The room was clean, beds comfortable, and parking is free and plentiful.

Exist an option to eating at a patio.The rooms are clean also the grounds.

This Best Western in Cedar City Utah was clean, comfortable, had a great pool and hot tub, and breakfast was an added bonus.

It is only a few hundred yards from the Rue Cler shopping street, and close to both the Eiffel Tower and the Invalides.

The bed was very comfortable, entertainment system had several movie channels, and the room always smelled wonderful.

Beds are comfortable and the water pressure in the shower is amazing.

The hotel does have an indoor pool and hot-tub which was very comfortable.

I had a comfortable stay, the pillows we're the best.

even though it's usually pretty full when we stay there, it is always quiet and feels comfortable and safe.

The bed was really comfy and the A/C was nice & cold.

The room was pleasant and the bed comfortable.

The second room a few doors down was very clean and comfortable.

Had a great night sleep in some very comfortable beds, everything was spotless in our room, thumbs up for the housekeeper, the shower had a great supply of hot water and the water flow was plentiful.

Comfy beds, great selection of pillows, good-sized vanity area, nice shower, lots of parking & friendly, helpful staff.

We found it to be  clean with a comfortable bed and a fabulous shower!

No elevator, 17 steps to the 2nd floor where we all had to stay and haul all our luggage.

No safe in the room for valuables,  no elevator to second floor rooms.

Only drawback was there wasn't an elevator for the 2nd floor.

When checking in we were informed that all first floor rooms were taken and no elevator served the second floor.

We got the last first floor room which was good since there is no elevator to the second floor.

It has no elevator to 2nd floor or roll away beds available.

It is 2 stories with no elevator so if you cannot climb stairs, be sure to request a downstairs room.

The only flaw was second floor room with no elevator so we had to carry luggage upstairs

Upon arrival your room was on the second floor with no elevator!

There’s no elevator, so if you’re on the second floor you have to schlep your suitcase up the stairs.

Hated that there were no elevators so I had to carry my suitcase up stairs,

All rooms are accessed via the covered walkway or stairs as there is no elevator.

I was travelling with a family with heavy luggage so they stick me on the 2nd floor with no elevator and no one to help carry stroller and baggage.

I made use of the Fitness Room which was nicely furnished with 2 treadmills, a step machine, an Assault Bike, dumbbells and towels.

Wish breakfast was served at 6am instead of 30 minutes later due to me working in that area, the room I stayed in was Very nice and extremely large with a king bed that was Extremely comfortable….

A lot of trees to provide shade and privacy since room doors are on the outside.

Rooms were very nice and breakfast was awesome.

There was a microwave and a refrigerator in the room

We rented several rooms for family members and everyone had a great nights sleep and were happy with the accommodations.

The room itself was fine and breakfast was decent.

Carpeted rooms with a window that opens for fresh air is always a plus.

I had a super comfortable bed, a luxurious bath tub, impeccable & friendly service, tasty breakfast, beautiful interior decor throughout the hotel, with a fabulous location to explore Paris.

The beds were comfortable and the pool is lovely - at the time we were there, it could be reserved for 6 people in total at a time.

The room we stayed in was incredibly clean, the shower had the greatest water pressure and the bed was super comfortable.

Loved my room - very comfortable with a view of the Opera Comique.

although there is construction across the street, that can be noticed at times.

Across the Place, there was construction of a new multi-story building, so noise was a problem between around 8am to 5pm approx.

There was construction going on, so the small square facing the hotel was quite noisy at times.

The bedroom overlooked the opera area which is sadly under construction on the lower level

One thing it was not good is the front of the hotel(^_^;)It was middle of construction

but had wished they warned us about the construction.

The nearest metro station (Richelieu Drouot) was closed for construction,

The issue that compromised our stay was the construction.

My only complaint was that there was some hideous construction going on nearby that woke everyone up at 8 am with earth shattering crashing,

It's a rare thing, so imagine how disappointing it was on our 2 night stay in Paris, one of the few times we might have actually been able to sleep past 6:30am, to be woken up at 8am sharp by loud construction.

There was some construction going on out in front of the hotel during our visit, which made for a less than spectacular building facade and entrance,

but the sidewalk is still cut up, so I suspect there may be follow-on construction at a later date.

Would have been very quiet if not for the noise of road construction -no fault of hotel!

It spoilt breakfast having a pneumatic drill about 2 foot away from you and the noise was deafening.

I loved that they kept the original ceiling wool construction and just painted to match the interior.

There was some construction noise in the morning from an adjacent building and they play music in the hallways almost 24 hours a day it seemed.

Fantastic little boutique French hotel with a great location, Louve museum 15 mins, ritz 18 mins and Eiffel Tower 45 mins all by foot plenty of restaurants around the hotel for food also

This is a truly charming and intimate little hotel located not far from the famous Paris Opera House.

The location was perfect for us and we could not have asked for better service.

Location is excellent and quiet yet just minutes walk from cool bars and restaurants.

The location is very good, and the hotel is tucked back in a relatively quiet part of it, which was nice.

Maison Favart is in fantastic location easily walkable to the Opera and Galeries Lafayettte and so many fantastic restaurants close by.

The amenities were wonderful and the location was great with several activities within walking distance.

The hotel is a smaller, boutique style hotel juxtaposed to the Opera Comique on Rue du Marivaux.

just in front of the beautiful “Opera Comique”, next to the Opera, to Grand Boulevards, to “la rue Vivienne”, to “Galleries Lafayette” and to lots of nice restaurants and bars!

You are 1 minute from the Metro station Richelieu-Drouot and it took me 10 minutes walk from the great Hotel Costes on rue St. Honore.

Only a few blocks from Rue de St. Honore and Place Vendome, and with top-rated restaurants in walking distance.

If travelling from CDG take the RER B to Chatelet les Halles, change to RER A to Opera and walk along Boulevard des Italiens to Rue de Marivaux on the right - 5 mins easy walk.

I did not eat the breakfast or snacks either, both of these were very pricey considering that Rue de Italians is 100 m away and has plenty of wonderful offerings for just a couple of euros.

Many good restaurants around and close to rue St Anne (Japanese Street).

However, Rue de Marivaux is a quiet street without much traffic and tourists.

We loved the experience and will return in the spring to that charming lobby on Rue du Marivaux in the 2nd.

On walking distance to Boulevard des Italiens, Opera, Place de Vendome, Rue de Rivoli etc.

The hotel is situated at Rue Marivaux (a small one-way lane),

but cut across the square to Rue Favart- Marivaux usually had several homeless people camping out.

In the direction of the Bourse Metro station about 6-7 minutes away is a cluster of foreign exchange dealers lining Rue Vivienne.

La Maison Favart is located in a quiet side street 5 minutes walk from L'Opera and 10 minute walk from the Louvre and the frock shops in Rue St. Honore.

We also booked Le Grand Corbet on Rue Vivienne which was OK

Haussmann, Rue Lafayette, Bd des Capucines.

The hotel is located behind L'Opera Comique, off Rue des Italiennes, beautifully located within walking distance of the Louvre, the opera, and several convenient metro stops.

Cons were that two of our rooms were quite small, the lift could be slow to arrive, and there was some kind of strong perfume in the lobby most days.

although rooms are a little small, the facilities and team are amazing.

The room was small and the balcony view was the wall of another building, so we didn’t use it.

I will say the rooms are a bit small by American standards,

As the floor space in the room is compromised by the main stairwell, we did find the shower room particularly small so perhaps ask for another room if space is an issue.

The fitness room is very basic - no hand weights, the room was on the small side and the air con wasn't up to much, so we wouldn't recommend staying there in the height of summer.

Our room was very small and definitely did not have a King size bed as advertised for all rooms.

but I we picked a small room since we were moving around town.

That being said, the room was very small, barely holding a queen side bed.

Rooms are small (typical for Paris hotels in my experience)

Beautiful bouquet hotel in the centre of Paris, the staff are very friendly and helpful.

The staff was five stars plus - they were all so nice and helpful (front desk, bellman, housekeeping, breakfast staff).

The concierge took our luggage and offered us a latte.

Front of House staff couldn't be more helpful especially with directions and great restaurants !

If you want to be in St Michel and St Germain area, and also a bridge cross of 10 minute walk to  Arr 1, this is the place to stay.

LOCATION is fantastic, I loved the latin quarter and the area of St Michel in general.

Even when is situated in a crowded area, the hotel is calm, silent and cozy.

Located on the left bank in the Latin Quarter 5 minutes to Notre Damm and easily accessible by  metro to other areas.

The location is convenient and walkable to most areas.

The hotel was located in a very nice area with many restaurants and good transportation nearby.
