I'm a Diamond level as a business owner and was told I couldn't get 800 points to charge their average breakfast on my Hilton Amex.

From the start they tried to collect and run credit card at 11am.

Finally, it would be nice  to have USB charging ports available bedside.

There is a charge of $18 for self parking or $25 valet parking.

I had to ask about the food credit, and then she mentioned it.

Pool gate was always open, and other doors also didn't require key cards.

To the hotel’s credit, I believe that the service issues are likely due to COVID related staffing issues and that if they had more people, they could provide room service for dinner and for preordered breakfast.

but rather a $12 "credit" towards breakfast.

FYI, the diamond perk of breakfast is now $12 a day per person credit that can be used on food or drinks.

The fee is not included in your original charge.

I can see why Hilton charge $18 for the parking as the hotel is so close to the main strip at Palm Springs.

but why even charged if you guys can’t keep up with the regulations I don’t think it’s fair.

Breakfast for Diamond members is the American breakfast off the menu, or a $12 credit for whatever you'd like to order ala carte.

Parking a car will be charged $18 per day.

We’re “gold” members through our credit card and were supposed to get bottles of water, those weren’t included.

They also charged my card for the first night instantly.

After all that, the key cards didn't even work.

The employees were very friendly and personable.

Pool Bar attendants are friendly and helpful.

The checkin clerk was friendly & helpful.. Our room was on the ground floor-yeah!

but the dining staff and outdoor bar staff were friendly and helpful.

Staff was friendly and helpful which I always attribute to good management.

They offer a free shuttle to the airport and Kevin the driver was friendly and accommodating.

You will love the staff they work very hard to be friendly and accommodating.

When making a reservation by phone, I asked about a resort fee and was assured that this would not be included.

We avoided the parking fee by parking on street nearby.

I didn't care for the $18/day self parking fee.

I am very disappointed in the poor service for what we pay for as diamond members.

I’m sure there must be better hotels in Palm Springs at this price.

Over priced hotel with reception staff who do not understand how their own rates work and refused to acknowledge their mistakes, even when provided with evidence.

High price for room poor service even as a Hilton honest member.

This, in and of itself is a joke because the breakfast costs more than $12 at just about any property.

The hotel is far from acceptable, especially for the cost; staff is completely unprofessional and this was a big mistake and caused me to avoid Palm Springs altogether-will never ever give my business to this hotel.

Also there is no cleaning fee unless you trash the room.

Also, if you go down to the pool and want to reserve a cabana, you have to pay $75 for it.

Beware of a $20/night cleaning fee even when you tell them not to clean it.

There is a parking fee, I don't think I had to pay a resort fee.

Should not charge for parking since it’s free on the street and at the casino next door.

The checkin service was unwelcoming and unfriendly….there was a thumping noise on and off throughout the night…$18 per night to self park…$20 per night to borrow a microwave…non working electrical sockets…two towels for four people…definitely not what I expected when I paid $300 for the night at this 4star hotel…

Due to the number of people wanting to travel and all of the hotels being full, it was relatively expensive.

Our room was upgraded (since I'm a Hilton Diamond member) to a bigger room with a pool view and $30 food credit.

Included room service airport transportation many amenities of a much more expensive hotel.

Hotel is at convenient location with lots restaurants and bars.

The food is lovely - especially around the pool.

Conveniently located hotel for downtown Palm Springs restaurants and bars.

Pool is great and burgers in restaurant in the evening Were delicious.

But don't overlook the Hotel's in-house HeyDay Burger -- voted the Best Burger in the Desert again this year -- just another of the  reasons why locals and visitors alike flock to the Hilton Palm Springs Resort.

Right in the middle of all major entertainment like bars, restaurants, shops, etc.

Room service and on site dining wasn’t available after 2pm.

We also liked the big deck facing the pool area which was great for our dog to lounge on.

The hotel is in walking distance to the main shopping street in Palm Springs with restaurants and a casino nearby.

Really enjoyed a wonderful breakfast daily in their restaurant on the terrace by the pool.

Location wise, it is directly adjacent to the Agua Caliente Casino, Sherman's Deli (incredible sandwiches) and a whole ton of restaurants, bars, nightlife and clubs.

We enjoyed every meal we had at the poolside bar.

The Hilton has a premier location walking distance to the most enjoyable attractions and restaurants in Palm Springs.

The Palm Springs Hilton is conveniently located and within walking distance of all downtown shops and restaurants.

Bar and restaurants close early which was a bummer

You are only a couple blocks from downtown with all restaurants and shopping.

Great location near shops and restaurants.

Everything from the checking in process to the cleanliness of the room was great!

The room set up was perfect and has a direct view of Palm Springs Mountain from the balcony.

This is a comfortable hotel, with an overall clean room and relatively quiet for sleeping.

Nice pool to hang out and room was renovated with a big tv and tiled walk in  shower.

Comfortable room with good airco, good beds, big TV, fridge, safe and decent bathroom.

On the plus side, the rooms appear to have been renovated recently.

The rooms were large and very clean ( we had a poolside room).

Could actually see our car from the room..

Besides the lobby area which was nice the rooms are an absolute disappointment.

The room was very comfortable, blackout curtains, comfy bed, clean, quiet, coffee maker, mini fridge, safe box, patio with nice Mountain Views.

We liked all the room space and counter tops for putting all our stuff.

Told us they would text us if our room was ready earlier.

Really upset the hotel could just give away the room we picked to others.

Really, there is a good chance you won't be spending too much time in the room if you're staying at a hotel in this area.

The room was with 2 queen size beds, very big and specious.

The same reasoning was given by her co-worker to another guest next to me who also had pre-selected rooms on the app.

Cleaning staff is sloppy too; came into my room

Speaking of housekeeping, I’m calling foul on Hilton’s new policy of having to call to have the room refreshed except for the third or fourth day.

however even though there are signs up forbidding smoking or personal music most days around the pool there were groups with their own boom boxes playing loud rap music and smoking or vaping.

The rooms were small, in need of updating and had a heavy deodorizer smell.

Bathroom continually smelled of human waste without use, coming from the vent or drain.

Debris, especially that containing blood should not be overlooked during cleaning as it could be a health hazard.

Lights, including the desk lamp, were burned out.

We spent over an hour cleaning our room with Clorox wipes before we could get unpacked.

They will make you wait to check in, keep in mind the weather and they still don’t care and people smoking in the pool without anyone from the staff saying anything 
Pool was dirty and overcrowded.

It has that old motel smell, not worth the money, the only nice thing is the location.

The room was dark and also didn’t smell so nice, kind of like mildew .

Walking up to the elevators meant walking through a smelly area.

The place is heavily perfume to get rid of the stench in the carpets.

Casino across street is realllly smokey. Yuck!

The rooms and the hallways wreaked of a musty cigarette smell and the keycards don't work properly.

What started as a vacation became a refuge from the smoke and ash in our area.

I had quite possibly the most disgusting meal of my life.

We we're greeted with smiles by Front Desk Staff as soon as we entered the Lobby.

Staff was always willing to help and they showed appreciation as a Hilton Honors member.

Seems they liked the Pandemic shutdown and not having to keep housekeeping  staff on board. C’mon.

The staff were wonderful, especially Bill from round the pool and Renato at the pool bar.

Everyone who works there is so friendly and helpful  they really make this hotel special!

The front desk was very helpful and accommodating.

Around 3:30 saw massive line at reception where they were checking in folks (early).

There were only two staff members at the front desk.

Christen at the front desk has great customer service skills.

They greeted me by name each morning with a smile.

Reception by Emma was quick courteous and effective.

I, then called the General Manager and she was just like the front desk staff - very dismissive and non-caring!

I overheard the front desk person next to the person who was helping me tell their guest that their standard king room was not ready-

Noisy currently (spring 2022) as hotel being constructed next door..

It's pretty quiet considering it's proximity to everything, other than construction going on next door on one side (progress) & the whine of a "Cooler" on the roof of a building on the other side of the hotel.

Noise everywhere: constant loud air conditioners throughout the complex, noisy garbage disposal nearby our room, construction next door.

If you want to sleep late, forget it as the construction next door starts promptly at 7 AM.

This hotel has a major construction site next door.

but you had to open both doors to open the refrigerator.

We got very little sleep due to the absurdly loud music/thumping from the bar next door (it was at its worst from 1 to 2am).

This hotel needs to invest in soundproofing the walls, doors and windows at a minimum.

Stay here if you're looking for convenience..   Avoid connecting rooms since you can hear the people next door.

He stood there with the door open for about 30 seconds.

Wooden floor was a little warped and bathroom door had some water damage.

It started with the person pulling on the door and then violently rattling it back and forth.

It's more a motel style, with doors to exterior hallway instead of interior hallway.

Instead, I was given a room on a corner (two sides for noise) and was kept awake most of the night by raucous guests in the outdoor social area which was RIGHT OUTSIDE my room door.

We did have a connecting door (closed and locked) which may have contributed to the problem,

If you're in a room with an adjoining door to another room, you can hear noise in the other room perfectly.

As some of the others have said, with outside doors, guests coming and going, it can be a little noisy.

Everything was going fine until another guest tried to enter our room and had it not been for the latch on the door.

It seems like the hotel is built so that half the rooms have doors and windows that face this area.

The bathroom is a little tight, and incredibly warm, so shower with the door open.

The barman was extremely friendly and informative about the local area.

Beautiful, well maintained hotel with friendly, helpful staff, one block from downtown strip of restaurants and shops.

The Las Brisas has always been our go-to in Palm Springs for the location, amenities ,cleanliness, protocols and friendly staff.

My husband and I had an absolutely wonderful stay - wonderful grounds and room, delicious and generous hot breakfast, very helpful and friendly staff, located in a lovely area, felt safe - and we will make return reservations on our way back to CA from AZ.

The place was clean, easy to get around without getting lost and all of the staff were so friendly.

The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was good, and the pool and hot tub were crystal clear and clean and heated just right.

All the staff were professional and friendly.

Bad Side: Two rooms booked for two couples 23rd Sept 22 .

I had a poolside room, super nice, not noisy at ll, the bed was once of the most comfortable I have ever been in, the location was very convenient , the grounds were beautiful .

Location, rooms, breakfast etc are still good -

Location is perfect for restaurants and Villagefest.

Visited Palm Springs for the first time, the hotel was in a perfect location and was able to walk around town for dinner and also to see some great shops.

The famous Las Brisas hotel, a Palm Springs staple for decades, still provides lovely and comfortable accommodations, in a location that’s unbeatable.

The hotel's location was one of the main reasons we chose it.

Great location, you can walk to most of the shops and restaurants.

There are so many things within walking distance, the location is very convenient.

You can’t beat the location, it’s a 5 min walk to Palm Canyon Drive where the restaurant are and shops.

Perfect location for walking around town and to most restaurants.

We planned a family trip and we’re looking for a central location as a home base to explore the area.

If it was all about "location" it would be tops,

Well maintained, clean, and in a great, walkable location - close to restaurants, bars, shopping.

They started getting drunk around noon and made such a big noise until the evening, that most of the other guests avoided the pool.

Only had one problem this last trip AC was very loud.

Children loudly running back and forth in the room above us.

but the jets didn't do much for massaging.

Despite specifically requesting a quiet room, the drilling/hammering was quite loud in the room at 7 am and all day.

We are not that noise sensitive and the noise from the building in the morning was not bad.

We had a noisy room due to a nearby night club, which then hotel cannot control,

Room was dated and noisy air conditioner.

Sat outside the room just to relax and also just to listen, I like to see if you can hear noise and it was crazy quiet to be honest.

It was a high traffic area and there is little noise insulation.

Bar is a little pricey and we had an adjoining room with some noisy neighbors.

(Make sure to avoid staying in the B building rooms facing the nightclub noise on the north side of the hotel. There is late night noise on that side and it would not be a restful evening.)

I had seen noise mentioned once or twice in reviews so had explicitly asked on three separate occasions for a quiet room,

Request a room not facing the bars; we did experience noise and were immediately moved to a quieter room upon request.

with good prices, super tasting snacks, Margaritas.

The patio area tables and lights are a great place to have dinner.

I appreciated they had a lobby bar and gazebo bar (for those of us who enjoy a cocktail or two)!

It is one block away from the main downtown and walkable to great restaurants; easy drive to Joshua Tree and other attractions.

It is within walking distance to so many restaurants and shops, and only 4 miles to the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway.

Positives: It's close to the main strip of PS, as well as the Gay area for shopping, restaurants & bars.

We ate breakfast outside everyday and loved it.

It was like sleeping on a cloud and the staff was so pleasant.

Overall, the employees are genuinely nice and happy.

The staff was very nice and accommodating.
