The bed was comfortable, the room nicely decorated, and the bathroom was modern and spotless, with lovely toiletries and fluffy towels.

Excellent staff very friendly and welcoming, standard room was good with excellent shower.

The rooms are very clean and have all the amenities you could want.

We were delighted with our time at La Maison Favart - excellent service, excellent amenities, excellent location.

Really High service, the rooms are nice, however bathrooms are a little small,

but clean with a nice bathroom and a great shower.

The hotel is nicely decorated, and it feels very cozy, with all necessary amenities in the room.

The facilities including the spa are fantastic, free Nespresso coffee in the lounge which is beautiful and our room was super comfortable, had a really nice power shower and heating since we visited in cold February.

During this stay we faced a few issues that can't be helped, including the lift out of service on our day of departure,

I was amazed at the size of the elevator .

We got a room near the lift and predicted there would be corridor noise.

Down to every last detail - hallway carpet, elevator facias.. All tied in.

Up we go in the small elevator, and up into our room.

Its super clean and the location is outstanding.

Small, cute boutique hotel, well located near the Opera Garnier and les Grands Magasins (major shopping areas).

Slap bang in the middle of Paris - we walked to the Louvre, Place de La Concorde, L’Opera and in heels no less !!

This hotel is situated in a quiet central area and you can easily get to many places without public transport or taxi: Place de la Concorde and Champs-Elysees Avenue are in 15-20 minute walk, Notre Dame de Paris and Louvre are in 30 minute and Monmartre – within 25.

Thank goodness we arrived at this comfortable hotel two blocks east of L' Opera and near the Louvre and Place de la Concorde ( 5 mins by Metro ) we loved this neighborhood and all the theatrical themes which define each suite.

Also an easy 20 minutes walk to the Louvre, or place de la Concorde.

The hotel location is poor and not recommended.

We got a room (#47) with a view of Opera Comique adjacent to a quiet plaza, just as I asked for.

We had a fifth-floor room facing the plaza in front of the hotel.

Rooms are spacious (we stayed in an upgraded room) and very well designed.

We particularly enjoyed having a mini fridge and coffee maker and access to fresh milk and pods/tea bags in the breakfast room (plus free cake!).

The Staff are friendly and very helpful, room was lovely and we would certainly stop at this Hotel again.

The hotel feels uniquely French in the best ways - the decor, the furnishings, the rooms.

Everything was excellent, starting with the room itself and ending with the human and service attitude of the local employees.

The staff hurried to ready our room when we arrived very early in the morning after an overnight flight where we got no sleep.

There was a safe in the room and a hairdryer too.

but had  everything we needed, good shower, tea, coffee etc, and was spotlessly clean.

I used to stay at this hotel years ago when I worked for a french company and years later it’s so good to see it’s exactly the same level of service the sizes of the rooms and bathrooms and it’s central location!

My room was so good, because there is big bathroom and the room is very clean.

From the location to the reception kind staff to my beautiful (and rather spacious room for Paris), to the comfort of the bed and the bathroom (very clean and with a bathtub), to the free drinks in the fridge and some sweets in the lobby.

The beds and linens were comfortable, and the air conditioning was a welcome amenity.

The ground level room was much larger than expected with an extremely comfortable bed not to mention a huge bathroom.

The Metro station is just at the bottom of the street and is on a well connected line.

Ideally situated in the St George's district of Paris right opposite the metro.

A great place to stay for exploring Paris - Pigalle and Montmatre within walking distance and if you don’t fancy a longer stroll into central Paris then Saint George’s metro station is literally across the road.

The hotel is about a 20 minute walk to The Louvre which is where we got our tour bus to see the rest of the city.

The hotel is located in a neighborhood with a lot of restaurants, bars and easy to reach by metro or bus.

The 12 metro was only a minute away, as was Rue des Martyrs which had a lovely village feel.

Very nice location, if you love to walk you can enjoy many landmarks around, from Montmartre, to Madeleine, down to Faubourg Saint Honoré street, place Vendôme and the Louvre museum.

Hotel Lorette is centrally located and is very nice.

but pleasantly surprised to land in a great little hotel, ideal location for visitors with a metro station on the door step.

The location is perfect for exploring all the sights and there is a metro station a few minutes walk away.

A fine location for seeing the sites, many of which are bookable.

Excellent aspects were:

- location in beautiful Saint-Georges away from the crowds and tourist traps common in other areas of Paris

St George metro just a few steps away and only a few stops to Place de la Concorde so very convenient for all the sights.

Almost across from a direct subway line to Sacre Coeur, Place de la Concorde and Musee d’Orsay, which is very convenient (but for very light sleepers, beware, you can hear it a little at night till about 1am, when subway closes).

The location is a 50 meter walk to the Saint George metro station which is just a few stops to Place de la Concorde.

There is a metro stop just outside the hotel and you can travel directly to the Place de la Concorde and the Left Bank in a few minutes.

The hotel staff are very friendly and extremely helpful, as with previous reviews there is a mini bar in your room which is refilled daily, there is also a selection of cakes and biscuits in the reception area.

Room were nice, decent size & almost all basic utilities.

Complimentary cake, hot drinks and cold are always available in reception and also complimentary soft drinks in the rooms.

Hotel rooms clean and spacious - we stayed with our daughter in an apartment room which was perfect for everyone.

Absolutely loved our stay here, great for couples, hotel exactly as described, staff couldn't be any nicer, room ample size for the 5 days we stayed.

My room had a bath and over bath shower which was of adequate size ( other hotels I've stayed in the bathroom is tiny with a tiny shower).

Bathroom was tiny, could barely fit in shower, sink drained very slowly.

Bathroom is again a little towards the small side and there may be some flooding if you're not careful.

The bed was too hard for me, and I hated the shower curtain cling of the small shower, it made me cringe.

The room is very tiny, especially the shower is way too small.

but bathroom was small and the bathtub was a bit worn out.

The only problem was a small shower that flooded the shower room.

The only complaint I have with the bathroom (I've seen this before in Europe) is that the partition in the shower is so small that the floor can get really wet.

But the room and bathroom was quite small, the shower head was falling down, the bed quite hard, the air condition noisy, and you could hear the metro every time a train passed.

Our room was really small and the bathroom too.

The bathroom was a bit on the small side as well.

The only negative from our stay was the shower… it was so tiny and had a curtain all the way around that smelled and didn’t prevent water from leaking out all over the floor.

Also the bread was stale for us and there was no toasting facility.

The shower is set up in such a way that unless you are *very* careful with the shower curtain, you will flood the floor, which has no drain hole.

But this is Paris where everyone seems to smoke everywhere.

You can hear the noise from the timber floor when people was walking.

The only thing was I'd already paid expedia and the new hotel, was so new that it smelt of fresh paint which gave my partner an instant headache, had builders everywhere and the fire alarm went off in the morning.

Furthermore there was a strange smell intermittently coming from my bathroom.

The bathroom stunk of sewage all night too.

We had to strip the bed off as the quilt and sheets were stale and had stains on them, they were replaced with itchy blankets instead of a fresh quilt.

Our non-smoking room was small (no surprise, what we expected for Paris),

I just wish the no-smoking ban had reached Paris as we smelled like ashtrays by the time we left!

The non-smoking rooms are on the bottom floors.

For instance, when we requested to chage our room to a room with standing shower as we are elderly person, the person in charge was trying her very best to help us for our request,

First the good - a great location in the 1st (if you want to be right next to the Tuileries, Louvre, D'Orsay and a good subway stop) and the bathroom was EPIC.
