There was a great selection for breakfast served in a lovely room and courtyard area.

The breakfast was delicious and filling, with many choices.

The full breakfast in the morning was an added bonus.

They have excellent service, the hotel and the rooms are very clean, the hot breakfast is delicious, they make the best piña coladas at the pool bar, and the price is very reasonable!

We were extremely pleased with our stay and the breakfast was a great treat.

We love the pool and the beds were so comfortable, the breakfast was very good too.

Delicious morning breakfast available and included at the hotel.

Do not skip the continental breakfast, they have to many options and very delicious.

There is free parking a free buffet breakfast.

the C building is the furthest from the lobby and pool and breakfast area.

The location of my room was quiet (though on one of my nights I did hear the loud pipes).I was impressed, breakfast consisted of eggs, sausage, potatoes, cereal, coffee, waffles, fruit, bagels/toast/english muffins etc.

I especially loved the full breakfast and choices.

One can walk EVERYWHERE, free parking, wonderful, clean, comfy rooms, two bars, great hot breakfast, incredible staff!

It was an oasis away from the bustle of the town; our kids enjoyed the morning breakfast - a great way to start each day and using the pool to cool off after our daily excursions.

Noisy currently (spring 2022) as hotel being constructed next door..

It's pretty quiet considering it's proximity to everything, other than construction going on next door on one side (progress) & the whine of a "Cooler" on the roof of a building on the other side of the hotel.

Noise everywhere: constant loud air conditioners throughout the complex, noisy garbage disposal nearby our room, construction next door.

If you want to sleep late, forget it as the construction next door starts promptly at 7 AM.

This hotel has a major construction site next door.

but you had to open both doors to open the refrigerator.

We got very little sleep due to the absurdly loud music/thumping from the bar next door (it was at its worst from 1 to 2am).

This hotel needs to invest in soundproofing the walls, doors and windows at a minimum.

Stay here if you're looking for convenience..   Avoid connecting rooms since you can hear the people next door.

He stood there with the door open for about 30 seconds.

Wooden floor was a little warped and bathroom door had some water damage.

It started with the person pulling on the door and then violently rattling it back and forth.

It's more a motel style, with doors to exterior hallway instead of interior hallway.

Instead, I was given a room on a corner (two sides for noise) and was kept awake most of the night by raucous guests in the outdoor social area which was RIGHT OUTSIDE my room door.

We did have a connecting door (closed and locked) which may have contributed to the problem,

If you're in a room with an adjoining door to another room, you can hear noise in the other room perfectly.

As some of the others have said, with outside doors, guests coming and going, it can be a little noisy.

Everything was going fine until another guest tried to enter our room and had it not been for the latch on the door.

It seems like the hotel is built so that half the rooms have doors and windows that face this area.

The bathroom is a little tight, and incredibly warm, so shower with the door open.

Positive side first: Great Rooms comfy and location really good to get around Palm Springs

I had a poolside room, super nice, not noisy at ll, the bed was once of the most comfortable I have ever been in, the location was very convenient , the grounds were beautiful .

Location is perfect for restaurants and Villagefest.

Visited Palm Springs for the first time, the hotel was in a perfect location and was able to walk around town for dinner and also to see some great shops.

The famous Las Brisas hotel, a Palm Springs staple for decades, still provides lovely and comfortable accommodations, in a location that’s unbeatable.

The hotel's location was one of the main reasons we chose it.

Great location, you can walk to most of the shops and restaurants.

There are so many things within walking distance, the location is very convenient.

Perfect location for walking around town and to most restaurants.

We planned a family trip and we’re looking for a central location as a home base to explore the area.

If it was all about "location" it would be tops,

Well maintained, clean, and in a great, walkable location - close to restaurants, bars, shopping.

They started getting drunk around noon and made such a big noise until the evening, that most of the other guests avoided the pool.

Only had one problem this last trip AC was very loud.

Children loudly running back and forth in the room above us.

but the jets didn't do much for massaging.

Despite specifically requesting a quiet room, the drilling/hammering was quite loud in the room at 7 am and all day.

We are not that noise sensitive and the noise from the building in the morning was not bad.

We had a noisy room due to a nearby night club, which then hotel cannot control,

Room was dated and noisy air conditioner.

Sat outside the room just to relax and also just to listen, I like to see if you can hear noise and it was crazy quiet to be honest.

It was a high traffic area and there is little noise insulation.

Bar is a little pricey and we had an adjoining room with some noisy neighbors.

(Make sure to avoid staying in the B building rooms facing the nightclub noise on the north side of the hotel. There is late night noise on that side and it would not be a restful evening.)

I had seen noise mentioned once or twice in reviews so had explicitly asked on three separate occasions for a quiet room,

Request a room not facing the bars; we did experience noise and were immediately moved to a quieter room upon request.

with good prices, super tasting snacks, Margaritas.

The patio area tables and lights are a great place to have dinner.

Beautiful, well maintained hotel with friendly, helpful staff, one block from downtown strip of restaurants and shops.

I appreciated they had a lobby bar and gazebo bar (for those of us who enjoy a cocktail or two)!

It is one block away from the main downtown and walkable to great restaurants; easy drive to Joshua Tree and other attractions.

It is within walking distance to so many restaurants and shops, and only 4 miles to the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway.

Positives: It's close to the main strip of PS, as well as the Gay area for shopping, restaurants & bars.

We had a wonderful stay at La Maison and loved the little touches like the thoughtful breakfast, personalized service, bikes to borrow, and plentiful lounge areas around the pool.

He showed us the complimentary bicycles, where and when the continental breakfast was set us for guests and walked us to our room.

Downtown is 5 minutes away by car and they provide bikes with locks if the weather is cool enough for that 10 minute scenic ride.

I also saw/talked to Drew Carey riding his bicycle one morning.

Activities we did during our stay: first few days, rode the bikes and relaxed by pool.

Service details are excellent and reliably consistent (this is our 2nd stay in 4 years): room well appointed, simple healthy continental breakfast hits the spot, offered a latte each morning with a smile, water & other drinks in an ice chest self serve, wine offered each evening, abundance of lounge chairs, towels, tables, local info, cruiser bikes.

Bikes were free to use(another place charged $55 for any portion of a day).

Was wonderfully surpised to have an espresso machine, ice cold beverages, satisfying breakfast, and bicycles to ride.

Downtown is a short Uber ride, or if it’s not too hot would be an easy bike ride.

appreciated the welcoming letter explaining room service times, and the amenities of the hotel which included:
continental breakfast, espresso beverages, fresh popcorn, beer and soda in an ice chest from 3-5, wine from 5-7pm and bikes.

It's walking distance to restaurants, stores and entertainments and we used the available bikes to check out the local area.

One walks in past bicycles for guest use, the popcorn machine (which usually has some popcorn there) and counter with barstools on your left, the espresso machine and refrigerator beyond that; on your right a courtyard with pool chairs, a fireplace (a hot tub is behind that), a decent-sized,

The hotel is located in a residential area which is great to discover by bike, which the hotel offers.

Bicycles are available for a fun ride to local restaurants or on self-guided tours.

Rode the bicycles every morning and relaxed in the hot tub after.

Golf clubs available to those that wish to play a round as well as bikes and there are several books for the area so you will find something to suit your tastes.

There are so many little extras here that make a guest feel appreciated and welcome, everything from a beautiful continental breakfast in the morning to bikes and golf clubs and anything else one might need available for borrowing.

We appreciated the beautiful grounds that provided us an outside "room", pool and hot tub, coffee and wine bar, outdoor fireplace, bikes, and outdoor grill area!

Clean, great views, comfy and inviting vibes, complimentary breakfast, popcorn,  cruiser bikes, Hershey kisses in the room, Robes, updated bathroom, 24hr heated pool and hot tub (85 degrees- it was great!).

The room was clean, well appointed and the included continental breakfast was terrific.

What sets this place apart from other boutique hotels is that it had a wonderful "Bed & Breakfast" feel.

The continental breakfast was a great start to each day there, not just for the fresh grapefruit and delicious coffee,

Free parking and continental breakfast was a plus.

The extra care given to have treats in the room refrigerator to fresh morning espresso drinks to even suggestions on how to increase the satisfaction in preparing a croissant for breakfast.

The breakfast was very nice with top quality fruits, pastries, coffees, lattes, juice, toast, bagels, yogurt, etc.

Blanca, who has been with the hotel for over a decade, hand-selected the breakfast items provided each morning, consisting of fresh avocados and baked goods from a local bakery.

The complimentary, continental breakfast was perfect.

Blanca prepared a terrific light breakfast every morning and was always there to fix a special cappuccino or espresso.

Breakfast in the morning was an added bonus.

The staff are friendly and professional hospitality experts who remember your name, give great restaurant recommendations and prepare a great continental breakfast every morning.

Alfredo makes you feel right at home and a lovely woman who takes care of the mornings is available for lattes and other hot drinks - where a continental breakfast is laid out.

They provide a complimentary coffee bar and a small outdoor kitchen to make avocado toast, bagels or muffins during the covid restrictions.

Blanca also makes lattes & cappuccinos during the breakfast hours.

We had to postpone our visit by a day due to a dental emergency and Alfredo was amazingly kind and flexible.

I have been known to check into even a 4-star hotel chain and after seeing my assigned room, requesting to be moved to another room due to it not being up to my standards.

We only ate it one morning due to other obligations,

Due to a mix up courtesy of booking.com we had to do 2 rooms in 2 nights

When he communicated that the rooms were available online, he was told that due to many "local events" that month, they were "expecting a surplus of reservations" to be made in the future that have not yet been booked and they would not make an exception for a return guest bringing referrals.

I was told while they were full, they had just heard of a last minute cancellation at La Maison due to a medical emergency.

No young children due to the open pool area so don't expect anyone under 14.

Our original reservation at Desert Riviera hit a snag with 9 rooms being uninhabitable due to faulty plumbing.

Cornelia and Richard were both as pleasant and considerate as hosts could possibly be from the first call until we finally did get to visit, having had a delay due to a medical emergency.

Most of the hotels were full due to the Festival in Cochella (Indio), which I was unware of.

I had to move from the Renaissance Hotel to La Maison, due to overbooking.

Behind a secret garden door is this lovely, relaxing gem of a hotel.

The linens are lovely, gardens sweet around the pool with hummingbirds drinking from the fountains.

It’s beautiful, super clean, has terrific beds, a great pool/chaise area, and gorgeous gardens that are lit at night.

Once we came through the garden door, we found ourselves in a lovely courtyard,pool area filled with beautiful  flowers.

though you walk in to the Secret Garden when you open the beautiful wooden door.

With a convenient location to all the valley has to offer, amazing owners and onsite staff, outstanding accommodations, lovely gardens, large sparkling pool, hot tub, fireplace and plenty of comfortable outdoor furniture, La Maison checks all our boxes as the ONLY place to hang our hats while visiting Palm Springs.

tucked behind a beautiful green, garden hedge and a wooden black door, was a refuge awaiting my discovery.

The deck areas, pools and gardens are really well kept with lots of lounging chairs, a fire pit and fireplace as well as water features.

Forget the free beer/wine and popcorn- it doesn’t really matter - what matters is the absolute pleasure it is to be a guest at the hotel because everything just works as a dream: The rooms are great, the staff is super attentive to all your needs and the surroundings just breathtaking - hummingbird’s flying around the garden and drinking from the fountain- just magical.

The decor of the hotel could not have been more perfect as it truly felt like we were living in a secret garden.

La Maison is immaculate, luxurious, tranquil and the pool and gardens with fireplaces, candles and twinkle lights are magical at night.

And so it began… we entered an amazing 'secret garden’ beyond that very private door.

A botanical garden of perfumey jasmine greets you as do the kind owners Richard and Cornelia.

In fact, the very warm, inviting welcome that all guests receive when entering the tranquil garden setting behind the charming wooden gate is the perfect start to a perfect holiday stay in beautiful Palm Springs.

The garden reminded me of the south of France, with plantings of roses and lavender.

This Boutique Hotel felt like my own private retreat!

This is the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring in Palm Springs and its surrounding areas.

The property is well kept, with flowers, greenery, a wonderful pool and hot tub, all of which wreak of peace and relaxation.

A gorgeous, tranquil space with a pool that will make all your worries melt away.

Since leaving, we have not stopped speaking about how relaxing and peaceful our stay was at La Maison Hotel.

My husband and I recently stayed at La Maison Hoel, Palm Springs and had a wonderful, relaxing time.

The pool and courtyard a beautifully landscaped and peaceful.

We were one room of only 3 others booked for our stay, it was very peaceful.

My husband and I were looking for a quiet, peaceful place to relax in the sun.

It felt restful and personal and I would stay here again.

I was grateful to get a night away where it was so private and peaceful and easy to social distance.

Really had a splendid, restful, time with my daugher.

The pool area was a peaceful place to read a book or get a little work done.

La Maison, Wow, friendly and personalized service, clean and quiet relaxing, great value for the price.

Such a wonderful place, the perfect quiet relaxing couples retreat.

Lots of street noise, so relaxing at the pool, wasn't super relaxing.

Only ten rooms & no young children, which is a plus for my wife & I. Cornelia bakes melt-in-your mouth lemon & lavender scones & there's always coffee or cold drinks available.

But be warned is not a young person's Mecca.

Because the hotel is small, it's pretty easy to connect with other guests, and we met several, some from the states as well as Canada and a young couple on their honeymoon were from Ireland.

Regrettably, young (non teenage) children are not allowed, for safety reasons, as California law bans young children from staying near unfenced pools.

Take the deal with breakfast included,as it was delicious.

Pool is great and burgers in restaurant in the evening Were delicious.

I even got a couple of rolls of the luxury (tongue in cheek) toilet paper.

We also had a very good breakfast there one morning).

Our room was a spacious junior suite and the front desk gave us two bottles of water and some granola bars for being a Diamond member.

We had breakfast poolside and the food and service was excellent.

Back to the Hilton for the next leisurely - and truly excellent - breakfast.

We dumped our breakfast credit and went out to a nearby Koffi every morning.

The Terrace restaurant was fine for breakfast.
