Our room was clean and beautiful and we enjoyed everything Les cactus had to offer.

The good: The room was clean and spacious, the bed and linens comfortable, the A/C kept the room very comfortable, and the kitchen and refrigerator were nice to have.

The rooms were clean, ours had a small kitchenette and even a small back patio.

Everything from their little details, to how clean and neat the rooms are, to the cute little Cactus decor.

Only complaint ( and there really isn’t one) is that the windows don’t open in the room.

There was no signage in his room that said do not open windows.

The room a/c was a little noisy and the windows don't open.

Minuscule closet space, no baggage tables, clothing bureau was a kiddie toy box, no bathroom shelving for toiletries or towels, shower curtain malfunctioning, tub drain left you standing in dirty water, room furniture old and dirty, no coffee available in the room, had to wait until 8am for coffee service, ridiculous.

My only note is that it would have been nice to have curtains in the room, as the blinds are not enough to darken the space at night with the landscape lights from the courtyard.

I wish they had blinds or curtains that blocked the light out better.

Also, the rooms had no window ventilation.

Next morning of our stay, we asked the front desk regarding room cleaning, she gave us a hanging card to put outside the room door.

I now need to go through my credit card company to reverse these charges.

Everything great only 1 thing I didn't like they don't have smart tv should have smart so guest enjoy Netflix, YouTube only streaming.

Unfortunately this particular property is not, at least most, has any clue on how to treat their well paying clients.

It should have been included when the hotel was being built so that it would not disturb guests.

It just felt like they couldn't do anything for the multiple hotel guests.

The hotel took my card info over the phone then insisted I fill out a paper Authorization to use my card when my guests checked in.

Great location to move about the area, very clean room,  great breakfast,  good internet access, incredibly nice front desk folks.

The size and cleanliness of room was great for my 2 friends.

This is my second time staying here, the staff is friendly and efficient, the rooms are clean and spacious, it’s centrally located, has the right baseline amenities for a hotel in the desert.

Bathroom: missing wash cloths, uncleaned window, shower curtain that both ends drifted to the center, cheap toilet paper, light switch cover that was painted over. Ugh.

Hardwood floors - eh - bed - eh - bathroom - needed work.

They charge for wifi, no face tissues, the water vending machine did not work.

I would say it is the old part of the property because the moment i opened the door, i smelled something funky like sewer and it was coming from the bathroom.

There is no bathtub and no toiletries other than a bar of soap.

However, there was no hair dryer in the room and none available at the office (maybe thats not a typical amenity in motel 6).

Also, I echo what other travelers have said about the showers having VERY low water pressure.

-Water pressure in the shower was about the worst I have ever experienced.

The bathroom had a roll-in shower which is basically half the bathroom is the shower.

We only stopped to sleep, and didn't even test the shower.

But was I disappointed based on the fact I was just there for a few hours of rest & shower and was being cheap? No.

There was nothing in the rooms, not even mini shampoo bottles, plastic cups, or any of the things I imagine are standards in even the cheapest of inner city, hourly rate motels.

Overall noisy: traffic noise (right off the I-10), thin walls.

Until the guests from across the room decided to have a shouting match in front of my room.

but it wasn't noticeable and there was no freeway or truck noise either.

but the air conditioning unit did make quite a bit of noise (but al least it worked).

I called the front desk to ask why on earth would they initiate such a noisy routine procedure at 5:00 in the morning, and they had no explanation nor apology.

but the fierce wind made an annoying noise as it found its way through the window.

The winds kick up every evening, and are quite noisy even in the rooms.

You can hear when others are using their showers so it can be noisey.

😃 The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The room is clean, the bed was reasonably comfortable, the room had a table and desk to work at and the ac was cold.

I opened the door to a nice clean room with plain colored bedding and curtains, even hardwood floors (laminate)!

However, the room was clean, and for a wheelchair, it was perfect with hard surface floors and a roll in shower.

Otherwise, the grounds and room were clean, the pool is above average for a Motel 6, and there is plenty of parking.

-Room itself was OK..clean, fairly spacious, and a modern TV.

We requested a smoking room so I guess some of this is to be expected.

The hallways were disgusting, like they hadn't been cleaned since they remodeled.

It wasn't very clean, it smelled dusky and a room with 2 beds was so tiny you could hardly negotiate the space with 2 people.

That means "non-smoking" room is full of all the secondhand smoke from other smoking rooms.

and the not so tiny crack between the two was filthy (I doubt it has every been cleaned).

I never checked out because it was so clean and it didn't smell like smoke at ALL.

I asked to speaker to a manager and he refused to connect me and slammed the phone down on me.

Internet is an additional charge and only good for one device at a time. Seriously.

You should know that Motel 6 charges $5 for internet and only allows ONE device to be connected at a time.

We have a phone and are told we can make local calls yet i get a busy signal with every one.Was told I cannot call cell phones or businesses.. that seemed very odd.

You buy a card and type the code into the website.

The hotel had a pool, vending machines, free HBO, NO free wifi ($3 or 4 a day).
