The pools are great, especially the adult pool

The resort hosts 6 restaurants, a coffee shop and 5 bars catering for every need, including a swim up bar in the adults pool.

They clearly work very hard to ensure a first class holiday experience for all guests 

We stayed in an adult area swim up room, which was everything we could have hoped for, we had the sun in the afternoon here, which was perfect for us because we could chill outside of our room after lunch, until dinner.

We stayed in the adults only part of the hotel and we mainly used the adults only outdoor heated pool as it had a very chilled out vibe.

It’s weird to see the adult pool fairly busy and the family pool very quiet with lots of empty beds !

We have just returned from a weeks holiday, we are a family of 6 adults.

Firstly the hotel is so lovely, perfect for adults and children!

My favourite aspect is that while it is a family friendly hotel,  it is also very nice to have areas that are adults only.

The adult pool had a swim up bar which was very popular and also a normal pool bar.

4x4 jeep safari- brilliant day out for adults and kids over 7 who don’t mind water-fights.

This is a great hotel for both adults and families.

It was a few doors down from Thea’s coffee shop and had easy access to both the adults and family pool.

We are in the adults section which is quiet, relaxing and a very nice place to enjoy the fantastic pool and surroundings.

Great holiday, would come again, 10 days probably more than enough. Good Things-

- Beach Towels (loads whenever you want, no silly deposits)
- Drinks (cans/bottles all available)
- Theas Coffee Shop (Amazing place for a cake/cookie/ice cream)
- Swimming Pools
- Spa (nice place)
- Tuesday market in Fethye (just don’t do the Tui trip- just get a taxi there and back)
- Adult only Cocktail bar (good view/poorly made cocktails)
- Cafe (Sports) Bar
- Gym (good- busy first thing- empty otherwise)
- Cabana (€75 charge- amazing experience- just do it!)

The hotel is spotless clean staff from maids to bar staff to even the old guy that cleaned the adult pool was friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them.

Pools-there's a family pool, activity pool, splash pool for younger children, adult only pool and a pool with a few slides.

Adult eating/chilling areas were amazing and made it all the more relaxing.

Chose to stay in adult zones at main restaurant/pool.

We had rooms 2231 and 2232 within the adult only block with full sea views and overlooked the adult pool.

The hotel staff are incredibly friendly and helpful.

A special mention to Ulas and Murvat who are so friendly and  go above and beyond to ensure you have an exceptional evening at this restaurant.

All the cleaning staff were friendly too and always said hello.

The staff are so friendly, from the receptionist to the cleaners.

The staff are just amazing, can not do enough for you, Mesut and Beklan  at the lime bar (one buy the splash pool and main family pool) were just fantastic all week, so helpful and friendly.

Very clean, friendly helpful staff throughout our stay, fabulous food options.

The service in both was impressive,  thanks to Murvet our waitress in the Tao Restaurant for her very friendly and efficient service.

There is always adequate personnel on the floor to help you and they are always very friendly.

Excellent service friendly staff clean rooms and public areas 

Food excellent the whole day.We attended s wedding and everything was well organised and we had a lot of fun 
Silent disco was a new experience and we all enjoyed it 
Entertainment in evenings was excellent 
Especially enjoyed the over 16 swimming pool

The hotel is immaculate and we found all the staff to be very friendly.

Staff hard working and very polite and friendly.

They couldn’t do enough for you and are always attentive and friendly.

We were not booked one night and just tried our luck and they let us come into the Italian and the waiters were all so friendly.

but the serving staff were exceptional and so friendly.

Brilliant hotel 2 holidays here & 2 holiday next door @ sister hotel ( adults only).. very modern,  spacious  & very comfortable with friendly staff.

but we had insurance however the excess was £100 so pointless…this was all discussed with tui staff on site who went out their way to check up on me the remainder of the holiday.

A final mention need to go to Ismet Alagoz who we first met in 2015 and is still working so hard to ensure all guests have an amazing holiday.

We’ve just returned from a much needed holiday here.

All the staff go out of there way to help and ensure you have the best holiday.

Just got back from an amazing 14 days of my life in the fact best holiday, from the food, staff, drinks just everything was first class.

This is a great vacation spot and we will obviously be back next year.

Looked at different hotels to try for our next holiday

7 night stay with wife (day 5 at minute) and we were here 5 years ago with our children in main school holidays.

The 3 members of the entertainment team are the best we have ever had the pleasure of watching and always went out of their way to talk to you and ensure your holiday was going ok.

Also the evening managers need a huge mention and looked after you in every way greeting you by your name and ensuring the waiting staff never let your glass be empty 

Will we return?

(Thanks for our Anniversary shout out and the Elvis song you sang for us, very special) I really hope they all come back next year, as they all made our holiday.

As a couple travelling without any children this really was the best part of our holiday at this hotel.

All in all a good family holiday, much needed after the pandemic,

The TUI Blue Sensatori Barut Fethiye was everything we remembered and everything we wanted for this very special holiday.

Just came back from a wonderful 2 wk holiday.

We have just returned from the most amazing family holiday.

The evening entertainment in the complex was pretty poor, there was only 1 or 2 nights that we felt were decent.

( especially after a bit of a poor return home with TUI

but for me the worst bit about the rooms , very poor wifi 
Tried 2 a la carte  (chinese and italain) second 1 better , but packed , the quantity and quality for food every where was very good .

but initial organisation by TUI was a bit poor.

Connection in the gym was poor most of the time and in my room which was located in Block A you’d never be certain whether you could get online or not.

However, we had our wedding here on the 1st July 2022 and I must say the TUI wedding coordinator is very poor!

but the sea is quite rough the staff are truly hard working in all areas the adult rooftop bar is great and a favourite for us for pre dinner drinks the only 2 things we felt had room for improvement is the WiFi is not consistent and poor in areas of the hotel and we felt the evening entertainment was lacking compared to past holidays in other hotels in turkey .

Would definitely go back again, thr only negative things I would say is the entertainment was very poor as hardly anything on and the food was very repetitive and lacked English foods .

but we were shocked at how poor the shows were, very cheaply done.

butlins red coat or a Pontins blue coat and again was poor.

Izzy on the piano is hidden behind her iPad and all the music played is very low key and she does not engage with the holiday makers , the resident entertainment team are also very poor and again seem false as if acting.

I would say that staff at the resort had a very poor understanding of Coeliacs and catering for gluten free.

The hotel's customer care is very poor and their response was to "pay more" to resolve the issue.

And the funniest thing they tried to hide the fact of theirs poor English by forcing us to switch to Russian.

Only thing letting this hotel down was the buffet restaurant, food was very very repetitive, often cold and poor choice for vegetarians, which is a big problem as the hotel is in the middle of nowhere,there is nowhere nearby you can eat unless you get a taxi into fethiye, which wasn’t something we felt comfortable doing due to the pandemic.

No contact from the reps unless we approached them, no communication from any other channels, very poor.

Kids choice was poor, my son is really fussy and struggled!

Yusum elvan at the entertainment bit is fantastic and one of the friendliest and funniest staff there.

The staff behind the scene from kitchen, gardeners, cleaners to front scene waiters, reception etc perform their work to the highest degree.

There is entertainment at the hotel and the visiting tribute acts are amazing.

Oh and we loved the entertainment especially the DJ and Sax player.

The evening entertainment had us singing and clapping along.

The hotel is amazing with excellent facilities and entertainment which has improved massively since our first visit during its opening year.

All staff from housekeeping to bartenders, entertainment and restaurants were very good.

You could not have a conversation without shouting and a bit more interaction would be nice, open Mike,  DG or even a bingo or quiz night.

The entertainment was also quite good (although cheesy at times).

For us what made this hotel stand out from the rest was the Entertainment team and the evening staff.

The entertainment staff were great and worked really hard to entertain us.

Staff fantastic,rooms fantastic,food fantastic,drinks fantastic,entertainment amazing.

This isn’t the hotel for night life, while the hotel bars are lovely and the cocktails are great, this hotel is light on entertainment and nightlife,

We often opted to go back to the piano bar where there were a couple of resident singers on through the evening pretty much every night.

but the hotel singer's did provided alternative entertainment.

There were 2 tribute acts which were very good

The cleaners smoking in the staff room, which then makes the whole floor smell of awful stale cigarette smoke.

The liberty next door had huge casts for their shows with smoke, lights loud music and I found myself most night just looking through the fence watching them.

After half an hour, he was drenched in his own sweat!

We used ultrasun extreme sensitive factor 50 and our baby didn't burn at all.

The hotel shop is a little expensive if you smoke ( i do not

Loud music no, more fish and hot veggie dishes please and definately reconsider your courtesy shower room, yuck!

The ITALIAN they managed so well as so busy every night, nothing again too difficult for them, feeding us so well actually too well now having to do couch to 5k to burn it off.

I ended up back in the hospital towards the back end of the holiday as my body apparently rejected the antibiotics that were given. Upon getting back to the hotel after the second hospital visit I was given a hotel dressing gown (from a surgical gown as my clothes were covered in vomit) to change back into (as the hospital wanted the gown back!)

Thankfully the chain smokers had gone by the time we moved rooms.

We found ourselves waiting for drinks at the evening entertainment for at least 20 minutes on several occasions And with 2 young kids that’s simply a no no as your not allowed to go to the bar yourselves, the fan in the bathroom wasn’t working, meaning we had a damp smell in our room and the water didn’t drain from the bath whilst showering.

Avoid the shops on site as there are stupidly expensive, bags, jewellery and cigarettes will cost you the Earth in here.

And why do they still have those cheap and nasty wall-mounted hairdryers??

but has been somewhat replaced by some serious sewage smell.

Smoking is not permitted in enclosed areas, thankfully.

however our shower drain frequently smelt eggy which in turn made the room smell funny.

however, there are two things I was disappointed with - 
The Spa, located under the hotel, that can only be described as a basement, dark and doesn’t smell at all like a spa, I had a Swedish massage which was fabulous in it self, however the room smelt of sewage and whilst laying face down I could only think of what was running under the tiles.

but need more work on the taste.small issue i am a narjile smoker and i had to go every day to fethiye to have one and took 20 minutes, why the dont serve narjile in one of the restaurant in the resort.

People smoking in the kids areas and playing their music on portable speakers (are they aware of the concept of headphones?) Maybe I’ve got a bee in my bonnet

but the smell continued throughout our stay.

We have stayed at the sensatori in Crete and the food/ staff were much better & attentive than Fethiye.

A BIG SHOUT OUT OF APPRECIATION to Rambo and Solomon for their service at the cabana's.

Staff amazing, couldn't do enough for us.

Nothing is too much trouble for the staff.

The service was exceptional, with a special shout out for Ergun, who really looked after us both in the mixed restaurant.

The staff talk highly of the hotel operator Barut, they really appear happy and well looked after.

Our Wedding  co ordinator Janet was absolutely amazing, so helpful and went above and beyond to make our day so special.

The attention to service from Gurhan and the nice lady in the evening was superb.

The other area we’d praise are the staff.

The staff were amazing, smiling all the time,happy to help.

The Jiva Beach resort was immaculately clean and the staff were amazing, friendly and approachable, nothing was too much trouble.we booked a swim up room, it was worth the extra money.

The restaurant food was brilliant, lots of choice, the staff were friendly and very attentive, especially Tayfun, he looked after us very well.

The staff are friendly, happy, proud of the service they offer and helpful.

amazing animation team , very welcoming and friendly especially two Mars and Barney , they add a sparkle to your stay , I really enjoyed mars pool games they made every day far more fun and memorable .

This is not true at all, every staff member we spoke to understood English, they were extremely helpful and friendly.

Friendly staff, a lot of available activities (aqua gym, table tennis, dart, water polo, water basketball, yoga, zoomba), very good food.

She was always really friendly, extremely hard working and mixed the best drinks.

Just back from a fantastic 3 weeks holiday at Jiva.

Overall, we loved our holiday, met some great people and the hotel is great.

Just returned from a week's holiday to Jiva and it was fabulous.

They were great fun and gave off good energy and really made our holiday even more enjoyable and we met and had fun with other guests along the way.

Hotel was lovely great for a family holiday; had plenty of beach/ pool side activities and afternoon shows with great afterparty such as pool party, karaoke, live music, DJ etc.

All in all, a great holiday and we will be back at this hotel again not perhaps next year

For me and my girlfriend this was our first ever holiday to Turkey, and we had a great time at Jiva.

As our holiday went on, we were grateful for this room.

Have just finished our one week holiday at Jiva Beach and it exceeded our expectations in every way!

but made holiday very special as the children loved all the activities!!

I would and do recommend Jiva for a brilliant holiday.

Visit in Jiva was defenitely one of my best summer holidays.

On the last night of our 2nd stay at the Jiva Beach & once again it’s been a  superb holiday.

A large group of 18 went on holiday to celebrate our fathers 75th birthday.

My husband and I have just returned from a 10 day holiday at the Jiva Beach Resort in Fetiye 
Wow what a beautiful hotel!!

There is poor connection throughout most of the hotel.

Think we saw the Jet2 lady rep a couple of times in the 10 days we stayed so not very helpful, 
Entertainment was poor it seems to be the same thing every week so if your there for 14 nights you would be seeing it all over again.

I don't understand some poor reviews about Jiva.

Wifi signal very poor throughout, very hit and miss.

The poor staff were run off there feet which led to poor service of drinks and water just leading to a not so pleasant experience.

Those children that were seated were placed in front of iPads at full volume - poor parenting and NO FAULT of Jiva.

My only negative for the whole resort was that the Asian A la Carte restaurant food was very poor.

5 star my arse 2 star at best the food for lunch and evening meals is poor chicken and cheap fish mackerel that not 5

Firstly I can't get over the poor reviews on this hotel, we honestly couldn't fault it!

but they were very poor cheap quality and split in the heat ( not 5* quality) a couple of nights took drinks to bed in them and they leaked all over bedside cabinet.

Hundreds of people all crammed in with no covid measures, no way is this safe, and shows so poor not worth risking your health for.

I can't understand people giving some poor reviews.

The speciality restaurants were poor, the eastern one was truly awful, to the point we left and went to the main buffet to get some food!

The a la carte restaurants were nothing to write home about and the Chinese was actually very poor.

We were at the main activities pool every day..only a couple of niggles..the sunbeds were poor, and there was something in the water that gave my daughters hair a green tinge, along with white or pale bikinis..we complained and were given a late check out room free of charge.

A real recommendation is that most of the guests were British and apart from a couple of boring news programmes TV was poor.

The price of this hotel has doubled over past 2 yrs and is doubled again for nxt oct, not worth the price you are asking for,entertainment very poor, nothing for teenagers to do, food this year in main restraunt was not as nice as last year and was a tad cool, not hot enough,the main bar at night is so boring makes u want to go to sleep,made never cleaned my kids room because thy had left clothes around,she did make beds

The entertainment team work so hard and are just lovely people.

Entertainment events every night which cater for all ages.

The night entertainment is very good, especially the Ethiopian circus, amazing to watch.

Animation team worked tirelessly day and night

The evening entertainment was amazing - acrobats, dancers, live music.

We did the best as we could do to with our hoilday -used the spa with massages, used the jet ski people at the beach , even had photos done, went to a couple night entertainment.

One of the best hotels I have ever been to the staff was amazing the entertainment was phenomenal.

All Jiva staff where lovely especially their animation entertainment team Barney, Chuck, Mars, Eli, DD, Rodney and Iron who all made our experience at Jiva Beach so much better doing their best to get us all involved in all aspects of the resort.

In hotel entertainment is varied, some shows being in the amphitheatre, (check out the Turkish Dance Show, high energy and great to watch) with some (but not every night) live bands / DJ near the snack bar.

The entertainment team were so amazing this year and was the best it’s ever been!

They seemed to be a bunch of students having a gap year running around having a great time themselves, rather than entertaining the guests!

The shows were brilliant, something for everyone for sure.

Her highlight each day was the kids mini disco!

In evening, there is, probably the best entertainers I have seen in a hotel.

Although there was entertainment every night  the atmosphere could still feel a little flat, as everything is so spread out, so we did wander into Calis a few times, which was less than a 10min walk.

Been  too Turkey several times and thought we would have a change and treat ourselves to Jiva Beach, 
Certainly not a 5* I would rate this place at 3/4* 
Attention to detail was terrible very ruff in places , we booked a swim up room and there was green mould all over the steps and edges so not cleaned very often.

After lunch we explored the hotel complex, it was very pretty actually with a few different places to sit and chill, as long as you didn't want to be on a sunbed by any of the pools, which were "reserved" with towels by 6 am, the onsite shops extremely overpriced, for example, the handbag shop selling small bags(replica big name brands) for 850tyl/£40-45, or the general gift store selling 30g tobacco for 250tyl/£11-12.

Unfortunately we found the toilet hadn’t been cleaned properly, I took my trainers off and walked from the door to the bed, literally 6 steps, my feet were filthy.

We went to the Disco one night, the entrance smelled of pee and damp.

but all of us developed brief rashes at some point - not sure if that was down to newer, alternative chemicals being used, but it lasted a few hours before our bodies got used to it, so no issues there.

Only noise nuisance was women next door smoking and chatting on their balcony at 6:45!

This is just disgusting and there were small children walking through the mess in bare feet.

Cant the whole diningroom areas be none smoking?
