Hotel is only a minute away from Saint Georges metro station was very convenient also about 15 mins walk from Opera.

The nearest metro was not even a minutes walk away, and we utilised this daily to get to other parts of Paris,

The Metro station is just at the bottom of the street and is on a well connected line.

Ideally situated in the St George's district of Paris right opposite the metro.

A great place to stay for exploring Paris - Pigalle and Montmatre within walking distance and if you don’t fancy a longer stroll into central Paris then Saint George’s metro station is literally across the road.

The hotel is about a 20 minute walk to The Louvre which is where we got our tour bus to see the rest of the city.

The hotel is located in a neighborhood with a lot of restaurants, bars and easy to reach by metro or bus.

The 12 metro was only a minute away, as was Rue des Martyrs which had a lovely village feel.

breakfast was good..and room attention and cleaning very good..it has a lovely calm atmosphere and the location is perfect beside the efficient metro.

Very nice location, if you love to walk you can enjoy many landmarks around, from Montmartre, to Madeleine, down to Faubourg Saint Honoré street, place Vendôme and the Louvre museum.

Hotel Lorette is centrally located and is very nice.

The location is a 50 meter walk to the Saint George metro station which is just a few stops to Place de la Concorde.

There is a metro stop just outside the hotel and you can travel directly to the Place de la Concorde and the Left Bank in a few minutes.

Room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

Room is clean and has a mini fridge with mineral water, juice refill everyday.

The hotel staff are very friendly and extremely helpful, as with previous reviews there is a mini bar in your room which is refilled daily, there is also a selection of cakes and biscuits in the reception area.

There is a small complimentary non-alcoholic mini bar in each room and free coffee/tea/cake in the lobby.

Room were nice, decent size & almost all basic utilities.

Complimentary cake, hot drinks and cold are always available in reception and also complimentary soft drinks in the rooms.

Hotel rooms clean and spacious - we stayed with our daughter in an apartment room which was perfect for everyone.

Absolutely loved our stay here, great for couples, hotel exactly as described, staff couldn't be any nicer, room ample size for the 5 days we stayed.

The hotel is very welcoming with free coffee and cake as well as free access to room drinks cabinet.

The Hotel is clean, rooms are nice and there is free mini-bar (non-alcoholic) in the room, when coming back from a day in town.

We loved everything about it, from the great neighborhood, to the comfortable room, to the cool vibe, to the great breakfast.

There was a safe in the room and a hairdryer too.

We had our room serviced every day, and the staff did a great job.

It is clean, beds are ok, rooms of good size for Paris and not too noisy.

My room had a bath and over bath shower which was of adequate size ( other hotels I've stayed in the bathroom is tiny with a tiny shower).

Bathroom was tiny, could barely fit in shower, sink drained very slowly.

Bathroom is again a little towards the small side and there may be some flooding if you're not careful.

The bed was too hard for me, and I hated the shower curtain cling of the small shower, it made me cringe.

The bathroom is tiny of course and with shower-over-bath which I always find uncomfortable.

The room is very tiny, especially the shower is way too small.

but bathroom was small and the bathtub was a bit worn out.

The only problem was a small shower that flooded the shower room.

The only complaint I have with the bathroom (I've seen this before in Europe) is that the partition in the shower is so small that the floor can get really wet.

But the room and bathroom was quite small, the shower head was falling down, the bed quite hard, the air condition noisy, and you could hear the metro every time a train passed.

Our room was really small and the bathroom too.

The bathroom was a bit on the small side as well.

The only negative from our stay was the shower… it was so tiny and had a curtain all the way around that smelled and didn’t prevent water from leaking out all over the floor.

Also the bread was stale for us and there was no toasting facility.

The shower is set up in such a way that unless you are *very* careful with the shower curtain, you will flood the floor, which has no drain hole.

But this is Paris where everyone seems to smoke everywhere.

You can hear the noise from the timber floor when people was walking.

The only thing was I'd already paid expedia and the new hotel, was so new that it smelt of fresh paint which gave my partner an instant headache, had builders everywhere and the fire alarm went off in the morning.

Furthermore there was a strange smell intermittently coming from my bathroom.

The bathroom stunk of sewage all night too.

We had to strip the bed off as the quilt and sheets were stale and had stains on them, they were replaced with itchy blankets instead of a fresh quilt.

Our non-smoking room was small (no surprise, what we expected for Paris),

I just wish the no-smoking ban had reached Paris as we smelled like ashtrays by the time we left!

The non-smoking rooms are on the bottom floors.

One problem though, it was a smoking room and the smell of cigarrettes was pretty bad.

During this stay we faced a few issues that can't be helped, including the lift out of service on our day of departure,

I was amazed at the size of the elevator .

We got a room near the lift and predicted there would be corridor noise.

Down to every last detail - hallway carpet, elevator facias.. All tied in.

Up we go in the small elevator, and up into our room.

Its super clean and the location is outstanding.

The central location was excellent and  our room on the courtyard was charming, spacious and comfortable.

The rooms are comfortable and quiet, the decor is gorgeous, and the location is excellent.

I really do feel like Hotel Favart is like my Parisian home, I have been staying at this wonderful hotel for almost 40 years I love the romance, history and location of

Slap bang in the middle of Paris - we walked to the Louvre, Place de La Concorde, L’Opera and in heels no less !!

This hotel is situated in a quiet central area and you can easily get to many places without public transport or taxi: Place de la Concorde and Champs-Elysees Avenue are in 15-20 minute walk, Notre Dame de Paris and Louvre are in 30 minute and Monmartre – within 25.

Thank goodness we arrived at this comfortable hotel two blocks east of L' Opera and near the Louvre and Place de la Concorde ( 5 mins by Metro ) we loved this neighborhood and all the theatrical themes which define each suite.

Also an easy 20 minutes walk to the Louvre, or place de la Concorde.

The hotel location is poor and not recommended.

We got a room (#47) with a view of Opera Comique adjacent to a quiet plaza, just as I asked for.

We had a fifth-floor room facing the plaza in front of the hotel.

Rooms are spacious (we stayed in an upgraded room) and very well designed.

We particularly enjoyed having a mini fridge and coffee maker and access to fresh milk and pods/tea bags in the breakfast room (plus free cake!).

The Staff are friendly and very helpful, room was lovely and we would certainly stop at this Hotel again.

The hotel feels uniquely French in the best ways - the decor, the furnishings, the rooms.

what a brilliant recommendation, my friends told us about this place and decided to book there for my partner's birthday, its beautiful, clean, very close to everywhere we wanted to visit, including Louvre museum, the rooms are amazing and fully equipped, wifi was available too.

A thoroughly wonderful stay, and the location could not have been more perfect, across the Tuilleries, next to the Place Concorde, walking distance the the Louvre, Rue Cambon and Place Vendome.

Some of the wall covering in our room , # 61 , upstairs and quiet, was patched and stained and the paint is chipping on the trim work.

However there is no connection between the two hotels Mayfair - and we had been booked in a back room facing crumbling wall paint an arm's length away.

Perhaps you can find woodwork in need of paint,

Our room looked over a postage stamp inner courtyard and two walls that had large swabs of paint peeling off of the walls.

Housekeeping is spotty: baseboards were filthy and lots of chipped paint everywhere.

We walked maybe 5 minutes to the bridge across from the Place de la Concorde to watch the Eiffel Tower glitter at night which was lovely.

Mayfair has enviable central position: just few minutes walk to Place de la Concorde and metro station.

Walking distance to the louvre, tuileries, champs-elysees, fashion district, and place de la concorde.

Perfect location in Paris, near the Louvre and Place de la Concorde.

Nice moderate 4 stars hotel off Rue De Rivoli on one side and Boulevard St. Honore on the other ,  close to Place De La Concorde and Place Vendome.

For book lovers it's round the corner from the Librairie Galignani, 20 minutes stroll from the sublime Louvre, 10 minutes from the Place de la Concorde and 10 minutes from the gorgeous Tuilieries Gardens.I have to say
