We had 3 rooms for a family vacation and they were all sparkling clean and comfortable.

Great service, very clean rooms, a rich breakfast, and an open bar for almost the entire day, are the ingredients for a perfect 4 stars hotel.

Any longer might have been slightly challenging given the very limited places to hang and put clothes -

One point that really helped us was getting our tickets for the Louvre Museum and suggesting the good time frame to go.

For couples that are happy to walk around Paris - the hotel is situated about 20mins from Notre Dame cathedral, 25mins from the Louvre museum & around 45mins/an hour from the Eiffel Tower & The Arc De Triomphe.

Moreover it was very close to Louvre museum, Orsay museum and Nlotre-Dame by walking.

This hotel is right in the centre and was only a five minute walk to Notre Dame Cathedral, twenty minute walk to the Louvre museum along the Seine river and an hours walk to the Eiffel Tower.

The Louvre Museum, notre-dame, the Eiffel tower and champs-elysee are all within walking distance or just a short taxi ride away, and there are plenty of bars and restaurants around the Hotel for your meals.

If you're a light sleeper, bring a mask and earplugs - you could hear the noise of the street at night, and sirens in the distance here and there,

but comfortable, the sound proofing are not too good, also it seems to me that the house keeper was in a hurry to finish her cleaning and forgot to supply the coffee bag in few occasions

I couldn't sleep because I heard the noise outside until dawn, and

Lots of noise from the street 24/7, so no possibility to sleep with open windows.

However, there was annoying buzzing noise every 90 to 120 seconds in the ceiling by bathroom.

It's an old hotel so the walls are thin and the insulation is minimal between rooms.

Small streets in this area can be busy and noisy,

However, it wasn’t very well soundproofed despite the thick stone walls and we were disturbed by other guests.

but bathroom tiny - left door open - had to squeeze between wall and basin to get into the shower.

It is a cosy little hotel with some small rooms and a very small bathroom.

However, Extreamly small bathroom was difficult to use.

The room for two was small and the shower was transparent.

The bathroom is so small that I couldn’t close the door to shower.

No tea or coffee machine, one tiny shower gel and soap for 2 persons.

From the photos my partner and I expected a small bathroom with just enough room,

The room and bathroom were small, and a mild smell of sewage entered the room from there.

Other reviews are right, our cheap room was small and had the bathroom sink in the room separate from the shower and toilet rooms.

There was no dresser to unload clothes into so we lived out of our suit cases which we tripped over while navigating the room as it was difficult to navigate around the bed, past a little well used desk to get to the tiny little bathroom.
