- We were upgraded with our suite award and Titanium status to an amazing suite on the top floor over looking the Christmas Market, Eiffel Tower, Louvre Museum, Jardin des Tuileries, Champs-Elysees, among other landmarks/sights.

- If you get the Junior Suite with a view, you get to enjoy the sights of Jardin des Tuileries, the Louvre and the Eiffel Tower from your private balcony.

- Maybe the location that is unbeatable is a couple blocks from the Louvre and Place de la Concorde and just in front of the Jardin des Tuileries.

- The luxury shops on rue Saint-Honoré are nearby, and the area is also not far from where many authentic Japanese restaurants are.
- Minutes from the best shopping Rue Cambon and Rue Faubourg Saint Honore and museums.
- On our recent visit, I came to the conclusion that all the Vendome has going for it is location, near the Tuileries and the Rue de Rivoli on the Right Bank.

- but given the nightly rate is quite high/at the level of a luxury hotel (plus the fact that there's a Renaissance nearby, along with other non-Marriott properties that are more updated), the rooms here at the Westin could definitely be improved.

- Our room overlooked the Jardin de Tuileries and we had a view of both the Louvre and Eiffel Tower.
- The Westin Vendome is within walking distance of several landmarks: Louvre, Musee d’Orsay, Eiffel Tower and Arc d’ Triumph.

- The location of the hotel itself is prime - situated 10 minutes walking distance to the Louvre, 15 to the Galeries Lafayette/ Palais Garnier, across the street from the Tuileries Garden Christmas market, and surrounded by fantastic restaurants and shops.

load more ... - Fête des Tuileries (fun fair) was going on during the stay so was a bit noisy.
- although it is massive: horrible view, constant loud noise from machine mechanics (with closed windows) and constant screaming while people are scared by the attractions.
- Just too noisey.
- The rooms are not in tip top condition, with chipped paintwork and perhaps generally in need of a bit of updating, and the soundproofing between the rooms was terrible, as we could hear the conversations in the next room even at normal speaking voice,
- The rooms are tired, as is typical of a hotel of this age that sees the traffic they see.
