The location is very centric, very close to Metro stations

We loved this hotel for many reasons: the location was excellent and close to a Metro station.

We walked pretty much everywhere from the hotel (it‘s about 20 minutes to Les Halles) and if you need, there is a Metro station 2 minutes away.

but not least, it is very well located with buses, metro stations and supermarket near by.

The hotel is located near 2 metro stations so travelling around Paris is easy.

Very close to Grands Boulevards Metro station (lines 8 & 9).

The area around the hotel is alive with cafe’s , restaurants and bars and is also close to 2 metro stations to allow easy access into Paris.

Convenient location, metro and bus stations nearby, walking distance from Opera Garnier.

Metro station is closeby and everything is awesome.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, a short walk from the Opera area, and for going further we found the Metro Station Grands Boulevards just around the corner.

Very close to the metro station, just two minutes walking.

We did walk to Champs ellyse, The Triumph, Eiffel tower, Louvre and notre Damme and back, no problem
And only 1,4 km from Gare Du Nord.

We did use this facility in one of the other Hotels while we were shopping at Champs Elysees.

The hotel is in a great position with a ten minute walk to the Champs Élysées.

It even beats my experience at Radisson hotel near Champs Elysees years ago. Why?

In two days we visited the Louvre, Notre Dame de Paris, Arc de Triomphe, Champs-Élysées, Montmartre, Catacombs of Paris, Sainte-Chapelle and had dinner at the Eiffel Tower.

Very comfortable rooms, excellent location (metro stop 1 minute walk away), friendly and helpful staff, excellent services (for example free soft drinks from 2pm to 2am), good intercontinental breakfast.

The hotel is very comfy, design and safe, the breakfast is really good, and the location is perfect in the city center.

My husband & I spent four nights at Hotel 34B and found our stay to be very pleasant and comfortable.

Generous breakfast, open bar afternoons (with reciprocal privileges at other Astotel hotels, all on the right bank), tea/coffee-making tray in room, large, beautifully decorated and comfortable lounge area (we were there on a very rainy day and chose to spend some of it reading inside for a cozy break after a month of too many cities).

Superior room was great , lots of room, small balcony, huge comfortable bed, large bathroom & shower…loved the bright & modern decor.

It is a 20 - 30 minute walk to the Louvre and Notre Dame as well as to the main train/metro station, Gare du Nord.

I wanted a place near gare du nord and walkable to Seine.

Great location, close to gare du nord, surrounded by restaurants and bars, with a great little supermarket just around the corner.

The hotel is within walking distance of the Gare du Nord train station where we arrived in Paris, as well as other sights such as the Sacré Coeur, Opéra Garnier and the Louvre if you want to wander around the city.

Good location close to Boulevards Hausmann and Lafayette, Opera Garnier, Gare du Nord and two metrolines (8 and 9, Grands Boulevards).

Walkable (15mins) from gare du nord and also took metro.

The hotel is in a decent location: approx 9EUR taxi from Gare du Nord - even walkable (15min) if you need to.

We walked from Gare du Nord with large suitcases and it was easy (20 minutes tops).

Handy for Metro and a reasonable walk from Paris Gare du Nord.

The hotel is just around the corner from Grands Boulevards metro and 17mins walk from Gare du Nord.

My husband and I arrived at Gare du Nord & decided to walk 15mins from the station to the hotel.

We felt that Ihab, the front desk man on duty when we arrived, was especially helpful and efficient in booking our onward transport to the Gare du Nord and ensuring that we got a room as early as possible.

After a short 15-20 minute walk from Gare du Nord we arrived early and were able to leave our suitcases with reception so we could start exploring the city.

Great location with gare du nord a 15 min walk and shops and restaurants a stones throw.

We had a train from Gare du Nord next day and commuting was breezy – just a bus ride for 3 mins.

Conveniently located, metro (Grand Boulevards for lines 7&8) 3-4' mins away, bus 48 (for Gare du Nord) stops around the corner, you can easily walk to main shopping malls in some 15 mins.

We did struggle a bit with storing our belongings as the room was small

There was just one small hanging rail for clothes so we left our clothes in our suitcases which we had to keep closed and stood up as the room was small it was a struggle with 2 people in it.

Yes, the rooms are tiny (pretty standard for Europe),

The rooms were small and not much in the way of amenities besides some complimentary water and juice.

The room is so small that if you put an upright suitcase on the side of the bed, you can not walk around it.

The room was small of course; this is Europe after all.

While the room was small, it's the usual for any Parisian hotel.

Lovely hotel, has all the amenities, you have a mini bar with soft drinks in your room refilled every day, a safe and a kettle, we had breakfast buffet with plenty of choice, after 2pm you can get free tea coffee, snacks, big area if you want to eat food or chill.

Friendly efficient staff, delicious pancakes at breakfast, a free soft drink minibar in the room and I had a bath and a balcony in mine which really made a difference to my stay. The common areas are fun (and currently decorated for Halloween!)

Mini fridge was much appreciated with daily soft drinks ,there was also a hair dryer, kettle and a safe in the room, the room was clean

The soft bar downstairs was great with snacks and soft drinks from 2pm to 2am.

There are so many nice touches such as free coffee and soft drinks and snacks in the day and a free soft drink bar in your room.

In the afternoon, soft drinks, coffee, biscuits, candy etc are available.

We never needed to purchase soft drinks or water as the staff provided an assortment of offerings throughout the day.

Good size room and bathroom and lovely relaxed communal area downstairs where they have free soft drinks and snacks available in the afternoon / evening.

The breakfast is good (fruit salad, cereals, eggs, bread/crossaints)  and coffee/tea and soft drinks are always on tap.

It came with complimentary drink in the room and also complementary drinks hot and cold soft drinks in the lobby from 2pm to 2am.

Breakfast buffet great and fact you can get soft drinks and snacks free most of the day a real bonus.

Lovely lobby with sofas and chairs, and complimentary soft drinks and cake in the afternoon.

They offer a good breakfast and you can have a small snack, coffee, and a soft drink almost all day long.

There is so much going for this hotel, the most comfy bed in any hotel, breakfast, inclusive snacks and refreshments in the bar, free restocked soft drink mini bar in the room, great shower, sauna and gym, things for kids with awesome rocking horses.

Good breakfast buffet and they have soft drinks and snacks in the lovely bright lounge throughout the day.

A walk to the Champs-Élysées, Eiffel Tower, West Bank and Latin 1/4, so, so easy, do not forget to go on the pilgrimage to the legendary book shop Shakespeare & Co. and my most favorite gallery Musée d'Orsay and of course stop by the Louvre on your way.

La Maison Favart is also a comfortable walk to destinations such as the Louvre, Champs Elysees, etc.

This hotel is situated in a quiet central area and you can easily get to many places without public transport or taxi: Place de la Concorde and Champs-Elysees Avenue are in 15-20 minute walk, Notre Dame de Paris and Louvre are in 30 minute and Monmartre – within 25.

Metro station right there too takes you straight to madeleine district for upscale shops, Eiffel Tower, champs (touristy, avoid).

Hotel is also conveniently located in the heart of the city next to a metro station making visits to louvre eiffel towel champs elysees and other museums very easy

Overall great experience

The hotel is reasonably centrally located, about a 15-20 minute walk down to the Louvre/Champs Elysee area.

It was walking distance from the Champs Elysees, Eifel tower and Musee du Louvre.

to the Eiffel Tower and Champs De Elysee.

though it may take you some time (the furthest we walked was 35min to the champs elysees.

It's not too far to walk to the Louvre and Tuileries, and the walk from the hotel through some of Paris's most "haute" shopping streets to the Champs Elysees while long is like a self-guided tour of high style and fashion (and you'll likely as not encounter a celebrity or two along the way).

Location was also great, we walked to most of the famous sites including the Champs Elysses, Louvre, and there were lots of nice restaurants locally.

The hotel is situated in a fantastic area in the Opera district, very near to the metro and within walking distance of the Champs Elysees.

but away from the riff raff of American-ized hotels on the Champs Elysee (this was a selling point for us).

Louvre is 10 minutes, Champs Elysee 15 minutes walking steadily.

Close to several metro stops 2-5 mins max allowing us to easily visit Place de la Concorde, Tour Eiffel, Champs-Élysées and Sacré-Cœur/Montmartre at a leisurely pace and still have time to relax in the hotel.

A wonderful hotel with fine service, well situated in Paris with fifteen minute walking access to the Louvre, l'Orangerie, the Champs Elysee and many good restaurants.

Walkable to Place de la Concorde, the Tuilerie gardens, the Louvre and the bottom end of the Champs Elysee and there are 3 Metro stations in easy reach.

I had a super comfortable bed, a luxurious bath tub, impeccable & friendly service, tasty breakfast, beautiful interior decor throughout the hotel, with a fabulous location to explore Paris.

The beds were comfortable and the pool is lovely - at the time we were there, it could be reserved for 6 people in total at a time.

The room we stayed in was incredibly clean, the shower had the greatest water pressure and the bed was super comfortable.

Loved my room - very comfortable with a view of the Opera Comique.

although there is construction across the street, that can be noticed at times.

Across the Place, there was construction of a new multi-story building, so noise was a problem between around 8am to 5pm approx.

There was construction going on, so the small square facing the hotel was quite noisy at times.

The bedroom overlooked the opera area which is sadly under construction on the lower level

One thing it was not good is the front of the hotel(^_^;)It was middle of construction

but had wished they warned us about the construction.

The nearest metro station (Richelieu Drouot) was closed for construction,

The issue that compromised our stay was the construction.

My only complaint was that there was some hideous construction going on nearby that woke everyone up at 8 am with earth shattering crashing,

It's a rare thing, so imagine how disappointing it was on our 2 night stay in Paris, one of the few times we might have actually been able to sleep past 6:30am, to be woken up at 8am sharp by loud construction.

There was some construction going on out in front of the hotel during our visit, which made for a less than spectacular building facade and entrance,

but the sidewalk is still cut up, so I suspect there may be follow-on construction at a later date.

Would have been very quiet if not for the noise of road construction -no fault of hotel!

It spoilt breakfast having a pneumatic drill about 2 foot away from you and the noise was deafening.

I loved that they kept the original ceiling wool construction and just painted to match the interior.

There was some construction noise in the morning from an adjacent building and they play music in the hallways almost 24 hours a day it seemed.

Fantastic little boutique French hotel with a great location, Louve museum 15 mins, ritz 18 mins and Eiffel Tower 45 mins all by foot plenty of restaurants around the hotel for food also

This is a truly charming and intimate little hotel located not far from the famous Paris Opera House.

The location was perfect for us and we could not have asked for better service.

Location is excellent and quiet yet just minutes walk from cool bars and restaurants.

The location is very good, and the hotel is tucked back in a relatively quiet part of it, which was nice.

Maison Favart is in fantastic location easily walkable to the Opera and Galeries Lafayettte and so many fantastic restaurants close by.

The amenities were wonderful and the location was great with several activities within walking distance.

The fridge was well stocked and the coffee in the room was yummy.

We enjoyed staying here on our family trip to Paris (two kids, parents & grandma - we had three rooms in total).

When we arrived back later that evening our luggage was in our room which was wonderful.

Upon arrival we’d already been upgraded to the Chantilly Suite, which has both a spacious living room and bedroom and was beautifully decorated.

Our room was spotless, and we had amazing water pressure in the shower!

Room décor was very very good and tastefully executed.

Cons were that two of our rooms were quite small, the lift could be slow to arrive, and there was some kind of strong perfume in the lobby most days.

although rooms are a little small, the facilities and team are amazing.

The room was small and the balcony view was the wall of another building, so we didn’t use it.

I will say the rooms are a bit small by American standards,

As the floor space in the room is compromised by the main stairwell, we did find the shower room particularly small so perhaps ask for another room if space is an issue.

The fitness room is very basic - no hand weights, the room was on the small side and the air con wasn't up to much, so we wouldn't recommend staying there in the height of summer.

Our room was very small and definitely did not have a King size bed as advertised for all rooms.

but I we picked a small room since we were moving around town.

That being said, the room was very small, barely holding a queen side bed.

Rooms are small (typical for Paris hotels in my experience)

The staff wear a smart uniform and could not be more helpful.

Beautiful bouquet hotel in the centre of Paris, the staff are very friendly and helpful.

The staff was five stars plus - they were all so nice and helpful (front desk, bellman, housekeeping, breakfast staff).

The concierge took our luggage and offered us a latte.

Front of House staff couldn't be more helpful especially with directions and great restaurants !
