 - The hotel is very well located, right next to Gare du Nord, which is a good gateway for all the main airports.
 - This hotel is right accross the street from the Gare du Nord.
 - The hotel is situated right across from the train station, Gare du Nord, that you would take a train from CDG for 10 euros.

 - We liked the fact that single use plastics items were limited (no plastic cups, etc).
 - Ask where to find kettle and TV remote in the room - not immediately obvious
 - ( About 140m from Gare du Nord so it is very convenient specially travel by Eurostar ) However rooms a bit small and doesn’t have refrigerator
 - Could’ve been better if there was a small fridge in the room.
 - Awful hotel.bathroom stank of rotten cabbages.dirty cups and a filthy wet cloth left in our room all day.

 - The location is a block from the Form les Halles and about 2 blocks from the Pompedieu Center.
 - The location is fantastic to reach and is near to the most iconic part of Paris.
 - Location on a pedestrian street makes the area great for people watching from the nearby cafes.
 - The location is truly exceptional, with easy access to the sights on foot or via subway, and to the airport via RER train.

 - Also quite easy to get to Gare Du Nord and Gare D'Est
 - Very near Les Halles, so a short stroll to the Louvre and the other central attractions of Paris so one doesn't need endless Metro trips, even an easy to stroll downhill from the Gare du Nord in 20 minutes.
 - It is one stop on the RER from the Gare du Nord (Eurostar) and block away from the largest metro/subway/underground station in Europe, Chatelet Les Halles.
 - but so worth the money, brilliant location right near metro stop “chatelat les halles” which was only one stop away from “Gare du Nord” where the Eurostar trains comes into.
 - The hotel is perfectly located (especially for Gare Lyon) and is situated in a lovely neighborhood.

 - however, the noise/heat/smoke smell would deter me from staying a second time around.
 - We woke up drenched in sweat the first two nights until we asked the staff to switch out the duvet for a sheet and blanket.
 - The area it self was dusty and a bit smelly in parts.
 - were still emitting the smoke odor.
 - One downside, our room smelt of stale cigarettes not sure if it was from air conditioner or lingered from previous times when smoking was permitted in hotel rooms.

 - It's the best location possible with easy access to the metro and plenty of places to walk to.
 - The location of this hotel is possibly the best you could wish for in Paris with Les Halles and Étienne Marcel metro stations within 3-5 minutes walk and the RER from CDG airport stopping in Les Halles.
 - It’s located 2 minutes (if that) from the metro and is in the middle of a shopping area with lots of cafes around.
 - It's a 5 minute walk from all the Metro and RER lines at Chatelet-Les Halles (which means you can take the RER B train from CDG, take exit 3 out of the station, and walk a few minutes to get to the hotel).
 - Metro Etienne Marcel is less than 5 minutes away.

 - but quite noisy at night, as the streets around it have a few bars and restaurants and the windows are not soundproof.
 - One morning I woke up at about 6 AM because there was either a line right down below our window for Black Friday weekend, or there was a protest about to start up.
 - But with the windows closed, the room never got below 25 degrees, even in the middle of January.
 - The windows are pretty soundproof.
 - The hotel is located in a lively area and unless you need to sleep with the window open, you'd never know it.

 - At 10 in the evening, I asked something to eat and they said no: just a toast.
 - From my direct experience and others, seems this request is often not available.
 - We missed the display for New Year’s Eve as we requested a iron and an ironing board to be delivered to our room which I had to ring up for on a second occasion to then it got delivered - minus the ironing board.
 - I received auto messages asking about my experience and I asked further questions that went ignored.

 - My converter had issues charging in my room, the hotel let me use one of their converters (which I returned when i checked out).
 - I did bring the wrong charger and the staff charged my phone daily and seemed without bother.
 - Next inform your guests that you don't honor your words and then turn to charge the client the whole fee.
