The room was disappointing, even before the air conditioner stopped working.

Just before we left to the rehearsal dinner a maintenance man came to fix the AC,

The air conditioning in the room did not work well.

The only complaint we had was the air conditioner was quite loud and woke us up when it kicked on.

Air conditioner loud and kicks on and off all night.

Heater sound for that small room is very much disturbing and not able to get sleep and need to be warm in cold winter night.

however we have had some problems with the executive board room HVAC unit not working the last two times.

The   heater in my room was very noisy and I couldn't use my gift cards when booking room on line.

The bathroom was small and didn't have a vent so it made the room quite hot and stuffy also.

Secondly, the room had a strange odor that forced us to turn off the a/c and open the patio door.

There was only one switch over the sink area which also turned on the light and fan in the toilet/shower area, which was very annoying.

Room had an "old hotel" smell like fried food and mustiness, turning up the ac helped some.

Completely outdated hotel and scattered AC makes it undesirable to ever come in the summer.

The air conditioning unit was VERY outdated and loud; it also kicked on and off every few minutes keeping us up at night.

My room a/c unit not working properly, room had a burnt smell to it, and bedding was not comfortable.

I was there a total of 3 hours I believe and most of the time in the room I was freezing trying to figure out the heat and yes I used your out dated phone that only lead me to recordings as I was freezing in your room.

The resort itself is old and outdated - beds are hard and noisy and the A/C unit sounds like a jet turbine engine.

Very very disappointed to the response to my concerns for having a very noisy heater in my room on the third floor.

Carpet was peeling at the seams, couch was torn, dust buildup behind the headboard and end tables.

Could it use new carpet, furniture, wallpaper, and drapery?

The carpet is old and should be replaced with vinyl.

Old dated rooms including carpet, bed spread, and bathroom.

Worn looking carpet, peeling wallpaper, scuffed furniture and not nearly enough outlets to charge portable electronics makes this resort appear shabby and outdated.

Many things are a bit worn generally and need updating, from the hall carpet, to the screens (with holes) on the patio doors.

The hotel is somewhat rundown and needs some simple cosmetic repairs - like paint and carpet.

The outdated dark green wall paper with the dark cabinets and dark carpet mad it feel like a sad apartment.

The carpet has a sizable red stain in front to the sofa.

It was built in the late 1980s and some aspects could use an update, such as curtains, bed spreads, carpets, etc.

The carpet, curtains and the windows were dirty and old.

Carpet in the halls going to the rooms looks like someone spilled paint, then decided to put the paint everywhere to cover up the mistake.

The rooms are spacious, well appointed, and clean.

The resort is clean and I feel very safe.

The hospitality suite was huge and accommodated the bridal party for hair & makeup and after parties.

Everything was very convenient and the hotel itself was nice and clean.

Excellent value, wonderful atmosphere, great food and friendly staff very impressed with the cleanliness of the entire facility.

This place has maintained its beauty, customer service,  cleanliness,  & available services.

The cleanness and security was very good along with the location.

The room was very clean and tastefully decorated.

I recommend you clean the outside  of the hotel windows and check to make  sure that  out side balconies are clean before the next guest arrive.

This is a great place if you are looking for some place to have a wedding, the food and drinks are good, the venue space is great, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the golf course is nice.

The room was spacious and comfortable, all of the staff were friendly and helpful, the pet friendly policy was so helpful and our children love spending time with their friends exploring the grounds.

Along our drive up to the facility and upon entering the lobby, we already were regretting that we could not spend more time at this beautiful hotel, and after such a friendly greeting at the front desk, we were convinced we should have planned a longer stay.

I ran into her three separate times during the conference and each time she was absolutely friendly, smiling and personable.

We had a king suite overlooking the golf course and it was beautiful!

I also like the setting on the golf course makes the place seem relaxing.

It had 2 large weddings, a sorority reunion, a high school reunion, a womens retreat and a golf event.

There was a restaurant (very good), along with two pools, a spa, pickle ball and tennis courts, fitness room, driving range, and golf course on site.

Property has 2 golf courses, putting greens and driving range.

They offer great spa services and 2 - 18 hole golf course.

Most mornings, I escaped to the balcony overlooking the golf course for breakfast.

Our lacrosse team has stayed at Turf Valley for 3 straight years, booking over 30 rooms each year and utilize the restaurant, golf course, pool shack, etc.

When you purchase your golf package you are going to get your money worth.

Our fourth floor, immaculately clean, golf view room featured two queen-sized beds, complimentary Wi-Fi, a Keurig coffee maker with complimentary coffee and tea, flat-screen tv, and a balcony with a lovely view of one of the resort's two 18-hole golf courses.

Although I did not golf this time, they have very well-manicured courses on this very nice setting near historic downtown Ellicott City.

Although I don't play golf, I enjoy the landscaping of a well kept course.

It is located on a golf course and it is beautiful.

The restaurant has delicious food and awesome seating.

Overall good, food was room temp for the party.

We had dinner in the Alexandra restaurant and they were able to accommodate all of us.

Waitress at restaurant had an attitude because the food was subpar and she didn’t like our answers.

We enjoyed the Brunch breakfast, with omlettes made from a chef from Scotland.

We enjoyed meeting friends onsite and having dinner

but would have liked to try the restaurant in person next time.

We ate breakfast and the buffet on Sunday was very good and reasonably priced.

My wife and I had our Sons rehearsal dinner in the Maria’s private room and had a great time with this part of the staff.

The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable.

but those types of rooms were unavailable during this day so we took the king suite.

The new upgraded room was so spacious, food was great and spa treatments were amazing.

The room service was excellent and staff cleaned the room on a daily basis.

I went rogue this time and decided to have a female rather than male masseuse.

Hands down Turf Valley is my number one spa.

Booked an overnight romantic stay with a spa package and it was perfect.

From getting facials and massages to eating at the restaurant, everything was perfect!

The package seemed to be a good value & staff was accommodating with add-on spa services.

Overall very good; excellent location; excellent spa service; reasonably priced;

but I was not there to play golf and the spa looked nice, but didn’t have time to use that facility.

We both got facials that were wonderful and the spa was very relaxing

I wish we would have had more time to partake in other amenities, like the pool, the gym, or the spa.

The staff before and after the wedding assisted us with cart to location and return afterward since my wife had to use a walker and it would have been too far for her to walk.

ALL staff members I encountered showed a heightened level of customer service and efficiency.

Many people said it was the best steak they have ever had at a reception and the food was served hot even after 3 long speeches.

Our family and friends all commented on how wonderful your Resort was for the location of the wedding.

It's an awesome place to hold a wedding and reception so no driving is necessary.

Most of our guests also had issues with the staff and the facilities, I would strongly recommend looking somewhere else for your wedding.

We felt truly welcomed by the Front Desk staff, we were happy to be relatively close to The Lyric, and enjoyed both the spaciousness of our room and the great night’s sleep the king bed/pillows gave us.

We’d requested a quiet, king room with Sleep Number bed and slept quite soundly.

Our room was spacious and afforded us a king size Sleep Number bed.

They also have the Sleep Number bed which if fabulous.

The rooms have sleep number beds in them, which are comfortable.

The room also had a Sleep Number bed which was fun to try.

It worked well for our needs which was for a bed to sleep in at the end of long days.

We enjoyed a spotlessly clean room to stay in overnight at this Radisson, in a secluded area of a small retail location not far from Pimlico or downtown Baltimore.

My only knock against them is the elevators really need some love and updating.

The room we were initially assigned was right next to the elevator and when we asked to be moved to a quieter room, they took care of it right away

But like another review says elevators Are labeled so you don't know where you are going.

The only negative I have is that the elevators were a bit on the slow side.

buttons on the elevators have taken a beating.

The elevator was old, small and a little slow.

We had asked for a quiet room and they put us right next to the elevator.

In sum:  good value for a good night sleep in a great location.

The price was reasonable and the location was pretty convenient for what I was in town for.

It’s quite secluded and in a quiet location.

It’s location is fantastic, within minutes of anything in Baltimore City.

This is a beautiful hotel located in a scenic part of the city with a small

but the location was odder than expected once I had boots on the ground, sort of tucked away in the back of an area with some apartment complexes and a few shops, between the interstate and a neighborhood of single family homes.

Location to hospital  was the one of few positives.

It is located at the back of a shopping complex so we had some trouble finding it.

This hotel is located in  a safe and beautiful location.

A great hotel w wonderful food service and excellent price.

The hotel restaurant staff was very warm and friendly and offered great suggestions.

but we were fine with it since we were out and about most days and came home after dinner.

We also experienced “dunno attitude from desk staff such as to my question “can we assume restaurant I’ll serve breakfast with same menu and prices as posted in room?”

Restaurant staff was lost also in the AM .

The restaurant at the hotel is really good—great food, nice people, good wine choices.

Beautiful room, friendly staff and good food.
