Only one lift working during most of our 15 night stay meaning you always had a long wait and we were on the 5th floor, otherwise would have walked the stairs!

Only 2 elevators for this hotel, not enough and they are insanely slow.

Our only Con would be the speed of the elevators.

The elevator wait can be ridiculously long.

Near elevator on our floor was washing machine available- - $1.50 Dryer also $1.50 set on heavy duty did not dry clothes well.

We loaded our stuff on a cart only to find the room was right next to the elevators.

There are only 2 elevators so can become slow during busy time.

I really only have two minor complaints the beds were very firm and uncomfortable and the elevators were slow.

I was also disappointed that the hotel seemed to need a “face lift”.

Laundry and ice making machine so if you’re a light sleeper avoid rooms near lift and those might hear disturbance.

Only improvement would be for BOTH elevators to have been working

Anyway, in brief, here are the positive and negatives we found:
Firstly the negatives - the slowest lifts in hotel history, then sometimes they are being cleaned at breakfast time which is the busiest time of day!

Oh and I never found out where the stairs were in my entire stay as thr lifts can be very slow!

He gave us our keys and after waiting more than 10 minutes to get into the elevator (beware of the sloooowest elevator in history), got to the room, opened the door, and the room was not cleaned.

There are only 2 elevators for the entire 7 story building.

The only tiny negative was the number of school graduate parties staying here at the same time, they did have a tendancy to hog the lifts and crowd the breakfast areas at the same time hence me not awarding a 5 star rating.

The only negative I can find is that the elevator was very slow; and I think the tiki bar should open at noon or 1pm - not 3pm.

Our room was a king size on the 5th floor looking out over the car park and the Old Town And Funspot.There are 2 lifts which got a little busy at breakfast time or stairs if you want.

The staff are so friendly and welcoming, the rooms are huge, clean and comfortable.

The rooms are large, clean and comfortable.

Great location less than 10 min to Hollywood Studios, free parking, 24 hr pool and hot tub (perfect after a late night in the parks), nice large room, very good breakfast with lots of options, clean, and friendly staff.

The room are big compared to Disney resorts, 2 big double beds, plenty of space all around, big wardrobes with a safe,  and a separate area with a sofa and table and chairs, a sink area with coffee maker and microwave.

Our room was large and well equipped with a very comfortable bed, a sofa, table and chairs, microwave and fridge, plus a large TV.

This is our 2nd time we have visited this hotel

The hotel is so clean ,the rooms are very large ,i could not fault it .

The room was huge, clean and quiet, we had no problems at all, housekeeping was also excellent.

The room was big and spacious, the beds were comfy and the maid came every day.

(Such a wonderful thing after that the torture of queuing at Disney and universal) 
The room was big enough for four of us with plenty of storage and a nice bathroom.

Rooms are very big with daily, flexible housekeeping.

The room was huge and plenty of room for all of us without getting on top of each other.

The room was more than big enough for the three of us.

The rooms were huge and cleaned everyday to a high standard.

however we were on the 7th floor and our room was huge with 2 king size beds in which were extremely comfortable.

The pool is open 24 hours and the proximity to Old Town is a plus.

Being so close to the Old Town shopping area with the Friday and Saturday Night old car Cruises, as well as a short trip to Walt Disney World really adds icing to the cake!

Close to Old Town which is a fun strip of shops, bars and touristy things like old time photo gallery and spa where fish clean your feet, carnival games, souvenir shops.

It’s close to Old Town too, as well as being close to the Disney parks.

Overall a brilliant hotel in an excellent location close to The Old Town, we could even see the Disney Fireworks.

Reception staff very friendly pool clean and tidy rooms clean towels what can I say other than if you are staying near Old Town on the Hwy 192 Kissimmii then get booked in here 10/10.

Quiet and in close proximity to the Old Town where there was a small shop and bars/restaurants to choose from.

It is walking distance to Old Town and a few eateries.

We love this hotel for the close proximity to Old Town and Disney.

This hotel is just off the US-192 in Kissimmee near Old Town.

It’s also super close to Old Town which has plenty of places to get a drink or something to eat as well as some random shopping or rides for the kids.

Located in the heart of Old Town, Alot to do in walking distance of Old Town, especially if you have kids.

Because it’s so close to Disney and walking distance to old town and fun spot makes it a great place to stay.

It is close to "Old Town" so we did a little shopping the day before we went for our Disney visit.

Pool area was clean and not very crowded since everyone is usually at the parks.

It was a really nice pool area and the lounge chairs were decent and didn't have a bar that digs in your low back which was nice.

The breakfast is always good, and the pool area is nice and well-maintained.

Full breakfast and a wonderful pool area.

but they do distract from an otherwise well designed and  idyllic pool area.

Pool area & bar were also nice and relaxing. Overall.

The pool area was very quiet and even had an open bar.

The pool area looked nice, you could eat outside if you wanted.

There is a lovely pool area outside, which we didn’t have time to use, unfortunately, and there was an outside bar area too.

Third visit to Florida having previously stayed in the Lake Buena Vista area we decided on Kissimmee as a great value location and we were not wrong - the hotel has been recently updated and we couldn’t fault it; nice well kept and modern pool area;  inclusive breakfast with a reasonable choice daily; clean rooms; ‘Old Town’ entertainment area with ‘‘Fun Spot’ amusements is a 2 minute walk away which the kids loved; free parking; 5 mins to Disney; 20 mins to Universal area.

Pool area (24 hours) was awesome with a tiki bar!

though it was uncommonly cold in Florida during our stay, we loved the pool area, our rooms were excellent.

The pool area was beautiful woth plenty sun beds and tables and chairs.

4th Floor was wonderful as we looked over pool area.

Just sloppy guests, and not enough staff maybe to keep the pool area clean.

The pool area was clean and well maintained, we were travelling after the school holidays so there were always plenty of sun beds and what seemed like an endless supply of clean pool towels.

although clean had a musty smell, the work unit was dated and crumbling at the edges and it all just felt dated and old- plus I'm sure I spotted a bug or 2 on bedside table and bedding!!

There is a small amusement park across the street and is very noisy making it difficult to sleep.

The only downside was the noise from other rooms at night as the walls were quite thin and the AIRCON unit noisy,

but can cause noise on Friday and Saturday nights when the horrid cars visit.

but absolutely no noise, and we had a front room.

The following morning when we tried to leave,  the battery on the safe was beeping so we were unsure of leaving our belongings.

My only complaint was the loud air conditioning unit below us so I had to stick my earplugs in to sleep.

Although it is overlooking Funspot (and we had one of the rooms directly opposite) we did not hear and noise or have and disturbance from it at all.

although the theme park was viewable from our room, we did not hear any noise.

but Jacuzzi was more of a spa pool as no pressure in jets, however water was always warm.

It is very loud and ours even had another rattle too it when it ran.

The jets did not work just a faint bubble so you were just sitting in warm water and it is surrounded by trees so a lot of leaves and sand were in the hot tub, very disappointed.

We weren’t interested in it and were a bit overwhelmed with all the car and foot traffic getting back to the hotel.

It did get a lot of foot traffic with the amusement park area outside,

The jets in the hot tub didn't work that well.

The only small negative was the check-in, slow and confused, with the only staff member on duty getting distracted with other guests while serving us.

- the lifts can be very slow 
- there’s only one return shuttle bus.

The slow elevators would be our only complaint.

I love :
- The pool area and the the pool bar 
- Early and generous breakfast
- Small game room 
- Spacious suites with comfortable king size bed
- Proximity to restaurants, Publix and the Disney Parks

I did not like:
- The musty smell in the room
- Somewhat loud a/c
- Slow elevators

Location is close from everything 
Food, attractions and shopping area

Reception team is a bit slow in checkin

People mentioning the slow lifts, they arent as bad as you think!

Only negative during our stay would be that the lifts were quite slow and were very busy during breakfast times.

As other people have said the lifts are quite slow so we mostly used the stairs.

The lifts - we were on the 7th floor and never had an issue with the so called "slow" lifts.

The only item less than perfect was the elevators, which were quite slow,

15-20 minutes from I-drive and Universal.

It was a perfect location for our commutes to all of the Disney parks and Universal.

They do offer shuttles to the Disney and Universal Parks.

• Easy driving distance to Disney World parks and Universal.

Disney was a 10 minute drive away and Universal parks were a 20 minute drive away.

The location is great and perfect for both Disney and Universal and also has the Fun Spot right across the way.

It’s a great location to Disney, universal, international drive

I really cant recommend this hotel highly enough, we have been looking at prices to return to Florida for yet another disney / universal holiday and have all agreed we would LOVE to stay here again in the future!

but we always found a table

Restaurants of all kinds, shops, Disney and Universal are all within easy driving distance

Booked a 19 night stay at comfort suites over Easter, nice hotel for price which includes breakfast,  parking,  park transfers etc, good location to access Disney parks, approximately 15 mins to Disney springs,  longer run to Universal via I4 interstate which seemed busy with traffic.

They provide free shuttles to Disney and Universal.

The hotel is in a great location for disney and universal attractions.

From the buffet breakfasts to the pools, free transport to Disney and Universal, proximity to the very interesting old town, diligent housekeeping and most importantly the comfortable beds and pillows to comeback to after the tiring days at the parks- everything was just perfect for us.

Free shuttle busses will get you to and from universal, sea world and Disney

but it’s expected and reasonably priced (€3 for wash and dry )
-free return shuttle bus to seaworld, aquatica, universal and Busch gardens 
-fresh and tasty breakfast buffet available each Morning from 7-10
- 24 hour pool and jacuzzi 
-fast WiFi

This hotel is also a decent distance to Universal 20-25 min which is our main park when we come for Halloween Horror Nights.

My teens loved the pool, coffee (they are all about their Starbucks coffee—haha), hot tub, and they even had an area with cornhole and giant connect 4 game—and complimentary shuttle to Aquatica.

We enjoyed Sea World and Aquatica during our stay,

Aquatica and Discovery Cove are less than 5 min drive to each.

Stayed   2/27/21-3/3/21 for a family trip to Sea World and Aquatica and had a fantastic time at this property.

If you have plans for SeaWorld, Aquatica and/or Discovery Cove, this is the perfect place to stay.

The location is convenient for any Seaworld, Aquatica or Discovery Cove Visit, and includes perks for those parks.

The hotel is across from Sea World, near Aquatica, and International Drive.

What makes this hotel so good is it’s superb location in relation to Seaworld (5 min walk) Aquatica (15 min walk) & Discovery Cove (20 min walk) or of course jump in an Uber for $5-7 ride.

It is close to Seaworld, Aquatica, and a short drive to Disney Springs.

Very nice hotel and so easy to get to Sea World, Aquatica and Discovery Cove.

I originally picked the hotel because we were going to Aquatica and there is a free shuttle.

It's modern, clean, very close to SeaWorld (just cross the street at the crosswalk) and Aquatica.

Guests can also apparently book this hotel with tickets to the neighboring Sea World / Discovery Cover / Aquatica and the hotel provides a free shuttle to these parks.

It is right across Seaworld with shuttle to sea world and aquatica

Disney Springs was only about 5 minutes away, the convention center is 2 miles away, and Seaworld + Aquatica are across the street.

We could walk to SeaWorld and it was a short trip to Discovery Cove and Aquatica .The pool was very nice and had several kids areas .

Walk to Seaworld, shuttle to Aquatica water park [ kids loved it] and free shuttle to Point Orlando to catch a movie or different cafes.

As in the name SeaWorld is a short walk across the road and Aquatica is again a walk down to and across international drive.

Seaworld is across the street and Aquatica is a 10-15 minute stroll away.

They told me to keep the card for any charges

But again we were told we had to pay €80 per night deposit and when I asked if I could pay cash, they said no it had to be card.

The front desk charged a member of my team's credit card when I had previously paid for the room with my American Express.

Now having to claim through credit card company.

My colleague was using the work credit card and there had been some issues with it at check in.

By the way, they will want to charge you like 18 dollars for internet.

The rooms are a bit dated and outlet/plug space was pretty scarce for our 2 room suite forcing us to unplug things like a lamp to be able to charge our phone at our bedside.

but very expensive, room service was a disaster as it took an hour to get a hamburger and a sandwich and they forgot our soda (but charged us).

Room rate quoted was $159, total charged after resort fee of $40, parking fee or $36 (not valet, actually far away), total was $262.

The only thing that lets this Hotel down is the EXTRA CHARGES, $35+tax(18%) per/day Resort Tax, $33+tax, Car Parking per/day + $11.12 Service Charge for breakfast.

Deposit that we were told would go back on our card at checkout still was not on card two days later and we were told, when we called, it could be up to seven days; it is the bank's fault.

Charging outlets, both electrical and USB, were few and far between.

So my credit card has been charged and that remains unresolved along with the rate issue.

I couldn't even charge my phone on the nightstand.

If you're charging anything for a "resort" fee, why are there not even microwaves in the rooms?

The price that this hotel charges for a night including resort fees, parking, internet, the multiple taxes I would have been better off staying at park resort and we would have been a lot more comfortable stay.

There is also a $30 daily resort fee which again most charge.

It's a little ridiculous how much they charge .

Just a very nice, well-run hotel. I hope to be back soon for our next visit to Discovery Cove (which I also highly recommend!)

We arrived at the Renaissance SeaWorld to visit Discovery Cove and SeaWorld on vacation.

This is one of the official hotel for Discovery Cove.

This is a great affordable place to stay close to Sea World and Discovery Cove.

Hotel is in a good location for Seaworld parks - seaworld, discovery cove, aquatic.

Discovery Cove was our next stop.We again walked

It is an excellent choice for Sea world or Discovery Cove.

We were there because we were visiting Discovery Cove.

discovery cove does offer a shuttle back to the resort. .

Easy access to Sea World and Discovery Cove and a cheap uber ride to Disney and EPCOT. Would highly recommend this hotel and should we ever go back to Orlando then we will stay again - Thankyou for helping to make our stay just perfect (UK Family of 4 - including 2 teenagers)

We definitely will stay here again next time we visit Discovery Cove.

I recommend this hotel if you are visiting Seaworld, Aquatica or Discovery Cove.

Very convenient location for our visit to Discovery Cove.

While we hadn't done a SeaWorld experience in Orlando my wife and I decided to do a dolphin experi me at Discovery Cove, which made this hotel the perfect place to call home for a few days.

From a huge room upgrade to bar drink coupons and a free daily coffee from the snack area… I really appreciate the recognition and these perks.

Rooms were very clean, bedding was awesome, and room was very big.

Lovely big rooms, comfy bed and powerful shower.

The rooms are big and clean which is important.

But I needed a place to stay for a weekend and the large room and pool fit the bill.

Extremely large rooms with a couch, two-sink bathrooms, and coffered ceilings.

It’s clean, beautiful, relaxing, and the rooms are huge.

Double room was large and comfortable for a family of 4 who usually get a suite.

My room was huge and impeccably clean, with a balcony that made me never want to leave.

The rooms were large, comfortable and clean.

My room was huge, king size bed with a full size sofa.

BE AWARE - We were charged $500 for parking during our stay when we told them we did not have a car!

I  gave her the free parking pass and she said she would take care of it, only to find out that my credit card was charged for it.

Hotel is ok. Be aware after they changed you multiple unexplainable resorts fees, parking fee is $36/ day additional.

$36 a day for parking ( that is regular parking and not valet) so be prepared for that.

The icing on the cake was when 17 cars at the conference were broken into in the hotel parking lot and the hotel did NOTHING

You do have to pay resorts fees and for parking,

Opportunity’s: pay for parking, some nights can be up to $30.00 per day.

although you do need a physical key for parking, so I had to ask for one, no big deal.

The Bad:

- Resort Fee/ Self Parking Fee: $35/$30 per day fee.

No valet parking and the directional signs could use some improvements.

We were already spending a good amount between all the additional fees of parking $30 AND a resort fee $35 (each per day).

Surprise to me when I pulled into the parking lot and discovered the sign stating this.

There is a daily parking fee at the resort that is kind of pricey

People have complained in reviews about the daily parking fee of $25 which every hotel in the snares charges.

Resort fee + parking + tax, be ready to pay a lot more than what you see.

No valet parking, no room service, ridiculously limited bar dinner menu.

The drinks were slightly expensive this time,

Food/drinks were very expensive
They do have shuttles to the parks which seemed good in the morning

The resort fee is outrageous for its benefits.

Expensive international calls, being passed from one department to another.

It was expensive and the portion sizes were rather small.
