above and beyond to make our stay there incredible.

Everyone was very welcoming especially Tugba went above and beyond and ensured our stay was great.

but not least, the staff absolutely cannot do enough for you.

All staff were so friendly from the cleaners through to guest relations.

but everything has been sorted with very professional manners and personal approach.

Overall service quality is excellent with very attentive guest relations team.

It's not just the WhatsApp concierge, it's anyone and everyone you may meet.

Super hotel and the staff cannot do enough for you, despite the covid pandemic they have really done a great job in making us all safe as they can in the hotel.

Beach location lovely, plenty of loungers.

Location at Cendang beach is perfect with lots of places to shop, eat and drink.

V good , large, comfortable rooms and excellent dinners on a sandy beach as well as a good choice breakfast menu.

The food in the restaurant was excellent and we celebrated our 40th anniversary with a dinner on the beach that was incredible.

The bar is relaxed and by the beach as is the restaurant (we have written a separate review on La Sal) which we would highly recommend.

Plenty of water activities around from jet-skiing, to paragliding and banana boating, the locals are extremely friendly and helpful!

The dinner at the beach side restaurant with the sunset provided a spectacular view, and had great food.

We also ate in the beach side dining a couple of nights (included in our package)  and this was top class food and personal top service.

Breakfast, service at the sunbeds, gatherings at the bar including spinning wheel, dinner by the beach - everything perfect for us.

The evening meals are taken on the beach beautifully laid tables, and if you've got a celebration then the staff provides a special experience with your own secluded table with that extra special touch.The entire dining experience was excellent throughout, a good selection of wine and really cold beers.

Christmas dinner on the beach sand with a six course meal was amazing event.

Other than that, We have also stayed in their sisters hotel like Hard Rock, Concorde and Casa-Del-Rio, and being frequent visitors to HRC as well, so we expect at least the same excellent service as others.

After reading all the good reviews here, we decided to stay at CDM as it's close to shops and the beachfront, and was said to be high quality and peaceful boutique hotel that catered to couples like who wanted a kid-free environment.

but at the same time enjoying the peacefulness and serenity of this place.

We spent a very relaxing 3 nights at Casa del Mar.

If you want a friendly and relaxed vibe right on the beach, this is the place to choose.

Better get your bookings done early to enjoy this amazing retreat.

Great rooms, excellent facilities, food were good, surrounding was peaceful and calm.

On the beach, great food, fantastic outdoor bar, great pool and facilities, and the room with a balcony was amazing.

Friendly, helpful staff, good environment, clean room, delicious food, all are more than 5 stars.

The location was great too, just walk out straight at the start of the main strip of shops and restaurants.

Friendly staff, great food, fantastic location.

Everything is perfect, from the place, location, staff, services, foods and the honeymoon decoration and gifts.

Cocktails are great, the restaurant is great and the Roti Canai in the mornings was a real treat.

If you want fresh, and I mean fresh, food and with so much choice this is the place to stay.

Great menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner accompanied by an extensive bar menu, all reasonably priced.

We had our group dinner there and the food was delicious and the ambience on the terrace was lovely.

I love they turn down room service too where there’s aromatic oil burning when you got back into your room after a night out.

We celebrated our anniversary whilst there and the hotel surprised us with a bottle of bubbles and cake in our room (lovely touch).

The room whilst a little dated was clean and tidy and well appointed.

Such a very special place to relax and be pampered, staff are so attentive and the rooms are spacious and furnished with great attention to detail.

Gorgeous linens, plentiful fluffy towels and lots of sweet personal touches in the rooms.

Rooms are clean, comfortable with all the modcons you need for your stay.

The rooms are large and clean, very large beds with great views to the beach or pool.

The room was very spacioius, the beds comfortable.

Fabulous room, really big and comfortable and had everything a guest could need.

But the room TV and Speaker System need to improve also the wifi is too slow and weak connection.

although slow if you download newspapers or anything from the App Store.

Service at breakfast was patchy as we had instances of slow service and they struggled to get eggs cooked correctly to order (is it that hard  ?).

but you may want to order drinks two at a time as the bar staff are a little slow.

Anyway the beach is very wide and cars go quite slow.

(The wifi connection  should be better, was very slow during the day ,)

I would like to thank for all the team of Casa del mar , for the good service and treatment.

However, food service was terribly slow; we had to remind them before they served.
