It helped massage sore muscles after a full day of sight seeing snd climbing the stairs if the Arc de Triomphe!

We were easily able to visit many attractions such as the Louvre, Centre Pompidou, Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triomphe.

Very near the metro which was faster than uber to Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe, etc.

Less than 10 minutes away from Moulin Rogue by taxi, and Arc de Triomphe is a good 20 minute walk

We walked to the Louvre, the Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame, Napoleon's tomb, The Seine, the Arc de Triomphe and so many other places.

lovely staff ,great location easy to find your way around Paris Lots within walking distance perhaps except eiffel tower and arc de triumph .Use big bus if weary .Check clock if using  taxi when starting off Should be no more than 3 euro Underground very convenient too.

In a quiet street just off the main tourist area the location is ideal for the opera district with the Montmartre area just over 2 miles away, Notre Dame 1.5 miles and arc de triomph about 2.5 miles away.

but close to a Metro station, however, we walked to all the major sites within a day (Notre Dame / Eiffel Tower / Arc de Triomphe etc) quite easily.

The blow dryer in the bathroom was excellent and powerful (important). ;)

The rooms were beautiful and quaint and the hotel had all the amenities you could desire.

The shower was nice and the bathroom was very clean.

The amenities were wonderful and the location was great with several activities within walking distance.

Our room was spotless, and we had amazing water pressure in the shower!

The bed was combatable and the bathroom well appointed.

It’s impeccably clean with elevated toiletries and a spa shower that’s heavenly.

Rooms offer some upgraded, more upscale amenities than what you will find at other hotels.

The bathroom was surprisingly large and the overhead rain shower was wonderful.

The shower was one of the best I’ve ever experienced at a hotel.

I loved the red suite and its pretty bathroom with the tub.

The room we stayed in was incredibly clean, the shower had the greatest water pressure and the bed was super comfortable.

It's a good location, and the rooms have really nice bathrooms with big showers and plenty of room.

Across the Place, there was construction of a new multi-story building, so noise was a problem between around 8am to 5pm approx.

There was construction going on, so the small square facing the hotel was quite noisy at times.

The bedroom overlooked the opera area which is sadly under construction on the lower level

One thing it was not good is the front of the hotel(^_^;)It was middle of construction

but had wished they warned us about the construction.

The nearest metro station (Richelieu Drouot) was closed for construction,

The issue that compromised our stay was the construction.

My only complaint was that there was some hideous construction going on nearby that woke everyone up at 8 am with earth shattering crashing,

It's a rare thing, so imagine how disappointing it was on our 2 night stay in Paris, one of the few times we might have actually been able to sleep past 6:30am, to be woken up at 8am sharp by loud construction.

There was some construction going on out in front of the hotel during our visit, which made for a less than spectacular building facade and entrance,

but the sidewalk is still cut up, so I suspect there may be follow-on construction at a later date.

Would have been very quiet if not for the noise of road construction -no fault of hotel!

It spoilt breakfast having a pneumatic drill about 2 foot away from you and the noise was deafening.

I loved that they kept the original ceiling wool construction and just painted to match the interior.

There was some construction noise in the morning from an adjacent building and they play music in the hallways almost 24 hours a day it seemed.

I had a super comfortable bed, a luxurious bath tub, impeccable & friendly service, tasty breakfast, beautiful interior decor throughout the hotel, with a fabulous location to explore Paris.

Fantastic little boutique French hotel with a great location, Louve museum 15 mins, ritz 18 mins and Eiffel Tower 45 mins all by foot plenty of restaurants around the hotel for food also

This is a truly charming and intimate little hotel located not far from the famous Paris Opera House.

The location was perfect for us and we could not have asked for better service.

Location is excellent and quiet yet just minutes walk from cool bars and restaurants.

The location is very good, and the hotel is tucked back in a relatively quiet part of it, which was nice.

Maison Favart is in fantastic location easily walkable to the Opera and Galeries Lafayettte and so many fantastic restaurants close by.

The rooms are beautiful, the breakfast fresh and plentiful, and the whole family enjoyed the pool and spa facilities, especially the water massage bed!

Room was clean and quiet with a great view of the opera.

The fridge was well stocked and the coffee in the room was yummy.

We enjoyed staying here on our family trip to Paris (two kids, parents & grandma - we had three rooms in total).

When we arrived back later that evening our luggage was in our room which was wonderful.

Very comfortable beds and pretty breakfast room.

Upon arrival we’d already been upgraded to the Chantilly Suite, which has both a spacious living room and bedroom and was beautifully decorated.

Room décor was very very good and tastefully executed.

Our room was comfortable, with a view over a quiet square.

Cons were that two of our rooms were quite small, the lift could be slow to arrive, and there was some kind of strong perfume in the lobby most days.

although rooms are a little small, the facilities and team are amazing.

The room was small and the balcony view was the wall of another building, so we didn’t use it.

I will say the rooms are a bit small by American standards,

As the floor space in the room is compromised by the main stairwell, we did find the shower room particularly small so perhaps ask for another room if space is an issue.

The fitness room is very basic - no hand weights, the room was on the small side and the air con wasn't up to much, so we wouldn't recommend staying there in the height of summer.

Our room was very small and definitely did not have a King size bed as advertised for all rooms.

but I we picked a small room since we were moving around town.

That being said, the room was very small, barely holding a queen side bed.

Rooms are small (typical for Paris hotels in my experience)

Beautiful bouquet hotel in the centre of Paris, the staff are very friendly and helpful.

The staff was five stars plus - they were all so nice and helpful (front desk, bellman, housekeeping, breakfast staff).

For couples that are happy to walk around Paris - the hotel is situated about 20mins from Notre Dame cathedral, 25mins from the Louvre museum & around 45mins/an hour from the Eiffel Tower & The Arc De Triomphe.

I disagree strongly with those saying this neighborhood isn't great, the Metro is literally across the street, there are 2 mini arc-de triomph's with a block or two, super interesting ethnic variety nearby (we ate at a great Indian restaurant that was opened Sunday and 10 minutes away) the Pompidou is way close by, Louvre < 1 mile etc.

In fact, for those with walking boots, Paris is definitely a walking city. We managed to visit both Montmartre and the Arc de Triomphe (via Marks and Spencer's!!!)

Super close to EVERYTHING, wonderful comfy bed, delicious breakfast and afternoon snacks, hot strong shower, gym (which I didn’t get to as we were too busy walking around the city

Another unique part of the Astotel that makes is excellent for leisure as well as business is the shared access across Paris to 16 other hotels where you can take a break with open (non-alcoholic) bar and other amenities.

The bathroom was big enough and comfortable,

All toiletries were provided including robes & slippers.

The rooms and bathrooms were extremely spacious and had fun decor.

We happily surprised when the agent at the front desk offered to let us take showers and eat breakfast before we went out for our walk.

These rooms were clean, had a small fridge with beverages that were restocked everyday, and they even had robes and slippers for our use!

Great Hotel for location and amenities for families.

Also part of the Astotel chain, which allows you to stop in at ANY location during your visit to enjoy the afternoon amenities they offer (e.g., free drinks and snacks from 2pm to 2am every day).

Beds were SO comfortable, and the bathrobes were a welcome bonus!

The rooms joined, we had 2 bathrooms and an extra bed was added for us.

The beds were super comfortable, showers had great water pressure, there was no road noise, and the blackout curtains were a really nice touch.

We could even change and take a shower after checkout when we came back to get our luggage – and use the complementary coffee and cookie buffet in the lobby.

A nice room-design, lots of unexpected amenities and a great breakfast made our stay very comfortable.

We had a nice stay at Hotel le 123 Sebastopol, beds were comfortable, shower was decent, location was within reasonable walk or a quick metro ride to everywhere we wanted to go and the front desk staff was really helpful and kind and spoke many languages.

Rooms were cozy and beds comfy with a nice size bathroom.

but large bathroom, comfortable bed and fluffy towels.

Great hotel, great location (three Metro stations nearby, big grocery store just 1 minute walk) and most important of all: wonderful hospitality.

There were some Metro stations very close by (Réaumur – Sébastopol and Strasbourg-Saint-Denis) too, so it was very easy to get around in Paris.

Our complete family absolutely loved the hotel, great area to explore paris from with multiple close by metro station to go anywhere.

The staff were all incredibly helpful in getting us to the correct metro stations and booking an early morning taxi.

Metro station is also a small distance away.

There was little hanging room even for only 3 nights stay and particularly with winter coats etc.

Our room was a bit small (no closet or dresser, there is a clothes hanging rack and shelf),

My only complaint was not enough hanging and storage space so we had to keep a lot in suitcases.

On the negative side, the room was really small with no closets.

The only problem was lack of closet and draw space in The room.

My only real gripe is that there is no storage in the room; we had an open hanging area with about 6 coathangers, and one shelf, between two adults.

First up this hotel had no closet,no dressers and was considered 4+ rating.

The cons - no clothes closet with limited hangars and the room is a tad small

One thing I would say is that room we had was quite small and there isn't a lot of storage in the room, only a canvass wardrobe

Very little storage which meant only one of us could empty clothes and try to find space to put items.

but not large: bed, desk, open style rack/shelves for clothes and bathroom with full size shower. Room had a wall mounted TV, ihome clock radio, in-room safe and mini frig with complementary non-alcoholic beverages, or space to put your own F&B (with several min-marts and a supermarket within a 2 block walk.)

Towels were a hit and miss ~ some days no wash clothes, some days no hand towels.

Any longer might have been slightly challenging given the very limited places to hang and put clothes -

Our only issue was finding enough room to hang up clothes.

but had shelves in room to put clothes. 5.

but small and very, very little place for hanging clothes or putting clothes away.

And there was no dresser with drawers for my clothes.

but she like to have drawers to put clothes in.

Well located, not far from Les Halles - for great shopping - & Pompidou Centre.

The location of the hotel is central not far from Chatelet Les Halles, restaurants located closely and of course metro stations are found near by!

If one doesn’t mind walking, less than half hour to Les Halles, Louvre, Musée d’Orsay.

We have spent 2 nights in this perfectly located hotel, in the vicinity of “Les Halles”, in a vivid neighborhood of Paris.

Just a short walk to the Les Halles shopping/restaurant area and directly over the road from the nearest Metro station.

Closed to Les Halles, Le Marais… The area looks safe.

The hotel is exceptionally well located not far from major train stations (including Les Halles) with easy walking to sites such as Notre Dame, Sainte Chapelle, Conciergere, The Louvre, Paris Opera and so on.

Plus within 5 mins of Les Halles and the shops, restaurants, bars and cafes there too.

This quirky hotel, in the Les Halles area, was recommended by our travel agent.

Hotel was just opposite metrostop Reaumur-Sebastopol and on good walking distance from les halles and Marais.

You can walk to Châtelet Les Halles shopping Centre and Gallérie Lafayette / Printemps.

Perfect location in Le Marais / Les Halles  area, Clever cinema theme,  perfectly appointed rooms, Wonderful staff, great breakfast included in price,  All day snacks in any of the hotel Group around the city, private cinema, gym. .

The Hotel is very tastefully decorated throughout with a quirky theme of Movie Director s and their Films.

The overarching theme is fun with film props & decor all over the hotel and rooms, including its own cinema.

Clean, well run, fun, movie theater theme boutique hotel 30 minute walk to the Louvre and Gard du Nord.

Such a cool theme of cinema and film, which gives the hotel an unusual and stylish feel.

A free cinema at the hotel which you can book out privately

Liked the afternoon cakes, tea and coffee and the offer of a private cinema screening.

Rather enjoy the playful cinema vibe with a smile 😄

Without hesitation, I would stay here again on my next visit to Paris.

My kids also loved the movie room where they could watch what they wanted.

123 Sebastopol was a fully unexpected surprise therefore - great value for money, super nice hotel with movie theatre, film and actors as its theme.

Beautiful modern hotel with an adorable cinema theme.

The theme of the hotel is movies, so you see some movie theme in the decor.

We loved the decor and all the French film references.

The hotel was super terrific with the movie set theme, the rooms were most gorgues and had a great view from our windows.

There is also a movie theatre showing free movies.

The icing on the cake is the lovely cinema, which can be  booked out (for free) to watch the film of your choice.
