Slap bang in the middle of Paris - we walked to the Louvre, Place de La Concorde, L’Opera and in heels no less !!

This hotel is situated in a quiet central area and you can easily get to many places without public transport or taxi: Place de la Concorde and Champs-Elysees Avenue are in 15-20 minute walk, Notre Dame de Paris and Louvre are in 30 minute and Monmartre – within 25.

Thank goodness we arrived at this comfortable hotel two blocks east of L' Opera and near the Louvre and Place de la Concorde ( 5 mins by Metro ) we loved this neighborhood and all the theatrical themes which define each suite.

Also an easy 20 minutes walk to the Louvre, or place de la Concorde.

Nice and quiet and it's only a few blocks away from the hustle and bustle of L'Opera, La Madeleine, Le Concorde and  Bvde.

The hotel is an good location, you can walk to the big department stores in 5 mins, the Place de la Concorde in about 15.

The hotel is well placed to walk up to Montmartre (about a 15 or 20 minute walk to Sacre Coeur) and a similar walk to the Louvre, Place de la Concorde, etc.

Close to several metro stops 2-5 mins max allowing us to easily visit Place de la Concorde, Tour Eiffel, Champs-Élysées and Sacré-Cœur/Montmartre at a leisurely pace and still have time to relax in the hotel.

The hotel is perhaps a 2 minute walk from the nearest Metro station, and about a 10-15 minute walk from the Louvre/Concorde.

Walkable to Place de la Concorde, the Tuilerie gardens, the Louvre and the bottom end of the Champs Elysee and there are 3 Metro stations in easy reach.

although there is construction across the street, that can be noticed at times.

Across the Place, there was construction of a new multi-story building, so noise was a problem between around 8am to 5pm approx.

There was construction going on, so the small square facing the hotel was quite noisy at times.

The bedroom overlooked the opera area which is sadly under construction on the lower level

One thing it was not good is the front of the hotel(^_^;)It was middle of construction

but had wished they warned us about the construction.

The nearest metro station (Richelieu Drouot) was closed for construction,

The issue that compromised our stay was the construction.

My only complaint was that there was some hideous construction going on nearby that woke everyone up at 8 am with earth shattering crashing,

It's a rare thing, so imagine how disappointing it was on our 2 night stay in Paris, one of the few times we might have actually been able to sleep past 6:30am, to be woken up at 8am sharp by loud construction.

There was some construction going on out in front of the hotel during our visit, which made for a less than spectacular building facade and entrance,

but the sidewalk is still cut up, so I suspect there may be follow-on construction at a later date.

Would have been very quiet if not for the noise of road construction -no fault of hotel!

It spoilt breakfast having a pneumatic drill about 2 foot away from you and the noise was deafening.

I loved that they kept the original ceiling wool construction and just painted to match the interior.

There was some construction noise in the morning from an adjacent building and they play music in the hallways almost 24 hours a day it seemed.

The rooms and lobby of the hotel are very nicely decorated.

I had a super comfortable bed, a luxurious bath tub, impeccable & friendly service, tasty breakfast, beautiful interior decor throughout the hotel, with a fabulous location to explore Paris.

This is a truly charming and intimate little hotel located not far from the famous Paris Opera House.

we were in a standard room, so the others are presumably even nicer

✅ Nice vibe in the lounge, with books, a chess board and an honesty bar

Just to be a pedant & mention a con, the sauna doesn’t really warm up properly (or takes a long time).

This hotel is extremely clean with lovely decor,
I would definitely recommend this hotel when visiting Paris and I will look forward to returning again soon.

The location was perfect for us and we could not have asked for better service.

Maison Favart is in fantastic location easily walkable to the Opera and Galeries Lafayettte and so many fantastic restaurants close by.

We enjoyed staying here on our family trip to Paris (two kids, parents & grandma - we had three rooms in total).

When we arrived back later that evening our luggage was in our room which was wonderful.

Upon arrival we’d already been upgraded to the Chantilly Suite, which has both a spacious living room and bedroom and was beautifully decorated.

Our room was spotless, and we had amazing water pressure in the shower!

Our room was comfortable, with a view over a quiet square.

Cons were that two of our rooms were quite small, the lift could be slow to arrive, and there was some kind of strong perfume in the lobby most days.

although rooms are a little small, the facilities and team are amazing.

The room was small and the balcony view was the wall of another building, so we didn’t use it.

I will say the rooms are a bit small by American standards,

As the floor space in the room is compromised by the main stairwell, we did find the shower room particularly small so perhaps ask for another room if space is an issue.

The fitness room is very basic - no hand weights, the room was on the small side and the air con wasn't up to much, so we wouldn't recommend staying there in the height of summer.

Our room was very small and definitely did not have a King size bed as advertised for all rooms.

but I we picked a small room since we were moving around town.

That being said, the room was very small, barely holding a queen side bed.

Rooms are small (typical for Paris hotels in my experience)

Beautiful bouquet hotel in the centre of Paris, the staff are very friendly and helpful.

The staff was five stars plus - they were all so nice and helpful (front desk, bellman, housekeeping, breakfast staff).

The concierge took our luggage and offered us a latte.

Front of House staff couldn't be more helpful especially with directions and great restaurants !

We loved the homemade biscuits, and the complimentary water was a nice touch.

There were home made biscuits with the tea and coffee set.

All the rooms were beautifully individually decorated and the welcome biscuits incredible!

but they managed to squeeze us in, we stayed in Orchid room, which we had been advised was small, it is but not so small that you feel it, it has an en-suite and everything you need, my girlfriend especially loved the home made complementary biscuits.

Tea/ coffee facilities were provided and some yummy biscuits on arrival.

The room was spotlessly clean with iron, hairdryer, tea, coffee and biscuits.

The room was a comfortable size and equipped with everything needed, the homemade biscuits were a lovely touch.

Our room was the “Alice” room which was styled absolutely gorgeous, comfy bed, tea and coffee facilities and a lovely touch were the homemade biscuits which were delicious.

Fresh lilles in the room, a glass of preseco on arrival and homemade biscuits with our morning tea.

The room had some homemade biscuits which were genuinely the best biscuits I've ever had, and I'm going to try and make them myself!

The little details were great like homemade biscuits on arrival and homemade jam and lemon curd at breakfast, wonderful.

Room had everything you could ask for,furnished lovely and even included little extras like homemade biscuits.

Also the home baked biscuits in the room on arrival were a lovely touch.

The homemade biscuits on the hospitality tray in the room was a lovely touch (shortbread also fantastic) and the toiletries in the bathroom smelt amazing.

From the warm welcome and home made biscuits to the stylish yet comfortable room and yummy breakfast.

but within 10 minutes walk to all the central bars restaurants and the lanes ( shopping area full of individual shops ) The rooms had individual styles to each of them and the added touch of home made biscuits and cold bottled drinking water was appreciated .

Luckily for us, we found Blanch House, a wonderful little boutique hotel right by the seafront!

As soon as you walk into the boutique hotel you can feel how luxurious the hotel is.

Blanch House is a superbly run, lovely boutique hotel located in Kemp Town within easy walking distance of central Brighton and it's fantastic seafront.

Breakfast was included and was plentiful.

Complimentary Continental breakfast which was great, and nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff.

The hotel itself is spotless and breakfast was faultless brilliant service all around - would not hesitate to recommend and return at the drop of a hat !

Most important for us was the closeness to the Concorde 2, where we were attending a music festival.

We stayed for one night in December 2018 and chose due to the hotel's close proximity to the Concorde 2 concert venue.

We had tickets to a gig at Concorde 2 so were looking for somewhere nearby to stay as didn't want a long cold walk there/back and Blanch House was perfect as only about a 5 minute walk.

Stayed at Blanch house for two nights with another couple as we had tickets to see Jamie Woon at Concorde.

We were in Brighton for a concert at the Concorde 2 venue and this hotel is ideally located a few streets away.

The decor is consistently interesting and tasteful, and the location can’t be improved.

The room is stunningly designed down to every last detail and the bathroom has a free standing bath and shower which are fab.

The attention to detail in the beautiful Art Deco room The Legacia was fantastic.

Each bedroom is individually named and I stayed in Alice with a friend which was very glamorous.

We stayed in "Legacia" - very tastefully decorated in Art Deco style.

His great attention to detail is evident in the design and lay-out of the bedrooms and public areas - all created for the comfort and convenience of guests.

We were in the "Alice" room and my is she a glamorous gal!

The room was beautifully decorated and very modern - and best of all, it had a fan!

What really made Blanch House for us, was the enormous charm of our welcome which gave a strong sense of really wanting us to enjoy our stay at Blanch House and in Brighton more generally.

Rooms were wonderfully decorated and super clean.

BH is extremely well decorated, clean and full of character.

We loved the atmosphere of the breakfast room, where gentle music piped in each morning to serenade us, as we devoured ham, cheeses, porridge, croissants and copious cups of strong coffee.

Came for weekend, first impressions were of the warm welcome & stylish reception/ bar area.

We were able to get into our room early, which was spacious and beautifully decorated.

Lovely little place, Daniela checked us in and was wonderful, really great service and personally showed us to our room.

Me and my Dad stayed in the 'Perrier Jouët' room over Pride weekend and we were absolutely blown away by Blanch House and the lovely staff.

From its spotlessly clean boutique themed rooms, to the staff who couldn't be more friendly and welcoming, this is the place to stay when you're in Brighton.

Rooms were very comfortable with a great shower.

We stayed in the Harlequin room and our bed was super comfortable.

It was tiny I've never seen such a tiny toilet and shower which were Seperate tiny rooms luckily both myself and boyfriend are on the slim side god knows what larger people would do.Also the room was so hot at night hard to get comfortable.

The bathroom is tiny and there is no circulating air in the room.

The bathroom is v tiny which means there is really nowhere to put anything and, as previous reviewers have said, the toilet position would be a challenge for anyone above average size!

I did find the shower too small though, and I'm a regular sized 5ft 11in bloke.

The bathroom was also small, the shower barely big enough to turn in.

I  have only 1 fault (maybe 2) small bathroom, you can't really move in shower especially if your big and the price.

The room was very small with a very small bathroom.

The shower is very small and takes a long time to heat
