The blow dryer in the bathroom was excellent and powerful (important). ;)

The rooms were beautiful and quaint and the hotel had all the amenities you could desire.

The shower was nice and the bathroom was very clean.

The amenities were wonderful and the location was great with several activities within walking distance.

One thing it was not good is the front of the hotel(^_^;)It was middle of construction

but had wished they warned us about the construction.

The nearest metro station (Richelieu Drouot) was closed for construction,

The issue that compromised our stay was the construction.

My only complaint was that there was some hideous construction going on nearby that woke everyone up at 8 am with earth shattering crashing,

It's a rare thing, so imagine how disappointing it was on our 2 night stay in Paris, one of the few times we might have actually been able to sleep past 6:30am, to be woken up at 8am sharp by loud construction.

There was some construction going on out in front of the hotel during our visit, which made for a less than spectacular building facade and entrance,

but the sidewalk is still cut up, so I suspect there may be follow-on construction at a later date.

Would have been very quiet if not for the noise of road construction -no fault of hotel!

It spoilt breakfast having a pneumatic drill about 2 foot away from you and the noise was deafening.

I loved that they kept the original ceiling wool construction and just painted to match the interior.

There was some construction noise in the morning from an adjacent building and they play music in the hallways almost 24 hours a day it seemed.

Le Musée du Louvre, Versailles, Montmartre, Musée d'Orsay, Opéra de Paris, La sainte Chapelle, Île de la cité.

Area is also very close to Gare Saint Lazare and Gare Du Nord trains stations

I have visited Paris a multitude of times over past 15 years

We chose La Maison Favart because it is a gentle 30 minute walk from Gare Du Nord and ideally situated to see all the best that the Paris city centre has to offer.

The hotel is a smaller, boutique style hotel juxtaposed to the Opera Comique on Rue du Marivaux.

Perfect location in the opera district and within easy reach of Gard du Nord.

It was walking distance from the Champs Elysees, Eifel tower and Musee du Louvre.

The hotel is located conveniently in the city centre and is walking distance to  all the major tourist attractions and the Gare Du Nord.

Very close to Gare du Nord, would love to come for a longer stay next time.

They made dinner reservations for us and even sorted out a dispute with a dodgy taxi driver who picked us up at Gare du Nord.

We loved the experience and will return in the spring to that charming lobby on Rue du Marivaux in the 2nd.

but it is not far from the Marais, Louvre etc so we found the location very convenient including for the Gare du Nord for our journey home.

And their recommendations for restaurants were amazing (try the Mini Palais restaurant in the Grand Palace, or the Restaurant du Palais Royal in the palais Royal; wow!).

The hotel is handy for gare du nord and is well-situated, close to opera garnier.

Found the location ideal and easy walking distance to Musée du Louvre.

This beautiful, bijou little hotel was extremely luxurious, beautifully decorated and comfortable, and had the advantage of being close both to the Gare du Nord and lots of the main attractions - 

10 minutes away from Gard du Nord and great for shopping.

Less than 15 minutes from hotel to Gare de Nord/Eurostar by taxi, and also walkable (20 mins) to the Louvre.

Opera comunque is directly across the street, metro stop Richelieu is a3 minute walk, RRR Auber red line A is very close and convenient to make train connections to Chatelet les Halles (2stops) and gare de Lyon ( 3 stops away).

Most convenient location near Opera, Galeries Lafayette, Gare Saint Lazare.

I had a super comfortable bed, a luxurious bath tub, impeccable & friendly service, tasty breakfast, beautiful interior decor throughout the hotel, with a fabulous location to explore Paris.

Fantastic little boutique French hotel with a great location, Louve museum 15 mins, ritz 18 mins and Eiffel Tower 45 mins all by foot plenty of restaurants around the hotel for food also

This is a truly charming and intimate little hotel located not far from the famous Paris Opera House.

The location was perfect for us and we could not have asked for better service.

Location is excellent and quiet yet just minutes walk from cool bars and restaurants.

The location is very good, and the hotel is tucked back in a relatively quiet part of it, which was nice.

Maison Favart is in fantastic location easily walkable to the Opera and Galeries Lafayettte and so many fantastic restaurants close by.

This was a business trip to attend a trade show at the Paris Nord Villepinte Expo Center on Thursday and Friday with Saturday free for shopping and sightseeing.

The hotel is just about walking distance from the Gard Nord.

The rooms and lobby of the hotel are very nicely decorated.

Very cozy, the employees were very nice with the customers and the rooms were top notch.

The rooms are beautiful, the breakfast fresh and plentiful, and the whole family enjoyed the pool and spa facilities, especially the water massage bed!

Room was clean and quiet with a great view of the opera.

The fridge was well stocked and the coffee in the room was yummy.

We enjoyed staying here on our family trip to Paris (two kids, parents & grandma - we had three rooms in total).

When we arrived back later that evening our luggage was in our room which was wonderful.

Upon arrival we’d already been upgraded to the Chantilly Suite, which has both a spacious living room and bedroom and was beautifully decorated.

Room décor was very very good and tastefully executed.

Our room was comfortable, with a view over a quiet square.

Cons were that two of our rooms were quite small, the lift could be slow to arrive, and there was some kind of strong perfume in the lobby most days.

although rooms are a little small, the facilities and team are amazing.

The room was small and the balcony view was the wall of another building, so we didn’t use it.

I will say the rooms are a bit small by American standards,

As the floor space in the room is compromised by the main stairwell, we did find the shower room particularly small so perhaps ask for another room if space is an issue.

The fitness room is very basic - no hand weights, the room was on the small side and the air con wasn't up to much, so we wouldn't recommend staying there in the height of summer.

Our room was very small and definitely did not have a King size bed as advertised for all rooms.

but I we picked a small room since we were moving around town.

That being said, the room was very small, barely holding a queen side bed.

Rooms are small (typical for Paris hotels in my experience)

Beautiful bouquet hotel in the centre of Paris, the staff are very friendly and helpful.

The staff was five stars plus - they were all so nice and helpful (front desk, bellman, housekeeping, breakfast staff).

The concierge took our luggage and offered us a latte.

Front of House staff couldn't be more helpful especially with directions and great restaurants !

The staff were all very courteous, and I have no complaints at all about the room or amenities.

We had 3 rooms, best bathroom ever, in a hotel.

The nightlight in the toilet got many comments on FB, and it was nice to have it.

Tired, needing a drink and a shower, then a meal, it is all here, OR exit hotel right and you are right in the centre of superb restaurants.

Good position in central Reims with amenities all within walking distance.

The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was impressive.

The bathrooms on floor 6 weren't as nice as the bathrooms we had before ( can't remember which floor we were on before) the staff were ok

Our room was large with huge bath and separate walk in shower.

We had a wonderful group dinner served by a great waitress who helped us with our very rusty french translations.

First of all it has very good location in the center of the city.

The location is right in the very center of Reims, 50 meters from the pedestrian area.

What a hotel from a great position in the centre of the town, with under ground parking.

As it is so centrally located, they recommended we booked a space in the car park underneath and it was a good decision as the area was mainly pedestrianised or for locals.

We used the hotel restaurant La Paix: plat du jour was nice and good value.

Drove out to the Route du Champagne , easy drive out from Reims.

The decor is modern and unobstrusive and the bar a good spot for une coupe du champagne.

We had the most delicious lunch at Hostellerie du Mont Aime.

If you are happy to walk for just a few extra minutes there are several nice looking restaurants in the Place du Forum, and in the rue de Mars, which runs by the Hotel de Ville.

A great location near the Gare and the main pedestrian street with many many outdoor restaurants.

Once again we chose this hotel from TA reviews and overall we enjoyed our four nights here, for the following reasons:
Close to Gare Reims and easily walked: 400 metres or seven minutes approx
Courteous staff: front of house, bar, breakfast, room
The concierge let us into our room early: great.

Centrally located in Reims, walking distance from the Gare de Reims (train station) as well as the Cathédrale Notre-Dame de Reims, the surrounding promenade and shopping district offer a wonderful day and evening atmosphere.

After a 5 minute walk from the gare in Reims, the hotel puts you right in the action for dinner and more.

My "privilege" room #435 proved spotless, modern and very quiet with a decent view over the city (cathedral, etc.).

The hotel itself is very well-appointed, modern and the room we were given was extremely comfortable for a family of three and had everything we needed for an overnight stay.

The hotel has architectural features as it combines the ancient/traditional with modern renovated facilities.

I like to come to this hotel for its very convenient location in Reims, spacious and bright room, very clean hotel, the room staff are helpful and professional, they agreed to clean my room at the time I wanted because I like to work in a clean room, quality breakfast, modern decoration, highly respected barrier gestures to feel completely safe

Rooms are excellent, the restaurant is pricey, and a typical hotel restaurant

We returned at 3:30pm and went up to our room and collapsed!

Extremely pleasant and comfortable stay- we loved our two rooms on the 9th floor.
