01/16/2022 - There was a minor problem with our room's door at first and the staff immediately offered to provide us with a different room without a second's thought.

11/01/2021 - There is no headboard and the doors SLAM constantly because they have automatic door closers (instead of soft close).

08/23/2021 - Only minor problem was the room doors that slammed quite a lot.

08/10/2021 - There are two sets of doors, both tripled glazed onto the street, so when closed both I heard nothing.

06/29/2019 - Cons - air conditioning was not cool, maid kept slamming the doors on our floor very early, elevator was very unreliable and my bathroom was not as clean as it should have been.

05/28/2019 - There were a couple of negatives already mentioned in previous reviews (rickety lift, lack of spare plates at breakfast and the shower panel doesn't stop the water getting all over the floor)
