We had 3 rooms for a family vacation and they were all sparkling clean and comfortable.

Great service, very clean rooms, a rich breakfast, and an open bar for almost the entire day, are the ingredients for a perfect 4 stars hotel.

I think the hotel was very clean and well kept.

But all in all hotel is beautiful one of the cleanest well kept places we’ve stayed in, very personal service and great atmosphere with the live music and acts.

The whole hotel site was very clean and the food was lovely .

It was clean , all the staff are very friendly and helpful.

The entertainment in the evenings was great, the Christmas dinner was really good and the hotel was clean and tidy.

It was kept spotless by our maid Malika who always greeted us with a warm smile.

The room was clean and redone each day tho not until later on.

Having said that we found the Hotel extremely clean, helpful staff, beautiful pool and beach.

The pool itself is lovely, a perfect temperature for when you need to cool down and is always really clean.

One of our towels got wet one afternoon from water polo being played in the pool and the towel man wouldn’t let us swap for a clean, dry towel.

The museum is an excellent source of history of Morocco too.

Went on the thomson agadir experience half day trip, can't recommend this highly enough, great value @ £11 pp , you visit a museum, kasbar, port, mosque and the souk with a knowledgeable guide.

The Agadir Experience is a half day trip guiding you through the souk in Agadir, a visit to the Kasbah, a trip round the port and a visit to the museum.

Fish market, Kasbach, souks, bird park, town museum etc.

We thought the drinks were very watered down especially the beer which is poor for a 4* as even after about 10 beers you weren't drunk.

Also the breakfast service around 8am was poor as the teapots and glasses for juice were missing and a shortage of serving staff.

Breakfast choices were really limited, snack bar/lunch was poor and dinner was poor.

but these were pretty poor, very limited menu and rushed service.

When we got to the room it was filthy, hair everywhere, fake eyelashes, a ripped necklace, towels and the duvet ripped onto the floor, and the mirror ripped off the bathroom wall - poor cleaner and I question what peoples homes are like if they treat a hotel like this :( 

Excursions
We booked excursions via Laura Timetravel on Facebook including buggying, crocoparc, and cable cars.

The entertainment is poor and the cleanliness is really bad.

The Wifi is a major problem it's very hit and miss, fairly good in reception and by the restaurant, poor by the pool during the day and poor also in the room at peak times, do not expect to download anything while on holiday its not that good.

The specialist restaurants very poor and I ate out just to get some decent food.

- The towels (room and pool) are very, very poor and need changing.

but it was just a standard 'no reply' email with no details at all regarding our booking which I thought was very poor.

In a 5 day trip I was moved from a bad room (522) to another poor room (317).

Night entertainment is poor at best, this needs addressing as its catered forvthe over 70's.

Currently staying at this riu tui blu hotel hotel is ok rooms a bit tired staff are lovely and attentive the entertainment team seem to be non existent, and the entertainment is poor at best and the attention to detail ie no drinks in the mini bar tea and coffee not stocked up when cleaning the room one member of staff stood out and she has been brilliant so far kadija  whom seems to run the floor nearly single handedly on an evening.

After not being able to go since 2019 wasnt sure what to expect What a lovely surprise to see all the lovely staff still the same and they all remember you Amazing food ,breakfast ,lunch and dinner Entertainment Tui reps doing bingo ,aqua aerobics ,cocktail making classes ,cooking classes to mention a few Beautiful hotel ,staff in all areas Glad to see nothing has changed lovely christmas We will be back💙

The Christmas Eve Gala Dinner was first class the meal was excellent.

Afterwards the food gets quite repetitive tho, and can’t really taste the difference between the sweet cocktails.

The two alacarte restaurants are both excellent and make a nice change from the standard restaurants which are both very good.

Firstly our waiter Abdou who always had our breakfast and dinner table ready, always with a warm smile.

Such a great choice for brekki lunch and evening.

My main gripe was the food, which others have raised in the reviews.

The lunch selection was good there's a pizza/burger bar outside then the main restaurant with a good selection of salads and meats/fish and desserts.

However food was always luke warm surely there must be a legal requirement by this Hotel as its contracted by Tui.

Absolutely fantastic hotel, stayed here for a week, amazing place, staff were so friendly, food was fabulous and plentiful..couples only hotel so very relaxing.

The staff in all the restaruants/bars were very attentive and in the buffet restaurant of an evening we kept the same waiter and table which made it more personal.

We have stayed at many many Tui Blue/Sensimar hotels all either 4 or 5 star hotels and in comparison this rates a 3* for food, in my opinion.

We got the upgraded room with a king bed and huge tub and it was well worth the extra money.

We loved how the pool and bathtub looked on-line and boy oh boy did the pictures live up to our expectation!

Loved the spacious room with comfortable bed and pillows , we greatly enjoyed the complimentary bathrobes that went perfect with a very large soaker tub.
