Just back from a fantastic 3 weeks holiday at Jiva.

Overall, we loved our holiday, met some great people and the hotel is great.

Just returned from a week's holiday to Jiva and it was fabulous.

They were great fun and gave off good energy and really made our holiday even more enjoyable and we met and had fun with other guests along the way.

Hotel was lovely great for a family holiday; had plenty of beach/ pool side activities and afternoon shows with great afterparty such as pool party, karaoke, live music, DJ etc.

All in all, a great holiday and we will be back at this hotel again not perhaps next year

For me and my girlfriend this was our first ever holiday to Turkey, and we had a great time at Jiva.

As our holiday went on, we were grateful for this room.

Have just finished our one week holiday at Jiva Beach and it exceeded our expectations in every way!

but made holiday very special as the children loved all the activities!!

I would and do recommend Jiva for a brilliant holiday.

Visit in Jiva was defenitely one of my best summer holidays.

On the last night of our 2nd stay at the Jiva Beach & once again it’s been a  superb holiday.

A large group of 18 went on holiday to celebrate our fathers 75th birthday.

My husband and I have just returned from a 10 day holiday at the Jiva Beach Resort in Fetiye 
Wow what a beautiful hotel!!

There is poor connection throughout most of the hotel.

Think we saw the Jet2 lady rep a couple of times in the 10 days we stayed so not very helpful, 
Entertainment was poor it seems to be the same thing every week so if your there for 14 nights you would be seeing it all over again.

I don't understand some poor reviews about Jiva.

Wifi signal very poor throughout, very hit and miss.

The poor staff were run off there feet which led to poor service of drinks and water just leading to a not so pleasant experience.

Those children that were seated were placed in front of iPads at full volume - poor parenting and NO FAULT of Jiva.

My only negative for the whole resort was that the Asian A la Carte restaurant food was very poor.

5 star my arse 2 star at best the food for lunch and evening meals is poor chicken and cheap fish mackerel that not 5

The snack bar is great if you like cold food which should be served hot eg chips and burgers the yogurt in the main dining room is warmer

Firstly I can't get over the poor reviews on this hotel, we honestly couldn't fault it!

but they were very poor cheap quality and split in the heat ( not 5* quality) a couple of nights took drinks to bed in them and they leaked all over bedside cabinet.

Hundreds of people all crammed in with no covid measures, no way is this safe, and shows so poor not worth risking your health for.

I can't understand people giving some poor reviews.

The speciality restaurants were poor, the eastern one was truly awful, to the point we left and went to the main buffet to get some food!

The a la carte restaurants were nothing to write home about and the Chinese was actually very poor.

We were at the main activities pool every day..only a couple of niggles..the sunbeds were poor, and there was something in the water that gave my daughters hair a green tinge, along with white or pale bikinis..we complained and were given a late check out room free of charge.

A real recommendation is that most of the guests were British and apart from a couple of boring news programmes TV was poor.

The price of this hotel has doubled over past 2 yrs and is doubled again for nxt oct, not worth the price you are asking for,entertainment very poor, nothing for teenagers to do, food this year in main restraunt was not as nice as last year and was a tad cool, not hot enough,the main bar at night is so boring makes u want to go to sleep,made never cleaned my kids room because thy had left clothes around,she did make beds

Room clean and nicely decorated, would have been nice for a mirror to have been near the dressing table, wardrobe to fit long dresses, I had to keep my door open with the dresses hanging out. Food.

The were so clean the room was massive and the beds were incredible.

Our room was kept spotless and each day we left £1 on the bed and chambermaid left us a newly design towel on the bed.

Rooms were (as previously) spotless and well maintained, air con worked well, our request for additional keys was accepted with no issue and the maid made sure each day we came back to a fresh, clean room.

Our room 660 was immaculate and had everything we could possibly need, it was spacious and spotlessly clean thanks to our lovely cleaner who also surprised us with little treats and rose petals etc
The food was outstanding!

The food was great (I was pleasantly surprised by the quality in the snack bar, too), the rooms spotless and the staff superb. Special mention must go to Lavda (think I might have spelt that wrong!)

(Pool view is only possible whilst standing up not sitting down btw)  Room was clean, decent size had pretty much everything you need.

This is well worth a visit,really friendly staff nothing was too much trouble rooms are kept spotless excellent choice of food  sunbeds were plentiful never had to queue long for drinks at any of the bars .

Beautiful grounds which are kept well maintained and clean and also  our room was nice, spacious a bit dusty especially under the bedside cabinets where we found some plastic.

Rooms were clean and perfectly adequate with very good, quiet air-con.

The room was spotlessly clean and we loved chilling on the balcony in the evening after popping to the Lagoon bar.… for a drink or two.

Food was great, rooms were clean and of a decent size for a basic room.

The rooms where spotless and very modern, would definitely stay again if they sort out the swim up issue.

We booked a swim up pool room and could not fault the cleanliness of room and complex.

The entertainment team work so hard and are just lovely people.

Entertainment events every night which cater for all ages.

The night entertainment is very good, especially the Ethiopian circus, amazing to watch.

Animation team worked tirelessly day and night

The evening entertainment was amazing - acrobats, dancers, live music.

amazing animation team , very welcoming and friendly especially two Mars and Barney , they add a sparkle to your stay , I really enjoyed mars pool games they made every day far more fun and memorable .

We did the best as we could do to with our hoilday -used the spa with massages, used the jet ski people at the beach , even had photos done, went to a couple night entertainment.

One of the best hotels I have ever been to the staff was amazing the entertainment was phenomenal.

All Jiva staff where lovely especially their animation entertainment team Barney, Chuck, Mars, Eli, DD, Rodney and Iron who all made our experience at Jiva Beach so much better doing their best to get us all involved in all aspects of the resort.

In hotel entertainment is varied, some shows being in the amphitheatre, (check out the Turkish Dance Show, high energy and great to watch) with some (but not every night) live bands / DJ near the snack bar.

The entertainment team were so amazing this year and was the best it’s ever been!

They seemed to be a bunch of students having a gap year running around having a great time themselves, rather than entertaining the guests!

The shows were brilliant, something for everyone for sure.

Her highlight each day was the kids mini disco!

In evening, there is, probably the best entertainers I have seen in a hotel.

Although there was entertainment every night  the atmosphere could still feel a little flat, as everything is so spread out, so we did wander into Calis a few times, which was less than a 10min walk.

Been  too Turkey several times and thought we would have a change and treat ourselves to Jiva Beach, 
Certainly not a 5* I would rate this place at 3/4* 
Attention to detail was terrible very ruff in places , we booked a swim up room and there was green mould all over the steps and edges so not cleaned very often.

After lunch we explored the hotel complex, it was very pretty actually with a few different places to sit and chill, as long as you didn't want to be on a sunbed by any of the pools, which were "reserved" with towels by 6 am, the onsite shops extremely overpriced, for example, the handbag shop selling small bags(replica big name brands) for 850tyl/£40-45, or the general gift store selling 30g tobacco for 250tyl/£11-12.

Unfortunately we found the toilet hadn’t been cleaned properly, I took my trainers off and walked from the door to the bed, literally 6 steps, my feet were filthy.

We went to the Disco one night, the entrance smelled of pee and damp.

but all of us developed brief rashes at some point - not sure if that was down to newer, alternative chemicals being used, but it lasted a few hours before our bodies got used to it, so no issues there.

Only noise nuisance was women next door smoking and chatting on their balcony at 6:45!

This is just disgusting and there were small children walking through the mess in bare feet.

Cant the whole diningroom areas be none smoking?

Now for my only negative comment - smoking!

(Which personally i find absolutely disgusting..)

Pools could do with being cleaned more thoroughly though, the tiles were a bit slimy and mouldy.

3 times in one week the main pool had to be closed because someone had soiled in it.

One suggestion would be a non smoking area in the lunchtime restaurant or just make it non smoking ?

Whilst there some one poo'd in the pool twice wich I thought was disgusting

It would be nice if the hotel could perhaps remove the cushions during the day and then put them on the seats in the evening to avoid people getting damp and stained clothing.

There’s a puddle of water in the shower that doesn’t drain.

Not a hint of dirt, mould or anything I can complain about here.

The staff is what makes this hotel wonderful, special mention to Tayfun in the restaurant, Falcon in the snack bar and the Turkish Al la Carte, Yelda and Suleymon in the beach bar, and all the other staff who are all so friendly and helpful.

but I would just like the thank the following for going the extra mile with their service: Ali, Ozkan & Falcon from the snack bar (thank you for the Turkish lessons Ali).

There are plenty of restaurants to choose from and the snack bar is just amazing with a wide and varied menu.

The bar staff were great after only one day Yelda in the snack bar knew what we wanted to drink.

but found the food in the main buffet restaurant and the snack bar very good with a varied menu.

Lukka Bar is 24 hours and is also 24 hour snack bar.

I recommend the snack bar (Paprika) for lunch as this is included in the all inclusive.

The snack bar is very good for lunch and we mostly ate there.

The snack bar (Paprika Snack) was where we went for lunches and it was superb.

The hotel and grounds were immaculate with a lovely lagoon setting it all off set in the middle of the hotel, the food in the main restaurant was excellent with so much choice and the snack bar was great for a late lunch.

The paprika has to get a special mention with a lunch menu that is just superb and open 12 to 1630 every day.We didnt book any a la carte as enjoyed what we already had on offer

We arrived 1230am and headed for the 24hour snack bar, where there is soup, sandwiches and a large selection of cakes, also alcohol serviced 24hours.

We arrived late at night,  our suitcases were taken to our room and we were shown to the 24 hour snack bar.

The 24hr snack bar does lovely cakes and drinks and has a nice outside area to sit!

Ice cream and fresh baked cookies and biscuits available all day from snack bar and lukka lounge.

Location is good and so are views.Highly recommended a sea view room.We were in one with a balcony it was superb.Fethiye town centre not far away.Lovely shopping mall

I went to snack bar for a change last day and the snacks were freshly made when you order and lots of choice not the old pizza burger hotdog selection you get in other places.

The snack bar was amazing and plenty of food if you get a bit hungry.

The bar staff were amazing and friendly; Elli and Apo were absolutely incredible and the definite highlights of the holiday always friendly, funny and entertaining, they definitely deserve a raise and I cannot really express how great they were.

but a 20 minutes walk takes you to hisaranu a lovely lively town with a market on a Monday and plenty of shops restaurant's and cocktail bars etc the hotel it self is nice clean and the pool is lovely plenty of sunbeds but not many parasol's,the staff are lovely very friendly and the entertainment staff are a good laugh, food is ok but a bit repetitive but the snack bar is good, overall experience was good 👍

Staff (from the ents team to bar staff, health/spa team and cleansers) are friendly,  helpful and will go out of their way to help you enjoy your stay.

There is also a snack bar offering burgers, nuggets, chips etc which was also incredibly tasty.

Lunch you had the snack bar by the pool which provided snack food i.e.

They had a snack bar which included freshly made pizzas, chicken nuggets, wedges/ chips and burgers along with a salad bar.

The food by the snack bar is laid out around 11.30 and topped up when needed.

I also think the soft drinks should be self serve like the coffee machine as this would really reduce the queues at the bar at night and take of a lot of pressure of the very hard working staff.

Hisaronu offered plenty of bars both quiet and lively, lots of shops, beauty salons and gift shops.

Location is brilliant, 5 mins walk from bars and restaurants and 10 mins to the aim strip in hisaranou.

The drinks bar was good and the staff work extremely hard.

Most of the staff are teenagers including bar staff.

Long queues for food, and even longer queues for drinks at the bar.

Money has been spent on "visible " places like the new reception and re- furbing the bar

Snack bar served overcooked nuggets , chips , onion rings , pizza and salad

Bar staff, cleaners and spa staff are all friendly,

I have just returned from the Aes and had a lovely holiday!

They both really made our holiday more pleasurable.

We booked this holiday and hotel two weeks before we flew out based on 1) tui was reputable and 2) the hotel had good reviews on trip advisor.

I have just returned from my holiday at the AES Club, we travelled with 5 other people who has been to this hotel numerous times pre Covid so they recommended  this

but we went with a positive mindset and had a great holiday.

Never have I been so unhappy on holiday, as this time Aes Club July 2022.

Every single person we spoke to had an issue at some  point within their holiday.

We were so excited to arrive on our first family holiday since lockdown.

The room was very clean and spacious, balcony quite small

We had such an amazing stay here a couple of weeks ago, the food was nice and the hotel rooms were clean, the cleaners even made beautiful bed displays of swans and elephants to give our room an extra special touch.

Rooms were clean, clean towels everyday too.

To be fair the room was spotless and clean, with fresh water in the mini fridge, 2 bottles of water were added every day.

but ok. Housekeeping was good, always cleaned our room.

Our room is immaculate,  cleaners in everyday with clean bedding and towels  piping hot water   english tv  tea and coffee and brilliant views
 
Food is out of this world.

My family and I personally found our room to be spotless and cleaned everyday.

Ill keep posting every time you take it off staff room very clean and helpful, manager rude 60% of hotel were ill!!

The staff were nice, the hotel and room were clean and the food was nice.

Our housekeeper was lovely and kept our room clean and replenished.

Room was clean and air conditioned with a small fridge and balcony.

The rooms were immaculate, cleaned daily in rooms and also around the whole resort, was always something for kids to do, food was hit and miss

rooms were spotless and the staff work so hard to make sure you have a good holiday.

The hotel is clean and tidy and room cleaned every day.

Had the most amazing time at this hotel, the rooms were always clean and the cleaners made an effort to leave you a nice surprise on the beds.

Ellie and Apo the entertainers were really friendly, even if we didn't join in they didn't mind.

there are other cocktails available for an extra charge of 60tl about £3 so not bad (mojito, pina colada etc)
the entertainment team are very friendly and provide some good fun, and there are a couple of professional shows on throughout t the week.

but the entertainment in the evening we did see was fantastic.

There were also different entertainment each night ranging from a fire show, breakdance, magician, karaoke, bingo and a latin dance show.

The spa girls are absolutely wonderful as are the entertainment team who will ask you to get involved if you wish with various games

But the star of the show was the entertainment team, Apo and Ellie did an absolutely fantastic job keeping us occupied during the day and night, and even take you out after the nighttime entertainment.

The evening entertainment ranged from karaoke to bingo to a fire show to a magician.

Entertainment staff were amazing and friendly.

The breakfast is ok , We most have eaten out 8/9 nights and had a few lunches out as well 

If you don’t go up for dinner at 7:30 when it opens you won’t get a table for the entertainment.

We had a couple of evenings in Hisaronu and saw a great drag show, we also went for a lovely steak meal there which was fairly priced.

but on our last day as we hadn't eat much at all thought oh we have some fanta well to be tasting it it was off tookthe glass back as was dirty and asked them to smellit as its smelt like sick so haven taken cup.

We decided not to go into the pool as was definitely a health hazard.Overflowing bins everywhere, our ground floor balcony faced a drain that stank of sewage.

The pool area: the storm drains had a disgusting stench that wafted up as you were lying on your dirty stained sunbed.

Even after I said it was a fire hazard, no alert to the word “fire” or “smoke”.

The parasols are filthy and have rips and holes in them - if you can get one as there aren’t many.

Area surrounding the pool is disgusting with about one third of loungers without padding and the padding was filthy, even less parasols and again filthy also the pool towels were threadbare and some even had holes in them.

Drinks - The fanta smelt off on the 2nd week we was there , drinks served on tiny cups for pop and sports .

The draft beer gave my partner, sister in law and farther in law bad stomachs, 1 of my boys had fanta on 3 diffident occasions and it smelt and tasted of vinegar.

- Pool beds/mattresses are filthy and desperately need replacing.

Mosquito screens in rooms were ripped corridors were carpeted and filthy.

but the hotel is not the best, on arrival the roads in the surrounding area looked like a building site as work was being done on them, and the day they started to tarmac them was just awful, the smell and the noise made for a not so nice day by the pool.

No stools at the bar as pictured, the table and chairs out were disgusting and sticky and chairs very uncomfy.

Secondly I feel we should have been notified that ALL the surrounding roads around the hotel were being resurfaced the smell or the tarmac was horrendous for days causing many guests to have bad chests including us if you went outside the hotel you were getting tar on your shoes it was ridiculous.

but soon goes to looking like stale Urine with no life to it definitely not Efes but some cheap crap like Skole.

The road surface was being redone upon our arrival, so we had to walk through the tarmac to get to the hotel, and the smell was extremely strong,

Aes Club Hotel

It was right at the back, with the windows opening onto the view of a wall with some rocks on the ground.

We love everything about it from the tropical paradise theme round the grounds to the pools  rooms and staff .

The grounds are beautiful, relaxing and clean.

I recommend taking a room on the ground floor as the windows are protected by trees from the hot sun.

There are also anti bac stations provided in hotel grounds and reception.
