07/12/2018 - The staff and front desk personnel are rude and condescending towards guests who complain (I witnessed several other guests complain about the construction while I was waiting in the lobby).

10/27/2018 - There were several sheets (photo) with guest information, including the numerous channels (no radio) on the television, a few in English.

08/26/2018 - but the next morning were told at reception breakfast only went until 10 - inconsistent and haven't updated their in room information apparently?

08/06/2018 - However, the beds were quite uncomfortable & the staff didn't go the 'extra mile' - for example it would have been helpful to have received a map of Paris & advice on where to eat for an evening meal.

04/23/2019 - About a mile and a half is Notre Dame (which unfortunately caught fire the day we arrived) and other historic buildings.

12/09/2018 - On arrival - 7.12.18 at about 4 PM - I was made to stay out before the closed door about 7-8 minutes before the manager opened it for me. 2.

07/23/2018 - So I checked the sheets, lets just say they were not fresh!!

07/13/2018 - There was a mistake in the booking and when we checked in we were given adjoining rooms and were told to check back in the morning for a family room.
