Tej was awesome helping us with breakfast, we would definitely come back!

Hotel is in a great location on a quiet street, with a staff thats adorably nice and attentive… especially Tej who rocks it during their included breakfast!

All the details - free minibar in the room, free snacks downstairs, excellent breakfast with multilingual staff, very clean rooms, blackout curtains… We were very happy here and will absolutely return.

Tej was very friendly and helpful in the breakfast room,

Tej really livened up breakfast, and had great conversation.

And I most say personal is very gentle, especially TEJ at the breakfast area, he is the best!!

Breakfast was included in our booking, and special thanks to Tej who was extremely friendly and welcoming, going above and beyond for his guests.

He had been so helpful the entire of breakfast that morning.

From the front reception desk to Tej (who will take care of your every need) and the breakfast staff we were treated like old friends.

TEJ went above and beyond every morning to ensure our breakfast was superb.

Tej in the breakfast area was especially helpful and friendly.

Tej's service during the breakfast buffets was particularly brilliant - he was incredibly warm, friendly, and struck up a good conversation!

The breakfast was very good, choice of cereal, breads, hot food, pastries, cold meat, cheese, juices , tea and coffee.

While having our breakfast which was very delicious we met a staff member named Tej.

On the Sunday we checked out at 10.30 and the hotel was keeping our cases until 6pm as we had a late flight.

517) was also at the foot of the stairs to the 6th floor, for which the lift stops at the 5th floor, meaning everyone has to carry their luggage up and down the stairs - resulting in bang, thump, bang of cases up and down stairs.

although wasn't huge was big enough to fit us, our cases and others in.

I didn’t find it to be uncomfortable, I’m just noting this in case others are wondering (like I did).

On the last day of our stay, she offered a late check out for one room in case we needed it.

Now the hallways are so narrow that my suitcase didn’t fit, I had to put it on the side.

In this case there were about 8-10 inches between the toliet and a partition wall - just about enough to sit down!

There is a consigne a baggage / left luggage facility should your room not be ready.

It's called the hotel Astoria Opera on the sign of the hotel in case you are confused.

If I have to give a negative, as a parent we were on the sixth floor and right outside our door was the stair case.

As is often the case with international flights, we arrived very early (~8am).

Staff seemed quite relaxed about it instead of havibg it fixed immediately

Anyway its not terrible.

but please get the door fixed as it was a bit frustrating 🙂

While that's a big mistake to make, it was pretty clear that it was some kind of freak occurrence and not negligence, and the hotel went the extra mile and then some to fix the situation.

We had a small issue with our sink which was fixed quickly.

OH, our heater was broken and the staff couldn't fix it, so they got us a heater for our room, which was nice!

Down to fixing one of the tours we  planned to go on, when the reservation was missing and we were so far from home to fix it ourself.

He was really friendly,  helpful and also funny.

Tej and Merly were very friendly and helpful.

What makes it special are the staff—very friendly and helpful especially TEJ and Sid! If you need anything, look for them :)

Place de la Concorde 30 minutes as well as Monmartre 10 minutes.

Such a convenient area, with clean nice room, stylish lobby and bountiful free snacks!

Hotel Astoria is indeed a beautiful hotel with lovely rooms.

The rooms are so cute with a decent amount of space as well.

The rooms are decently spacious, the bathrooms lovely, and the lobby is welcoming.

Wonderful stay, the facilities were incredible and the rooms were luxurious and well-maintained.

The fridge is stocked daily and free of charge with water and soft drinks and everyday in the hotel from 2 pm there are free soft drinks, water and snacks available and you can also access this at their other 12 hotels around Paris  by showing your room key.

The rooms were super clean and the bed was very comfortable.

We stayed here as a family, with two rooms with doors that could be kept open behind one door.

But what we loved the most was our breakfasts, mostly because of the dining room staff led by Tej.

Tej, the server in the dining room was fantastic.

We had a family suite which had two rooms behind one door.

I had a problem or a couple of nights with other guests running down the down the hall after a night out, and then I could hear every single thing they did as they were getting ready for bed.

but was not available for this single night, so we ended up at Hotel Astoria.

Recommend this for couples or single travelers that don't mind exploring and taking the Metro!

I was apprehensive as a single traveller, having been ripped off in London previously,

The whole time we have been here we haven't seen a single thing out of place or unkept.

There were three of us, one couple and one single.

The rooms are regular size, bathrooms are tiny

Received 2 rooms- one very spacious for three with a cute terrace and a bath and the other one was tiny, internal with a view to the corridor.

A small desk and of course a small bathroom.

The room itself was very small and the bathroom is very close to the bed.

although the bath was a bit small, warm water always ran when we needed it.

The shower was tiny ie if you dropped the soap it was entirely possible to switch the shower off with your behind.

We loved our stay at Hotel Astoria,  The front desk and snack area had the most friendliest and helpful people.

Wow - everyone here is kind, accommodating, professional, and welcoming.

We were very happy for the staying, happy for the team at the Reception (Regards to Mrs Florence and Mr. Stéphan), happy for their way of treating the guste.

Everybody was very helpful despite my extremely rusty French.

A polyglot, very accomodating, charming and sensible man who will ensure that you feel at ease and don't lack anything.

He also helped us out whenever he could, and I really appreciated his kindness.

Easy to ride the metro or walk to everything.

Hotel is only a minute away from Saint Georges metro station was very convenient also about 15 mins walk from Opera.

The nearest metro was not even a minutes walk away, and we utilised this daily to get to other parts of Paris,

The Metro station is just at the bottom of the street and is on a well connected line.

Ideally situated in the St George's district of Paris right opposite the metro.

A great place to stay for exploring Paris - Pigalle and Montmatre within walking distance and if you don’t fancy a longer stroll into central Paris then Saint George’s metro station is literally across the road.

Great location, close to the St. George metro.

The hotel is placed in center, near montmartre and with easy acces to bus and metro.

There is a bus stop outside the hotel as well.

Very good transport Links throughout the Paris( metro and bus).

The hotel is about a 20 minute walk to The Louvre which is where we got our tour bus to see the rest of the city.

The hotel is located in a neighborhood with a lot of restaurants, bars and easy to reach by metro or bus.

The 12 metro was only a minute away, as was Rue des Martyrs which had a lovely village feel.

breakfast was good..and room attention and cleaning very good..it has a lovely calm atmosphere and the location is perfect beside the efficient metro.

Lovely neighborhood, close to the metro and reachable by walking 20 minutes from the train station Paris Nord.

A clean well maintained hotel in a great Parisian location.

Very nice location, if you love to walk you can enjoy many landmarks around, from Montmartre, to Madeleine, down to Faubourg Saint Honoré street, place Vendôme and the Louvre museum.

Hotel Lorette is centrally located and is very nice.

but pleasantly surprised to land in a great little hotel, ideal location for visitors with a metro station on the door step.

The location is perfect for exploring all the sights and there is a metro station a few minutes walk away.

A fine location for seeing the sites, many of which are bookable.

Excellent aspects were:

- location in beautiful Saint-Georges away from the crowds and tourist traps common in other areas of Paris

St George metro just a few steps away and only a few stops to Place de la Concorde so very convenient for all the sights.

Almost across from a direct subway line to Sacre Coeur, Place de la Concorde and Musee d’Orsay, which is very convenient (but for very light sleepers, beware, you can hear it a little at night till about 1am, when subway closes).

The location is a 50 meter walk to the Saint George metro station which is just a few stops to Place de la Concorde.

There is a metro stop just outside the hotel and you can travel directly to the Place de la Concorde and the Left Bank in a few minutes.

Room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

Room is clean and has a mini fridge with mineral water, juice refill everyday.

There is a small complimentary non-alcoholic mini bar in each room and free coffee/tea/cake in the lobby.

Room were nice, decent size & almost all basic utilities.

Complimentary cake, hot drinks and cold are always available in reception and also complimentary soft drinks in the rooms.

Hotel rooms clean and spacious - we stayed with our daughter in an apartment room which was perfect for everyone.

Absolutely loved our stay here, great for couples, hotel exactly as described, staff couldn't be any nicer, room ample size for the 5 days we stayed.

The hotel is very welcoming with free coffee and cake as well as free access to room drinks cabinet.

The Hotel is clean, rooms are nice and there is free mini-bar (non-alcoholic) in the room, when coming back from a day in town.

We loved everything about it, from the great neighborhood, to the comfortable room, to the cool vibe, to the great breakfast.

There was a safe in the room and a hairdryer too.

We had our room serviced every day, and the staff did a great job.

It is clean, beds are ok, rooms of good size for Paris and not too noisy.

My room had a bath and over bath shower which was of adequate size ( other hotels I've stayed in the bathroom is tiny with a tiny shower).

Bathroom was tiny, could barely fit in shower, sink drained very slowly.

Bathroom is again a little towards the small side and there may be some flooding if you're not careful.

The bed was too hard for me, and I hated the shower curtain cling of the small shower, it made me cringe.

The bathroom is tiny of course and with shower-over-bath which I always find uncomfortable.

The room is very tiny, especially the shower is way too small.

but bathroom was small and the bathtub was a bit worn out.

The only problem was a small shower that flooded the shower room.

The only complaint I have with the bathroom (I've seen this before in Europe) is that the partition in the shower is so small that the floor can get really wet.

But the room and bathroom was quite small, the shower head was falling down, the bed quite hard, the air condition noisy, and you could hear the metro every time a train passed.

Our room was really small and the bathroom too.

The bathroom was a bit on the small side as well.

The only negative from our stay was the shower… it was so tiny and had a curtain all the way around that smelled and didn’t prevent water from leaking out all over the floor.

Also the bread was stale for us and there was no toasting facility.

The shower is set up in such a way that unless you are *very* careful with the shower curtain, you will flood the floor, which has no drain hole.

But this is Paris where everyone seems to smoke everywhere.

You can hear the noise from the timber floor when people was walking.

The only thing was I'd already paid expedia and the new hotel, was so new that it smelt of fresh paint which gave my partner an instant headache, had builders everywhere and the fire alarm went off in the morning.

Furthermore there was a strange smell intermittently coming from my bathroom.

The bathroom stunk of sewage all night too.

We had to strip the bed off as the quilt and sheets were stale and had stains on them, they were replaced with itchy blankets instead of a fresh quilt.

Our non-smoking room was small (no surprise, what we expected for Paris),

I just wish the no-smoking ban had reached Paris as we smelled like ashtrays by the time we left!

The non-smoking rooms are on the bottom floors.

One problem though, it was a smoking room and the smell of cigarrettes was pretty bad.

We even had a problem with our shower door and they offered to move us to a different room

Our bathroom door broke and since maintenance couldn’t fix it they offered us another room on the highest level.

The shower door was only a half door so when you shower water tends to get all over the floor though.

One has to step over a fair high wall into the shower  and it has a shower "door" that only covers about a fourth of the tub.

FYI when showering  try not to flood the  bathroom as the bathtub does  not really have a great divider.

We travelled with a one year old baby, 
The hotel had a baby tub and changing mat with a baby cot and a sleeping bag for the baby waiting, and with special baby soaps and shampoos!

however, the shower/tub combo was challenging; required a very high step-in (24+ inches) and it was as narrow, or less, than an economy seat on an airplane.

One has to take care when getting out of tub, as it is slippery when wet.

In the room the WC was separate from the shower, sink and tub.

My room and bathroom were very small with 2 single beds and a mini bath tub suitable for small children.

Every staff member we interacted with was friendly and helpful, the room was very spacious and clean and had a super comfortable and large bed.

We were in room 26, a lovely, large, comfortable room.

The hotel was extremely comfortable, great staff, free wi-fi, free minibar, clean and big rooms, very good location, also there are free of charge food & beverage in the lobby.

The beds were comfortable, kind of on the hard side

Service is impeccable, Laurent and Nirosha, they could remember what we prefer and made our stay a comfortable one, especially Laurent who is very friendly and helpful.

The beds were also the most comfortable out of everywhere we had stayed during our 5 week trip!

Our room was clean, very comfortable, and a wonderful view of the Eiffel Tower, especially at night when it sparkled!

The bathroom was large and modern and the King size bed very comfortable.

Very comfortable room with friendly and helpful staff through all our stay.

It's a large, comfortable room, and felt like home.
