Both dinner and breakfast at the hotel were fantastic.

The hotel is well-appointed with a clean, cool swimming pool, a pretty good kitchen (I had breakfast, lunch and dinner there) and a clean and spacious room.

The food was great the breakfast buffet was delicious.

Excellent breakfast spread, loads of options for vegetarians.

The breakfasts are included and there were ample Turkish dishes, veggies, fruits, breads, cereals, sweets.

All amenities were excellent including the amazing home cooked breakfast and inviting landscaped pool.

Breakfast was very good, lots of choices and a lovely area to eat.

They serve dinner in house, which was delicious and very convenient!!

The staff at breakfast were warm and attentive.

Buffet style breakfast offers great selection.

Melrose House Hotel is a well run family hotel with a very good breakfast selection.

Good simple hotel facing the hill, have water from the hot spring, value for money, dinner and breakfast is reasonable, rooms are not too far from the main lobby, staffs are friendly and very helpful.

Staff were very professional and courteous; one of the best breakfasts we were served in Turkey during our 3-week trip!

It is a well run family hotel with a great breakfast, a lovely pool area and clean rooms some with balconies.

Sadly on check out you will be forced to pay at least part in cash or be charged an excess.

Only thing is that they don't accept credit card for check out so make sure you have cash.

One note of advice, the Melrose Hotel does not take credit cards, so have cash (there are also plenty of ATMs around).

They only want cash and there are about 5 bank-omats up by the park entrance so that is not a problem.

The only drawbacks are that the hotel is cash only, and the wifi was spotty and only worked sometimes.

Unfortunately they accept only cash and the site of Pamukkale is not so close if you don't have a car.

but too much in evidence, no payment option other than cash.

There is also a very foul sheep poop smell outside the hotel as there is a family opposite the hotel keeping many sheep.

Room, balcony, swimming pool, the staff and the food are all very good except for the bathroom which is atrociously small and smelly.

The hotel is in a good location about 15min walk from the "Cotton Castle", and has a great restaurant and a nice pool, which was more than welcome after a day of visits.

Very affordable and minutes walk to the South Gate (terrace pools) and central Pamukkale.

The rooms clean and the pool is an oasis after a hot day out.

The pool is super nice, the rooms comfortable, the bathroom is really amazing and the dinner we had there was very good.

Pool was lovely and clean, good temperature and sun bed and seating st the pool with shade.

Rooms are basic and the afternoon dip in the pool helped after a morning on the Travertines.

This hotel is gorgeous, it has a lovely pool and outside seating/dining area.

Also the breakfast variety has been the best I've seen so far:) the pool is well kept, rooms are very spacious and homey.

Absolutely the best hotel of the trip,  good sized room with balcony, Lovely mineral water pool.All the food has been good to brilliant Turkish version of spaghetti bolognese at lunch time and then meza and chicken casserole in the evening 

He was correct this was the best food in Pamukkale.

We dined in the restaurant both nights of our stay and enjoyed they Kebobs and pastas.

Her cousin, Kadir helped throughout including serving a very reasonably priced house set menu washed down by a house special white wine.

But they offered me food regardless, and the hospitality was much appropriated.

Their evening meal was so good, chicken casserole with such big portions and all home cooked fresh.

They have a sister hotel, melrose viewpoint hotel, that has a full service restaurant and that was also delicious.

The room was a good size, clean and well appointed.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable and had a view of the Cotton Castle.

The rooms were spacious (we had an extra single bed in ours) and clean.

but they helped us take our luggage upto our rooms

After the owner came, and said (only in turkish) the hotel burned down, so its not working now.

From the previous reviews I understand the place burned down in September 2018 which is really sad.

I was so tired the first night and went to sleep thinking “cold a/c, sheets smell like fresh laundry”.

I wish that there would be less smoking in the outside breakfast area.

We booked a nice big room and got a smelly little closet with a broken heater unit and icy air whistling through the broken bathroom window.

The washing also came back damp which was disappointing.

A friend got hers done, had to ask for it repeatedly, 3 days later got some damp laundry back right before we had to leave.

We appreciate Melrose House Hotel picked us up from the disgusting hotel(Artemis yoruk Hotel),then we could took a rest in the early morning.

The only strange thing were pillows - they are sprayed with a very pungent perfume, don't know why.

It had rained the day we arrived, therefore our room felt damp and smelt musty.

but there were a few country odours at times!

but if you are like me and have a sensitive sense of smell, then you might find it uncomfortable in here.

After Day 1 of touring Pamukkale, we had a few hours to burn on Day 2.

There was quite a bad drain smell emanating from the bathroom, so we kept both doors closed.

For me it meant noise i didn't want and second hand smoke I didn't enjoy.

I can still have my mouth water at the thought of it, let alone that i smell the fragrance of it too!

The family are warm and welcoming and have great local insight.

The staff were helpful prior to my arrival and more so when I arrived.

We asked where we could eat and the owner told us his mother does all the cooking so he couldn’t eat anywhere else!

They will help you with everything you need with a sincere smiles on their faces.

The breakfast spread was also quite good.

Breakfast had plenty of choice for most tastes, restaurant was clean, well staffed & friendly, pool area has quality sun loungers & there is plenty of shade if, like me you prefer not to sit in the direct sun all day.

Breakfast was good and staff friendly and helpful.

but this one was one of our favourites because the buffet at the breakfast was huge and real good.

Not only does this hotel have beautifully clean classy rooms and provide an amazing breakfast with a peaceful patio and relaxing pool,

Extensive, superb breakfast choice, something for everyone.

They have a self-serve buffet of dessert items.

The breakfast is also the best we had during our stay (for the price paid), great selection of cold, hot and loads of sweet items.

Good Turkish  breakfast, also not expensive menu for dinner (20 euros for 2) and local wine.

The accommodation was first class, breakfast was a delight and the food in the evening was faultless. the location is perfect for a visit to Hierapolis, not far(10 mins. )

Hotel also provide shuttle bus to south gate of Hierapolis and can walk to city gate and back to downtown.

They also have a shuttle bus to take you to the terraces if needed,

This hotel provided free shuttle bus to Pamukkale north gate (upper gate) and south gate every 30 miuntes.

Our manager even booked our bus tickets on our request to Cappadocia which was our next destination.

The hotel offer shuttle bus to Pamukkale entrance for free.

Arriving in Pamukkale after an unbearably overheated overnight bus ride, it was a pleasure to arrive at Venus Suite Hotel.

Staff arranged us private airport transfers in advance, competitive prices compared to shuttle bus companies.

Thankfully many shuttle busses are ready to take us to Pamukkale.

They even drove us to book our bus tickets and during the departure.

However, they provide shuttle to the top of the Travertines anytime you would like to go.

P.S; for those who are taking early morning flights in the airport, shuttle services can be arranged with Pamukkale bus company and pick up from hotel is 5.15am for the 7.45am flight :) nice and comfortable bus

The receptions guy very helpful to book us the ticket to cappadocia and also hotel provide pickup bus to pammukale.

We checked in our room and had to leave for the 9:30 am tour for Hieropolis and The traventines which we booked from the pammakulle bus tour wher we landed.

We stopped over this hotel for shower in the morning and breakfast upon getting off a bus from Goremi to Denizli for our Pamukkale tour.

and free use of shuttle bus to top gate for access to Hierapolis and the travertines.

The hotel provides also free transportation to the nearby travertines or to nearby bus and dolmus stops.

Since we were leaving early morning the following day, and our stay included breakfast, they offered breakfast on our day of arrival instead, which was great coming from a 10-hour bus trip.

I was recommended by the hotel front desk to take metro bus to Cappadocia and I regretted it.

"Silver," from Metro Bus took us to this hotel which was run by a relative.

Our room was very spacious and luxurious, and the hotel offers a free shuttle service to and from the metro station.

Pool and dining area is also well maintained and clean.

Great service, and the rooms were comfortable and clean.

The rooms are very clean and give decent space between yourself and whoever you’re traveling with.

Checked in,all was looking perfect, the room was nice and clean.

Super close, nice service, comfy and clean rooms.

Anyway, the room was absolutely clean, the food was nice with big servings, staff are great.

Shower cubical door can’t shut so water leaked out.

The only down side is that the room is very poorly soundproofed and there were like over 20 flies in our room after we opened the door for a little while to get fresh air.

Further more, one of the room we booked has the toilet door can’t be close properly.

but keep in mind nearby roosters yell too loud and too often so you might wanna close your doors if you wanna sleep.

As soon as you enter someone is at the door to meet and check you in.

The owner was nice enough to offer us a warm room in winter, it was too hot for us and there was no way to change the temperature (unless we open the sliding door).

My husband was also disturbed by the open elevator doors.

but the beds are noisy, the noise insulation is poor, we tried to turn on the fan due to noise from next door room but none of the remote controls were working.

The only fault is that the lift door is operated manually which means it is often slammed shut which is loud if you are in a room nearby (as we were).

There is a free shuttle up to the entrance to the travertines and heiropolis every hour to save you the 30+ min walk up the hill.

The hotel also provides a free shuttle dropping us at the gates for the travertines.

The town itself is very small, hotel offers a free shuttle to the entrance of the main attraction in Pamukkale.

Perfectly located for touring Pamukkale, literally walking distance and offers a free shuttle to the starting point of your tour.

They have free shuttle every 30 mins to Pammukale.

The staff were friendly and helpful,a free shuttle is available to take you to the travertines (from 8.30am onwards), the breakfast selection was amazing, the a la karte menu was delicious, the pool and surrounding area was clean and well kept and the room was clean and well equipped.

Venus Suite Hotel is a good place to stay in Pamukkale - well situated and offering free shuttle to the travertine entrance, We had a family suite which was spacious and comfortable with a very good shower.

The pool was a decent size, there is free breakfast with an average selection and they offer a free shuttle to the one of the entrances to Pammukale which is nice!

An 11 am free shuttle was waiting to drop us at the upper entrance to the travertines.
