The rooms have musty odors from poor ventilation.

The Air conditioning was not working and the room was not at all cooling.

The  AC vent was leaking and they didn’t fix it properly.

The next day, by noon or so, more noise started up from another fan or such outside the resort.

My room smelled like mold there’s no air-conditioning in the hole inside of the hotel or the buffet area so you’re sweating as you’re eating everything looks old all the walls look chipped not a great experience if you want to relax cause you are always sweating And the rooms look old

but the music is so loud that even blasting the fan and AC doesn’t come close to covering the noise.

The air conditioning didn’t work and I was freezing all night despite maintenance coming to fix it.

AC doesn’t work in public places and hardly in the rooms, the Wi-Fi is spotty.

The whole hotel is not has no ac, not clean hotel.

The common spaces in the hotel are open air - meaning there is no a/c -

Furthermore, there were no fans or air conditioning in the elevators, leaving me apprehensive about what might occur if someone were to get stuck in a hot elevator in such a warm climate.

I wish it was more fans or ac on the lobby floor.

The grill and asian restaurant, not so much (meats were overcooked at both locations)
- there was no additional charge for keeping the mini-fridge stocked (saw some complaints in other reviews)
Cons:
- no air conditioning outside of ala carte restaurants and rooms
- hours for some activities start late in the day.

Adults pool area
So that area, is really a hidden gem.

I don’t recommend this hotel anyone with kids or adults.

In the evening there are shows for the entire family and afterwards activities for adults like karaoke.

I had adult children with me, so we were ok. Lifeguards are very attentive, and do an excellent job of keeping an eye on swimmers.

I like the food gallery which has a wide opening time range, like 1pm-4:30 for lunch… … 
There are 3 beautiful swimming pool, which please the kids and the adults as well.

The adults only pool was relaxing and even the main pool had great views with the infinity pool.

The pirate ship water park was great fun for kids 5-12 
For kids older and adults you could only go on the two big slides

There were several people that really stood out and that was Jenny the bar supervisor, Abraham who was the bartender at the adult pool and Alma and Ruby who took care of us on the beach and arranged for the belly beds as they call them.

Whole pool max at 4.5feet so better for adults and kids.

The food variety was great, and our kids loved the amenities.the kids club allowed my wife and I to get away and use the spa, as well as the adult pool section.

Played beer pong in the adult pool with Karla and Gilberto very friendly and fun to play with!

We are a family of 5; 2 adults and 3 kids with ages of 14, 8 and 6.

There’s also an adult only pool on the second floor with a decent view and inside bar.

Me and the wife did check out sea bar for adults on the first floor.

It's  a family resort Everything is great except for the  cut off time for adult fun at 12am 🙄 before cut off time was at 2om and now with new owners it changed to 2am.

The atrium is impressive in size and was laid out like a promenade with themed restaurants and distinct cuisines: Lighthouse seafood restaurant, Steakhouse with miniature Big Ben, French restaurant with miniature Arc de Triomph, Asian restaurant within Japanese-style teahouse, etc.

I was disappointed that the elevators seemed to take forever, and many were out of service.

There are many cracks in the room, a 1/5 star shower, the 5 elevators in the building were often not working, and we lost hot water at one point.

One or two elevators were broken our entire stay.

I never saw anybody cleaning any of the high touch surfaces (elevator

Service is excruciating slow in restaurants and the hotel definitely has issues with the elevators.

the lobby and restaurants do not have AC , and most of the elevators don’t have AC .

Elevators take forever and some will be broken,  almost all week out there and they fixed one

Additionally the elevator also had no air conditioning.

On multiple occasions, I had to wait for several minutes just to get on the elevator, which was frustrating, especially when I was in a hurry.

2 out of 6 elevators were broken, and the ones that weren't broken, had no A/C.

The 4 elevators available for the hundreds of people staying were a reflection of the overall lack of cleanliness in the hotel, always dirty and without air conditioning.

Our only complaint was they need to update their A/C as the elevators and restaurants especially the buffet are hot.

AC didnt work in rooms, dining halls or elevators.

The lack of AC on elevator and common areas its a real torture.

the bad thing the AC inside the elevators , Breakfast dinner and sometimes inside the room it was terrible hot,hot,hot, .

Just the elevators were lacking AC in them.

Without running myself and my daughter slipped multiple times, it is a large accident waiting to happen.

- They didn’t let kids move about on their own.

Food was good especially the Mexican restaurant near the kids club, buffet was good lots of selection.

Second time in this hotel and I will be again, my daughter has a superb experience in the pools, aqua park and the kids club.

Kids club looks amazing online at best it’s a small run down daycare looking playground.

Very nice hotel with waterpark and theater (different shows every night of the week), the kids enjoyed as we did.

I went with my daughter for just two days to celebrate my birthday.the hotel itself is very nice, the food too.but unfortunately, out of only 2 days, I was able to enjoy only one day.

My daughter and I loved our stay at the hotel.

The water is too rough for little ones, toddlers etc.

You won't need to walk out of the resort, specially if you have kids from 5 to 16y, alot of activities all day and many restaurants and cuisine, you will enjoy show every night

We went with our three children (ages 2, 4, and 6) for Thanksgiving week.

Nice pool and kid area, rooms are average, restaurants are ok

We didn’t get to try any other restaurants,

- The design of the resorts have all the restaurants in the centre.

It was 1.5 to 2 hour wait every night for dinner.

The wait for restaurants is 2-3 hours a night.

As for the food, won’t waste precious invisible ink writing about it.

Excellent services, amazing food and very friendly staff.

The staff at the hotel at the restaurant were very nice and check in process was quick.

Most of the restaurants will be closed or managed well.

Staff is great, food was awesome and service was exceptional.

The whole time we were here when we were eating cereal everything was half closed pool bar was closed.

The food is amazing at the Samurai restaurant, the food came out very fast.

There were a variety of delicious food options offering something for every taste.

Lots of tacos and Mexican food for every meal.

Lots of smoke and smell came from the pool grill resto around lunch time.

Really really bad food, bad taste, smelled of used oil used for frying.

even though you walk in and it stinks of bleach, the floors were filthy my 3 yr old son wouldn’t even take his shoes off because his feet were getting so dirty.

We did notice right away the mould smell in the hallway, and into our room.

The supposedly suite was nasty,  shower head wasn't working,  the jacuzzi was nasty which I took pictures of,  we asked to get moved to another room they said if we weren't happy to go to a different hotel.

but very dated and shabby and our room smelt of damp.

Hotel room had dirty floors upon arrival and 6 of 8 pillows smelled like a wet rag.

I wish I could take a picture of the smell of this place.

Once we received our room, it was disgusting, nothing like the pictures shown in their website.

La creperie the coffee did not have any taste ,the snacks were hard , burned and old.

but again it was so hot I left drenched in sweat.

The bathrooms were very outdated; they smelled musty and had visible signs of wear and tear.

The shower drain was constantly clogged and smelled.

but one could sense a weird odor when entering some of the areas in the hotel such as the front desk.

David and his staff of Gustavo and Carlos were fantastic.

The kids club can’t really be used… I never saw any kids there and the 1 staff member generally looked bored, nothing going on at all.

This hotel has a roach infestation and the staff is aware of it- they are in your rooms and restaurants.

I informed the service supervisor on the night of 2nd Dec as well.

Mid-way: always a delight until the lazy waiters start their shift 😂

All the swim-up bars: fabulous, loved them all.

The bar staff are so friendly and accommodating.

All their staffs are very pushy with less focus on quality and service.

That’s when I decided I can’t stay here, we went to complain and we were offered same disgusting room just higher floor, then the lady was nice

I ended up wasting the other day, because they have a travel agency inside the hotel.Then they call your room and ask to come to the front desk.

So far we have enjoyed our stay and the staff are amazing.

I highly recommend a bar behind front desk called Kilimanjaro.

- They had different themes near each restaurant which was interesting and fun to walk through (i.e., outside the French restaurant was a statue of L'Arc de Triomphe).

- The aqua park and water slides were great,

Lots of taco stations around in the afternoon by the water park and the pool most days.

Room was equal to a moldy water park room.

The pools, the beach, and the water park offered a little something for everyone.

We did try the Mexican restaurant for lunch  located next to the kids water park that was actually good we were able to join the waitlist while the kids played at the water park.

Resort is very kid friendly, water park is OK, they are very strict on their safety measures and only letting age appropiate kids into the slides.

For lunch we went to the Mexican restaurant by the water park.

The only decent part was the water park which is great for smaller kids (up to 8-9 years old), on a 3rd day someone popped all over the 1 bathroom they have in that section and it was left “as is” for thr remained of the day.

Excellent resort, nice people, amazing shows, awesome pool, water park and sunrise view from the room.

Sexy Carlos at the water park, sexy Oscar the bellboy, and the front desk staff were amazing.

At lunchtime, you can also eat at the Mexican restaurant which was right next to the kid water park and absolutely delicious.

The kids water park was so fun with daily entertainment including a balloon party and the music by the main pool was tending and family friendly.

love this resort lots of activities for kids to stay happy even a water park for kids with amazing slides lots of quality food in 5 or 6 restaurants plus the big food gallery buffet amazing pools beach all is amazing welcoming staff every corner highly recommended.

The outdoor activities my grandkids, ages 3 and 7, really enjoyed  were the swimming pools, ocean and beach, water park and the BBQ serving hot dogs and hamburgers.

Amenities (pools, beach, water park) are amazing, particularly for a family vacation.

We were excited to visit this particular hotel for its water park since we were traveling with 2 kids.

They had a fantastic time at the water park.

The pool area is gorgeous and the airport/ferry transfers are efficient and good value.

The hotel was clean, and the pool area was a great place to relax and had an amazing view, especially at sunset.

The pool area is amazing a great view of Mkyonos good sunbeds in which we always got one, pool warm and the bar staff were amazing friendly helpful in fact all staff were great at breakfast and dinner perfect service I didnt hesitate to leave a tip

The villa (3 bedroom) was like renting a two story apartment with great views and the rest of the grounds, especially the pool area is post card beautiful.

Real high points were the staff (so friendly and helpful), the location (10 min walk into Mykonos town, much closer than most other hotels in the area) and the pool area (stunning infinity pool and immaculately maintained sunbathing areas).

The pool area has in my opinion the best view on Mykonos, and sunsets like I’ve never seen anywhere before.

The pool area, the pool and the staff was fantastic.

We had a standard room overlooking the pool area and the greater view beyond that.

The pool area is beautiful and a nice place to spend some time, and it’s an easy walk down into town.

The views are breath taking, the staff are very professional and friendly, breakfast was delicious, within easy walking distance to Chora, the pool area is magnificent and accommodation very well tended  to and clean.

The hotel had beautiful views from our rooms and the pool area.

My husband and I just returned from the most incredible few days at this hotel - we could not fault it one bit the hotel is very boutique , the pool area is stunning with amazing views, the staff were so helpful and nothing was a problem always smiling .

Special thanks to Afi, Kristos, Dimitri and the two barmen who managed the pool area (who make the greatest cocktails).

Friendly and accommodating staff, great buffet breakfast, room had a great Mykonons town and ocean view, pool area has the best sunset view, can't say enough good things.

Hotel, Staff, Rooms, Food and Pool were all amazing, best relaxing holiday we have ever had.

A day by the pool is very relaxing and Adonis does an excellent job in the bar and helping serve lunch by the pool.

The view from the swiming pool and restaurant is fantastic, very close to the city center.

It has a laid back, relaxing, vibe that you want to return to at the end of a day exploring the sites to watch the sun go down with a cocktail by the pool.

It is perfectly situated right above Mykonos town so if you have a view of the water you can watch the sunset from your room or from the pool or restaurant.

Can reccomend the Mai Thai cocktails by the pool or at sunset.

Cocktails are €13 each by the pool so we stayed away from these.

Highlyrecommend a treat cocktail by the pool.

The food at the pool was outstanding as was the view.

Few hints; Watch the sunset from the pool or pool area, no better view on the island and the service food and drinks are as good as you will find anywhere, they also brought us free dessert after every pool meal.

Please don't hesitate to have lunch or dinner at Karavaki restaurant, even a pizza at the pool is great!

The hotel itself is beautiful and luxurious alongside this the pool and restaurant area with unlimited views are to die for.

They were incredibly friendly and chatty especially by the pool and at the restaurant.

We loved the little touches such as the little nibbles on the house when we ordered a bottle of prosecco or lunch by the pool.

We ate there one night at the sunset table and it was one of the best dinners we had while in Greece.

The restaurant is excellent and I recommend it.

The food, the infinity pool, drop dead view and cool vibe - with great music playing all day -  make this place a winner.

The food in the restaurant was wonderful, thus we chose to eat there almost every night.

Now, the location - close enough to the airport that it was a quick ride.

You can eat at the buffet and you can order from a menu.The servers were friendly and made sure our coffee cups were never empty.

The food is really good there and not outrageously priced like some restaurants on the island.

We enjoyed the bar area and restaurant with all our friends and the pool was beautiful.

We had a wonderful evening, enjoyed a great meal and the best ice cream afterward, and also enjoyed a remarkable sunset.

We especially liked the a la carte part of the breakfast menu.

They were all happy to help and gave great advice on where to eat and what restaurants to stay away from.

Restaurant was also quite exceptional and the sunset views were unmatched!

Enjoyed our Dinner and view so much we had to do it again the following night .

The staff made us feel so welcome when we arrived with a lovely welcome drink and they took the time to tell us about the resort and facilities as well as some great places to eat in the town.

The food was delicious, our room was spotless with incredible views and easy access to the town centre.

The pool was fabulous, and our large terrace great for pre dinner drinks.

Additionally, after accepting the €15 price tag for cocktails, and enjoying plenty of these throughout our stay, one day we’d headed to local shops to buy water and essentials, and headed back to the sun lounger finishing a can of Coke Zero, to coldly be told from the staff that we shouldn’t be bringing this to the pool.

The staff was nice and ready to help you.

From the moment we arrived, the entire staff especially Elena was truly amazing.

The breakfast is superb, and the staff are excellent - very friendly, attentive and couldn't do enough for you.

The staff of the hotel was welcoming and helpful.

The staff was warm and informative, the rooms ‘just right’.

The staff there was so nice, everyone from the front desk to the pool bar tenders (who gave us a great restaurant recommendation) to the wait staff.

The room and common areas were spotless, breakfast was amazing, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

All the staff were absolutely amazing, all smiley and chatty.

The greeting was thorough and the staff member very warm and knowledgeable who took us through everything (sincere apologies for not having her name).

All of the hotel staff were great and friendly.

but the location of the Vencia (outside central Mykonos) means that it is cooler, it is quieter, the sunset views incredible and the infinity pool the star attraction.

The restaurant utilized all of the deck space the resort had to offer, giving patrons perfect views of the sunset overlooking Mykonos Town.

The hotel has a great infinity pool (with pool bar) that overlooks town and has amazing sunset views!

The restaurant has an incredible sunset view of the ocean and everything we ate was fantastic.
