We even had a problem with our shower door and they offered to move us to a different room

Our bathroom door broke and since maintenance couldn’t fix it they offered us another room on the highest level.

The shower door was only a half door so when you shower water tends to get all over the floor though.

One has to step over a fair high wall into the shower  and it has a shower "door" that only covers about a fourth of the tub.

FYI when showering  try not to flood the  bathroom as the bathtub does  not really have a great divider.

We travelled with a one year old baby, 
The hotel had a baby tub and changing mat with a baby cot and a sleeping bag for the baby waiting, and with special baby soaps and shampoos!

however, the shower/tub combo was challenging; required a very high step-in (24+ inches) and it was as narrow, or less, than an economy seat on an airplane.

One has to take care when getting out of tub, as it is slippery when wet.

In the room the WC was separate from the shower, sink and tub.

My room and bathroom were very small with 2 single beds and a mini bath tub suitable for small children.

The breakfast buffet was a highlight each day along with the honesty bar and stocked mini fridge.

A great location, old world charm, the rooms were spacious, amazing clean and the amenities were terrific: from the luxurious robs to the exceptional breakfast buffet.

We were very pleased with the breakfast, a bargain at 15 EUR.

Nirosha worked the breakfast and was always accomodating and went the extra mile to ensure that the guests needs were met.

A very adequate breakfast to start your day in Paris.

The staff made us feel very welcomed specifically Nirosha every morning made the breakfast a little more enjoyable :) very clean hotel and convenient amenities.

Hotel has a nice breakfast and complimentary snacks and soft drinks in the afternoon, and complimentary water and juice and soft drinks in the room.

Extremely clean with beautiful rooms - most of which have a juliette balcony - they also serve a gorgeous breakfast, with many options, in their beautiful dining area and also puts out snacks for late afternoon tea as well.

We really enjoyed the snack bar and breakfast, both of which been all inclusive were really good value for money.

I liked the grapefruit juice, sausage, pastries, and even the scrambled eggs.

We must send a shout out to the cheerful and efficient Nirosha who, after only one breakfast, remembered how we took our coffee despite a large number of guests! We thought the buffet breakfast was one of the best we’d had, with a big variety of healthy foods and a different (perhaps less healthy!)

Each morning we were pleasantly greeted as we went for breakfast which had something for everyone and set us up for the day of sightseeing.

Every staff member we interacted with was friendly and helpful, the room was very spacious and clean and had a super comfortable and large bed.

We were in room 26, a lovely, large, comfortable room.

The hotel was extremely comfortable, great staff, free wi-fi, free minibar, clean and big rooms, very good location, also there are free of charge food & beverage in the lobby.

Service is impeccable, Laurent and Nirosha, they could remember what we prefer and made our stay a comfortable one, especially Laurent who is very friendly and helpful.

Our triple room ( 63) gave us the perfect view of the Eiffel Tower - we enjoyed watching the tower sparkle from our huge very comfortable bed following a very busy day of sight seeing.

We liked the location and it is an attractive building.

It was located near the tube station and easily walkable to the Arc de triomphe and Champs elysee.

The hotel is in a very nice location, not far from the Louvre or the Arc de Triomphe, and just blocks off the Champs Elysees, and close to metro station.

It's a perfect boutique hotel, situated on a quiet corner yet perfectly located to easily access everything the city of lights has to offer.

It’s also located right off the champs élysées so it’s easy to get around whether you’re taking a cab, an Uber or the metro!

It's easy to get a cab or ride share 24 hours a day at this location, many outstanding restaurants, and less than a 30 minute walk to The Louvre Museum, Musee d'Orsay, Eiffel Tower, and so much more.

The cocktail lounge, complementary beverage and snack and other sitting areas were wonderful.

They have a honesty bar where you go make your drink (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) and you write down what you drink and you’re charged.

They had wonderful service, I loved all the amenities especially  the all day snacks/water/coffee and delicious desserts.

They also gave excellent restaurant recommendations.

The reception staff were friendly and particularly helpful with restaurant information and reservations.

There are many great restaurants in walking distance - like two minutes walking!

There’s many good restaurants not far off and the Champs-Élysées is about a ten minute walk.

The restaurant tonton is near by and a neighborhood favorite.

Bistros Marloe is directly across the street.

Delicious selection of hot food cheeses meats and breads and pastry for breakfast.

There is a wide selection of hot and cold food,  lovely coffee and tea, lots of juices to choose from.

There are lot of restaurants around there to eat.

There are many excellent restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk, and several convenient subway stations.

Hotel Bradford, with beautiful decor, is in a perfect location close to several outdoor cafes and the Champs Elysee.

The breakfast was perfect to kick off the day and well-served, with a broad selection of food and amazing coffee.

Free snacks and nonalcoholic drinks from 2pm-2am, and an honesty bar, where you can and have a cocktail and enjoy the ambience of the library.

They helped us in a very uncomfortable situation (mistake from us) in a way that showed true customer service and experience!

My Husband and I would slip through the gap at nighttime which was very uncomfortable.

We loved everything about it, from the great neighborhood, to the comfortable room, to the cool vibe, to the great breakfast.

Hotel is only a minute away from Saint Georges metro station was very convenient also about 15 mins walk from Opera.

The nearest metro was not even a minutes walk away, and we utilised this daily to get to other parts of Paris,

The Metro station is just at the bottom of the street and is on a well connected line.

A great place to stay for exploring Paris - Pigalle and Montmatre within walking distance and if you don’t fancy a longer stroll into central Paris then Saint George’s metro station is literally across the road.

There is a bus stop outside the hotel as well.

The hotel is about a 20 minute walk to The Louvre which is where we got our tour bus to see the rest of the city.

The hotel is located in a neighborhood with a lot of restaurants, bars and easy to reach by metro or bus.

The 12 metro was only a minute away, as was Rue des Martyrs which had a lovely village feel.

breakfast was good..and room attention and cleaning very good..it has a lovely calm atmosphere and the location is perfect beside the efficient metro.

Very nice location, if you love to walk you can enjoy many landmarks around, from Montmartre, to Madeleine, down to Faubourg Saint Honoré street, place Vendôme and the Louvre museum.

Hotel Lorette is centrally located and is very nice.

but pleasantly surprised to land in a great little hotel, ideal location for visitors with a metro station on the door step.

The location is perfect for exploring all the sights and there is a metro station a few minutes walk away.

A fine location for seeing the sites, many of which are bookable.

The hotel is within a 15-minute walk of major right-bank tourist attractions such as the Louvre Museum, the Opéra, Galleries Lafayette, and Pigalle.

Before we arrived for our trip, I emailed the concierge, Geoffrey, who was extremely helpful in getting us “Skip the Line” tickets to the Eiffel Tower and the Louvre Museum.

Room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

Room is clean and has a mini fridge with mineral water, juice refill everyday.

The hotel staff are very friendly and extremely helpful, as with previous reviews there is a mini bar in your room which is refilled daily, there is also a selection of cakes and biscuits in the reception area.

There is a small complimentary non-alcoholic mini bar in each room and free coffee/tea/cake in the lobby.

Room were nice, decent size & almost all basic utilities.

Complimentary cake, hot drinks and cold are always available in reception and also complimentary soft drinks in the rooms.

Hotel rooms clean and spacious - we stayed with our daughter in an apartment room which was perfect for everyone.

Absolutely loved our stay here, great for couples, hotel exactly as described, staff couldn't be any nicer, room ample size for the 5 days we stayed.

The hotel is very welcoming with free coffee and cake as well as free access to room drinks cabinet.

The Hotel is clean, rooms are nice and there is free mini-bar (non-alcoholic) in the room, when coming back from a day in town.

There was a safe in the room and a hairdryer too.

We had our room serviced every day, and the staff did a great job.

It is clean, beds are ok, rooms of good size for Paris and not too noisy.

My room had a bath and over bath shower which was of adequate size ( other hotels I've stayed in the bathroom is tiny with a tiny shower).

Bathroom was tiny, could barely fit in shower, sink drained very slowly.

Bathroom is again a little towards the small side and there may be some flooding if you're not careful.

The bed was too hard for me, and I hated the shower curtain cling of the small shower, it made me cringe.

The bathroom is tiny of course and with shower-over-bath which I always find uncomfortable.

The room is very tiny, especially the shower is way too small.

but bathroom was small and the bathtub was a bit worn out.

The only problem was a small shower that flooded the shower room.

The only complaint I have with the bathroom (I've seen this before in Europe) is that the partition in the shower is so small that the floor can get really wet.

But the room and bathroom was quite small, the shower head was falling down, the bed quite hard, the air condition noisy, and you could hear the metro every time a train passed.

Our room was really small and the bathroom too.

The bathroom was a bit on the small side as well.

The only negative from our stay was the shower… it was so tiny and had a curtain all the way around that smelled and didn’t prevent water from leaking out all over the floor.

Also the bread was stale for us and there was no toasting facility.

The shower is set up in such a way that unless you are *very* careful with the shower curtain, you will flood the floor, which has no drain hole.

But this is Paris where everyone seems to smoke everywhere.

You can hear the noise from the timber floor when people was walking.

The only thing was I'd already paid expedia and the new hotel, was so new that it smelt of fresh paint which gave my partner an instant headache, had builders everywhere and the fire alarm went off in the morning.

Furthermore there was a strange smell intermittently coming from my bathroom.

The bathroom stunk of sewage all night too.

We had to strip the bed off as the quilt and sheets were stale and had stains on them, they were replaced with itchy blankets instead of a fresh quilt.

Our non-smoking room was small (no surprise, what we expected for Paris),

I just wish the no-smoking ban had reached Paris as we smelled like ashtrays by the time we left!

The non-smoking rooms are on the bottom floors.

One problem though, it was a smoking room and the smell of cigarrettes was pretty bad.

The rooms are very well presented and very clean and each morning you have a buffet breakfast with plenty of choices to suit all tastes.

Cleaned properly every day and breakfast was great.

The included breakfast was outstanding as a buffet style

We enjoyed the extensive breakfast selection including scrambled eggs, bacon, crepes, breads, yogurt, fruit, meats, cheeses, pastries, croissants, and fresh juices!

The quality of this hotel is very good, clean rooms, nice decorated breakfast room, very nice SPA and fitness room.

The breakfast was amazing and the breakfast staff were very attentive and dealt with all our requests immediately.

The breakfast that was offered was well worth it and made for a relaxing was to start each day of exploring!

Rooms even on the street side were very quiëtisme, all decorated very Nicole and very good  breakfast.

The breakfast is varied, fresh and tasty.

The breakfast buffet available in the hotel was very good with lots of selection,  and kids (under 18) eat free.

Breakfast is wonderful with lots of options for everyone and even little patio sitting area for smokers.

Hotel Mademoiselle has it all: a brilliant location (especially when one arrives by Eurostar), quiet and beautifully appointed rooms, delightful breakfast.

I don’t  get why some people complain about the neighborhood.

I see at lot of reviews people complain of the room being small,

Basically can't find anything to complain about.

The toilet in the waiting area is really unsuitable and facility is awkward to use and very tight, I would encourage the management to take a look and sort it out, as many guests had complained about it.

I don't understand why people complain about small rooms when they're in a city.

We could not find a single thing to complain about.

streets outside the hotel were very noisy (sirens/horns) and I presume the underground could be heard under the hotel, plus inside hotel sound travels a lot with some noisy guests In hallways and above us.

This one was across the hall from the first and again black mold in the shower.
