The location was good and quiet, and really close to the metro so we could travel anywhere.

The hotel is nicely located near place d'Italie and several metro lines, and close to the rue du Moufetard and Pantheon neighbourhoods.

There was always somebody to ask at the front desk and the metro station is just around the corner.

Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, also the metro station is within 5 minutes or less from the hotel.

Luckily the reception told us of another metro (15 min walk) (olympiades) which took us to our stop (pyramides) near the lourve also the bigbus tour was exactly at this metro station which came in handy for sightseeing.

This lovely little hotel is very close to Place d'Italie (2 minutes walk) and therefore quick to get to from major stations like Gare du Nord and Austerlitz.

The hotel is only a short two minute walk from the Place d'Italie Metro stop (#5 Orange Line) and is only about 7-8 stops from the Gare de l'Est (Germany Lines) and Gare du Nord (London  Lines) train stations.

La Manufacture is at a few 100 metres from the Place d'Italie subway station, which is one of the best I know to have direct connections to most of the major sites: the Place de l'Etoile and the Champs Elysées, the Eiffel Tower, the Marais quarter, the Seine banks, the Louvre, and the international train station Gare du Nord.

We walked absolutely everywhere (including to and from Gare du Nord), which was a great way to see the city.

La Manufacture is situated in Place d'Italie which is a direct metro ride from Gare Du Nord and offers family rooms (consisting of two interconnecting bedrooms) at reasonable rates.

Direct metros are available to the Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe, Montparnasse, Catacombs, Bastille & Gare du Nord (15 mins - ideal for Eurostar travellers) amongst others.

The hotel location is very convenient for several metro lines and direct connection to Gare du Nord.

Came to Paris from London on the Eurostar and the hotel was easy to get to from Gare du Nord.

The hotel is ideally situated close to the Place d'Italie Metro station and so very easy if you arrive from the UK by Eurostar and then jump onto the metro at Gare du Nord.

Having arrived in Paris by Eurostar, (metro line 5 direct from Gare du Nord in 20mins), the hotel was very easy to find from the Place d'Italie metro.

Place d'Italie Metro station and bus stops are 100 metres away giving easy access to all of Paris (there's a direct Metro line to the Gare du Nord for Eurostar.

The hotel is very well situated, only 20 minutes on a direct line from le Gare du Nord.

Highly recommend this hotel for a number of reasons: the area felt safe, only 20 minutes on Metro line 5 from Gare du Nord, only 1 minutes walk from the Metro, direct links to a lot of the sites, all the hotel staff couldn't be more helpful, and they are happy to book tickets for the Seine cruise (saves queueing) and recommending places to visit etc.

One can walk to Le Pont D'Austerlitz in 10 min & sit by the river or walk on along the bank to The Musee D'Orsay.The Metro Ligne 5 takes you to all the main areas of Paris inc. Gare du Nord.

Hotel location is great, 2 mins from metro station Place d'Italie, 20 min from Gare du Nord and about the same distance from all prime sites in Paris.

Notre Dame (for city centre) and Montmartre and the Metro links direct to Gare du Nord (Eurostar trains).

(My preferred option, Jack's Hotel was not available.) This is the 3rd hotel I have staid in around Place d'Italie - neighborhood which is very multi-culti, with great culinary offerings (French bistro, Chinese, Vietnamese, etc.)

Metro Place d'Italie, the closest metro station from the hotel, has many exits, so be sure to check the right entrance/exit if you need machine or personel to buy tickets.

Location close to metro and ideal for Place d'Italie.

For people who don't know Paris, Place d'Italie is right between the 13th arrondissement (not sexy at all) and the 5th (very sexy).

The hotel is very close to Place d'Italie, where there is also a shopping center, in a very quiet street.

Perfect for a short stayover in a good location in walking distance from the Latin Quarter and just next to Place D'Italie, which connects many Metro lines.

but the variety of services and destinations from Place d'Italie 50 yards away is excellent, and I chose the hotel frmo the internet.

The bathroom is very small and there isn't enough space to hang your clothes and put out your toiletries.

It is true that the room + bathroom are small,

They gave us a ridiculously small room, disgusting bathroom and lots of mold on the carpet and curtains.

As usual in Paris, the room is tiny which was a disappointment considering the price.

Wow wow wow this was an amazing hotel with even better service I wish I could give it a 6th star the staff member Bilel Majouli was the star of the show he way beyond helpful he even gave us recommendations for bakeries that would fit my specific dietary restrictions and made our stay what it was.

Situated in a quiet area next to the police station and from the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and comfortable.

We had to be at a function within minutes of arriving and Florent at the front desk helped us tremendously.

The staff was very polite and explained everything.

The staff go above and beyond to accommodate your needs and the surrounding location  provides ample shopping and a myriad of fine restaurants.

Located in the heart of Paris, the establishment enjoys an ideal location, immediately close to bus and metro lines, greatly facilitating the exploration of the city.

My husband and I arrived at Gare du Nord & decided to walk 15mins from the station to the hotel.

We did walk to Champs ellyse, The Triumph, Eiffel tower, Louvre and notre Damme and back, no problem
And only 1,4 km from Gare Du Nord.

We felt that Ihab, the front desk man on duty when we arrived, was especially helpful and efficient in booking our onward transport to the Gare du Nord and ensuring that we got a room as early as possible.

After a short 15-20 minute walk from Gare du Nord we arrived early and were able to leave our suitcases with reception so we could start exploring the city.

Great location with gare du nord a 15 min walk and shops and restaurants a stones throw.

We had a train from Gare du Nord next day and commuting was breezy – just a bus ride for 3 mins.

Conveniently located, metro (Grand Boulevards for lines 7&8) 3-4' mins away, bus 48 (for Gare du Nord) stops around the corner, you can easily walk to main shopping malls in some 15 mins.

We did struggle a bit with storing our belongings as the room was small

There was just one small hanging rail for clothes so we left our clothes in our suitcases which we had to keep closed and stood up as the room was small it was a struggle with 2 people in it.

Friendly efficient staff, delicious pancakes at breakfast, a free soft drink minibar in the room and I had a bath and a balcony in mine which really made a difference to my stay. The common areas are fun (and currently decorated for Halloween!)

Mini fridge was much appreciated with daily soft drinks ,there was also a hair dryer, kettle and a safe in the room, the room was clean

The soft bar downstairs was great with snacks and soft drinks from 2pm to 2am.

There are so many nice touches such as free coffee and soft drinks and snacks in the day and a free soft drink bar in your room.

In the afternoon, soft drinks, coffee, biscuits, candy etc are available.

We never needed to purchase soft drinks or water as the staff provided an assortment of offerings throughout the day.

Good size room and bathroom and lovely relaxed communal area downstairs where they have free soft drinks and snacks available in the afternoon / evening.

The breakfast is good (fruit salad, cereals, eggs, bread/crossaints)  and coffee/tea and soft drinks are always on tap.

It came with complimentary drink in the room and also complementary drinks hot and cold soft drinks in the lobby from 2pm to 2am.

Breakfast buffet great and fact you can get soft drinks and snacks free most of the day a real bonus.

Good breakfast buffet and they have soft drinks and snacks in the lovely bright lounge throughout the day.

We booked this primarily due to the fact that this it is connected to the metro.

Its direct access to the metro, proximity to numerous restaurants, supermarkets, and shops make it incredibly convenient for travelers.

Great hotel location attached to lots of shopping and the metro and RER.

The hotel is also very close to several train options, including the RER and Metro, and it's convenient for the arena if you are seeing a show there.

Metro is right under the mall area- last stop on the line-around 30 min into center city.

Also as the end stop of this line, it does gives you the advantage of find a seat in the metro easily.

however, these concerns were immediately wiped away after my experience with the Paris metro system.

Except for location: in the shopping center and well connected to the Paris metro system, I did not see any added value in this hotel.

While not central, I found the location extremely convenient, as it’s above the metro.

Location is perfect, with very proximate access to Metro, buses & RER.

The metro is literally downstairs in the mall and a direct route to many tourist sites.
