- Very suitable for families with children with the possibility of sharing the room as they have a sofa bed.
- The room was spacious, amazing with a balcony and the room amenities were perfect

- We sat by the bar next to a room suited for kids, with a table with videogames.
- The hotel room was nice, clean and big so for a family with a teenager it was perfect.

- Nice hotel and strategically located within vicinity of tourist spot (Louvre) with easy access to public transport and food.

- Metro right in front; Great restaurants, Vibrant Bars (nightlife until 2-4AM with good crowd) Surrounded by convenient stores, small shops, etc.
- at the door of the hotel is the entrance to the metro and RER Chatelet-les halles that connects to the entire network of Paris and surroundings.
- There is a train station just across the entrance and the bus stops are just around the corner.

- In particular Pierre-Yves has been very friendly and helpful in recommending restaurants and booking museum tickets for our family.
- To begin with, the location is just incredible: right in the heart of Paris, right above the most central subway station, walking distance to most of the monuments, museums and interesting neighborhoods.
- The staff were all friendly and helpful. Just behind the hotel is a shopping area and a park with a playground (helpful to run out some kid energy after a day of behaving through museums!)
load more ... - I was shocked and found it disgusting that on two mornings I saw that different waiters were cleaning the tables with the same cleaning cloth that they used to wipe the seats of the chairs.
- After 3 nights of waking up drenched in my own sweat and having considered all options (virus, aircon, stress, etc) I finally checked the bed and realised Novotel, a 4 star hotel, uses plastified matrass covers right under the bed sheet.
- Our shower cubicle and the ceiling was thick with mold, the carpet was covered in stains and the bedhead was so filthy that the management had to pin sheets over it so we could go to bed.
- Like their sewage was backed up or something.
