It helped massage sore muscles after a full day of sight seeing snd climbing the stairs if the Arc de Triomphe!

We were easily able to visit many attractions such as the Louvre, Centre Pompidou, Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triomphe.

Very near the metro which was faster than uber to Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe, etc.

Less than 10 minutes away from Moulin Rogue by taxi, and Arc de Triomphe is a good 20 minute walk

We walked to the Louvre, the Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame, Napoleon's tomb, The Seine, the Arc de Triomphe and so many other places.

but close to a Metro station, however, we walked to all the major sites within a day (Notre Dame / Eiffel Tower / Arc de Triomphe etc) quite easily.

The blow dryer in the bathroom was excellent and powerful (important). ;)

The rooms were beautiful and quaint and the hotel had all the amenities you could desire.

The shower was nice and the bathroom was very clean.

The amenities were wonderful and the location was great with several activities within walking distance.

Our room was spotless, and we had amazing water pressure in the shower!

The bed was combatable and the bathroom well appointed.

It’s impeccably clean with elevated toiletries and a spa shower that’s heavenly.

Rooms offer some upgraded, more upscale amenities than what you will find at other hotels.

The bathroom was surprisingly large and the overhead rain shower was wonderful.

The shower was one of the best I’ve ever experienced at a hotel.

The hotel is lovely with all the amenities one would expect,

I loved the red suite and its pretty bathroom with the tub.

The room we stayed in was incredibly clean, the shower had the greatest water pressure and the bed was super comfortable.

It's a good location, and the rooms have really nice bathrooms with big showers and plenty of room.

although there is construction across the street, that can be noticed at times.

Across the Place, there was construction of a new multi-story building, so noise was a problem between around 8am to 5pm approx.

There was construction going on, so the small square facing the hotel was quite noisy at times.

The bedroom overlooked the opera area which is sadly under construction on the lower level

One thing it was not good is the front of the hotel(^_^;)It was middle of construction

but had wished they warned us about the construction.

The nearest metro station (Richelieu Drouot) was closed for construction,

The issue that compromised our stay was the construction.

My only complaint was that there was some hideous construction going on nearby that woke everyone up at 8 am with earth shattering crashing,

It's a rare thing, so imagine how disappointing it was on our 2 night stay in Paris, one of the few times we might have actually been able to sleep past 6:30am, to be woken up at 8am sharp by loud construction.

There was some construction going on out in front of the hotel during our visit, which made for a less than spectacular building facade and entrance,

but the sidewalk is still cut up, so I suspect there may be follow-on construction at a later date.

Would have been very quiet if not for the noise of road construction -no fault of hotel!

It spoilt breakfast having a pneumatic drill about 2 foot away from you and the noise was deafening.

I loved that they kept the original ceiling wool construction and just painted to match the interior.

There was some construction noise in the morning from an adjacent building and they play music in the hallways almost 24 hours a day it seemed.

I had a super comfortable bed, a luxurious bath tub, impeccable & friendly service, tasty breakfast, beautiful interior decor throughout the hotel, with a fabulous location to explore Paris.

Fantastic little boutique French hotel with a great location, Louve museum 15 mins, ritz 18 mins and Eiffel Tower 45 mins all by foot plenty of restaurants around the hotel for food also

This is a truly charming and intimate little hotel located not far from the famous Paris Opera House.

The location was perfect for us and we could not have asked for better service.

Location is excellent and quiet yet just minutes walk from cool bars and restaurants.

The location is very good, and the hotel is tucked back in a relatively quiet part of it, which was nice.

Maison Favart is in fantastic location easily walkable to the Opera and Galeries Lafayettte and so many fantastic restaurants close by.

The fridge was well stocked and the coffee in the room was yummy.

We enjoyed staying here on our family trip to Paris (two kids, parents & grandma - we had three rooms in total).

When we arrived back later that evening our luggage was in our room which was wonderful.

Upon arrival we’d already been upgraded to the Chantilly Suite, which has both a spacious living room and bedroom and was beautifully decorated.

Room décor was very very good and tastefully executed.

Our room was comfortable, with a view over a quiet square.

Cons were that two of our rooms were quite small, the lift could be slow to arrive, and there was some kind of strong perfume in the lobby most days.

although rooms are a little small, the facilities and team are amazing.

The room was small and the balcony view was the wall of another building, so we didn’t use it.

I will say the rooms are a bit small by American standards,

As the floor space in the room is compromised by the main stairwell, we did find the shower room particularly small so perhaps ask for another room if space is an issue.

The fitness room is very basic - no hand weights, the room was on the small side and the air con wasn't up to much, so we wouldn't recommend staying there in the height of summer.

Our room was very small and definitely did not have a King size bed as advertised for all rooms.

but I we picked a small room since we were moving around town.

That being said, the room was very small, barely holding a queen side bed.

Rooms are small (typical for Paris hotels in my experience)

Despite being a sone’s throw from the traffic mayhem of the Arc de Triomphe, it was one of the quietest hotels we have ever stayed in.

The hotel is very centrally located right by the Arc de Triomphe where it was very convenient to stroll the Champs Élysées with plenty of dining and shopping options.

It’s ideally located just 2 minutes from the Arc de Triomphe and exit 5 of the Charles de Gaule Etoile metro station - we travelled from Gard du Nord in under 20 minutes.

In terms of the location, the hotel is situated less than two minutes walk from the Arc De Triomphe - Fantastic.

There is also a metro station that is about a 3 minute walk away from the hotel.

Easy connections to the rest of Paris via the metro station right by it and lots of restaurants in the area to try out also.

I can recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a romantic break right in the city of Paris with easy access to all the sights and activities via the nearby Metro station, taxi, bus or walking.

The Hotel is LITERALLY steps away from the Arc de Triomphe, the metro station, and the Champs-Élysées.

If you're dead set on staying at a 4-star hotel or above, I recommend venturing a little further away from the center of Paris near a Metro station.

Location was excellent, about 2 blocks from the Arc de Triomphe, Champs Elysee, and the Metro station.

The hotels location was excellent for getting in and out of Paris as well as getting around the city with the metro station a mere 2 minute walk from the front door and the champs Elysees only 5 minutes away

The location was fantastic, nearby to a couple of metro stations and just 150 metres from the Arc de Triomphe.

The hotel is quite literally 200 metres from Charles de Gaulle Etoile Metro Station and 300 metres from the Arc de Triomphe. In spite of the closeness to the Arc (and the madness that is the traffic!!)

The hotel is in a perfect location for exploring Paris, Arc de Triomphe is a one minute walk, Champs Elysées is only a few minutes walk away and there is a metro station only 30 seconds away.

It was worn out and also the elevator wasn’t functional so we had to walk three floors with our big bags.

The only drawback that could be mentioned is that our rooms were next to the lift and the room for cleaning tools, so in the morning we could hear the staff coming in and out of that room,

Easy check in and check out , bags were brought to the room as the old fashioned elevator only takes up to 3 people

We hear everything that happens on the street 
The lift is very old and tiny it is for host and service, only 4 people with no luggage!

The only caveat is that, like many smaller Parisian hotels, it has only a single, tiny, slow elevator.

From the lobby to the elevator to the room itself, everything just felt old, not classical or vintage.

although it has a very modern appeal inside, some things don’t change (like creaking floors) and an old-type elevator.

I was concerned about choosing a hotel with no elevator due the number of heavey bags we had with us.

I think the potential pool of residents is limited to those not requiring elevators for pushchairs/wheel chairs or a group with mobility issues

The staff were all very welcoming and friendly, couldn’t be more helpful.

The location was ideal; a stones throw from the Arc de Triomphe on a quiet side street.

The hotels location is perfect for sightseeing, it is just a short walk away from the Champs-Élysées and the Arc De Triomphe with lots of Metro stops nearby making all the sights very accessible.

The hotel is also very well located in Paris - close to the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs Elysees.

The hotel is excellent and we recommended for visit the city, it's very close to Arc de Triomphe.

You are a minute walk from the Champs Elysee, and maybe 5 minutes walk from the Arc de Triomphe.
