The service was impeccable and the hotel was spotless.

however is stunning, immaculately well kept, fantastic housekeeping and impeccable service from everyone.

The staff is amazing (only negative is the upsell at check in, when we have AMEX platinum so we are used to amazing upgrades,

The only complaint I have is that they don't tell you that receiving packages at the hotel has a charge of $7 USD each.

We should not have been charged full greens fees to play only 17 holes on a course in lousy condition.

The problem at this resort is 8 out of 10 times we ate at any of the property restaurants we we're overcharged on at least one item.

My family and I believe it's ridiculous for people to be charged a large amount of money for a dish we didn't take in the food buffet.

No refund or credit or anything was offered for either of these occurrences.

We’d get the charges fixed only to find out they later billed us for more erroneous charges the day after we had already checked out.

They charged us full price for just the pasta nothing else.

IF I WOULD HAVE BEEN GIVEN THE COURTESY OF A REVIEW OF MY CHARGES I WOULD HAVE CAUGHT THIS UPON CHECKOUT and addressed it then.

In a single room service dinner, we were charged twice for an item, they failed to deliver an item, soup arrived cold, and they made an item with an ingredient we have specifically requested not to be in any of our meals (that they have notes on).

They are still wanting to  charge $14 for Disney movie!

She was charging us a much higher rate & was not willing to rectify the error made by their employee.

This is a very nice touch as so many luxury properties these days just fill the fridge full of mini-bar products and then try to charge you to remove the items so that you can make use of your fridge!

From the broken A/C in our room and the food service (which either didn't arrive at all or arrived incomplete) to the erroneous charges and mishandling of reservations, ours was not the Four Seasons experience we were expecting.

Also, servers tried to charge us for the kids meals in almost every restaurant (they are 3 and 5and the Four Seasons hotels don’t charge meals for kids under 6)
I know this was a busy holiday,

However, they shouldn't charge guests for parking, especially when valet is mandatory.

Our iPad kept dying because the battery wouldn't charge while seated in the charging stand.

A manager, Stephanie nugent would not correct false charges immediately on my folio.

1 star is based on the room charge we paid which was under 5000 USD (!!!)

The room was spacious and spotless, the bed linens were high-quality cotton, and the bathroom was luxurious and roomy.

Wonderful family oriented resort, a luxurious stay and the service is honestly out of this world.

After two long day with VIP tours we looked forward to coming back to this luxury of service.

My wife and I reserved Park View Room with 500 square feet of luxury, king-sized bed, a private balcony with views of the pool, lakes, golf course, woodlands and fireworks, LED screen TV, complimentary premium wi-fi, 24-hour room service, full marble bathroom with in-mirror TV, separate glassed-in shower and deep soaking tub, sofa, in-room safe, refrigerator and twice daily housekeeping service.

The Four Seasons had gotten so many amazing reviews we thought it would be a good mix of a luxurious break from Disney and yet catering to kids.

but, I wanted to try the Four Seasons for my wife's birthday and see how you compare to other luxury hotels.

The hotel is a great base for those looking to explore Disney with added luxury.

From start to finish it was a luxurious experience--I'm ruined for other hotels forever!

It's the lap of luxury, relaxing, clean, the food is amazing and we loved it all!

Orlando is the ultimate luxury for Disney World.

Overhyped as the best luxury resort at Disney, you will find average infrastructure, unaccomodating staff, and Marriott level suites.

The resort was full while we were there and it still felt amazingly luxurious, private and safe.

My husband and I celebrated our 20th anniversary here and we were amazed at the level of luxury within the Disney world craziness.

If you're looking for a place to unwind amidst the Disney madness, this luxury resort is the place to be.

This is poor service for such a high end and expensive hotel.

Four Seasons manipulates their prices twice a day.

Do people who make the rules at Four Seasons think that people will go to this hotel, pay $1200 a night,

however we didn’t receive any courtesy room upgrades without significant cost, so something to keep in mind.

We expected incredible service with those Four Seasons rates and we just didn't get it.

It’s a complete outlier for so many reasons that I will go into and the answer to the question above, is a very firm “no it’s not worth the price for a Disney family holiday” in my view.

My stay was at the client's cost so we are not you're typical Four Seasons client.

While we understood it's a Four Seasons company, thus explaining why the prices were so expensive.

but a bit expensive and also can be hard to book if you are travelling peak season.

but do NOT pay the price for the Magical Moments as you can do better in your home! !

Unfortunately, we were a bit disappointed with the view of this Michelin star restaurant.. we thought those who are dining (and pay quite a bit to eat there) would’ve the terraces for ourselves

I have to say it was a complete let down and I failed to see how any part of it can be said to be superior to a Ritz or JW which is a fourth of the price!

but for what you pay at this resort, it should have been better.

Everyone worked to keep safety in mind and like all Four Seasons, the teams and service are top notch.

The COVID safety protocols like temperature screenings and social distancing measures made me feel safe without interrupting my trip.

This hotel did a great job of maintaining strict safety parameters during COVID while simultaneously making sure they uphold the Four Seasons brand level of service.

They were accomodating in every sense of the word.. the hotel was beautiful.. and they have taken amazing steps to ensure health & safety is very dominant when taking care of their hotel guests.

A truly amazing feature -- and don't worry, it does feature a parental lock-out feature for safety!

In this era of COVID-19, the care to maintain safety for all seems in the staff’s DNA

- wild raccoons visited us at the pool while we were trying to enjoy lunch - health and safety anyone?!

Storing luggage, safety deposit, directions- all done with such grace and warmth.

but the safety manager brought it personally and inquired about my knee to make sure I was well.

Our 14th floor room afforded us a good view of the nightly fireworks and the resort has these really cool connecting rooms that allow for much more safety and privacy than the ususal set up of a door in the middle of the room.

The property amenities, pool and restaurant services, spa, everything besides the bed / mattress were all exceptional.

but they had a departure lounge as well as the spa change room for shower, steam and change.

Our daughter did have a massage and she said is was also fantastic!

- spa opening times are too short - I’d loved to have an evening treatment after a day in the park

but we did two Magical Moments at the spa as the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique was booked at Magic Kingdom.

#1 resort in central Florida for service, food, cleanliness, rooms, spa, pool, transportation, amenities offered and best overall offerings!

Thanks to the fabulous therapist from Brighton who performed miracles on my feet during my pedicure.

After a busy park day it is great to come back to a place that allows you to relax, whether it is at the spa, the pools, on your balcony, or in a soaking tub in your room.

The spa is amazing with beautiful, relaxing lounges.

From the valets, concierge, pool/recreation staff, spa staff, they all go out of their way to make you feel welcomed and respected!

We have always enjoyed the adult elements at the property, from late night dining at Capa and watching the fireworks to enjoying a whole day at the adult pool, to treatments at the spa.

And if you ever need a moment away from the excitement Orlando brings this spa is outstanding.

A morning in one of the Parks, followed by an afternoon back at the hotel (pool, spa or golf) and a spectacular dinner (at Capa) comes close to a perfect family vacation day.

She kept our cups full the whole time were there.

We stayed in a two bedroom two bed unit, full kitchen, washer/dryer, dishwasher, pull out sofa bed.

First the good: The rooms were a great size, plenty of room, huge bathrooms, full kitchen was great.

Located close to Disney we love our 2 bedroom condo with a full kitchen and washer and dryer.

The convenience of having a full kitchen and laundry A+!

Our spacious two-bedroom suite instantly felt like a cozy home away from home, featuring a full kitchen and a lovely balcony.

The set up was nice, full kitchen, king bedroom with a full bath, and a double room with a full bath.

Accommodation was clean and spacious with full kitchen & washer dryer.

Beautiful, clean, washer and dryer, full kitchen, patio, WiFi, everyone was very comfortable.

The kitchen was well-functional -- oven, stove, full fridge as well as a washer and dryer!

A 2 bedroom suite, 2 baths, full kitchen, dining table, living room and bonus…washer & dryer!!

The full kitchen was nice and helped us save money with meals.

I loved having the full kitchen with dishes!

The “room” is very large-like a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with a full kitchen, laundry and huge bathtub and shower in the King room.

Has a full kitchen two beds and two bathrooms.

Full kitchen stove dishwasher fridge etc.

It has everything you need including a full kitchen with pots & dishes, a washer & dryer, etc.

Rooms are excellent for a family with a full kitchen.

Best bartender I had grate time with him he was interactive and attentive he was interactive I talked with him more then any other bartender then I ever have he was fun and could talk with me about any thing he diserves a raise his name was Jeremiah he's best bartender

chris part of the events was awesome the best Dj ever had lots of fun with the recreation crew.

Graceful, fun, knowledgeable and so invested in making sure your guests shine on a board!!

Waverider was great fun jax the instructor was superb!

The water park was so much fun, we rented a cabana and were treated like VIP by MARIELBA!

Jax was very knowledgeable and willing to spend time sharing his skills to make sure they had fun.

The waterpark has a relaxed and fun vibe and the Flowrider is a lot of fun.

We did the Surf / Flowrider a few times - so fun.

They were tons of fun to hang out with, lots of laughs and perfect Service.

The room were clean, the water park and Surfari were a ton of fun.

Our server Marielba was so attentive and fun.

Amazing service and the flow rider was so much fun.

Depending on which building you find yourself (they have 4 or 5) you may end up in what looks like a third-world ghetto; hallways with torn and stain carpeting, and garbage laying around.

but you’re not hanging in the hallways.

however, when entering the apartments from the garage we noticed the doors were very battered and covered with dirty fingermarks.The hallway carpets were dirty and torn.Our two bed apartment had an Oven that was badly bent with metal sticking out at the bottom, no control knobs and there were greasy cooker hood filters left on the kitchen work surface.

Mould in hall ways, grime and sludge between the tiles around pool areas and the food around the pool areas is terrible not to mention the cost of it.

There are stains on the carpet in the hallway, (cheap carpet, not something you'd expect to see in a place that advertised themselves as something different).

Plus moldy ceilings with a terrible mold smell in the hallways.

They dont vacuum the hallways which were dirty with peeling paint, and dirty laundry left in hall for 24 hours.

The furniture was outdated and unclean, the dishwasher was broken and there were roaches in the hallway and on the screen in the balcony.

Go look in the hallways and see the fire signs and exit signs and some filth that's not been clean properly.

The internal corridors do feel a little austere,

This is OBVIOUSLY not in the wing where folks own units, as the hall was disgusting and significantly banged up.

The corridors on floor 7 need redecorating.

Filthy floors, cockroaches, filthy windows, bug infestations, stained and stinking hallways it's just an all round dirty hotel.

Maybe the same could be applied to how towels and linen is left in piles along the corridors for hours on end?

One hour to check in, dirty room, stained sheets and pillows, awkward smell in the room and hallways, vomit smell coming from laundry dryer and….

The hallways and rugs are filthy and the pool was absolutely grossly filled w hair and debris from the mulch and surrounding  area.

Hallway carpets are filthy and condo floors are pretty dirty too.

but we had to because our room was in building 3 and walking through the many hallways would have been quite the process.

The hallways are SUPER confusing and too narrow and the signage is horrible.

The guys working the surf wave are engaging and really push the kids to reach their full potential.

Steve was super nice in helped the kids fish and sharing a lot of amazing information about the local wildlife.

All the staff were wonderful and a special shout out to Eric in the Flowrider who gave my son a last minute session in the pouring rain, my son loved it.

I could continue to watch my grandson while she came back with a smile on her face.

The kids enjoyed it as well as the adults.

Everything was so clean and inviting… kids loved the water park and had a blast on the flow rider !

Our daughters kept asking to go back to surf more.

Here celebrating my granddaughter's Birthday and had a great experience.

We had my sons here and he had a great time !

Both Jax and Eric were awesome with my son who spent a lot of time there.

The hotel offers a variety of amazing amenities for both adults and kids.

Steve at the pier- you were so generous with your time helping our girls to fish!

Waterpark was great fun we couldn't get the kids out of the pools or lazy river.

They give you one towel per person for the pool for the entire length of your stay, if you lose it you have to pay.

Over priced and run by 20-somethings who are more interested in getting back to their phone than smiling and making sure your girls get what they want for $75 and roughly 10 minutes worth of work.

Nothing was mentioned until I checked out, when they advised me I had not paid.

One thing I didn't care for with this resort was the charges for everything.

Supermarket ridiculously expensive and poorly stocked.

but the experience was not up to par for the cost.

You get charged $50 daily for resort fee PLUS $25 daily for SELF PARKING!!

I would not recommend this resort for the price and service.

Resort fee of $40 I found a bit expensive, and you must pay another $25 for parking.

If you want housekeeping you have to pay for it.

Given the price we paid for the holiday (for what is marketed as a luxury resort) plus the resort fee, we do not feel that this represents good value for money and would not recommend to fellow travellers.

At the pool, they don’t allow outside food or drink so you are stuck with their options and they are very subpar and overpriced.

Little disappointed in the amenities for the price.

I was very disappointed with this resort considering the cost.

but honestly, I would rather pay the resort fees to go to a nicer water park like Island H2O or even Aquatic, and just stay at a nicer Airbnb, to be honest.

Absolute nightmare

To top it off, I was charged a surprise $135 resort fee after my online reservation said “taxes and fees included”

Advice and to beware of: Nearest airport is MCO (Orlando International) MLB (Orlando Melbourne International airport) is 65 miles away with no transport to Resort apart from an expensive taxi service or Hire Car.

The rooms per night I didn’t think were overly priced

The dryer hardly worked, took 3 hours for thin, nasty, old towels.

The dishwasher smelt awful and there was blood on my duvet.

My feet were filthy, I had to rewash them and then put flip flops on to keep them clean.

however the lobby had some sort of air freshener which was overpowering and headache inducing.

I was already suspicious that they didn't have the clean bleach smell and then I found the packaging.

No one ever came and the mold and mildew was terrible.

I asked them to change the sheets and they said they only change sheets if you are staying with them 8 nights or longer. Disgusting!!

but smell like they have just been renovated.

I had to go out and purchase a mop and even after several passes over the floor, the pad was still coming up filthy.

The table and chairs on the balcony were disgusting.

We were so disgusted by the filth that came up from the tile, it was like they never mop the floors.

Doors are filthy and there is only 1 elevator for every 2 sections.

But the absolute worst part was that the floors were FILTHY!

Broken balcony door, mold in bathrooms, shower curtain also filled with mold and residue, dishwasher smelled like an animal died inside of it, blood stains on bed sheets and blankets, dryer needed servicing and left stains on clothes, sheets of dust over everything.

We had to have our room cleaned twice (the floors and kitchen cupboards were filthy) and ask for certain items such as a kettle, cups and a hairdryer.

I stayed at the Grove Resort & Spa Orlando 10/3 - 10/5 for a business conference.

My family and I had a great experience at the Grove Resort and Spa.

Nate & Darlene were absolutly amazing this was my first time getting a professional massage by a therapist and it was incredible, I’ve never felt so relaxed before in my life.

Darlene in the spa gave one of the best massages I’ve had!!..

2 week stay at the Grove Resort and Spa for a family holiday.
